✨📖My Daily Study Routine - University Version📖✨
Now I am at my third semester at the university, so I‘ve had a lot of time to find the optimal study routine for me. Every day in my week is different, wich is why I basically start to doing my tasks at different times (so this routine only refers to the days off that I can use for studying). Maybe you will have read or heard some tips of mine, but you can still include them individually into you‘re own routine (if you want). I hope my routine motivates you as much as it does to me! And a short information for y‘all, excuse my mistakes in english grammar, english is not the language i usally speak.
1. Get up between 6:00 am 7:00 am⏰
If I have the morning off, I try to start the day relaxed. Things that helping me to do this:
a cup with my favourite tea
drinkin‘ lot‘s of water (but I don‘t mange it it everday)
wearing my favorite cardigan (This might sound ridiculous, but I learn best when I'm wearing my favorite cardigan.)
listen to my favourite Spotify- playlists or watching Gilmore Girls 🎧 (Below I have linked the playllists i am using)
2. Create a good workspace✨
After strating good in the day, I collect all of the thing I need. These are the things I am using:
iPad + keyboard & mouse
Applepen
Airpods
notebook & pens
books (when I need them)
water or tea
I don‘t need many things because I have everything important on my iPad.
3. Get an owerview👀
To-do lists always help me a lot to get an owerview. I‘m using some Apps for this step: (but you can write it down on paper)
Actions
Structured
4. Set priorities✍🏻
For me there are 3 THINGS I have to decide between. These are:
STUDYING
First, I set myself a time limit (i can work better with this). I can learn very well with the following apps:
Forest (you won't believe me how much i love to plant these little trees)
Quizlet (this app helps me a lot when I'm studying for my final exams.)
COMPLETE MY NOTES
If you‘re a student at the university too, than you will know this. Most of the time you will get a „ugly“ PowerPoint for the lecture or seminar. For this reason I make my own study notes (with them I can lern better). When i am writing my notes i am using this App:
Goodnotes (Most of you probably know this app. I can no longer imagine my life without Goodnotes.)
DOING MY HOMEWOKS
For my homeworks I am also setting a timer with the Forest- App. During the semester I probably sit the longest on my homeworks. Since I'm studying Latin, I have to translate a lot of lectures, almost every day.
5. Check you‘re To-do lists again🗒️
When I think I have everything done, I look at my lists again & check them.
6. Tidy up you‘re workspace🧹
I always tidy up after a long study session. Believe me, it's worth it. Then next time you won't have such difficulties sitting down at your desk.
7. Go for a walk🚶🏻‍♀️
After hours of studying, it‘s beneficial to get some fresh air. (But I have to be honest, I can hardly manage it). But i‘m including this step because it should actually be done (in my opinion).

Today's one of the last days I have with an intern student  from France; she's been working with me for the past 6 months, and I'm definitely going to miss her! So my lab and I are going out tonight for dinner to wish her farewell and good luck on everything after.

How to Sync GoodNotes to Google Drive
GoodNotes is a popular note-taking app that allows users to create digital notebooks and take handwritten notes on their devices. One of the key features of GoodNotes is its ability to sync with cloud storage services like Google Drive, which allows users to access their notes from any device and ensures that their data is securely backed up. Why Syncing GoodNotes to Google Drive is…

day 3/100 days of productivity/studying

My uni’s library is only open for 5 hours on Sunday’s so I spent most of my afternoon studying in the whiteboard rooms. I spent my evening grocery shopping and reviewing my notes outside while eating dinner. I’m ending the night by reviewing flashcards on goodnotes.
Since getting my IPad I’ve struggled with deciding on a note taking app, but this class has confirmed how much I enjoy goodnotes and I finally purchased the full version. I highly recommend it for all my other iPad stem majors. I’ve also heard notability has been popular but I can’t justify the monthly fee.

Making your phone useful🤍
Tumblr media Tumblr media
If you're like me, you're going to want to have a phone that is pretty, functional, and productive to the max. We've gotten so obsessed with our phones, mindlessly scrolling, most people don't even realize how they can make they are spending around 3 months a year on their phones (say 6 hrs a day, which used to be my screen time!)
Here I'll be covering some tips to declutter your phone and apps to help boost productivity.
⭐Decluttering⭐
Clean out your gallery:
Delete old screenshots, accidental pictures of the floor or wall, ones with bad lighting, etc. Empty the bin once you're done. You'll get more storage and a cleaner photo gallery.
Delete apps you no longer use:
You know the ones. The apps you downloaded to try out but never bothered to delete? Yeah. Get rid of them. Remove apps that sit unused like Solitaire, etc.
Delete social media:
You heard me. Delete. Your. Social. Media. Especially if you have an addiction. I had the worst Instagram addiction 5 months ago and decided to end it after flunking my math exam. I'm not saying delete your account. Just log out, and delete the apps from your phone. This will prevent mindless scrolling and make way for more productive things to fill your time with. Reinstall the apps once you have more control over yourself.
⭐Productive apps⭐
Duolingo: Learn a language
Sudoku: Good to increase focus
Lithium: E-reader app for mobile phones.
Notion: Vast app for organization
Study Bunny: Study time tracker
Habitica/Habit Rabbit: Habit trackers
Samsung Notes: Amazing note-taking app (on par with Goodnotes in my opinion)
C25K (Couch to 5K): Really helps if you want to run marathons easily.
Flo: Period Tracker
Water Time Tracker and Reminder: Cute graphics to remember to drink your water
Our phones are mines of information, and if used correctly, you can jump miles ahead of the people running in circles on social media, digesting the same content. Delete things that no longer serve you and see how your life and mental health improve. I believe in you. xoxo

method﹕scripting
definition
to script in a manifestation related sense means to write a text from the perspective of having your desires already, planning out what you would do, how you want yourself, your reality and everyone around you to be like — similarly to journaling. the main purpose of scripting is to get into the state of knowing that you own your manifestation(s) and experience the feeling that comes with it.
consequently, when you script, you become the author of your story. you are the director, the stylist, the composer — everything! with scripting, you can change what has happened in the past (revision), declare what is happening right now or predetermine what's gonna happen in the future.
good to know
you can script from any perspective. usually, people like to script from their own perspective (first person, singular), but you don't need to do that. you could write from the perspective of an omniscient narrator (third person, singular) or someone you know (maybe your friend, your enemy, your family member, your pet...).
you don't need to go into detail. the point of your script is to write something that you understand. it's a personal and private writing. you're not writing it for an audience.
you don't need to know everything. if you think you have forgotten something or don't know how you want something to turn out, you don't need to worry about that. your subconscious mind knows you the best — meaning, you will get exactly what you want.
you can make mistakes. now, what i mean is that you shouldn't pay too much attention to spelling mistakes, punctation or paragraphs. the way you write it, and where you write is entirely up to you.
you decide when and where to script. there is no universal law that says that you need to wake up every day around 10am and script the upcoming day and do that for about half an hour. you script when you feel like it, not when you force yourself to do it.
you don't need to be logical or realistic. this is your script. your magical paper that grants you all of your desires. treat it as such!
what to script
your desired self. how do they look like? what do they like? how do they behave? what are their hobbies and interests? how does their everyday life look like? do they attend uni or school? what do they study? do they go to work? do they have their own business?
your desired family and friends. who are they? do you want to manifest a new person into your life? do you want to change your family and friends entirely? what are your parents like? what's your best friend's name? what are some core memories you have with them?
your desired residence. where do you live? do you live in a house, an apartment, a mansion or a penthouse? what's your neighborhood like? how do the rooms at your place look like? who do you live with? do you have pets? what are some of your favourite pieces of furniture or art in there? do you have a collection of something? what's an eye-catcher?
your desired everything. literally, whatever comes to your mind, you can script it and make it manifest. don't hold back, you can have anything you want!
where to script
it doesn't really matter if you decide to write down your script on a single piece of paper, a notebook or on your phone. but if you want to do to it digitally, here are some useful apps:
your notes app ⋮ for free
google docs ⋮ for free
notion ⋮ for free
tumblr ⋮ for free
standard notes ⋮ for free
zinnia ⋮ limited
microsoft word ⋮ limited
notability ⋮ not for free
goodnotes ⋮ not for free
make it manifest
when a script has been finished writing, you know what follows? the act. the embodiment of that script. the play. so, when you are done writing your script, how do you act?
you continue to live in your imagination! just because you are done writing it doesn't mean you are done experiencing. because when you were scripting, you were exactly doing that. you were experiencing the feeling of having your desire. and you still have your desire. so keep it! think from the end. think from having what you want.
where do you have it? in your imagination. and you know you need to claim it in your mind first in order to let it unfold in your physical reality. therefore, look at your script and feel as if it really happened or is gonna happen. you know it happened. you know it's gonna happen. there is no way you cannot manifest it. it's done, creation is finished. it has to show up in your 3D reality.
don't make the mistake to put away your script and ask yourself "where is it?" or "when is it gonna manifest?". you aren't waiting for your desire. you aren't hoping it will manifest. it cannot appear on its own. it needs to be recognised by you first. you need to know that it's yours already. because what you have in the 4D has no option but to be reflected in your 3D.
keep in mind
you don't necessarily need to script.
scripting only "works" if you think it will.
it's supposed to be fun!
with love, ella.
