Some hand practice! I've been teaching level one character design to high school students (at Algonquin College) and our next assignment is all about hands and feet! I'll do some feet practice next~
Hands, like anything else, can be reduced down to basic shapes and arcs~

Carrickfergus
Pen and watercolor on paper

Carrickfergus
I wish I had you in Carrickfergus,
Only for nights in Ballygrand,
I would swim over the deepest ocean,
The deepest ocean to be by your side.
But the sea is wide and I can't swim over
And neither have I wings to fly.
Oh I wish I could find me a handy boatman
To ferry me over to my love and die.

Guys I made a comic with a detailed explanation of my birth! Take a looksie!
Here's the text:
Title: A Good Wizard is Born.
"To be honest with you, I don't know much about Wizard Island"
"One day, I grew up from a hole in the earth, like a seedling."
"And I was here! I was born!"
"Before me sat two books, and between them; a placque."
"The placque read "One book tells only truths, & one tells only lies; you may choose one, but you may never return."
"So, pulling myself further free, I reached forward, grabbing the book on the right."
"it was hardly a decision."
"I had no idea who I was or what I was meant to do. My hole, and the other book, were gone."
"So I flipped to the first page."
"It read 'You were born on the ancient Wizard Island, home to many great wizards, And you shall befriend them all.'"
"Beneath the inscription was an ink drawing of me! Standing in that very field!"
"In the distance of the drawing I saw shining towers."
"I pulled my head out of the book, analyzing my surroundings, and there they were! The towers!
"I knew what I had to do."
The End.
Tell me what you guys think! <|:)
Here's also a link to the comic I made for my newest OC Terra! (Idk how to get rid of my blog header on it, but it's called The Terra Comic)
I'm going to make an organizer post for my comics one day I swear

If you look closely at the edge of a black hole it becomes obvious that the entire universe is made of little tiny things.
