Summary: It's the morning after the full moon (aka bath day) and Stiles is determined to get Derek clean or die trying.

“Every goddamn month, without fail, Derek!”

Stiles is on his knees in the bathroom doorway, the bare half of his legs are covered in mud and he’s pretty sure he has a twig and several leaves stuck in his hair - all from chasing Derek around their property. Tightening his grip on Derek’s scruff, he fights his way back to his feet and hauls the wolf into the bathroom with all his human brawn. Derek whines and tries to wiggle free but it’s to no avail; Stiles has him trapped and he’s getting in that bathtub if it’s the last thing Stiles does.

“I shouldn’t ha-” he pauses for breath before he heaves Derek’s huge front paws over the lip of the tub. Derek makes another valiant try for the door but Stiles catches him between his thighs. “I shouldn’t have to chase my own boyfriend down like a psycho just to get him to wash the fucking dirt out of his coat! It’s ridiculous, Derek, and exhausting. And yes,” he adds when Derek whines and pushes his muzzle between Stiles’ arm and ribs, “I know you hate bathtime. I know it’s unpleasant for you. But you’ve never had a problem taking an hour-long shower when you’re human!”

I've never done a podfic with so many words! It was totally worth it though and a labor of love for one of my faaaaaaavorite fics by @snarkatthemoon. It came in unedited at almost 4 hours, and edited just a smidge under 3. There's even a blooper reel. I feel so accomplished!

Unfortunately, my post date for @teenwolfpodficfest isn't here yet so you'll have to wait. 😈 You can definitely read it in the interim though: here.
