Headcanon that cas does not understand human pet-names in the slightest. Sure he knows about ‘darling’, ‘honey’, ‘sugar’, but he doesn’t understand why those words are chosen specifically. i think dean should have fought with cas' angel blade. i know we see him (and sam) use angel blades occasionally but i want a scene where it's explicitly shown to be cas'. cas has been injured and is out of the fight and without even thinking he hands off the blade to dean who kills whatever injured him, like just one fluid motion instinctively. i also think after cas died in s12 we should have seen dean take the blade off his body and then seen him use it later. i think this would have made me specifically insane and therefore we deserved to see it

it ever hit you out of nowhere that castiel is living in a dead guy's body and the show just does not care. it does not care. jimmy novak might as well not exist the moment he or claire is out of sight. cas stole a guy's body and his face and his life, and we can't ever talk about it or discuss it in detail because of how fucking horrifying it is that sam and dean's best friend just walks around in a dead guy suit. there's not even a human soul in there anymore. it's just a corpse. stone-cold body snatcher indeed.
