I just imagined something really cute and fluffy send help:

Raj having a friend who isn’t necessarily built for fighting so they never go on missions with him, but they know him well enough that he lets them in his apartment while he’s gone.

They like to stay up late waiting for Raj to come home (despite him telling them exactly when he’ll be back). Raj argues that they should sleep, but they never listen. They secretly do this on purpose, because they know that when Raj gets home, he’s going to be tired. So they end up both snuggled up and falling asleep together - whether it’s in an actual bed, on the couch, ect. Raj also knows this but he lets it happen every time.
