Happy Sinful Sunday!🖤 I did a gratitude ritual to honor and thank Satan for everything he’s done for this world, the universe, and myself. It is an honor and a privilege to work with Satan in any capacity. I am more grateful to have Satan in my life than words can express. As my connection with Satan deepens, I further realize the importance of gratitude as a tool for not only mental health, but celebrating life.
Satan had me list my Big Six (the 6 things I’m most grateful for at this moment) during the ritual. I encourage you to take a moment to write down your own Big Six to honor your connection with Satan. What Satanic blessings are you most grateful for? Feel free to respond if you feel like it, but either way, I encourage you to dedicate a moment of gratitude to Satan. Gratitudes opens up your body, mind, and soul to greater healing, empowerment, and fulfillment.
Hail Satan!🤘

#19 Gratitude
Thank you so much God for all that I have today. The delicious food on my table. A loving and supporting family. A shelter on my head and a heart that can love. How can I forget to count my blessings when I don't forget to breathe. Thank you God from the bottom of my heart for all you have given me. Thank you so much. I love you so much. I love everything around me. Thank you God. 🌸💕

Building Blocks
“Opportunities are usually disguised as hard work, so most people don’t recognize them.” – Ann Landers Gratitude has always been the gateway for opportunity. Those who use sight of their mind to see greatness in small things are often rewarded with more what they expected and Cath’s story begins this way. If you ever step into Cath’s office, the one thing you’d notice is how organized…

The True Essence of Abundance: A Generous Heart Shaina Tranquilino February 25, 2024
Tumblr media
In a world often defined by material wealth and possessions, the concept of abundance has frequently been misunderstood. True abundance, however, extends far beyond the accumulation of material items. It is a state of being that transcends possessions, focusing instead on the capacity to give generously to others while still maintaining a sense of fulfillment and contentment within oneself.
The Illusion of Material Abundance:
In a consumer-driven society, the pursuit of material wealth is often equated with abundance. The more we have, the more successful we are perceived to be. However, this perspective is a narrow and limited understanding of true abundance. Material possessions may offer temporary satisfaction, but they seldom contribute to lasting happiness or a sense of fulfillment.
The Power of Generosity:
True abundance lies in the ability to give without reservation. Generosity is a powerful force that not only enriches the lives of others but also nourishes the soul of the giver. It goes beyond monetary donations and encompasses acts of kindness, compassion, and the sharing of one's time and skills.
When we give freely, whether it be our resources, knowledge, or support, we tap into a wellspring of abundance within ourselves. The act of giving fosters a sense of purpose and interconnectedness, creating a positive ripple effect that extends beyond the immediate recipients.
Abundance as a State of Being:
Abundance is not a destination; it is a journey. It is a mindset that transcends the limitations of scarcity and lack. When we view abundance as a state of being rather than a collection of possessions, we open ourselves up to a world of possibilities and opportunities.
Being able to give generously while still having plenty for oneself requires a shift in perspective. It involves recognizing that true wealth is found in the richness of experiences, relationships, and the positive impact we can have on the lives of others.
Practices to Cultivate True Abundance:
Gratitude: Cultivate a mindset of gratitude for what you have. Recognize and appreciate the abundance in your life, whether it be in the form of relationships, opportunities, or personal growth.
Mindful Giving: Be intentional about your giving. Whether it's time, resources, or acts of kindness, approach generosity with mindfulness and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
Simplify: Challenge the societal notion that more is always better. Simplify your life by focusing on what truly brings you joy and fulfillment, rather than constantly chasing after more material possessions.
Connect with Others: Abundance is amplified when shared with others. Foster meaningful connections and relationships, as they are a constant source of support and fulfillment.
True abundance is not measured by the size of our bank accounts or the number of possessions we accumulate. Instead, it is found in the generosity of spirit and the ability to give freely to others while still maintaining a sense of fulfillment within ourselves. As we shift our focus from material wealth to the richness of experiences and connections, we discover the true essence of abundance – a state of being that transcends scarcity and opens the door to a more fulfilling and purposeful life.

Change Your Mindset, Change Your Life.
Even my mind told me, 'You're getting old,' and said, "No, I'm not going to be living like this anymore; I've had enough! It was then that I knew I needed to change my mindset.
Thank you for reading my article, and it’s great that you’re interested in holistic wellness. I’ve had things changed dramatically in my health. Although I have fully recovered from my knee replacement, due to stress at my workplace, I became thoroughly burnt out. I have been out of sorts, constantly feeling weak and tired with losing my appetite, and I lost a lot of weight.  Just Getting…

"Try thinking of three things to be grateful for each day."
This is the gratitude practice I was taught on a course for cancer patients and survivors.
Some of the other patients on the course had been given a terminal diagnosis and had also lost their partners to cancer too.
At first, I thought suggesting this "three things to be grateful for" exercise was obscene. How could anyone suggest this to these people...?
But gradually I realised that this was one of the very few things that could be suggested. And that it's better than offering nothing or, maybe even worse, empty sympathy.
It's something anyone could try. It won't solve the practical problems or limitations, but over time it might help someone to find an answer to those for themselves.
So here it is, for you.
To buy the art printed on all kinds of things, please head to: https://www.redbubble.com/shop/ap/117995445 where there's 25% off everything today.

This insightful quote reminds us that happiness is not something external or elusive. It's a choice we make and a mindset we cultivate. Instead of endlessly searching for a key, we realize that the door to happiness is always open. So, let go of expectations, appreciate the beauty in each moment, and walk through that open door. Discover the joy that resides within you, and let it radiate out into the world. Happiness is yours to embrace, always! 💫

Wow!
I've been consistent with this.
I was gone for 5 days though.
So, I was missed a few days on writing.
But that's important anymore.
My progress is on its way.
I began to feel good about myself recently.
I started overcoming my procrastination.
I realized I don't need to be motivated all the time.
I need systems to propel me to progress.
Anyway, I'm just glad that I'm more comfortable expressing my thoughts online.
This is something I want to protect.
My peace.
I'm glad for the moments I pushed myself.
I've been intentional for a time. But I still stumble hard.
I still have lots of things to change but I need to embrace myself first.
I've been using a lot of "I's" in my blogs and that's ok. HAHA, I'll improve my writing style as I continue to read and learn.
I'm thankful that my Spanish vocabulary is expanding. I'm so proud of my growth. I will not pressure myself anymore.
I'm not so hard on myself anymore when I can't remember certain words or when I get confused all the time.
The key is to enjoy talking and love the language.
I started posting on TikTok again. I'm good at explaining things and I need to work on that.
I'm also great at jokes and my humor is on point.
Working on my fearless phase. I need to understand that people aren't paying attention that much.
