That little cutout in the glass was kinda weird, I think I know why it’s there. I also can’t decide if it’s a distraction or if it’s this weird little peek inside that I love. Shooting in showers is always a new experience with unique challenges but I think over time they’ve become some of my favorites.

Behind the scenes conversing with one of the most passionate athletes I've had the fortune to photograph. @money23green is full of life and energy. Congratulations on winning the NBA Finals. Extremely happy this BTS moment was captured by @dinograniello 🙏🏼 also thanks so much @dani_g_photography14 for helping me on this shoot as well. ---- The original lighting concept I had planned for this shoot had to completely be changed on the spot due to the shooting circumstances. Therefore I decided to motivate my light by pratical available light. The image is 100% lit by @profotousa strobes as I like to be at least at F13, but my goal was to make it look like it was not lit by strobes and focus on his expression/personality more. A Profoto D1 plus a large 4ft x 6ft soft box is above him. That light source was motivated by a large skylight/window overhead. In the front are a pair of B1's with with strip boxes. The motivation and reason for having them is simulate how natural light would bounce of the table surface. My #Hasselbald 500cm had the 50mm CF lens which is one of my favorite wide angle lenses for portraits and it had the shutter speed maxed out at 1/500sec to knockout as much ambient light as possible. I exposed the image at ISO 200 using #kodakportra400 to bring out details in the shadows and reduce grain. #draymondgreen #warriors #2017nbafinals #2017nbachampions #profotousa #bts
