New kits! I've had a concept of all these guys for a while, I first drew it up with the release of the River excerpt on the site (I think, I have it dated as February 8th, 2022). Back when Rowankit was a dark grey tabby she-cat basically. I was trying to wait until they were older to draw them all but finally I caved and just drew them as kits.

So here are Larkwing's kits, Brookkit and Stripekit, Blossomheart and Harrybrook's kits, Ridgekit and Duskkit, Cinnamontail and Slatefur's kits, Firkit, Whisperkit, Bloomkit, and Streamkit, Spotfur and Stemleaf's kits, Bristlekit, Stemkit, and Graykit, and Dovewing and Tigerheartstar's (new) kits, Rowankit and Birchkit.

Greysplotch

Greysplotch is a tall, gorgeous she-cat that looks much younger than she truly is. She has mothered two litters, her first litter being fathered by volechase; weaselpaw, Cormorantpaw, songpaw, swanpaw and her second litter whos father she wont reveal consists of Pyritekit, copperkit and goldenkit. Overall Greysplotch is an entitled she-cat that manipulates to get her way. She spoils all her kittens and has tried to make them resent her father and his other family. She was very angry when she found out that volechase would rather be with spitfire rather than her. She is a temporary queen which many find unnecessary. But she can't possibly ruin her beautiful fur with scars.

thunderclan — year eight — leafbare

darkstripe dies. blossomfall takes on freckledpaw's training.

dovewing decides to leave for shadowclan. she bids farewell to her surviving kits and takes off to be with their father.

they'll have mixed feelings on that.

dewpetal dies.

ridgeclaw becomes a warrior, and mallow breathes a bit easier because having two ridgepaws was making things really confusing on his end.

echopaw is apprenticed to squirrelflight.

coneclaw has six kittens: banekit (red tom), greykit (grey she-cat with a short tail), juniperkit (pale she-cat with red tipped fur and gold eyes), nightkit (black tom with faint stripes and hazel eyes), sprucekit (she-cat with gold eyes and a thick tail), and willowkit (light grey she-cat with hazel eyes).

unfortunately, greykit doesn't make it through her first night.

leopardfoot and sandstorm both catch ill and pass away.

Something that’s not Magnus. Because I can’t own a cat right now and so I’ve steadily created almost four clans of cats. Each clan has between 25 and 35 cats so. There’s a few. I was posting the refs but I forgot to keep doing that and then started noting story related stuff on them so. Doodles now.

This is Ryegrass, a warrior of Swiftclan. Their Ref did get uploaded I believe, I think all of Swiftclan’s did actually. But still, they’re a grumpy cat who has a secret soft spot for kits. They’ll chew another warrior’s ear off and then immediately switch to a Sweetheart if a kit appears. They are not clan born, and carry a fair chunk of anxiety over that. But kits don’t know, or care, where they came from.

From left to right the kits are Strawkit, Greykit (who Ryegrass ends up mentoring) and Bramblekit. Every time these babies want to cuddle Ryegrass is There and Living for it. They also make the best games according to the kits. Bramblekit suffers from wobblers syndrome, and adores that Ryegrass doesn’t treat them like they’re incapable. Strawkit and Greykit love the stories and games Ryegrass will spin, and Bramblekit loves that Ryegrass will always find a role for him.

They are my babies. All of them. So many cats…
