she apologized for how she handled the situation and apologized for brushing off someone's honest criticisms as hate. what more is she meant to do? throw herself onto a pyre? is she not allowed to feel lousy that this whole thing blew up in her face? because she's an adult and she made a mistake, she's not allowed to be sad or stressed? she's still an imperfect human. apologizing immediately usually means people are still sensitive to their own hurt of being called out because it's fresh and on their mind so it tends to slip into their apology, but if she had waited any longer to compose herself, you guys would probably have an issue with how long she took. also, in aaaaaallll of this, I've have yet to once see what exactly about her work is so problematic? I've read her fic and I personally can't see anything wrong, although I will admit that yes, I'm a white ciswoman but I'd like to think I'm aware of negative tropes. but the only thing touted is "it made an mlm uncomfortable" but HOW??? honestly, I want to know! if anything so I can avoid doing the same thing! how is anyone meant to learn when you're not bringing up these points as often as you're explicitly laying out the problems in her apology and whatnot. I've seen 6 posts about how shit the apology was and for why and I've not once seen the original comment detailing why the fic was problematic, and I've been looking on twit, tumblr, insta, and ao3. if it's been deleted, why isn't anyone stating again and again what's wrong? also, if someone is making fic/art you don't like, don't. interact. with. it. there's tons of stuff on ao3 and twit that I don't like, some of it that I think is disgusting (do you know how many fics there are with keith/kosmos?) and I just scroll past it cause it can't hurt me if I don't read it. there's one artist that's pretty popular on Twitter and I personally really hate they way they draw klance but it's all over my tl. I respect that person's art style and creativeness and keep on moving. other people enjoy it, good for them. and if I start reading something and get surprised with something I dont like, I leave! find people who write things you like and stop engaging with creators who's things you don't like, as far as I know no one is holding a gun to your head making you read problematic fic. also for as much as you rag on her for the words she used to apologize, you don't seem to be considering your own words when offering criticism. if Taylor mistook the person's words as hate, couldn't it have been because the way he worded the complaint was done hatefully? lastly, no one, absolutely no one, is required to talk about world issues when they're running a fandom account,no matter how "big" they are. we all know what's going on in the world, we're surrounded by sad and stressful stories practically 24/7 and if someone isn't, they're probably curating their social feeds to be that way (like you should do when it come to kl content creators you don't like). people sending hate in Taylor's defense are in the wrong I agree, and this isn't hate its critism its a discussion, but Taylor isn't responsible for, how many people did you say? 16k on twit? even if she said hey guys stop, you think they would? she's can't control all those people and expecting her to is nonsense. I see so many younger fans expecting perfection in their fandoms and that just isn't going to happen. yes we should be striving to be better but no one is ever going to be perfect. not you, not me, not the mlm person, not Taylor, not anyone on any side of this argument. the only way to avoid this kind of circular dog piling and hate sending is to better curate your fandom experience by ignore those you have issues with.- 🦛

im pretty sure i said its good that she realizes she handled it poorly. but she makes the whole apology about this, doesnt directly talk about the issues and i know someone went to her to talk about it. also, it took her a day to say something about it so it wasnt exactly immediate (in the sense people had already stopped talking about it but that doesnt mean they werent still bothered). the apology was directed at mlm, and i havent seen one saying it felt genuine. of couse she can be hurt but when you apologize to a marginalized group the focus shouldnt be your feelings, but the feelings of the ones you have hurt.

she admits to be projecting on lance. so she makes him very femine and keith very masculine. and ok, gay couples like that do exist, but she is a woman projecting in this situation so this bothers people. putting mlm in this position is a harmful steriotype, bc it feels very heterosexual. this is a trope, it unfortunately happens a lot and its harmful. women need to be aware of what they are representing when drawing/writing mlm because well, real mlm are going to see it, and no one likes to feel like a fetish to others. and its not our place to question if the criticism is right or wrong when we are not mlm, so if you read this and think “but thats not a problem thats not a fetish etc” well, its not your place to judge that. theres more to it and you probably could get a better answer from a mlm sorry.

as you said, you are a cis woman, of course its not going to hurt you in this case. but if people are making harmful content its not a simple matter of “dont interact with it” because they will still be promoting it, other people are going to read it, and media influences how we see minorities so of course people will not like when they see bad portrayal of them. also, tumblr sucks so even if you want to just “dont interact with it” its hard because even after blocking you can still cross the content of someone. not sure how it works on twitter but anyway this discussion started on tumblr and tumblr doesnt stop people who were bothered by her to avoid her by blocking.

i think she deleted the ask by now, but i dont remember the ask being hateful. i remember someone asking if she was a fujoshi, and another person mentioned that mlm didnt like the way she portrayals klance. i dont remember it being hateful. but again, she apologized for handling it badly. its just that she stops there.

ignoring world issues is a privilege. if someone is able to turn off from all the problems in the world, its a privilige. yes no one should talk aobut it all the time thats not even healthy, but to never talk about it is a privilege. thats what black people are saying, they cant just turn off from racism, so yes they are going to expect white people to do something. online honestly i cant do shit, i dont think anything i reblog here does a difference and i do what i can in my own country, but she has a plataform that could help bring awareness. again, its a privilege to be able to curate your social media to be a perfect happy place.

also my stance on pro-ship and anti-ship is that these are both annoying blanket terms so like.. yall can work out what I am from this statement???:

-i don't, in any circumstance, support pedophilic ships. However I have no issue with media that has this in but from a "this is wrong and here is why" perspective. Just don't glorify it or say its ok or *can* be ok bc there are kids being groomed irl who might be reading this, or pedos seeking out that kinda content. This one crosses the line of "making a fanfic" and "making content for actual pedos" in a way that seems hella sus to me.

-aside from that I don't care lol like... if you wanna ship bakudeku or whatever im not fussed idc like sure ships are toxic sometimes or even on that borderline of abusive but like. Idk like this could be being written or engaged with for a myriad of reasons and frankly I do not mind if a ship is just shitty.

-if you ship like adopted siblings or whatever thats a bit weird but like... im not gonna flip shit or think it should be illegal id just be a little concerned. Or a lot concerned. But really like... its a fanfic I have more important things to do than care abt some tumblr users opinion on twincest. its more icky than anything like its bad but not on the pedo level. If I saw a ship on your blog of this nature I would be a lil skeptical but wouldn't freak out. Stuff that crosses the pedo line (eg mother + kid ships) crosses a line for me tho lol

I have a dumb question. Im all for ending police brutality but it turned into getting rid of police and I dont understand? Ive been assaulted a lot in my life, and Im terrified that without police, no one will help. I see the narrative of having crisis intervention, etc instead but? What about violence and serious crimes? But I also saw somewhere about defunding meant still having police but not for every situation. But only one is saying that so I dont think thats what it means to everyone else

I had been wondering the same thing myself. But I think the issue isn’t law enforcers = bad. I think the current issue is that the way law is enforced right now, and the laws that are focused and how minorities are getting the worst end of it, is what’s bad.

Obviously, a society that wants to thrive long-term will need laws and ways to enforce them. But the way things are going right now, the law enforcement is causing more harm than good. And the laws aren’t entirely just either. Just look at the example you gave me about being assaulted. A white woman will be treated a lot differently than a black woman, for the same exact crime reported. A black woman assaulted by a white man may not even be taken seriously, whereas if it was the other way around? The precinct would turn itself over in the name of “justice”. There is something seriously wrong with that.

Yes, you should have law and order, but the enforcers should be trained and tested way more rigorously than they are now. The law should also apply to them, and their consequences should match the citizen’s, if not worse. If you can’t let a citizen claim the “I didn’t know it was illegal” card, then how can you let the people enforcing those laws get away with breaking them.

Currently, the system revolves around punishing and destroying the lives of people who broke the law, and poor people and minorities suffer the worst of it. The system should instead revolve around rehabilitating the law breakers. Just take a look at New Zealand, which has some of the lowest crime rates in the world, so clearly they’re doing something right.

I would also advise you to take a look at Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone, and how they’ve been running things lately.

Hey Phe, no shade at all because ily, but I think the anon was right for being concerned about the 'hornyness' ask- the community does seem to mostly be younger people, some of whom are definitely minors, so someone stating that sexual stuff is going on in the community would be cause for concern (since there /are/ adult members too). The ask was super bitchy, but I do think they had the right idea. Better to be safe than sorry.

And that minors have to be protected right up until 18. Yes, showing kids porn is wrong and illegal. Know what isn’t? Talking and joking about hot characters. Kids will talk about porn and penis even if adults aren’t there. No adults are exposing anyone to anything. If you’re uncomfortable with minors and adults together talking abt a hot bod, you can have that thought. But saying that it’s wrong and that everyone else has to abide by that rule? no. “you shouldn't have to experience an anonymous internet user looming over your shoulder and telling you what you're feeling is wrong because you're under 18.” (racc) .phetldr; Teens and and a couple adults who are barely even reaching 20 talking about a hot character (nothing very nsfw. no porn, sex, etc) isn’t illegal or inherently bad because minors in their most sexually exploratory years probably know a lot more about penis than you think. the second one- where does this start?

okay okay so I guessss this is the part where I kind of have to talk about myself since honestly truly now that I think about it- not a lot of people know MY story.. its usually me asking to someone else what theirs is and why they are the person they are, but sometimes not even my closest best friends know, because they never asked? weird, I know lmao. buuuut okay where to start right? well I was born in Guatemala, September 21st 2001, for the ones who didn't know hahah aaaand I was a happy kid. always a happy kid. to keep the long story as short as possible, moms filed for a divorce, father said no. for my fifth birthday though, they both wanted to take me to Disneyland, in Cali. this meant that we had to get a tourist visa from Guatemala granting us permission to leave the country, which for those of you who don't know how that process works, its HARD. somehow we managed to get it, and a few weeks later I was celebrating my birthday in Disneyland. that was when my mom made the decision to run away from my dad. obviously telling this story now, I know we had family in Virginia. and being an immigrant traveling with your also immigrant daughter as you're already in the United States- not so hard. I woke up to my mom packing bags, she just told me to go back to sleep and that we were going to the beach later that day. I, listened to my mom, and proceeded to waking up basically in an airport. just like that my life had shifted. we flew into Virginia, and proceeded to living there, hiding for six months. hiding was tough. my father had even filed a missing child case basically saying I had been abducted. Amber Alert who, right? During my time there, I did start to notice money coming in, we would go shopping, and I would get random presents out of nowhere. AAAAnd thats where my stepdad comes in. Once again, to summarize, my (now stepdad) had been in contact with my mom ever since they were high school teenage sweethearts. when my mom split up with him, it was because he had decided to flee to the United States and stay as an illegal immigrant. that’s when she met my father and had me- talk about a cockblock. anyways I soon came to find out that all the money and presents coming in, were from him. he came to Virginia for Christmas, also took me to New York for the first time and I got to get hello kitty EVERYTHING inside that Toys R Us- and then we came back home to Virginia and I was completely in awe of how good this man was treating me and my mom- aaaandd thats when they dropped the bomb on me. We were moving to Seattle. shortly after making that decision, it was January of the year 2006 and I was on a plane (again) and headed to my new life, with a new dad, and SOOO many new toys. I was happy.

Fast forward a few months, moms is pregnant, has my brother in 2007, I can suddenly speak and understand English FLUENTLY, and I have an entire new family. As if it couldn't get crazier, my 3rd grade year, my biological dad reached out to my mom, told her he was in town. I had no idea until we stepped into the closest mall by my house, and there he was. Live and in the flesh, it was my father. I ran into his arms and obviously balled my eyes out, and I just couldn't believe it.

Fast forward a few years, he visited again and then after that visit went kind of MIA. No more emails, or letters, and most definitely no calls. When I turned 13, I still waited for that phone call, waited all day for my mom to tell me “your father’s on the phone” and nothing. Until it was 1AM, September 22nd, and my mom told me THATS when he called. 1 fucking am here, meaning 3 am over there, basically the day after my birthday. After that year, noting stayed the same. No longer waited, or anticipated, just- nothing. I later came to find out through social media, that he was having a daughter. Insane. I couldn't believe it, but part of me saw it coming. I mean this is what I wanted right? for him to move on and start his new life, and I didn't care anymore if I was a part of it... right? On my 16th birthday, he called. By this time I wanna say my little sister was probably around 3 or 4, (still hadn't gotten a call, until now.) When he called me I was in the middle of a small get together with just family, my boyfriend and bestfriends at the time had already left and I heard the phone ring. my mom looked at it and went silent, and showed me the phone. I knew who it was. I recognized the number. and I didn't want to answer, but I needed answers.

so I pick up.

“hello?”

“hi mija, god how I've missed you I can't believe I actually got a hold of-”

“stop.”

you can’t believe you got a hold of me? you never tried.

I proceeded to basically cussing him out, and asking about my sister. You know when you accidentally rat yourself out to your parents by saying something you shouldn't have? yeah thats exactly what happened to my not so dearly beloved father. he basically spit out that my sister’s mother was the same bitc- lady, that my dad had cheated on my mom with- go figure! no wonder the woman ran away from you, jesus.

“look, im sorry. god I am so sorry for everything I promise I will make it up to you what do I have to do?”

“never speak to me ever again. just like how I was basically dead to you and had no right to know the truth about everything, as far as im concerned the only thing that connects us is blood.”

he ruined my 16th birthday.

never talked to him ever again.

fast forward to my senior year- tf when did that happen?

I’m in Washington DC on a school trip (so much fun by the way AMAZING) and I call my mom to say hi and catch up (actually just calling because she was across the country and if she didn't hear from me she’d think I was dead inside the White House or something, hispanic moms, you know) and she then proceeds to tell me that she saw on Facebook (once again this damn social media) that my dad had just became a father, again. another baby sister. also that he had been living back and forth from Germany to Guatemala.

sounds like a blast daddy dearest.

(yeah he has a lot of money by the way, still waiting on the child support from the past decade but its good HAH)

FAST FORWARD AgaIINNN to March of 2019.

I became a legal resident of the United States, free to travel in and out of the country without a problem, free to work wherever I wanted, free to go to college and actually have a social security number when im asked for it- just simply free.

April 2019.

The month I got the chance to go back to my beloved Guatemala for the first time in thirteen years. THIRTEEN. To not bore you with all the details of my trip, on the last night, fate decided that it was time, and yes ladies and gents, there he was, in the flesh, my father. I always call him “father” and my stepdad “dad” just because all that other guy did was help with the process of me being born he was never a real dad to me ever, as heart wrenching and harsh as that may sound. so fuck him. seriously, fuck him. I saw him, with tears of anger streaming down my face and my entire body shaking, and he walks up to me crying.

he leans in for a hug.

“not a step closer don’t you dare touch me.”

he walks away and disappears into the crowd of hundreds of people, and I proceeded to having the worst panic attack I have ever had. paramedics asking if I was okay, my mom on the floor with me as I was sobbing and screaming, and everyone scared out of their minds because suddenly I felt trapped in a ball of water with no air as everyone watched the color of my skin slowly beginning to fade until I became white as snow. when I snapped out of it and finally calmed down, I cried. god I cried so damn much. I was so hurt, mostly because part of me thought he would take a stand for once and try. just try. even though I told him not to I knew a part of me wanted him to, but he didn't. and he disappointed me- just as I expected he would.

haven't heard of him since.

that was almost five months ago. and that leads us to today, the present! and thats my story, without all the minor details because with those included id have people reading for hours. But, even after this longgg ass post, if you're still here hi! thanks for reading, and for being interested in my story? not a lot of people tend to be, but if im gonna be writing on here I might as well include it- right?

anyways- yep thats me, this along w other crazzyyy things are part of what shaped me to be the person I am today. As for my family? My mom, my dad, and my little brother? I’d take a bullet.

in the end, 2sung were in charge of decorating the place, minhwan were in charge of the food, ongniel were in charge of the eggnog (and non-alcoholic drinks for the minors) and the two sausages were in charge of choosing movies for the marathon :’)))

everyone was looking fine af in their attire

“Happy birthday!” Roman cheered, crashing into Dmitri.

Without looking up, Dmitri easily caught Roman in his arms, “My birthday isn’t for two weeks,” he sighed, his exasperation being melted as Roman nuzzled him further.

“Mmm shut up,” Roman dragged Dmitri behind him in the parking lot, the school bell ringing, “We had a deal so stop pouting,” he said, sing-song.

“It’s not a pou...Then why are we going to my car,” Dmitri said, expression souring and no it wasn’t a pout, he does not pout--

“Because, ” Roman said, expression sly in the way that always made Dmitri’s stomach flip, “You’re a babe, and I love you dearly, but Virgil’s car is his baby and some lines aren’t meant to be crossed.”

“Uh,” Dmitri ignored his blush, “Noted.”

“I’m surprisingly in one piece,” Dmitri said as they got out, “With all those cute faces you make when concentrating it was a wonder I got out alive.”

“Shut up!” Roman shoved him lightly.

Dmitri caught his hand swinging it between them, “Where are we anyway?” he vaguely recognized the park.

It was one of the smaller ones around, with it’s old, weathered playground blending almost seamlessly with the unruly trees. The discarded toys and cracked pavements so achingly familiar that he had to second guess whether or not he actually could hear children laughing.

Roman looked up at him, lips quirked, “Don’t you remember? It’s where we first met,”

“But we met in 8th--” he stopped as something clicked, his hand drifting to his scar automatically, “Huh, church camp?” he looked at Roman curiously, “There were a dangerously high amount of kids who went there, how did you even know me?”

“We were...always the last kids picked up,” Roman said, "Virgil and I always had each other or Remy to keep each other company, but you…” he got a faraway look and he rubbed his arms self consciously, “You always looked so... lonely...I guess I never really forgot.”

Dmitri sighed pushing a stray curl from Roman’s face, “You’re so sappy,” Dmitri murmured with a fond look, effectively pulling Roman back down to earth.

He didn't bother to linger on the memories for too long, instead pulling Roman along gently, “Let’s see if those rusty swings still work, eh?”

“Stop fidgeting,” Roman whined, the flower crown falling limp in Dmitri’s hair. Dmitri continued to ignore his request, choosing to press his face into Roman’s stomach, much to their distress.

“How do you expect me to just ignore such a fuckin’ snack?” Dmitri said, muffled in Roman’s skin.

Sure the ground pressed into him at an uncomfortable angle, but Dmitri had the important job of figuring out if that was a new freckle he spotted. He planned on being thorough. Roman eventually relented to the very important investigation, dandelions falling to the wayside as Dmitri shifted him onto his back.

Even when Roman managed to reluctantly bat him away, Dmitri still looked mighty pleased with his new spot between Roman’s thighs.

“Having fun?” Roma drawled, resigned.

“Always,” Dmitri’s immediately said. He cupped Roman’s face, hair falling in waves around them as he leaned down.

“Mmm,” Roman hummed, the air warm, “Do you want your real birthday gift now?”

Dmitri’s eyes narrowed, “Roman…” he said, warningly.

“Hush,” Roman said, no whine in his tone. Instead, it was of calm reassurance, “I didn’t buy you anything. I just got a bit nosy…”

“What do you…”

“I talked to a few old friends who knew Emile--”

Dmitri stiffed, pulling back, “-- he left without a word, he fucking hates--this town.”

“Dmitri, let me finish,” Roman said softly, slipping a hand on their shoulder and sitting up, “I asked a few of his old friends, got in touch with him,” he explained, “He’s living with a few cousins in California, he’s doing well...and...and I asked him about you…”

“He fucking hates me.”

“No, he misses you.”

Dmitri slid into the driver’s seat before Roman could protest and soon enough they were driving back in silence.

It had been a long time since it’s been this...awkward between the two. Sure they have their quiet moments, but it was never like this…. Roman had never done well with silence, even if Dmitri seemed to thrive in it.

Roman twisted his hands, forcing himself to speak, “Dee...I’m sorry if I overstepped your boundaries. I know it’s a sensitive subject,” he said.

Dmitri’s remained intently focused on the road, “You were being thoughtful, a prince as always,” he said with a smile.

That smile.

You know the one.

“That’s some god-awful bullshit,” Roman said, “You're angry.”

“Not at you,” Dmitri said, far too quickly.

“It’d be okay if you were,” Roman said and Dmitri’s face faltered, “As much as you claim me to be faultless, that little conversation about boundaries applies to me as well. It’s your birthday gift, so it’s your choice what to do from here.”

“Does this...gift have a receipt…”

“It can if you want it to.”

“And if I…” Dmitri's voice cracked, but he continued, “If I don’t want it to…”

“I have his new number and you have all the time in the world. Don’t stress about it he’ll understand.”

Dmitri wanted to think Roman was lying. God, he wanted it to be a lie because the truth curled in his mouth like a foul aftertaste. It rose in him and consumed him completely.

He was afraid, so fucking-goddamn afraid.

He saved the number regardless.

Hypocritical sickos and teens

Can anyone tell me why its legal to sell and give minors sex products in school? Thats literally child exploitation. Same goes with giving sex advice to them, how the hell is that legal?! How about teenagers from the age of 13 to 17 having sex and other adult things and even going to porn shops and no one bats an eye because "its a teen thing" when the age of consent is 18 and you have to be an adult to watch those things or go stoppages like that or buy or sell them? All of that defeats the purpose of 18+ and the age of consent. Hell there are kids as young a 10 YEARS OLD that get into puberty and have sex! And you think THATS normal?! What I also hate is how every movie or show has some bitch getting all surprised that their friend is a virgin as if its a requirement for teens to have sex. They do that in real life as well and boys seem to do that the most and get super proud of themselves that they had sex at age 13. Like yay, you had underage sex! Welcome to the underage sex club you fucking cunt! I also hate how whenever I mention about this or complain about how students in my middle/high school class touch each other and do adult things end up calling me out saying things like "you must be fun at party's" or "you just mad because you are a virgin" and probably mistaken me for a neck beard incel when I am the complete opposite of it. I almost had sex with my ex when I was LEGAL and an ADULT and refused to go all the way because it doesn't feel right and believe in marriage as I don't want to loose my virginity to some one I won't spend the rest of my life with so (I was happy with that because I can't live with myself for having sex with someone I don't love) and here you guys are calling me a prude and other teens that.

Sorry for my rant but I REALLY needed to get it out. I mean im right, teenagers all happen to be sexualising minors and normalizing the sexualisation of them. Same goes with the adults who think its normal and gave them an open door to have illegal sex with sex products.

Social Media Uh Ohs

I have to say social media has never been a problem for myself, my family or friends. On Facebook I am that person who posts page length posts about their reflections or life or day which annoys a lot of people especially the political ones and life ones. I try not to do that anymore, as I do tend to share to much information, I’m too open. Sometimes my friend will post a picture or meme she thinks is funny to my wall that I don’t approve of and I remove it. Otherwise, my wall has always been pretty clean both because I was always advised important people will look at your pages , but also my family, friends and bosses can see my page and I generally don’t like sharing a lot of personal information including my birthday with Mark Zuckerberg. I do however, have an album of my best selfies or as Sebastian Maniscalco calls them “lonelies “. Aside from that nothing really. I could see people like my almost date to prom in high school having issues with his pro pic of himself farting fire into a beer can at the time which was still before graduation ( I wish I was kidding and we didn’t go together for other reasons ). I have heard stories of girls and guys loosing scholarships or jobs based on a picture of them on social media with alcohol or incidents of cyber bullying or the unfortunate cases of girls who have low self worth and post inappropriate pictures of themselves which adds up to nothing good. I more then get the cases of cyber bullying and inappropriate exposure or use that is a serious issue but I have to say, in SOME cases, the party scenario kinda made me upset. I feel like it is an invasion of space. True its public domain but does that mean that now reasonably speaking, people can’t live because their boss or dean can see them ? I think its kinda hypocritical because the same people cracking down on kids for not being perfect enough were at those same parties 30 years ago and I hear they were worse then (debatable). Look, Im not saying to encourage mad partying or drinking underage or other illegal activity (abide by the law as long as it abides by moral ,just and ethical standing). Kids shouldn’t be drinking as they do or underage as its not good for them period. And drugs, the things that go on now a days is just a mind explosion like how did we get here (drugs are just bad period why I was gonna leave it out originally). I mean I was the one a the only party I went to cleaning up the dishes, taking care of the girls who got drunk making sure they had water and critiquing the sangria (and I was shocked at what young people called fun). What I am saying is what happens outside of work should be your business, if you post a picture of you and your buddy having a beer you shouldn’t have to explain that to your boss because everyone has had a beer with their friend its called relaxing. So I don’t know, maybe I am way out of line or wrong on this but I feel like with technology people never leave work we are connected always and not always in a good way. When your outside of work you should be able to responsibly enjoy your time and do as you please and that should be publicly respected and not critiqued thats all I am saying. I shouldn’t have to say uh oh can’t go to that concert because my boss might see this or can’t go on that trip because my boss hates Greece like at that point what are you doing!?! You become afraid to live outside of a job and what kinda of life is that. I get it If your drinking Bud Lite and work for Sam Adams thats a special case (which there are a lot of) or if you are a minor or adult doing bad activity but in general responsibly you should be able to enjoy and talk about how you enjoy your time and it should be ignored or respected by professionals.
