Today, I learned reading and writing can trigger my narcolepsy and cataplexy. Yay. /s
No wonder when I get into a good book or into writing, I feel drained for the next couple days.
I have been prescribed ‘writing sprints’. No longer than 5 minutes at a time. Same for reading. Oof.
Sharing to help any other readers and/or writers under the narcoleptic umbrella who get absolutely exhausted during reading or writing stints, especially things like book clubs or NaNoWriMo.
At some point earlier this morning I half awoke from my hydroxyzine coma and forced my limbs to function so I could groggily write down this sentence I had come up with that I believed was too clever to be forgotten.
I didn’t remember any of this until I opened my phone again a couple hours later when I was fully awake and out of bed.
This is likely just me, but power naps just don’t work for me. If anything, I become less alert than I already was. I do set a timer for 20 minutes, but it doesn’t seem to work.
Milly is NOT a morning person.
You can view the entire challenge here. I'm updating it daily with each prompt.
For this challenge, I'm only going to do line art each day. Later I'll go back and color the ones I particularly like.
