i don’t really know how many people would relate to this, but i kind of wanted to talk about it. i mentioned this a lot at the time, but i was the same age as many of the kids who became representatives for gun control laws when they witnessed their classmates die in the marjory stoneman douglas shooting. i was in the same grade. i signed up for all the march for our lives updates. turned on tweet notifications for them, text messages, email newsletters. walked out on national school walkout day. volunteered to help at an event when they went on tour. i still get the text updates from them every few months, and i got one yesterday morning. it started off: “Hey friend, We’re marching again.” instantly, it felt i was sixteen again and scared for my life.

Batman tells Gordon that he doesn't kill. Thinking that it's a legality issue, Gordon deputizes Batman and gives him a gun and badge. Batman of course doesn't use the gun and just figures Gordon is stressed.

After Joker kills a Robin, Gordon starts to deputize the Batfam members.
