We don't talk enough about how incredible it is that we got THE Dee Wallace on the show. Her and Gregory Harrison managed to make two people who absolute enrage me every time they come on screen but also portray two very human and authentic people. It easily could've been that the Buckley parents were played into this very static, cardboard characters but instead we got two flawed and complex people caught in their grief. You can practically feel the history when they're on screen with JLH and Oliver.
Razorback will be released on Blu-ray on March 14 via Scream Factory. The 1984 Australian natural horror film is directed by Russell Mulcahy (Resident Evil: Extinction, Highlander).
Everett De Roche (Road Games, Storm Warning) wrote the script, based on Peter Brennan’s 1981 novel. Gregory Harrison, Arkie Whiteley, Bill Kerr, Chris Haywood, David Argue, and Judy Morris star.
Special features will be announced at a later date.
Somewhere in the Australian Outback, there is a creature that can rip a man in half and destroy a house in seconds: Razorback, a giant freak of nature that's nine-hundred pounds of tusk and muscle which terrorizes an isolated community as violent and primitive as itself.
