Aaaaaaaaaand turned out that it wasn’t my last version of Willy Wonka. I discovered it last week, when my teachers explained that they’ll give some final advices for the correction of details. Now, this project is waiting his correction and mark. :P
Here is the real finished version. I used colored pencil over the painting, made the hands bigger (they were really small), change the color of the costume for a more hot purple, and added a yellow light on the back to give more depth.
I really prefer it than the previous version, it have a much more warm atmosphere.
Some little badgers to hopefully brighten up your day~
This is another piece I painted while on break last week. It was an experiment in painting leaves as shapes instead of just…blobs, ha. It’s based on a photo I found via google image search so I won’t be offering prints or anything of this one, sorry!
“hello mister mustache!”
Painted with shinhan postercolor and holbein gouache from own photo reference in a A5 fabriano watercolor sketchbook.
My second just-for-me piece from my week off: a young ornithologist~
I just chose birds I thought were pretty. 💛
