tel's note: exams just finished and i felt like shit after it fr, but here's the chapter 4 wie woo
"those are some nice shots" jay says as you scrolled through the gallery of your camera, you finished having lunch with him and you also decided to take some pictures with him. "thanks for today" you tell jay as he brought you back to your workplace.
once you got home you decided to transfer the pictures onto your laptop. you scrolled once more through your camera before transferring them onto your laptop, while doing so you heard your apartment door open.
"y/n, why do you always forget to lock the door?" you looked behind, surprised to see your boyfriend arrived earlier than expected. "hey, you're home early" you tell him as you say him remove his coat and mask. "yeah- i got to finish practice early" he says as he approaches where you are seated.
sunghoon glances at your back, then sees a picture on your laptop screen. "you took pictures of jay?" he says as he stepped closer from your back and took a look. "uh, yeah- we both grabbed lunch together and he got to fix my camera" you explain while still busy on your laptop.
he scoffed as you looked at the shots you took. you heard him so your head turned to him with a brow raised. "is there something wrong?" you ask and he just shook his head. "i thought you promised that you were going to take pictures for me?" sunghoon blurted out.
when did he care? when did he even give a damn? for all you know he stopped caring once he had gotten busy and forgotten about you.
"well you never had the time" you shot back and faced your back at him. "you never told me your camera was already fixed" he said back, you sighed, were you both really going to do this again?
"even when my camera was fixed, you always told me you had work, didn't you? even when it was your day off" you say. you heard another sigh coming from sunghoon, who's standing right behind you looking at the shots you took.
"you didn't bother to ask again-" "i didn't bother?" you ask in annoyance, you stood up and faced him. "even if i did, you pushed me away" you tell him, heart aching a bit. "i don't want to have this talk again" you say.
sunghoon didn't look directly at you, and just kept his eyes landed on your camera. "what talk?" sunghoon asks as you roll your eyes. "where you say i didn't bother to ask you again, and when i do- you push me away, i'm tired of it" you say with a sigh and closed your laptop.
"i'll be heading to our room now- if you haven't eaten yet, there's food i brought just heat it up if you'd like" you tell him and brought your laptop and camera and left him.
sunghoon sighed, "damn when did i ever care?" he asked as he heard the room to your shared room shut. all this time sunghoon wanted to not care about it- but something in him wanted to care.
