Life is miserable. Recently got diagnosed with PTSD and BPD so there’s that. Medication I’m on doesn’t really feel like it’s working and I feel like I’m just constantly sad. Some of these pictures are quite deceiving because even though I look fine or possibly happy, it’s been the worst time of my life. I don’t know what I’m doing anymore and I’m just lost. I have this non-stop physical pain I feel in my chest, my heart feels like it’s on the verge of just completely giving out. It might be due to all the stress and agony I feel but there’s not much I can do. I feel alone, sad, devoid of any happiness or excitement, angry, and empty all at once. Nothing makes sense anymore. The silence is so deafening and I’m so close to giving up. If this is my last post, so be it. I really have nothing left. No one. It’s just me and my tormenting thoughts.
