I’m really feeling like I don’t have much to share right now and my progress has noticeably slipped over the past month as my shoulder heals up. But I wanted to share an oldie but a goodie from when I was injury free and going strong. It keeps me inspired and looking forward to getting back to my training. life goal: find a stranger and somehow work in the action of flexing and kissing my biceps while constantly referencing “the gun show” i just think it would be a bit tomfoolerous and i find that appealing.
