So, for those of you who (like me) have been leaving the show playing in the background to cope boost the views, I eagerly invite you to get interactive and start looking at the little bits of random trivia, or watching the bonus content! For no other reason that they're interesting, charming, and funny. It'll make your rewatches more fun, and you can get a bit of joy out of reading them!
Here's just a few trivia bits I've found:
You can find them by going to x-ray, and then you can find the trivia either in a list per episode (where you can jump to the scene they're talking about) or just check for trivia as the episode plays out.
You can also go to "bonus content" and find 5 minute videos for BTS of each episode.
I'm pretty sure doing this will also help in terms of getting good omens boosted from Primes POV so do give it a go if you're getting bored of playing the episodes over and over!
I’ve seen this behind the scenes video before, but it was a couple months ago. In rewatching I was struck by a couple things:
1. I believe that in speaking carefully and trying not to give any spoilers, Michael Sheen and David Tennant’s words sound even more suggestive than they ordinarily would.
“*pause* earthly delights”
“Crowley guides him to certain understandings, in different ways”
“ox ribs…which he takes to…*very enthusiastically*”
2. “That was a very funny day- watching Michael spit beef across the set.” Why did David choose to say it this way? 😂😂😂 He could have said “spit beef out” or “into a bucket” or many other things, but *spit beef* *across the set* gives such images 😅😂😳
3. I’m sad they split them up for this part of the interview. They show them being interviewed together in other bts videos this season. They aren’t supposed to be separated! Can you imagine what would have happened if he had said “spit beef across the set” next to Michael‽ 😅😂🙃
something something about queercoded villains and that interview where David Tennant and Michael Sheen say they probably never worked on anything together before Good Omens bc they tend to be typecast for the same roles. something about them now starring opposite each other as queer romantic leads
