Gym lowkey killed me today
did a bit of a full body workout with a focus on arms/upper body because I skipped that day yesterday (was feeling a bit sick)
tried a new arm routine and my arms feel dead rn lol
if all goes well (and my nose isn‘t super runny anymore) I will do sprints tomorrow. definitely got a love/hate relationship with sprints but mostly loving the feeling of being FAST

Getting back on track. Will keep you all updated. Gonna start very slow. Trying my best tonight to get a good nights sleep. And will be trying to get up early. That will be my goal this week. Very very slow progress, but progress all the same. Next week I’ll get back into regular exercise. Slowly improving my nutrition as well. Hugs and enjoy the rest of your week everyone.

I’m so ready to get out of the slump. Had a hard time getting up early but I only slept in a little later than I wanted to, so I’ll take that as some progress. I wanted to nap SO bad but I didn’t. I hope I’ll be able to sleep well tonight. Hugs and have a great day everyone ❤️🥰
