So, a few years back, my @ak8star played her first co-op game of Stellaris. I decided to help her through and tried to guide her as best as I could (while maintaining my OWN empire.)

After a while, she kept on complaining about her low energy output. I decided to play customer service. I double-checked that she was making energy districts, that her people were employed, and that her Global Energy Grid was up. Unfortunately, what I didn't realize was that, despite her nearly being in mid-game, she hadn't researched the tech for an Energy Grid.

I acted as if I was outraged and called her an Amish Mushroom.

How dare you Stellaris! Insulting this great and powerful Governor! You're lucky he doesn't sue you for slander!

So, I was rather excited for the Galactic Paragons DLC, and one of my favorite Renowned Leaders is Q'la-Minder, the cruel, iron-fisted governor. However, after introducing him, the developers roasted him to near oblivion!

Poor Q'la. What did he ever do to them?! (Past the whole cruelty and slavery thing.) Perhaps an intoxicating beverage will help lift his spirits.
