birth chart reading for @dearwuby
hello! welcome to your reading. I’m gonna give you a quick overview of what I’m going to analyze about your natal chart. feel free to ask me anything if something isn’t clear, of course. you’ll find out your dominants’ influence on your persona, your physical appearance, impression on others and the way you approach the world; your ego, identity, the real you; your reactions, your desires, inner emotions; your way of expressing your feelings, your mind and ideas; your desires and approach to love; your energy tank, instincts and temperament; in-depth analysis of each house with their rulers and analysis of heavy aspects; love life + soulmates/karmic partners interpretation; your relationship with your friends; your family life; your approach to career and work in general + possible jobs suggestion; your style, fashion sense analysis; life purpose and past life description; basic transits’ analysis to describe your current mood and, last but not least, your secret skills, how to make the most out of your soul and manifest what you desire based on your birth chart.
🦋 chart shape, dominants
your chart is a seesaw shape. your life focuses on different ideals and interests, often constrasting between each other. from one side, this gives you the ability to be adaptable and find solutions easily. on the other hand, you may struggle with balance; for example, you might find yourself dedicating your life to your relationships, neglecting your ego or viceversa. you need to learn how to harmonize these energies.
your dominant planets are the moon, mercury and saturn. not only you are logically intelligent, but also emotionally intelligent. you may be secretive, you like talking but not about your emotions. you're also very goal-oriented, you work hard for what you want to achieve in life.
your dominant sign is gemini. you are a very intelligent individual, you are thirsty for knowledge and you also have great communication skills. you have a witty sense of humor, you're able to make everyone feel at ease with your sympathy. people may say you're two-faced, but in reality you just act in the most appropriate way for you.
your dominant element is air. in your life, you adore seeking for knowledge of any kind. you may be interested in studying different subjects, from those you study at school like science, maths, literature etc. to more unconventional ones, such as astrology, psychology, criminology and so on. you enjoy interacting with people; even if you’re not that sociable, you’ll still be interested in their point of view and their ideals, as you see it as a way to expand your own mind. you’re also interested in vintage, and you may have a retro aesthetic or just like history in general.
🌎 ascendant in capricorn, 25° / 3rd decan ruled by saturn and mercury
the most intelligent and approachable capricorn decan. you’re a vivacious person, yet your heavy capricorn influence may make you feel restricted to share your vitality with others. others’ first impression of you is that you look like some sort of authority, someone who needs to be respected. even when you’re joking, you still have this seriousness to your aura that is hard to go unnoticed. you care about your manners, and just your overall impression in general. you may take extra care of your clothes, your makeup, hair etc. you don’t want to look disorganized, in fact you probably own an agenda or even just write your appointments somewhere. you have a cautious approach to the world, you’re very responsible, especially when people you love are involved. you may have a resting bitch face, even though your bubbly gemini dominance probably helps you mitigate this. generally speaking, you still have a serious look on your face that looks quite intimidating. you also look introverted, and you most probably are when you don't feel at ease / confident. you’re very modest, and that’s because you’re secretly kind of insecure about your appearance. you always feel like you’re not enough, and that you constantly have to improve yourself to be accepted. this gets better with time, though. physically, you’re probably very beautiful and don’t realize it! especially with your scorpio midheaven. you may have an amazing bone structure, with high cheekbones, a defined jawline and naturally straight, pleasant teeth. you may probably also have an amazing posture and walk, even though you may suffer from scoliosis or other bones diseases in your early years. you could also be naturally skinny, you gain muscles easily, and there may be something smaller on your face. it could be your lips, your eyes, your nose, etc.
capricorn ascendant opposite cancer venus: this aspect makes you more sociable and prone to interact with people than the other capricorn risings. you’re also most probably very attractive, people are naturally drawn to you. the downside of this placement is that you may suffer from self-esteem issues, as you really care about others’ impression of you. maybe you’re a little bit clumsy too. it’s easy for you to gain popularity, but be careful as it’s not always good. popularity brings scandals too, so people you see in your everyday life could possibly start gossips around you. the good thing about this aspect is that you emanate loyalty, so you usually attract and choose loyal and trust-worthy partners. this placement may also bring issues and problems in marriage with your future partner, even though I don’t think it’s your case. your venus is well-placed, so I don’t think there’ll be serious problems, especially since it's conjunct jupiter, the most beneficial and lucky planet.
🌞 sun in gemini, 17° / 2nd decan ruled by mercury and venus
with your sign in the mutable sign of gemini, you are a very light-hearted, chill individual. you're very bright and bubbly, you have amazing communication skills and also an entertaining sense of humor that is able to light up the room. you're very sociable, you like interacting with others, even though I assume that with your heavy earth energy in your chart, you find it hard to let this side of you out, especially with people you don't feel comfortable with. since gemini is a mutable sign, you most likely have tons of interests and hobbies, they're so many that you find it hard to keep up with all of them, despite being extremely good at multi-tasking. in fact, you're particularly intelligent and thirsty for knowledge. you like learning about everything, you love looking and being smart. it's your way to feel empowered and proud of yourself. you always need freshness in your daily life, you cannot stand boredom. because of that, you may often change your ideas, your hobbies, your favourite singer, etc. sometimes, you could even apply this to friends and lovers, and people may consider you unloyal or not much serious because of that. in addition, you get easily very anxious and stressed, to the point that you may seem dramatic to others. you may also get scared easily, even though you try to stay collected thanks to your taurus moon.
gemini sun conjunct gemini saturn: you probably find it hard to relate to your sun sign for now, as saturn's strict energy limits you from fully letting your gemini saturn shine. this will get better as time goes by, though. probably, when you were younger, you used to be extremely shy and insecure of your own worth. geminis are very talkative, but it could be that you didn't talk much for example. even now, you may be more introverted than extroverted, but you'll start opening up more as you grow older. you just need to be mature to be fully aware of your potential and your talents. in fact, you feel like you constantly need to prove yourself. you literally go extreme, just because you feel the need to show the best version of you to the world. there's an inner fighter in you, which makes you feel that you can never reach the top. saturn represents the father figure in astrology, so maybe he's the cause of these issues, or overall he influence your personality a lot. you may also resemble him more than your mother. you had to grow up earlier than other kids, and you may find yourself more at ease around elder people.
🌙 moon in taurus, 14° / 2nd decan ruled by venus and saturn
the moon is exalted in taurus, so it's definitely a good placement! you're very peaceful, you try to avoid conflicts when you can. taurus' most striking feature is that they crave stability, whether it's financial, in love etc., which I find extremely good since gemini finds it hard to commit to something and be consistent. you must be very stubborn, as taurus is a fixed sign. this placement, paired up with your creative gemini energy, makes you settle on making your ideas concrete, and it's very beneficial. it makes you capable of achieving any goals in your life. you're also very artsy, and you may fancy particular art styles. you have a good eye for aesthetics, and you care a lot about the looks of your house, body, clothes etc. you have excellent concentration, and that is another thing that helps you achieve your goals and make your ideas concrete. last but not least, you're amazingly patient, and that makes you a great friend. probably, they vent a lot of their worries to you, as you're also a great listener.
taurus moon square aquarius neptune: this placement gives you a bit more empathy than an ordinary taurus moon. you could have escapism tendencies, such as oversleeping, overeating etc., and you could play the victim quite often. you have a strong bond with your mother, which pretty much shaped your ideals now that you're an adult. the problem with this aspect is that due to your earth energy, you tend to repress and hide your sensitivity, along with the rest of your emotions. this isn't an healthy behaviour, which will eventually lead you to feel different from others. you don't have to tell everyone how you feel, but try to find someone trustworthy and vent to them. you will feel much more comfortable in the world.
🗣 mercury in gemini, 1° / 1st decan ruled by mercury
mercury is in its natural place in gemini, your whole chart flows very well! you have great problem-solving skills, you are extremely intelligent and astute. when you were younger, you probably used to be the winner at games like hide-and-seek. this placement also enhances your thirst for knowledge of any kind, you want to learn at least a little about anything, from science to foreign cultures. yet, since you want to learn so many things all at once, you may lack precision and be a little bit superficial. on the other hand, you're a fast learner, and since mercury is placed in the 4th house, a water house, you may also be very intuitive. you may often find people predictable, but in reality you're just ahead of them. you're also very open-minded, even though you still rely more on logic, not like your sister sign is sagittarius. yet, it's easy for you to be flexible in your day-to-day life, you don't have to follow a schedule to have everything under control, even though you may often suffer from stress and headaches due to this lack of organization. you may have a very youthful and positive voice, you just give off good vibes, you know? mercury is also retrograde, so you may have troubles communicating your thoughts in a clear and understandable way. due to this, people may misunderstand your ideas and opinions and viceversa. you're more introspective, you're better at thinking than speaking, which may make you more of a listener.
❤️ venus in cancer, 22° / 3rd decan ruled by the moon and neptune
when it comes to love, you're extremely affectionate. you need someone who connects to you emotionally, it matters way more than physical attraction. in a partner you look at their manners, not at their appearance, and hence you're probably not the type to fall in love at first sight. you most likely dream of building a family with your future spouse, you want to be a parent not only to your child but also to your spouse. you like nurturing others, you may be attracted to younger or even immature people that need to be 'saved' by someone to become mature, or perhaps you're the one who craves to be nurtured in a relationship. you probably love being called 'baby', 'honey', 'sweetheart'... this type of names that you find extremely sweet. you may also get clingy at times, as you're most likely very fond of pda and skinship as well. the downside to this placement is that cancer brings sensitivity to whatever placement occupies. that means that you get extremely sensitive when it comes to love, and hence you may be the type to get extremely sad, even depressed, after a break-up, or perhaps you could start caring more about your partner's feelings than yours, becoming quite accommodating, so beware of that now that you know it. don't forget to keep your individuality safe.
cancer venus conjunct cancer jupiter: this placement makes you extremely likeable, and it's a very beneficial placement considering your capricorn rising. you're probably quite popular, or at least you're very appreciated wherever you go. not only you're physically attractive, but you're also very friendly and charismatic, which makes it impossible not to notice you. you despise conflicts and chaotic situations in general, you're very peaceful. perhaps, to have fun you prefer using creative and artistic outlets rather than going out. with venus being conjunct to jupiter, you tend to attract more positivity in your life. you could be extremely lucky in love, or just date a lot of people in general. you may also be attracted to foreigners rather than people from your natal country, and you may marry someone from abroad.
☄️ mars in cancer, 7° / 1st decan ruled by the moon
in life, you have the need of feeling grounded and stable. you want to feel secure, and that makes you think deeply about your decisions, you don’t rush them. you’re not much impulsive, you think deeply about what to do and / or say, you are very cautious. this sense of being careful makes you quite indecisive, especially since you also have your sun in the sign of gemini, a sign that easily gets overwhelmed by all the things it wants to do, and hence it ends up being indecisive. you may change your mind often, or perhaps it takes you a lot to finally make a decision because you kept changing your mind. you tend to try and be collected whenever someone is getting on your nerves, but your feelings are extremely intense to totally bottle them up. you either get slightly passive-aggressive, and hence you could get very sarcastic and call them out indirectly, or perhaps you just lose your temper and face them angrily. possibly, you could even be the type to bottle up all of your feelings, until you explode all of a sudden. that can also make you more furious than normal, as you have all these repressed, strong feelings inside of you that were screaming to get out. you’re also extremely protective of your loved ones, especially of your family.
🏡 houses, interceptions
your 1st house is intercepted in the sign of aquarius, with the cusp falling in capricorn. neptune and uranus are also here as well. with this interception, you most likely have troubles expressing yourself, and not just using words. you may feel scared to be considered weird from others, you're sensitive to others' criticism, and hence you end up hiding your interests, your taste, you don't express yourself properly. you are scared of being too self-centered, and that results in repressing your personality. you may often think that you have to change if someone finds something wrong in you, but in reality the only thing you need to change is your view of yourself. you probably lack self-esteem, which is a big trouble for you. also, due to your intercepted leo in the 7th house, you may also lack self-care, especially in your early years. you don't really care about your self-esteem inside of you, but you still feel pressured to conform to others. I have this interception myself, and the moment I started taking more care of myself, not only physically but also mentally, my life has improved a lot. understand that it's alright to be in the spotlight and above all to love yourself will instantly improve your life, especially your relationships with others.
your 2nd house is in pisces. your relationship with money may not be totally stable; you may get distracted easily, and you could lose your money around. you could be quite messy, overall, or in general, this is usually a placement that indicates sudden money loss. this placement also confirms that your self-esteem isn’t stable either; you could be quite insecure, and you may idealize a lot the way you look. for example, you could think that you have an ugly nose when it’s actually the opposite. same goes for your belongings; you may think that you have saved loads of money, you spend them, and then you realize you didn’t really have much. the ruler of the 2nd house is in the 1st house: you could increase your self-esteem through self-care. for example, putting on your favourite outfit, eating healthy, being independent and doing what you want to achieve in life is crucial for you self-esteem. you could also make money from through your image, you could be a model for example, or at least your existence revolves around money and matters of this kind.
your 3rd house is in aries. when you communicate, you take a lot of pride in your opinions. you hate admitting that you’re wrong, especially since you spend so much time learning and researching. you could be quite impulsive, and you may speak with a naturally loud tone of voice. you’re extremely good at coming up with plans easily, even though you may have troubles sticking to them, as your gemini nature gets easily bored. the ruler of the 3rd house is in the 6th house: your job may involve communication, you'll most probably interact with other people in your future career. or maybe, you might write stuff, hence you could be a writer, a journalist, etc. possibly, you would do well as a therapist too. you may also communicate through artistic outlets, hence you could be an actess, a singer, etc. also, you could often have to do short trips to reach your college / work place, perhaps in a bus for example.
your 4th house is in taurus, with also the moon and mercury placed there. your childhood probably wasn’t turbulent, unless for those topics I talked about in the sun section. it was mosty quite peaceful, and you probably were able to express your creativity. maybe, your parents were over-protective or possibly materialistic, but you felt at ease with them. they were very affecionate with you, and they always encouraged you to follow your passions and to study. your parents themselves could have been very successful in school. the ruler of the 4th house, venus, is in the 6th house: you may end up following your parents' same steps when it comes to school and / or work, or even health. you could inherit a disease from them, for example. you might have also been a very active and healthy kid, perhaps you used to eat a lot and didn't gain weight, or you've always done sport in your life. you could also find a job in your birth country / citt, or perhaps you won't move farther than that, I don't see you going abroad.
your 5th house is in gemini. you feel able to express yourself and your creativity through communication and media. probably, when you were a child you used to love puzzles. your have tons of hobbies, and they are all quite different from each other. they have the goal to stimulate your mind in some way, so for example if you read a book, it has to be about something interesting for you, that allows you to open your mind and also that teaches you something. with your sun placed here in this house, your life revolves around youth, creativity, fun and romance. if you don’t dedicate some time in your daily routine to nurturing your hobbies, or even just watching a tv show or hanging out with your friends, you don’t function correctly. because of that, I’d suggest you to pursue a career that involves your passions. so for example, if you like taking pictures you could become a photographer. the only problem with this is house is that saturn is also sitting here. you probably felt restricted from having fun when you were young. perhaps you were too insecure and / or shy to actually party and try different things like your peers, or perhaps it's someone that doesn't want you to have fun. you feel forced to always focus on work / school. also, you may often have troubles with romance and friends. you could have to suffer, but these lessons will teach you major life lessons that will be crucial in this lifetime. with the ruler of the 5th house in the 4th house, you may keep your interests hidden from your peers, perhaps because you’re afraid to be considered weird. also, you may be more attracted to things that remind you of your childhood, and hence you may love watching your childhood shows, cartoons, anime... anything that is more on the cute, fun side, even when it comes to music, books, fashion, etc.
your 6th house is in cancer. you may find yourself often having diseases around the stomach, breast area. you may get bloated often, for example. this placement also indicates that there might be someone in your family that works in the health field, hence there could be a surgeon, a nurse, a therapist, a nutriotionist, a vet, etc. you may choose a career that allows you to work from home as well, or perhaps you may work with children, families or houses in general. you also have three planets placed in this house: venus, mars and jupiter. you find pleasure and energy in working and taking care of your health, it actually boosts both your mood and confidence. you try to be very productive in your day-to-day life, even though you don't mind including fun and relax in your routine either. you may have a 'light' work, that is you could turn an hobby of yours into a job, or perhaps you'll make lots of friends or even lovers on your work place that will make it more pleasant for you to go to work. you may also be very lucky, you could easily get jobs that offer a nice income for example, and your health is mostly good, even though mars' here can make you prone to get lighter injuries like bruises, scratches, etc. but nothing too serious. you may also have problems with your skin, so you could suffer from acne or you could have a very thin, sensitive skin. you may also have problems with your eyes.
your 7th house is intercepted in the sign of leo, with the cusp of the house falling in the sign of cancer. you may find it difficult to attract love and partners in general, or if you do, you don't feel loved enough. you want to be praised and acclaimed by your lover, but you never seem to feel truly happy and empowered in a relationship. you crave attention, you need someone that helps you shine, but since cancer is in the house cusp, you may attract partners that act like a parent to you. they don't encourage you, they try to actually make you change your mind about your attitude, and that isn't what you truly want, but due to aquarius also being intercepted you just let them be. your sense of worth may depend too much on what others think of you, you care way too much. that's exactly what you need to drop. in reality, people do care about you, but due to your insecurity you always feel unloved and / or unwanted, and with all this negative thinking you actually attract bad luck to you. it's the law of attraction. you need to start being a little more rebellious and actually try to live your life by yourself. your life could have been influenced too much by others, whether it's your parents, friends, lovers doesn't matter. think about what you want in life, like your dream career, and work hard to achieve it. start being more independent, you'll see that your self-esteem will immediately increase when you understand that you don't need to depend on others.
your 8th house is in virgo. you use a practical approach when it comes to intimacy, you may struggle to let go around others, especially with your pluto energy in the 11th house that gives you major trust issues. you’re extremely secretive, you hardly ever talk about yourself, and you may even despise being too exposed. you’d rather stay by yourself, in fact you have a very mysterious vibe to your aura. also, with virgo in the 8th house, you may feel so tied to a schedule, to a plan, that you lack flexibility. you're too logical, even though deep down you have this intuition that you can't fully express. on the other hand, while this makes it hard for you to get closer to your spiritual, higher self, you're extra good at handling situations here on the earth. for example, you may handle money very well if you're well-organized. transformation in your life happens when you're able to stimulate your logical mind to earn awareness of your problems. to make it simple, you may often not realize your mistakes yourself, others have to let you notice, but thanks to your heavy mercurian energy in your chart you're able to solve your problems by your own. you just lack a more intuitive side.
your 9th house is in libra. your beliefs and life philosophies were shaped by the outside world. that doesn’t mean you’re basic; you just don’t look enough in yourself, you prefer taking inspiration from others. e.g, if you see everyone wearing pink, then you start wearing pink too. there’s nothing wrong with that of course, especially if it’s about shallow matters, not like politics for example. yet, if you don’t, try to find out your sincere opinion in yourself. in fact, when you realize that you don’t feel attached to a certain topic or opinion, you just leave it behind and seek other truth. you hate being told what to do, you want to be free in the decisions you make. with the ruler of the 9th house being in the 6th house, you could have to travel often for work, or perhaps you may pursue a 9th house career, like a writer, a teacher, a professor... you're also very open-minded, and your work will allow you to learn and improve yourself even more.
your 10th house is in scorpio. you may have a reputation for looking mysterious, as you’re probably not very sociable. you’re extremely motivated to achieve your goals, even though you may feel lost and confused due to your retrograde saturn. you’ll pursue a career that involves looking for the truth, hence you may be a detective, a scientist, a poet etc. overall, once you find your true vocation, you’ll have no problems working, even though it may take you a while to find the right job for you due to your midheaven being in scorpio. with the ruler of the 10th house being in the 11th house, you may be known for your successful career, maybe you may actually get popular easily. this is a beneficial placement for people that want to be recognized/famous, as you naturally have the celebrity vibe and charisma to you. you may also prefer working in groups rather than alone, or even with your friends.
your 11th house is in sagittarius. your friends may be very open-minded, and you might have met them in school. they could also come from a different cultural background, or maybe they’re directly from abroad. at first, you struggled to make friends, as you were very secretive. with time, you’re learning to trust people and to transform and grow up through them. pluto here indicates that you may have troubles making friends, getting to know new people. you don't open easily, you have some trust issues to you that restrict you from truly being yourself and opening up to others, and that influence your relationships with your friends. you could be extremely picky with your friends, but at least you're very loyal to them, you'd never betray them. your friends may also be a part of your group of soulmates. you have a very strong, intense bond with each other, even though they’re probably not many. the ruler of the 11th house is in the 6th house; again, another placement that indicates that you may work with your friends, in groups or in the spotlight, you have fame potential.
your 12th house is in capricorn. due to saturn, which is capricorn's ruler, I assume it could be hard for you to fully embrace your intuitive skills. in fact, you may be a bit too pragmatic to embrace your spirituality. I think you’re already working this out since you’ve booked an astrology reading to discover more about yourself, but remember that you should definitely try to get more in touch with your soul! even doing simple stretching, meditation or yoga can help give you some space to think about your identity, your wants and your needs. the 12th house is also the house of fears, and since its cusp falls in capricorn, you may be afriad of authority, like the police for example, or anything that appears to be much bigger and more supported than you. it may also manifest in fear of not being organized, and also fear of money / success loss. with the ruler of the 12th house in the 5th house, you may start developing a bigger sense of worth thanks to spiritual outlets, like astrology, tarots, meditation, religion, etc. in this way you'll be able to break free from saturn's limitations, and you'll be able to be more sociable and extroverted like your gemini dominance wants to be.
❤️ love life, soulmates
in love, you attract cancer, leo, gemini, virgo and leo placements individuals. your future spouse will most likely have leo and virgo traits placements, maybe a leo - virgo cusp. they’ll be very to bold and confident, but also with a warm heart and a hidden insecurity to them. you may meet them during a fun situation, hence at a party, during a vacation, in a restaurant, at a concert, a social gathering… possibly, even online. also, your spouse will most likely be one of your soulmates, and hence once you meet them you’ll probably have this ‘I’ve already seen you before’ feeling. they’ll seem very familiar, and you’ll find emotional comfort in them. your children will most likely have gemini, virgo, aries, capricorn or scorpio placements in their chart; they’ll be particularly witty and intelligent, but also very sporty, hard-working, ambitious and physically active. also, I have to point out that this placement could indicate an abortion, but your mars isn’t harshly aspected so I wouldn’t worry too much.
👶🏻 family life
your mother was very caring and affectionate with you, even though she could’ve been a bit too protective and/or materialistic. she was also very intelligent, and she passed down some of her knowledge and ideals to you. she’s probably a taurus or a libra, possibly even a cancer, gemini or virgo, or she has at least some placement in those signs. your father is a bit more chill than your mother, but he may get jealous easily. he’s probably a scorpio or any other water sign. if you have siblings, they’re probably aries or scorpio. you might fight a lot for control, especially during childhood. you’re also quite possessive of your things, but overall you also have a deep bond. even though you may argue quite a bit, you still have affection for each other.
📊 career
your future career will have to involve something creative, something that doesn't necessarily feel like a job to you and that you feel at ease doing. in fact, it will incredibly boost your self-esteem and you'll also be able to gain recognition for it, as I've already mentioned above. even if you don't get famous, you'll still be seen as a point of reference, a leader in your work place, you could become very successful. as I've already mentined you'll most likely work in a group or in an association rather than alone, or perhaps may also work online. you'll most likely include your thoughts and words into your career, hence you may have to interact with others or even become a writer, a lyricist, a journalist, a singer, a teacher... anything that allows you to communicate something in some way.
👗 fashion sense, style analysis
your style is most likely very androgynous, you wear pieces of clothing that are literally suitable for everyone. you probably prefer wearing oversized fits rather than tight clothes, and you're also fond of sweatshirts, big cardigans or jackets, oversized t-shirts... anything that feels very comfortable, but that still has some feminine, classy energy to it. you may like softer, natural shades of colours like white, beige, black, etc. in your clothes, and you could also enjoy prints and graphics on them. you may also be attracted to vintage fashion.
👁 past life, life purpose
in your past life time, you didn’t have a specific priority. you just enjoyed wandering with your mind and creativity, allowing yourself to relax with your friends. you used to depend on someone else, not really on yourself. this lifetime, you need to establish your independence AND solid boundaries, not just those you used to daydream about. don’t be afraid to let your inner child out; go to amusement parks, binge-watch netflix, date your crushes, have an hobby, play videogames… you could also play with actual children. anything that brings fun out of you, and that puts a genuine smile on your face.
🤔 major transits interpretation / sept 13th
the grand conjunction with saturn, pluto and jupiter is currently transiting your 12th house. it must be an extremely life-changing year for you. it's very confusing, of course. you may have little or even no control over things, and you could often feel too tired or sleepy. yet, on the other hand, you probably started getting more in touch with your higher self, you're starting to get free of your limitations, especially since saturn is also conjunct your ascendant. in this way, you'll also be able to love yourself more. you're on the right path, you're doing great, keep going!
🧿 manifest what you want, secret skills
your secret skills revolve around finances and just security in general. with a positive attitude, you may attract material luck: money, clothes, houses… everything that you desire. since you’re a logical person, I assume the most efficient way for you to manifest through the LOA is writing! take a notebook and just write down positive affirmations, such as 'I have the car of my dreams’ etc. you may also write them on post-its and glue them around your house, so that you can accelerate the progress. you can also try to idealize your wish before trying to manifest it. for example, if you want a new sweatshirt, try to imagine yourself wearing it. you could also go into a shop and actually try that sweatshirt it on; being in contact with it will boost the law of attraction even more.
this is the end! thank you again for booking a reading, hope it resonated with you :)

One of the stories that almost got past me last week was the one about the TV numbers for the first Celtic – Sevco game of the season.
Apparently they are broadly in line with a trend that started during the last campaign; there has been a steady, noticeable, decline in the numbers.
In short, neutrals are switching off in droves.
window._ttf = window._ttf || []; _ttf.push({ pid : 43792 ,lang : "en" ,slot : '.content .article-content > p,.teadsNative' ,format : "inread" ,mobile : false ,minSlot : 2 ,components : { skip: {delay : 0}} ,mutable : true ,css : "margin: 0px 0px 20px;" }); (function (d) { var js, s = d.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; js = d.createElement('script'); js.async = true; js.src = '//cdn.teads.tv/media/format.js'; s.parentNode.insertBefore(js, s); })(window.document);
And so it begins, the downward spiral of this “Old Firm” nonsense.
It was always going to happen, but it has happened way earlier than I would have expected.
I am glad for it. So are those who run the club.
Celtic is a stand-alone club.
We’ve made that clear a hundred times in a hundred different ways. Our business plan is not dependent on what anybody else does, and we see no value in teaming up with a tainted brand robbed from the grave of a liquidated tax dodging institution.
In fact, what some people in the media conveniently ignore is that we had been going it alone for a while before Rangers fell into that gaping hole; one of the first manifestations of it was when we refused to get involved in any kind of joint shirt sponsorship deal after Tennants.
For years, although few on the other side of Glasgow will admit it, we actually saw our commercial potential shrink as a result of that association. They, on the other hand, saw theirs boosted. This is not difficult to comprehend; Celtic seeks to be a global club. We are all embracing. We do not limit ourselves to a “core audience” but look beyond our traditional fan-base and even beyond these shores. This is not only emotionally enriching; it is bloody good business.
Because we were forward thinking and welcoming, we had a marketability and a potential earnings ceiling far greater than the club on the other side of the city, with its embrace of Britishness, militarism, monarchy and all the assorted baggage of Ulster Loyalism and uber-Protestantism which no sane organisation in the modern world would ever want.
Celtic knew our potential was greater. Rangers did too.
In order not to get left behind, they clung as tightly as they could to the Old Firm brand.
The marketing of the rivalry, the way it was described as “the most intense in world football” made their club seem larger than what it was. At the same time, it reduced us, by tying us to their coat tails and promoting us through the prism of West of Scotland hatred.
That would have eventually proved toxic.
So we were already, decisively, moving in a different direction, away from that tag.
Then the death of Rangers erased it forever.
For four years we were able to more clearly forge a forward path without that shadow hanging over us. We started laying the foundations for an ever more modern looking club, we crafted our separate ethos into something even clearer than it had been before. We knew there were commercial advantages to that, and we knew too that when Sevco reached the SPL it would translate into a gap on the pitch which would prove impossible to bridge.
The media has done its level best to try to keep the “rivalry” alive.
They have failed, because most neutrals have ceased to see it as one based on merit.
Scottish clubs might still cower when they walk out of the Ibrox tunnel in front of the Peepul, but outside of the SPL bubble most people see that history or not, Sevco is a pale shadow of what Rangers was and are wholly unable to compete with the well-oiled machine at Celtic Park.
There are people at Celtic who are absolutely cold-blooded about this.
They are more than aware that the diffusion of all the hype around these fixtures will hurt one club and help the other.
They know the “Old Firm” only ever propped up the Ibrox operation.
The wilful decision to cut that chord, to never use the term, to do nothing to promote it except that which is necessary for every match in the SPL, was taken in the full knowledge that it would have consequences for the club across town, negative consequences.
And those consequences are starting to take hold.
The TV audience switch-off is the first manifestation of that.
Others will follow.
Judged on their own merits, there’s not much to sell over there.
Robbed of their “Old Firm” branding they are just another West of Scotland football team, but one that has taken some truly bizarre marketing decisions in order to survive. The most obvious of these is an embrace of a dead team and all its assorted baggage.
The rivalry is over with, because Celtic’s success, and the gap between the clubs, has rendered it irrelevant.
The knock-on effects of it for Sevco are that they can no longer trade on the idea of being “one half” of this greater whole.
The knock-on effects for us are that we are freeing ourselves, bit by bit, from the last chains that hold down our economic potential, which was forever eroded by our association with a rivalry that often produced ghastly headlines and appalling social effects.
Celtic was recently granted planning permission for its hotel and museum project; the first major phase of The Celtic Village.
One of the difficulties we encountered, as Peter Lawwell made plain, was the reluctance of some in our political class to be seen to “benefit one half over the other.”
This was nonsense, as our CEO pointed out. He rightly told them, and the media, although the message was somewhat lost in translation to them, that it was time people moved past such an insular view and started judging our club on its own merits.
“If you have Celtic who are progressive, say, and (Sevco), who over the last five years, have been trying to re-establish themselves, we have been looking forward and they have been looking at today and tomorrow and trying to keep going,” he said, making it clear that there were not only operational differences but major ones in outlook and vision. “The difficulty for the politicians is to recognise that Celtic is progressive and to help us along the way because someone is going to say: ‘Well, you are doing that for Celtic. What are you going to do for them?’”
Lawwell has probably had that same conversation a hundred times with a hundred different organisations over the years. He knows what the value is in shattering the Survival Lie and with it the ancient rivalry that breeds such a ridiculous mind-set.
I daresay he’s pretty pleased that the TV numbers have dropped like this.
Oh there might be some effect on the next television deal if this trend continues, as I expect, but Celtic earns so little from those deals anyway that it’s become a joke. He also knows the future is in digital broadcasting, and that has to be something the club is looking to do more of.
The big picture will ever be on his mind, and the gains to be made here outweigh short term negatives.
The Champions League structural changes, which are due to be published sometime in the next few months, will tell us what the scale of the challenge we face to maintain our current position in European football looks like, and that’s where our focus now lies.
Part of the planning process for The Celtic Village involved a look at whether or not our stadium should be expanded, taking it up to 80,000 … Lawwell dismissed that idea on the basis that until our circumstances change – i.e. in terms of playing in Scotland – that it has little commercial merit.
But the very notion that it could be looked at again if we find things are different is proof that we are looking ahead to that point. When a European League or whatever it may be comes about, Celtic will definitely be there because we’ve merited our inclusion. We’ve built something sustainable, something that will last, and we’ve done it whilst having a top class coach at the helm who is building, bit by bit, a top class team.
No European League will be set up without the official sanction of UEFA and so when it comes it will not be decided on the basis of how many fans sit in a club’s stadium every week, or on phony reputations or with any consideration as to how it will be perceived by those who are not invited to the party.
It will be done for sporting reasons, and nothing more.
We will be there. Sevco will not.
Our club has long known that, and has been preparing for it and we are aware of how the Scottish media would try to present our being invited and Sevco being excluded; “You can’t have one without the other,” they will wail, and try to devalue the idea even as it takes form.
Celtic’s answer to that is already in the public domain. We would welcome the chance to be all we can be, without their malign presence at our heels. We’ve been moving away from that stupid concept for years now. The breakaway point didn’t come in 2012, that just made it official.
The tide has moved again, and it will wash the “Old Firm” concept away.
This is the first sign, the first writing on the wall.
Sevconuts, read it and weep.

Gisela Colon, “Atmospheres” at McClain Gallery. Images courtesy of the gallery
An otherworldly exploration of color, form, light, and surface all vibrantly resonate in the latest exhibition at McClain Gallery. The dimensionality, the layering, and the quiet beauty combined by artist Gisela Colon all speak to her vast understanding of the balance of the masculine and the feminine through her impressive sculptural work. As one moves around the pieces, each tuned to a different vibration in colors and feel, one can see the subtle changes within the blow-molded acrylic that show forth both a luminous glow and thoughtful mystery.
These pods, which both hang on the wall and stand by themselves within the light-filled gallery, draw you in to look at the work from all angles but at a slow, purposeful movement. At the rate you traverse around Colon’s work, you truly are led by the hand, the heart, and the mind while pondering the effects these pieces have in a physical and conceptual form. Colon graciously answered questions about her background, her work and her creative process.
Free Press Houston: Do you have any particular memories from your youth that pushed you into the direction of art?
Gisela Colon: I had quite a few moments in the early years of my childhood — from around the age of 4 to 10 — that were seminal to the realization that art was something special and transcendental. My mother was a painter and I spent a lot of time working hands-on as her young assistant. We spend many long hours creating oil paintings of quotidian subjects my mother would lay out for us, such as sugarcane fields, tropical flowers, maracas, guiros, clay pots, ceramics, bohios, rolling green country landscapes, the rainforest, and numerous other natural subjects indigenous to Puerto Rico. We would frequently use as a source of study and inspiration master painters such as Van Gogh, Renoir, Rembrandt, Matisse, Monet, Gaugin, Picasso, Miro, Calder, etcetera. As a young child I was taken by the colors of Gaugin, the movement of Van Gogh, the light of Renoir, the humanity of Rembrandt, the poetry of Miro, the intensity of Picasso, and many more feelings of wonder, as we studied how all these were different and how we could make our own worlds with paint. I learned that knowledge to create comes from within, that what they all had in common was their own language, their own unique way of seeing the world, and I could see the world my way, too. I learned the power of being an autodidact, which to this day has positively permeated my whole life.
I was particularly mesmerized by how the colors in many of Gaugin’s paintings did not match the reality of what the eye might see, but rather what the mind might see, or choose to see from a variety of options. There was a painting of two women sitting in a field with flowers in their hair and vividly colored dresses, on a grassy meadow with a backdrop of purple-blue mountains and trees. The painting is titled “When will you marry,” 1892. I remember thinking, “why are the mountains painted purple and blue,” when I knew mountains were not really purple or blue, but they looked fantastic in these hues of purple-blue to convey to the mind of the viewer a feeling that the mountains were of significance because they were of such an unusual color.
The purple conveyed a feeling of monumentality, of physical presence beyond the earth. The choice of the color purple made a big difference. It made them special, unusual and almost other-worldly. Then I focused on the grassy meadows, and I noticed that they were all painted wild colors of oranges, bright yellows, and even a large section of an indigo blue. They looked so radically different to me than what I knew to be real grass colors, which then led me to ask, “why would he choose those colors?” And then in my young child’s mind I thought to myself, “because they look real to him, the painter.” I realized they looked real to the mind of Gaugin and they were drawn from an extrapolation of reality. In addition, they were converted into the artist’s reality, which is then conveyed to the viewer as an alternate reality, that is just as good and perhaps in some instances even better than the actual reality that exists before you.
That was the turning point for me, the realization at the age of about 5, that magic could be made. That an artist could possess that special ability to change the world, one person at a time, one perceptual experience at a time, one moment of connecting to another human mind through time. And this connection would be a deeper connection that might not be expressed in words, but in feelings. Color, material, space, light, everything that an artist uses can be twisted, turned, altered, changed, morphed, to convey a feeling, an idea of an alternate reality, an alternative reality that people might not possess individually, but can be communicated as an artist outward. I realized that an artist had the power to alter reality and the alteration of reality could become a meaningful thing.
FPH: How did you come to love working with light and sculpture in a minimalist fashion?
Colon: Minimalism is a misnomer because the term is used broadly to imply that the art is devoid of elements or pared down. However, most minimal art is quite complex and possesses numerous qualities that act together to provide an experience of purity. Minimalism provides an antidote to turmoil, noise, information overload. The key point for me is to invoke an experience of simplicity, silence, calmness, clarity of thought, complex thought, principled thought. Each individual ultimately lives in his own mind. Art is for the individual. That moment when the individual can reckon with his own thoughts, and have a moment of awareness and clarity onto itself. I strive to create objects that invoke some form of rational order, alignment, balance, aesthetic beauty, activating a person’s inner discourse.
I got to where I am today by making objects I want to live with, by making art for my own inner self. Throughout this pathway of discovery, the function of light became more important. Light, actually, is the most essential aspect of any work of art. Light is material, matter, and substance and it makes everything real. Without light we would not be here. It is that elemental. To be able to see something requires light. We take it for granted. We assume light is a given. Light is an essential primeval element that surrounds us all and makes life what it is: Light in its most basic form is the provider of existence. Light through the eyes tickles the brain and provides quasi-tactile functions and sensory pathways that are activated, creating the feeling of being alive. Light is an essential part of my work as it works synergistically with the other sculptural materials to generate a feeling of life-like qualities in the work.
FPH: Seeing that you have heavy influences from both Puerto Rico and California, how have you merged different design aspects from both worlds?
Colon: Both worlds embrace dynamic energies that can be channeled to effectuate growth and transformation. Puerto Rico provides the original spark, a vital, visceral source of energy. Southern California has an ethos of freedom and creativity; with hard work and perseverance, it is the perfect place to pursue your dreams —anything is possible and everything is achievable. Los Angeles has a long history of being a land of opportunity and freedom of expression from the pre-columbian days of the Cahullia Indians, through the early days of pioneers in the Wild West, to the golden era of Hollywood, this bountiful land has allowed people from all over the world to settle here and become part of the significant and growing creative milieu. I merge both sources of energy, applying a philosophy of transformation to my life and my art, conceptualizing and creating sculptures with chameleon-like qualities, exemplifying the female power of creation and embodying the spirit of renewal and re-invention that is part of the history of Southern California life.
FPH: Pondering on the title Atmospheres, how does this show encompass some of the pillars of your work and what new techniques did you use for this exhibition?
Colon: The word atmospheres comes from the Greek word vapor, and is generally defined as layers of gases surrounding a spherical celestial body. It denotes something soft pervading into its surrounding space. My work in this show embodies some of those subtle, ephemeral qualities that cause the works to radiate into space. The sculptures contain multiple layers of materials that absorb, reflect, and refract light outwards into the surrounding space, creating an extended atmospheric feel. Also through a unique pigmentation process I developed, they posses the ability to shift color depending on the external lighting conditions, the position of the viewer, the time of day, the orientation of the work, etcetera. They are active mutable objects in symbiotic relationship with their environments, which brings the concept of movement into play.
The concrete aspects of my work are actually not concrete at all. There is no place to rest the eye — the pieces continue in an unabated line of discovery — fluid movement, active change, variability of color, mutability of form, resulting in an experiential object — a present tense object that is always moving into the future. The sculptures are free-form, constantly moving yet still possess an outer vessel that is self-contained. There is a juxtaposition of push and pull, of dematerializing the object and re-materializing the color, light, and form into an autonomous activated object. There is a feeling that nothing is stable, there is no stasis, always in constant movement to the eye. They create a dialogue of permanence vs. impermanence. The work seeks resonance with the human condition, which is one of constant change and movement in different directions; always moving into the future into an ever-evolving self, into a changing identity, into something new; seeking authenticity throughout time.
FPH: Seeing that there is a heavy fabrication side to your pieces, how involved are you in the process and what is that process like for you as an artist?
Colon: My studio is a repurposed plastics factory where I have an inordinate amount of fun! I am personally very involved in the fabrication process, and really enjoy the technical and engineering aspects of the job. I work hand-in-hand with my studio assistants and other aerospace industry fabricators, approving every minute detail every step of the way. When I’m working there, getting down and dirty, is when I feel most alive, vibrant and dynamic. It is extremely liberating, and I experience creative freedom at its best, when I am in the throes of the industrial aspects of making the works.
FPH: In our culture, the perception of beauty seems to constantly be in flux. How do you as an artist extract a concept of beautiful, especially in the use of color, and how do you hope this translates to a viewer?
Colon: I approach the concept of beauty from a visceral, almost biological, place. I think aesthetics and the appreciation of beauty is something inherent in our genetic make up. We have a capacity biologically to crave beauty, to appreciate beauty, to want to be surrounded by an environment that possesses beauty. But again what is aesthetic beauty? In my experience, there has to be some form of order, not necessarily a rational order, but a sequence, progression, formula of organizing the world around you, which yields balance, colors, forms, a conglomeration of aspects that come together to produce some form of harmony, something that the human eye can see and the entire body can sense and recognize as as a sublime feeling. We find beauty in nature because of its inherent, sometimes invisible order, but it is always ordered. There is always some underlying predetermined order that formulates how things are created, grown, and made in nature.
There is always a code of life that rules everything organic on the planet. That underlying order possesses an inherent beauty, an aesthetic capability of pleasing the eye. Or maybe it is that we just recognize as humans something that is part and parcel of our own formulation, a genetic code that is inside each of our cells that forms our body that allows us to be able to appreciate and recognize the orderly formulation of life. And by orderly it does not necessarily mean symmetrical. You can have orderly asymmetries that also create meaningful aesthetic language. For example, when you look at all of the leaves on a tree changing color in the fall, the fantastic burst of colors blend together such as poppy orange, tomato red, sunset yellows mixed with lemon yellows, and they’re all asymmetrically clustered in a cloud of texture, forming an amorphous form that flutters in the wind with such breathtaking aesthetic pleasure, that you find yourself being alive in the moment, and that’s where the real game is.
Even non-organic life on the planet possesses some form of organized beauty. For example, when you’re hiking in the stark desert of California, with its monumental jagged-edge mountains and huge clustered boulders, you feel the power of the space you are in, recognizing you are in some gigantic cratered form created by the power of earth. That form has such beauty in its stream of creation, the force that was required to create it and the magnitude of the explosion that required its creation, makes it breathtakingly beautiful. Then you look at all of the scattered boulders, rocks, and pebbles, although they appear randomly placed, the laws of physics created them, and generated their placement.
The laws of physics positioned them in their spot and those laws of physics possess order and an underlying rationale for where every little piece of earth crust, rock, sand, ash and dust was laid. Inorganic nature operating at its best. Therein lies aesthetic pleasure, in the marvel of the energy that this planet possesses at its core. The planet has life inside it, whether organic or inorganic. We live on this floating, moving ball of earth that is traveling through the stars, and has a life force that rules everything on this planet. We are part of that greater life force that wants us to seek aesthetic pleasure, to pursue beauty, balance and order, and if we are lucky we can tap into that life force for a feeling of the sublime.
FPH: What upcoming projects do you have coming up?
Colon: Lots of things. In terms of exhibitions, there are solo presentations of my work coming up at the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts, San Angelo, Texas (December 15, 2017 – February 4, 2018); South Dakota Art Museum, Brookings, South Dakota (March – July 2018); Daum Museum of Contemporary Art, Sedalia, Missouri (September – December 2018); Hilliard Art Museum, Lafayette, Louisiana (January – August 2019); Foosaner Art Museum, Melbourne, Florida (September 2019 – January 2020). My work is also featured in a thematic exhibition titled: Plastic Entanglements: Ecology, Aesthetics, Materials, opening at the Palmer Museum of Art, Pennsylvania (February 2018 – June 2018), traveling to Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art (September 22–December 30, 2018), Smith College Museum of Art (February 8–July 28, 2019), and Chazen Museum of Art (September 13, 2019–January 5, 2020).
Gisela Colon’s exhibition “Atmospheres” runs through June 17, 2017 at McClain Gallery (2242 Richmond). Hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 12 pm to 5 pm.

Last year, in an articles on this site, I argued that one of the problems with Sevco fans is that they genuinely don’t know who their friends are. I argued that Doncaster and Regan are amongst them; these are men who will literally do anything to hold the Sevco franchise together.
If it’s in their power then they’ll move mountains for the club.
They did in 2012, of course.
window._ttf = window._ttf || []; _ttf.push({ pid : 43792 ,lang : "en" ,slot : '.content .article-content > p,.teadsNative' ,format : "inread" ,mobile : false ,minSlot : 2 ,components : { skip: {delay : 0}} ,mutable : true ,css : "margin: 0px 0px 20px;" }); (function (d) { var js, s = d.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; js = d.createElement('script'); js.async = true; js.src = '//cdn.teads.tv/media/format.js'; s.parentNode.insertBefore(js, s); })(window.document);
I’ve written extensively on those days, about stuff that’s in the public domain but also stuff that isn’t.
I’ve researched this matter thoroughly and I know some things for sure and I can make a pretty good guess at some others.
It is my firm belief, based on what I know and have seen, that both Regan and Doncaster are at least partially guilty of assisting in the collapse of Rangers.
Doncaster then used that disaster as leverage in trying to get Sevco into the top flight, via the television deal he had negotiated behind the backs of the clubs.
The whole thing reeks and it always has.
Regan’s role has always been more opaque, but he was aware of what was going on at Ibrox at an early stage and because he and Whyte were already in communication over what became Resolution 12 it makes sense that he would have gone along with even the most hair-brained scheme over there.
A lot of people know this stuff.
There’s not much incentive for them to talk, but the information has got out anyway, in strategic leaks online.
I’d say a couple of thousand people at most are wholly familiar with that information and the ground it covers; that’s a lot within a small community – and the Internet Bampots are a small community – but that doesn’t matter if the media won’t touch the subject with a barge pole and so you can’t get it out there to the wider public.
I do believe full public disclosure of that information would wreck careers; these men couldn’t survive the rest of the country knowing, for example, that they knew Whyte intended to keep running up debts and then dump the lot overboard. Of how the face painter and the taxi company and the newsagents who were ripped off and will get pennies in the pound could have been saved from the hassle had the SFA and SPL leadership hit the brakes when Whyte told them what was going on inside Ibrox.
Instead they helped him do it.
I don’t just believe that; I know that for a fact.
And one of the people in the know about the full extent of it is Dave King.
He probably knows more than any of the Bampots do, and not only because he was on Whyte’s board.
Today the whole country has become aware that his knowledge goes deeper than that of the majority of the public.
Because Dave King  bought the Charlotte Fakeovers documents, for £50,000.
Those documents belonged to Craig Whyte.
Charlotte Fakeovers is the name given to the man who hacked Whyte’s laptop and stole them.
According to Donald Findlay, those materials were to be used for the purposes of blackmail.
Now they are in the hands of a man a South African judge called a “glib and shameless liar”, a man he urged us to disbelieve on every matter great or small unless it was supported by evidence. We know he has no respect of normative behaviours. We know he does not play by the rules. We know he is a man of appalling personal character.
We know he’s capable of anything.
Findlay does not make it clear where, when or why these details were obtained, but it was not for the good of the club.
Because Whyte still had this stuff.
King wanted it too. Why? Why would he? What did he intend to do with that information?
We know one of the things he used it for.
He leaked some of it to friendly journalists in his quest to take over Sevco.
He used it to firmly establish the links between Charles Green and Craig Whyte. so that he might destabilise the regime Green left behind him at Ibrox.
King made sure sections of that information did make it into the media and that helped collapse confidence in the previous Ibrox board and torpedoed the share price, which made it easier and cheaper for him and his colleagues to get a controlling interest.
But that’s not all the Charlotte Fakeovers documents contained.
Craig Whyte recorded conversations.
He kept extensive notes on meetings.
He saved every email.
The paper trails on that laptop could wreck many a career.
Amongst that stuff are the details of every email exchanged between him and the people who run football in Scotland.
There is at least one tape recording of a meeting between himself and SFA officials, and there are probably many more.
See, Whyte’s been doing this for a long time.
He knew this all might unravel, and would perhaps even end up in a trial.
He secured himself against that possibility by recording everything and everyone.
Dave King bought it all.
He knows who did what, where and when.
He knows who was involved and who wasn’t, and how deeply.
He turned at least some of that information over to the prosecutors going after Whyte but I suspect he kept hold of the bits that helped him more than them.
I suspect, strongly suspect, that he’s got enough to sink Doncaster and Regan and perhaps even guarantee that at least one of them, maybe both, faced some hard questions of their own in a courtroom.
Blackmail is a big word.
It’s a controversial word.
It is a legally dicey word, which is why I am not alleging that it’s a technique being used in Scottish football today.
But Findlay himself, in a courtroom, used it to describe what that information was to be used for … and although he didn’t say so, he’s entirely aware that Whyte himself intended no less. We have no reason whatsoever to believe that King didn’t plan the same. Indeed, what he did use it for could constitute tortious interference and share price manipulation at the very least.
There’s more though. History has taught us that at Ibrox there is always more.
Last month, this website reported that King came over for the Whyte trial and whilst he was here he and Regan met, in private, for an “off-the-record” chat which Regan said was about “general issues”.  Nothing to see, people, go on your way.
Except that it had come in the same week when the SFA waived the club through their European license process although the club didn’t qualify.
Hey, we’ll never know what transpired at that meeting but we’re in a place where it doesn’t even require much imagination to conjure up the worst scenarios.
King bought the ability to do it, and he was only able to because these men left themselves wide open to it with their conduct.
Even if what Regan and Doncaster did was legal – and I do wonder about that; it’s a question for people much smarter than me – the immorality of allowing a guy like Whyte to deliberately crash a football club, on their watch, stiffing creditors, wrecking it all, is astounding and these people could not survive that.
They allowed Whyte to keep on running the club when they knew full well the direction he was moving it.
It was only after details of his previous business dealings were exposed by Mark Daly and the BBC that they acted and then because they had no choice.
For those who wondered what the real function of the Pinsent Mason report was – the one into allegations that Whyte and Green had been working together, and which they let Sevco organise, effectively an investigation into itself – this is the answer.
The SFA knew an independent inquiry might turn up more than just a link between those two; it might establish what their own involvement was in the collapse of Rangers.
I cannot put it more bluntly than this;
From October 2011 at the latest, both Neil Doncaster and Stewart Regan knew that Rangers was going into administration and that the ultimate objective was some kind of phoenix company which would seek to dump the debts and emerge clean. Not only did they support this action but they were talking to Craig Whyte from that point onwards about how it could best be done, presented and sold to the football public.
Every single organisation with which Rangers were doing business from that moment on was being defrauded and the SFA and the SPL were knowing, willing, participants in that fraud. They said nothing to stop it. They did nothing to stop it.
Did they alert other clubs? Well we know that sometime early in November Doncaster got the SPL board together and informed them of a “developing situation” in Scottish football which he used on 21 November to push through the Sky deal, and collapsing the idea of FansTV.
The clubs were aware of something going on, but I’m not convinced that they were aware of how deep the hole was and I know for sure they weren’t aware of what was called Project Charlotte, the blueprint (which both Regan and Doncaster had seen and signed off on) by which Rangers would be collapsed, a new company born and its SFA membership and SPL place handed over to a NewCo wiped clean and able to compete as if nothing had happened.
See everyone knows Regan and Doncaster tried to sell that plan at the end; what few outside the Bampots are aware of, and what hasn’t sunk in yet to many others, is that they were involved in planning that for month before the fact … and they allowed Whyte to keep on going anyway.
The implications of that are enormous.
What I’ve just done here is show you the broad strokes of what they were involved with; King knows the fine details.
This is a blog which thousands of people read but the media would bring that story to the whole country, and both Regan and Doncaster would be gone.
Yesterday Craig Whyte was cleared of fraud in connection to the takeover of the club.
One of the reasons why he was never charged in connection with anything that happened after that point is a mystery.
If those charges ever follow – BDO are still trying to unravel all this, and they might well want those charges brought – the chances are that he will not be alone in the dock.
Don’t believe for a second that Sevco supports the removal of Stewart Regan.
They could have that simply by releasing this information.
In the last 12 months they have made a lot of noise in public and put pressure on him through the press – the media reports of their unhappiness were a not-so-coded threat – but the real squeezing was, and will continue to be, be done in private.
Unlike the fans, King and his board know who their “friends” are.
And as long as King holds their careers in his hands Regan and Doncaster are dangerously compromised. They cannot be trusted to act in the best interests of the game, when he and others can make them dance to a particular tune. The imperative for removing both of them is obvious.
When I published this article in November of last year there were a few disbelieving gasps, and then silence fell again.
I don’t expect that to change now, although we’re six months down the line and the truth of this is all the more evident.
Yesterday Alastair Johnston returned to Ibrox and a seat on Sevco’s board. The club is spending money at a rapid rate; King has publicly said that it’s the season ticket cash, the only major source of income they have. No-one in the SFA or the media has asked what he intends to do when the coffers are empty, but I have been writing about this unscrupulous barsteward long enough to know that he’s capable of any mendacity or underhanded act and that he views the people running our game as gutless worms.
Which they are. I agree with him on that, and because I do I can easily imagine what I’d do if I was in his shoes.
He will squeeze these guys like tubes of toothpaste if his club finds itself in serious peril … and we cannot count on them doing the right thing.
