Guys i cannot believe i reached 500 followers!😱 I thank you all for your support!💕 This time i decided on a Greek God/Goddess theme; as a historian i cannot stop myself from including some history stuff here and there😅 I tried my best to match the deity and the activity, hopefully you will like the event! Let’s have some fun! 🎉
The event is going to end on September 23!
All HP and Fantastic Beasts characters are welcome!
💍Hera- Tell me your favourite character and give some info about your relationship with them. And I will make a wedding moodboard for you + you’ll get a first dance song!
🦉Athena- Tell me your favourite Hogwarts class + give me an aesthetic and i will make a moodboard for you! (e.g.: Charms - dark academia)
🎼Apollo- Give me a character + a theme and i will prepare a playlist (e.g.: romantic dinner with Lucius)
📜Hermes- Letter activity is back! Write a letter to any character as their friend/lover/student/anything and i will reply as the character!
💋Zeus- Fuck/Marry/Kill game because it’s the most fitting thing for Zeus😂
💗Aphrodite- I wanna have some fun too, so you guys ship ME with a character this time and tell me why!
🗺Hades- Tell me your favourite character and I will plan a trip for you!

Why limit yourself between choosing a pretty feminine aesthetic or a dark one? If Persephone can be the Goddess of Spring and the Queen of the Underworld at the same time so can you.

Hey, hi, hello. So, just wanted to reiterate this again.
The Greek Gods are not their myths.
Myths were not written by the gods.
Myths were written by flawed ancient men who really didn't like women and it shows.
Your goddesses are not vain, petty, or shallow.
They are not bound to the myths written by flawed men.

The Complaints of an Icarus
I tried in vain to find The middle and the end of space; I know not under what fiery eye I feel my pinions breaking;
Burned by love of the beautiful I shan't have the sublime honor Of giving my name to the abyss That will serve me as a tomb.
— William Aggeler, The Flowers of Evil (Fresno, CA: Academy Library Guild, 1954)

APHRODITE
Goddess of love, beauty, pleasure and passion. Her main powers catered towards love and desire which allowed her to easily seduce any person of her choosing. She was the subject and model for the famous sculpture 'Venus de Milo'. Aphrodite was directly responsible for the Trojan war. She sided with the Trojans in the Trojan War because Paris and her son, the hero Aeneas, were Trojans. She also persuaded the god of war, Ares, to support Troy during the war. In book III of Homer's Iliad, it is told that Aphrodite eventually saves Paris when Menelaus is about to kill him.
