Every couple months I come back to GPXPlus and each time I do I am taunted by this shiny hunt I’ve had going since July of 2018

… its been 2 days. I hatched 8 eggs.

My first shiny hunt took me 1632 eggs to complete. I finished 2 others on the side in the two years it took for that one to deliver.

I’m thrilled, really, just also confused and baffled and bamboozled.

There was a pokemon online game called GPXPlus I used to play a few years ago and sometimes they’d have a “site wide shiny hunt (swsh)” and tbh every time I see “swsh” I do not immediately say it in my head as “sword and shield” lol

the trinket system is a fucking essential part of gpx. what other site would allow me to indulge the dragon-like fantasy of having a warehouse full of useless junk, and hauling some of it to a big marketplace where i thoughtfully puzzle over other people’s junk and say “that’s a nice quadratic function there. how would you like an empty soda can for it”

Hey!! So…after about a year long hiatus, i just came back to gpxplus and am also a part of pokefarm!

I just learned you can start shiny hunts somehow on gpx, but I’m unsure as to how you do that?? Would anyone be willing to inform me, I’d super appreciate it!

As for pokefarm, well, people have been giving me vulpixes left and right, got a shiny and an albino one and i just cannot be thankful enough to people for that ;  u ;
