I ALSO want to have funny question friday so I tried to think up some interesting questions.
If Anwei and Ciaran had the opportunity to be regular humans again, would they take it? Would the people around them want them to?
I’m sure that the Sovereign has a lot of enemies since he’s like thee baddest bitch, but is there anyone that he just absolutely cannot stand?
What would happen if Robin, Wren, and Dove got stranded in a remote area together? How would they handle that situation together?
as usual you ALWAYS come through with the excellent questions :3c
If Anwei and Ciaran had the opportunity to be regular humans again, would they take it? Would the people around them want them to?
ABSOLUTELY they would. They're both really sick of it. Being undying has its perks but it really loses its luster after 900+ years. Anwei appreciates it more than Ciaran does, partly because she was sort of religious way back when and still thinks of it all as some Big Deal and a Gift and like. a Blessing or whatever and has a serious sense of Duty about the whole thing. And Ciaran is more like “so I can jump off this cliff and be fine? I guess that's cool” and also “so does this mean I can't get stis anymore?” He definitely didn't ask for this life lol (technically I guess neither did Anwei but she adjusted it to it a little better and is also the only reason that [redacted for spoilers] anyway) Either way, they're both tired of outliving every single person they ever know because even with the fun parts of never dying, it DOES get miserable watching every person you ever care about wither away in what feels like the blink of an eye.
I think the only person that would have any apprehension about them mortalizing themselves would be like. Go-Eun but only because she would be too worried that they would instantly get something like the flu and DIE. Yixing would be like “please for the love of god be normal again because I already have so many years on you and I'm so so so so afraid of getting old alone PLEASE don't leave me behind”
----------
I’m sure that the Sovereign has a lot of enemies since he’s like thee baddest bitch, but is there anyone that he just absolutely cannot stand?
It's true that he's the baddest bitch around and a ton of people hate his stupid sexy guts, but honestly he doesn't pay enough attention to anyone else to give a damn about what they think. He knows he'll outlive them anyway. BUT he does hold special hatred for people that try to double-cross him, question his authority, and/or fuck with his family. (technically Andhira meets all three criteria oops lol) Generally speaking, he just offs people that piss him off, but there are a few that are too important or risky to kill outright, so he has too seethe in silence for a few centuries until they end up killing each other in petty squabbles and he gets to watch from his high horse like “oh look how these low born fools destroy each other over and over while nobody ever lays a finger on me and my own” (this WILL eventually come back to bite him on the ass lol). The biggest thorns in his side are the twelve children of Ekion who are part of the third oldest family in the world (though these guys weren't technically BORN into their family the way the Sovereign's children were). He's been waiting for the opportunity to fuck their shit right up for like 600 years at this point and is getting so tired of waiting :c
----------
What would happen if Robin, Wren, and Dove got stranded in a remote area together? How would they handle that situation together?
UM it would depend on just how remote the area is lol If they were like. lost in the woods, it would be no big deal because Robin is notorious for disappearing for three weeks at a time to go on solo backpacking trips in the middle of nowhere, and people always assume he's been eaten by bears and he shows up stinky and hairy on instagram in the middle of Wyoming like “hi everyone I just had the greatest camping trip of my life!!” So he's good at handling the fallout of getting extremely lost. Also his family lived in a VAN until he was eleven, so he's used to shit breaking down and getting stranded places (aka campsites in the middle of nowhere). Dove would immediately have a breakdown and if Wren had a cellphone signal, she would be taking pictures and texting them to her parents through the whole ordeal like “are you sure she's really related to us? She doesn't know the difference between east and west.” And then the two of them would end up fighting like cats and dogs. Meanwhile Robin has already fixed the car and/or foraged for clean water and fucking. berries or whatever and/or built a fire and shelter. This is just a regular Wednesday afternoon for him when you're the kind of person that goes WAY off trail to find so-called mythical crags (that don't actually exist but some old stoner dude at the campsite swore they did).
HOWEVER. If they were in a plane crash on a desert island situation, they would probably just go berserk and end up killing each other in looney tune style traps. Imagine that as you will lol

HYPNOSIS MICROPHONE 4TH INTERNATIONAL POLL (DECEMBER 2020) Part 6: Fandom and the Future of HypMic
Tumblr media
Thank you for your participation! These are the final results for the 4th Hypnosis Microphone International Poll. After months of work on this, we have estimates for general fandom opinions. Do you agree or disagree with the general opinions? Please let us know!
The results were held back from original posting as we were waiting to post for a month before the 2nd DRB finals (which is on Doppo’s Birthday this year.) My deepest apologies for how long this took to get out. We will be releasing these results with a section per day, with the end of these results showing the Japanese side.
Click the READ MORE to view the results.
PREFACE
The data collection for this poll received 902 votes to give us an indication of the demographic of those who consume Hypnosis Mic. This poll was open to English speakers, and thus, results may be considerably Euro/American-centric. The word ‘international’ has been used to refer to how fans are from many places around the world, but the poll may also refer to this group as ‘English-speaking’ etc. The Japanese poll had a smaller respondent pool with 400.
This poll received the most activity through Twitter, given that the series is most active on that platform. The poll was also posted on Tumblr, Facebook and the HypMic wiki. Commentary has been given on sections of the poll. These results will be available in full on from this account. The Japanese poll results shall follow about a week with comparison to this poll.
The poll was conducted from December 2020 to January 2021. This poll is UNOFFICIAL and none of the composers of this poll have any relation to King Records whatsoever.
This has been split into MULTIPLE posts due to the amount of data and limitations of tumblr.

look i kno i said i wasnt gna bring a 6th until i was caught up w replies bt i kno gunner well n therefore felt like he deserved his time to shine in the rp so i beg of u pls plot w him looks at u all like :B
Tumblr media
* axel auriant, cis man + he/him | you know gunner paxton, right? they’re twenty-two, and they’ve lived in irving for, like, four years? well, their spotify wrapped says they listened to bizarre love triangle by new order like, a million times this year, which makes sense ‘cause they’ve got that whole curling up for days in bed wearing a hello kitty comfort shirt, stuttering in the face of affection, and hand me downs two sizes too big thing going on. i just checked and their birthday is july 31st, so they’re a leo, which is unsurprising, all things considered. ( bri, 23, est, they/them )
background.
middle child of the paxton family, cliff being the eldest and wyatt being the youngest :D
they lived at the top of a hill in a trailer in a trailer park neighbourhood in laramie, wyoming so to say the least that fucking sucked for everyone involved
the trailer was so small that all 3 boys ended up sharing a room, gunner and wyatt sharing a bunk bed bc they cldnt fit 3 beds into one room it really was every childs nightmare bt they quickly grew used to it tbh
gunner was always more of an artsy child than invested in sports - though he does enjoy baseball and continued even to this day after their dad made him join SOMETHING in middle school - so he never rly earned their father’s respect, but he was always close with his mom since they had the same calm temperament
(depression/anxiety tw) he also gained a list of mental health issues that their mom had as well, including social anxiety and major depressive disorder
(violence/abuse tw) their father always encouraged pretty volatile behaviour and it caused a lot of physical fights and arguments between the brothers when their dad told them the best way to get over it was to start hurting until someone tapped out, it was just a chaotic and pretty abusive household but no one knew and their mom definitely wasn’t going to say anything about it to their dad
(missing child/kidnapping/anxiety/depression tw)  wyatt went missing on a weekend that their parents were gone because of a trip they won, and things just got worse from there, high school was really rough for gunner, his anxiety grew worse as time went on that no one found wyatt, their dad grew more hostile towards them, cliff left home in the middle of the night never to be seen again (merely leaving a note so that the family didn’t think they had a case of two kidnapped children), and their mom just grew sicker, it was rare that she would ever leave her room and if she did it was in fits of random energy where she would do something spontaneous and completely unnecessary to their house as a way of coping
the two years that gunner was at home after cliff left were pretty brutal and as soon as he could, he was fleeing wyoming and going to school in irving
(internalized homophobia tw)  things are far better now that he’s out of his home situation, but ofc he still has a few personal things he’s working thru; the paxton’s were raised in an incredibly religious household, and he’s got some classic Catholic Guilt going on upon realizing that he’s not jst attracted to women n he avoided talking abt it forever/stayed in the closet fr far too long bt he’s sort of come out now in his own way even tho he does still get a bit nervous talking abt it rly
he’s also ‘dealing’ rn (just pharmaceuticals) which is frankly funny to think abt bc this man is abt as threatening as a care bear bt money is tight all things considering and a librarian job doesn’t rly cover it, and with the amount of meds he’s on, plus incredibly frequent doctor’s visits, needing to pay for extra epi-pens, inhalers, etcs. bills add up so he’s cutting back his meds n selling wht he can spare which is . so unhealthy bt thts life in corporate america baybee!
details.
is literally allergic to everything. grass, cats, most fruits, milk, most nuts, bees, latex, probably more i cnt even keep up w them its pathetic
u can catch him strutting around town w his blinged out epipen holder (aka blinged out w pins of his fav horrors movies) LKSHDGKLHSKLDG
if things cldnt get worse he also has quite intense asthma so he carries an inhaler with him at all times
n to make matters even WORSE he frequently has dizzy spells n bad memory problems bc of all the concussions he’s suffered from (about 8-9 at this point) as well as consistent migraines that can b literally debilitating sometimes
awkward n jst a bit of a Weirdo to b frank like he barely knows how to converse with ppl
didnt have any friends in high school so took the time to teach himself rly weird things, knows a fuck ton of magic tricks, can yodel, juggle, solve a rubix cube with his eyes closed in under 30 seconds, just extremely weird and specific things
can honestly b a bit mean/barbaric to ppl he’s not close w/doesn’t kno - has told ppl to their face before he doesn’t enjoy talking to them bc he has no concept of social constructs/norms
loves 2 film random things at parties, makes him feel more comfortable at them n he makes short films of them all after
going off that fact he did a film internship in nyc during the summer and is trying to find a job in that field
doesn’t realize demisexuality is a thing so he’s never been that fond of sex but has this stigma in his mind that that makes him Broken so he still Tries n it jst doesnt go well tugs my shirt collar
connections.
ppl who r more into under the counter meds than Hard Drugs n buy off him?? probs wld have to kno him some way hes too scared to sell to Random randoms
ppl he went to school w? :D
some friends………. hes awkward bt he means well…………
ppl he has a crush on/unrequited crushes either way wtvr floats ur boat he crushes quite easily but never does anything abt it fr the most part
a mans he wld Risk It All fr (aka a guy tht he actually has a crush on n is Extra Awkward probs a lil mean to bc hes still New to That)
some enemies tbh, he has a temper n he tends to blow up rarely bt it happens n when it does it actually can b quite scary JKSHDGLHSDG
a muse….. mayhaps?? someone he always wants in his film projects
awkward past hook ups/one night stands where one of them cut ties off cuz every time they got together gunner acted like he was embalming a body for a funeral
current hook ups/fwb’s w ppl he’s actually close w/is comfortable w so its nowhere near as bad SDKHSLDGHKLSDGH
Anything u Desire

We have seen each other through it all
By: @sdottkrames for @an-odd-idea, my pinchitting for @friendly-neighborhood-exchange
Rating: general
Relationships: Tony Stark & Peter Parker, Tony Stark & May Parker & Peter Parker
Characters: Tony Stark, Peter Parker, May Parker
Summary:  Peter's first year at MIT was a bit harder than he anticipated, and Tony plans a road trip to help his spider-son feel better. But of course, there's some mishaps along the way!
Link to AO3: Here
“Tony, I thought this was supposed to be fun ?” Peter tried to grin, but it turned into more of a grimace through his chattering teeth.
“Yeah, it was. Until this hunk of junk decided to quit working.” Tony gestured to the heater in the corner of their motel room, which was wheezing and sputtering in an attempt to stave off the cold of the Wyoming winter. It wasn’t working. Tony had tried to fix it, multiple times, but it was so broken there was no repairing it. It needed to be completely replaced. He and Peter had decided to tough it out in favor of getting sleep, but they were quickly regretting that decision since neither of them were sleeping.
The pair fell silent, their breaths making clouds in the air. Tony could hear Peter’s teeth chattering and Friday reminded him quietly in his earpiece that spiders couldn’t thermoregulate. Tony forced himself out of the relative warmth of the ratty, though thick, blanket he was under and went in search of another one. He hissed as the little warmth of the blanket was abandoned, but pressed on.
What I wouldn’t do for this kid, he thought ruefully as he walked to the closet, which ended up being empty. Every closet was bare, and the front desk had already given them their allotted one extra blanket each. Tony groaned quietly and headed back to the bedroom, looking at the lump that was Peter on one of the two twin beds.
“FRI, how’s he doing?” He asked his AI, panicking a little when he didn’t hear Peter’s chattering.
“Peter’s temperature has dropped to 96 degrees Fahrenheit. Hypothermia occurs at 95 degrees. I suggest warming Mr. Parker up as soon as possible.”
Tony cursed. Last Christmas, Peter’s first Christmas back after the blip, had seen record cold temperatures. New York had nearly frozen. But when May and Peter’s heater broke, they hadn’t said a thing. May too proud to admit she needed help, and Peter too unsure of himself to ask for it. That had ended badly. Tony had received a panicked phone call from May when she came home from working at the hospital to find Peter barely conscious and ice cold. They had learned the hard way that their spider baby couldn’t thermoregulate. It had taken nearly three cups of hot chocolate, 5 blankets, and lots of cuddling to revive Peter.
Cuddling.
In a stroke of inspiration (and kicking himself that he hadn’t thought of it sooner), Tony grabbed the blankets from his bed and padded over to Peter’s.
“Scoot over, underoos,” he said, nudging the kid’s side.
Peter sluggishly rolled over, and Tony threw his two blankets over him, then crawled under the small pile. The warmth from their shared bodies and the extra blankets was almost immediate. They both sighed in shared contentment at the same time. He quickly wrapped his arms around Peter, rubbing briskly to encourage warmth.
“Are you s-s-sure you’re okay w-with this?”
Tony shook his head. Even after all the movie nights Peter had fallen asleep on him, the cuddles last winter, the hugs Tony had given him, the kid still didn’t believe he deserved to be loved and held and taken care of.
“How many movies are you going to fall asleep squished into my side before you believe that I really don’t mind it?”
Peter hummed unintelligibly in response, and Tony felt him burrow closer, Peter’s face finding a home in Tony’s neck, the soft curls tickling Tony’s nose. Peter’s eyes drooped shut.
“Alright, I know you’re tired, but no sleeping until we get your temperature up, okay?”
Peter nodded, but his eyes stayed closed.
“Okay, bud, talk to me. What’s been your favorite part of this trip so far?”
Peter lifted his head, and Tony grinned as he saw a little more light in the young hero’s eyes. It took a minute for Peter to think. Tony guessed it must be a hard decision. They’d been on the road for almost a week, and had stopped in a different spot every night. Philadelphia, the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame, Chicago, the St Louis arch, Mt. Rushmore. It had been a fun trip, albeit a bit chilly, but tonight had taken a turn for the worst.
The wind whipped outside their window, accentuating the thought and making Tony shiver. It was cold enough inside, he didn’t even want to think about the outside.
“I’ve loved all of it, but mostly just because I’ve been able to spend time with you.” Peter’s voice was small and unsure, but Tony’s eyes burned with tears he quickly tried to blink away as his heart melted . What had he done to ever deserve this kid? Suddenly, the bed felt a whole lot warmer.
“Don’t go making me soft, kid,” Tony joked, but his voice was thick and his arms tightened around Peter.
“You’re already soft, old man.”
Tony scoffed. “Alright. If you have enough energy to crack jokes, you’re warm enough to sleep.” Just to be safe, though, he called out to Friday. “What’s his temp, Fri?”
“97.8 degrees Fahrenheit.”
“Bedtime for the spider baby!” Tony said, and Peter made a few snuffling noises as he burrowed impossibly closer to Tony. Within a few seconds, Peter’s breathing had evened out and Tony knew he was off in dream land.
Tony took a few moments reveling in the warmth and comfort of holding his son before he drifted off as well.
***
“Tony, they are huge !! Like, I knew they were big, but they’re ginormous!”
Tony chuckled as they continued driving through Yellowstone national park, just 10 feet from a herd of buffalo (the cause of Peter's excitement).
This was exactly why he had planned this trip with Peter. Peter had come home from his first semester at MIT and Tony had instantly known something was wrong. There was a spark missing from those doe eyes, he spoke a little less, picked at his food a little more. It had worried Tony sick. So when May had suggested the two of them take a road trip together during Pete’s three week Christmas holiday, he had jumped at the opportunity. He instantly knew it was the right decision when Peter’s eyes lit up as they planned their trip. Tony let Peter pick all the spots, too excited by Peter’s excitement to shoot down any idea.
“Can we go see the geysers next? Old faithful has been on my bucket list for forever!”
“Sure, kid.” How could anyone say no?
Peter continued to stare and smile.
***
“You’re going to kill me. You’re actually going to kill me. When I die, I’m going to haunt you so bad.”
“Pete, if you can survive the vulture and green goblin, you can survive the bunny hill.”
Peter grabbed Tony’s arm, panic overwhelming him. He couldn’t seem to stand up right on his skis, and there were so many people around. He was sure that he would fall and someone would ski right over his hands or legs, or he would run into someone and knock them over and be left with crippling embarrassment.
“Nice and easy, underoos. The hill isn’t that steep. If you start going too fast, move your skis like this,” Tony turned his skis horizontal. “You’ll stop pretty quick, okay? I’m gonna stay with you the whole way, I promise.”
Peter swallowed and nodded, slowly inching his way down the hill.
Tony had learned how to ski many years ago. His father had deemed it below the Stark name, so Tony made a point to learn as a way to rebel and had fallen in love with the sport. Living in Malibu had hindered his ability to really practice, but he went once a year to Colorado or Utah and spent a week on the slopes, usually joined by Rhodey. When they’d planned the trip, Tony asked to stop at his favorite resort in Colorado, and Peter had enthusiastically agreed.
Now he seemed to be second guessing it.
“Pete, it’s okay.”
“But what if I’m not good?” Peter looked at Tony with such open vulnerability, and Tony’s heart ached for the anxiety he could see in Peter's eyes.
“Listen, the first time I skied, I fell on my butt more times than I can count. More times than I want to count. Everyone falls down the first time! If you fall, nobody is going to laugh, I promise.”
Well, Tony lied. Because when he fell, Peter laid there giggling, his worries forgotten in the thrill of speeding downhill, and Tony couldn’t help but laugh along. Then he fell down and it made them laugh even harder. It was a good 5 minutes before they were able to get up and ski again.
When they got back to their hotel room (thankfully one with a working heater), their noses red and legs sore, they collapsed together onto the couch. Tony automatically put his arm around Peter, and he felt the young hero snuggle closer.
“Are you having a good time, buddy?” He asked, his hand running through Peter's soft curls. Peter moaned quietly, his body slumping as the tension left under Tony’s gentle ministrations.
“Yeah, the best.”
***
It wasn’t until the second to last day of their trip that disaster struck again. They were driving in the middle of nowhere Iowa, Peter was asleep while Tony listened softly to AC/DC to keep himself awake, when suddenly Peter bolted up, wide awake.
“Everything alright Pete?” Tony asked.
”Bag. I need a bag,” Peter’s eyes were wide with panic as he looked for a plastic bag, and Tony knew exactly what was happening. He quickly pulled over, and Peter jumped out before the car was stopped. Tony got out and walked around, rubbing Peter’s back as he heaved into the snow.
“Get it all out, Pete. It’s okay.”
“This is so embarrassing,” Peter moaned.
“Oh, if you only knew how much Rhodey had to see me puke. Have fun your freshman year, but not that much fun,” Tony said, soothing his hand in circles across Peter’s back. “Feel better?”
“A little weak, and my stomach hurts still, but I think I’m okay to keep going,” Peter said, his legs shaking as he stood up. Tony looked on in concern, but Peter wouldn’t meet his eyes as they walked to the car. He hugged his arms around his middle, effectively closing himself off, so Tony let it slide to not embarrass him further.
They drove on in quiet for about a half hour, and Tony’s concern just continued to grow. “Pete, you know I’m being serious that you don’t need to be embarrassed, right? You musta eaten something bad. It’s okay, bud. We’ll just stop and get you some nausea medicine at the next Convenience store. It’s really no big deal.”
Peter didn’t lift his head. “I hate that you keep having to take care of me.”
“Whatdya mean?”
“I mean, like, you invented time travel for me! You nearly died for me. And then I can’t even handle college by myself because I just miss you so much.” By now, Peter was crying. Tears streamed down his face, and Tony had to use every ounce of his self control not to take his hands off the wheel to wipe them off. “And classes are so hard, and I just...I don’t know what I want to do with my life and I feel like I will just fail and disappoint you and May. And you take me on this trip to make me feel better,” he glanced at Tony. “I know you did it because you could tell I was having a hard time, so don’t try and deny it. And then you have to take care of me cause I can’t freaking thermoregulate and I’m scared to ski and then my stomach hates me,” he broke off in a sniffle, seeming to deflate after laying down the burden he’d apparently been holding on to for months.
Tony let the silence marinate for a minute before reaching out a hand and placing it on Peter’s knees. “Peter I need you to listen and really get this into your thick head, okay? I do not regret for a single instant going back through time to save you. When I lost you…” Tony pressed his lips together and willed back the panic inside him, though he knew Peter could hear his heart rate change. “It was the worst moment of my life. Having you back is the greatest gift in the world because you complete my family, Pete. So I don’t regret anything. And as for taking care of you, bud, I literally signed up for it when I decided to give you that suite. I made you my responsibility. And I don’t regret that either.”
He glanced at Peter and was relieved to see a watery smile on the kid’s face, so he pushed on. “And as for school, it’s hard your first semester. It is. But you are doing much better than you think you are.”
“Really?” Peter asked, his voice breaking.
“Guarantee it. And I promise you, you will never disappoint me or May.” He grinned at Peter, before amending his statement. “Well, we were pretty disappointed when you ran into a burning building with no back up, but you will never be a failure to us. You don’t need to be perfect or know exactly what you want to do right now. We love you just the way you are, bambino .”
Peter sniffled. “Okay.”
Tony squeezed Peter’s leg. “Well, now we got that outta the way, how bout some tunes?”
Peter laughed and plugged his phone in, playing some AC/DC softly. He was asleep again by the time they got to their next hotel, and Tony gently shook him awake.
“Ugh,” Peter groaned, before his eyes shot open and he desperately searched for a trash can. His eyes zeroed in on one by the hotel entrance and he rushed over, barely making it there before his stomach emptied its meager contents.
“Alright kid. Let’s get you to bed,” Tony said, rubbing Peter’s back, and guided him gently to the front desk and then their hotel room.
Peter flopped onto the bed and started snoring almost immediately. Tony shook his head at Peter’s ability to fall asleep instantaneously. With the sound of his son’s soft snores in the background, Tony brushed his teeth and changed into his pajamas. He figured Peter would probably have to throw up again eventually, so he laid Peter’s things out and let him rest for now.
Sure enough, Tony woke to the squeak of the bed and the click of the bathroom light, followed closely by the sound of retching.
“Oh, bud,” Tony sighed. Peter’s face was filled with tears again, and his forehead was shimmery with sweat. “You’re really not feeling good, are you.”
Peter shook his head.
“Alright. First things first, do you think you can get up to rinse the gross taste out of your mouth?”
Peter did, and Tony flushed the toilet and grabbed the clothes he’d laid out earlier.
“Okay. Let’s get you into some comfier clothes now.”
Tony helped Peter changed into his pajamas, Peter feeling too sick to be embarrassed. He wasn’t too sick to squeak in surprise, though, when Tony slid his arms under Peter’s, lifting the boy up.
“Tony! What’re you doing?”
“Carrying you to bed, spider baby.”
Peter sighed, and wrapped his legs around Tony’s waist, laying his head on Tony’s shoulders. It was exactly how Ben used to carry him when he was little. It was comforting to be held like that again. Being sick always made Peter feel like a kid again, just wanting to be held and coddled, and he forced back the embarrassment so he could fully enjoy the experience.
“Stop that,” Tony said, digging his fingers into Peter’s sides.
“Stop what?” Peter mumbled into Tony’s neck.
“I can literally feel you overthinking and feeling bad. I do not mind taking care of you; in fact, I enjoy it. So there!”
“Okay,” he whispered. Then added. “Thank you, Tony.”
Tony gently placed Peter onto the bed and smoother his hair back. “Not a problem, okay?” He moved to grab a water bottle and the medicine they’d gotten earlier. “Take some of this, and we’ll go back to bed. Hopefully this is just a 24 hour bug and you’ll feel better tomorrow.”
Peter took the medicine, but didn’t feel like going back to sleep. “Actually, do you think we could watch something?”
“Sure, bud. Whatever you want.”
As the soft sounds of Animal Planet enveloped the two, as Peter allowed himself to relax into Tony’s side, Peter willed himself to focus on Tony’s assurances. He committed those words to memory, something concrete, tattooed onto his very being.
Tony ran his hands through Peter’s head, scratching softly and making Peter’s eyes droop in pleasure, and soon they were both asleep.
***
Peter crashed into Tony, giving him the tightest hug. Tony hugged right back, just as tight.
“Thank you, Tony. I really had a good time,” he said, trying to hide the stupid tears filling his eyes by nuzzling into Tony’s shoulder.
Tony wasn’t fooled. He pulled Peter away and gently wiped his cheek. “No problem, bambino. Remember what I said. You’re never a burden. You’re never a failure. You got this.”
He and Peter had had a couple more conversation reiterating those truths, and they’d brought May into it on the way to drop Peter back off at MIT. They’d determined that Peter would come home one weekend a month, and they would go visit him one weekend as well. Peter had forced back the guilt and just allowed their love to fill him.
He hugged Tony once more, pulling May in for a group hug before giving her one of her own.
“Bye baby,” she said. “I love you so much. And if you need anything, I’m right there.”
“Me too, underoos,” Tony chimed.
“I know,” he said, and meant it. With Tony and May in his corner, he could do anything.

The Last Summer Ch.2
The morning they were leaving had finally arrived. Alyssa was upstairs finishing packing her bags.
“Mom! Have you send my phone charger? I can’t find it anywhere!!”
“I don’t know why you are wasting you time packing. Your dad and I already said you can’t go.”
“That’s completely unfair and ridiculous. It’s not like I’ll be gone the whole summer.”
“This trip is nothing but a distraction from preparing for college. You aren’t going. End of discussion.”
Alyssa headed up stairs as she rolled her eyes.
‘How can my parents be so unfair’ Alyssa thought to herself as she started unpacking.
*ding*
Tumblr media
Alyssa was sitting on her bed listening to sad music when Kayla busted through the door.
“What the freak?! What do you mean your parents are being unfair?? Why are your suitcases empty??”
“My parents won’t let me go. They say this trip is a distraction from college.”
“Well that’s crap. It’s not like we won’t be back before school starts.”
“That’s what I told them but they wouldn’t listen.”
After sitting in silence for a few seconds, Kayla jumps off the bed and grabs Alyssa’s suitcase.
“What the heckling are you doing?”
“What does it look like I’m doing?” Kayla threw a bunch of clothes in the suitcase.
“I already told you they won’t let me go.”
“I already told you we’d go no matter what our parents say” Kayla smirked. “This is our last summer together until we will literally be across the country from each other. We’ve spent every second of every summer together for the last 7 years are you really going to let your parents ruin this?”
“Freaking screw it. I’m going end of story” Alyssa quickly packed everything she would need and headed down the stairs.
As the girls headed out the front door Alyssa’s parents quickly followed.
“Where do you think your going?? We already told you you weren’t going. Get your butt back inside.”
“Sorry I can’t do that”
As the 4 of them looked up here came Harry’s RV down the driveway.
The girls started walking to their friends as Harry and Niall got out of the front of the RV.
“KAYLA” “ALYSSA” “DON’T WALK AWAY FROM US”
“What’s up with your parents babe?” Niall looked at Alyssa.
“They don’t think this is a good idea.” Alyssa handed Niall her stuff.
Right as the we’re getting ready to step onto the RV Alyssa’s parents called out.
“Alyssa Forrest, if you step foot on the RV you aren’t welcome home.”
Everyone’s mouths in the vehicle fell open.
“Hey babe you should probably go back”
“ You know what if they’re going to treat me like that screw them. I’m going. I don’t freaking care anymore.”
Alyssa turned to look back at her parents and jumped in the RV.
Everyone in the RV cheered as Harry started on the road.
After it got silent, everyone started to hear sniffling.
“Woah woah woah who’s crying? We should make it a rule that there’s no crying on our trip.” Louis looked at everyone.
“Alyssa, I’m sorry. That was really crappy of us to put that much pressure on you. Harry, turn around we need to take her home.”
“No, Kayla it’s fine. It’s not you guys. I really want to go.”
“As long as your comfortable with it, babe” Niall turned around in his seat.
“Okay let’s get this road trip started. Which direction are we going? I kinda need to know which way to turn.” Harry laughed
“Hit the freaking freeway bro.” Liam yelled across the entire RV.
“Turn the tunes on. A road trip isn’t good until there’s music.”
“Oohhh I got it!!!! I have a road trip playlist.” Louis handed his phone to Niall.
“Of course you do.” Zayn rolled his eyes.
Alyssa sat next to the window processing what had just happened.
“Hey, you okay boo? You’ve been quite since we left.” Kayla sat next to Alyssa.
“Yeah I’m fine. It just kinda hit me what just happened.”
“Well even if your parents get rid of you, you always have me. I’m not going anywhere. Ever.” Kayla hugged Alyssa.
“Awwwww” The entire bus erupted.
“Shut the freak up” Alyssa laughed.
“Seriously though. No one is being left behind ever. We will always be best friends and that’s all that matters.” Liam smiled.
“Great speech Li. Really inspirational.” Louis clapped.
“Thanks for ruining the moment...”
*3 hours later*
“Hey guys is anyone else getting hungry. I’m starving” Harry said from the drivers seat.
“I could eat.”
“Niall you can always eat.” Laughs Alyssa.
“Hey don’t judge me.”
“Okay I’m going to stop at McDonald’s since it’s at the nest exit.” Harry switched lanes.
While Harry ordered all the food Zayn and Louis popped up the table while everyone else found a seat. After they got the food everyone dug in.
“Mmmmm this is so good”
“I didn’t realize how hungry I was.”
“Harry how far are we from Utah?” Louis asked with his mouth full of food.
“I don’t know maybe 2 hours” Harry said will turning the turning signal on. As Harry took the turn he turned the wheel too much which caused Louis drink to go flying everywhere. All the pop landed on Kayla and Alyssa who happened to be sitting in the booth across from him.
Kayla let out a super high pitched, “AHHHHHHH!!!! Louis look what you did. You ruined my pants. I have no sweatpants now”
“Look what I did?! It was freaking Harold who turned like a psycho!”
“Guys I’m sorry it’s so difficult to turn while holding a hamburger!!”
“Harry we have to find a laundromat. I can’t survive without sweatpants.”
“I brought a ton of sweatpants. You can just where those, love.”
“See problem solved” Louis shrugged is shoulders.
“You’re lucky Tomlinson.” Kayla eyed Louis.
After everyone finished eating it was a pretty chill afternoon. Harry and Kayla took the front seats and chatted quitely amongst themselves. Liam, Maya, Zayn, and Gigi played uno for literally hours. Niall and Louis were playing FIFA and being extremely loud. Alyssa and Eleanor were scrolling on their phones and occasionally showing each other something.
2 pm came around and they hadn’t stopped since McDonald’s. Kayla had to pee since 1, but didn’t want to make a pit stop. She has always hated to be a burden. She couldn’t hold it any longer though.
“Harry I have to pee like really really bad”
“Why didn’t you pee at McDonald’s?”
“I didn’t have to then.”
“Okay well it might be a little bit before I can stop. We are literally in the middle of nowhere.”
“Harry I don’t think you understand, I have to pee like now. It’s not my fault the stupid toilet doesn’t work in the RV. So find me a bathroom ASAP.”
“Harry it has been 10 minutes and we still haven’t stopped. I’m going to actually pee my pants.” Kayla said panicked.
“The exit is right here. You can pee in like 5 minutes.” Harry took the exit to Salt Lake City, Utah.
By this time everyone knew Kayla had to pee. I mean she had only said it twelve times.
Harry pulled in a Kwik stop while Kayla unbuckled her seatbelt.
“Kayla chill we haven’t even rolled to a stop yet.”
“Harry I can’t good it any longer. I NEED TO GO PEEEEE!!!”
“Kayla you can’t just jump out of the moving RV”
Everyone when from laughing at their bickering to dead serious as Kayla flung the door open and jumped out.
“KAYLA WHAT THE FREAK” Harry slammed into the brakes makes Gigi fly off of Zayn’s lap onto the ground.
“Alyssa run after her!! I don’t want her to go by herself and die!” Harry stately sounding freaked out.
“I got her! Kayla wait I’m coming with!!!”
“I HAVE TO PEE!” Kayla yelled across the parking lot gaining weird looks from everyone there.
Once Kayla got to the bathroom she sat down on the toilet only to find she started her period.
“Oh crap!!”
“What’s wrong?” Alyssa asked from the stall next to her.
“I started my period and I didn’t bring anything. I wasn’t supposed to start right now.”
“Oh. I would totally share some with you, but I didn’t bring any tampons. I’m sorry.” Alyssa yelled over the toilet flushing.
“It’s okay. I’ll just buy s—crap I didn’t bring my wallet with me. I new I forgot something.”
“Oh that ain’t good.” Alyssa said looking at Kayla through the mirror.
“It’s okay. I’ll just wrap toilet paper up and home it works.” Kayla looked concerned “I’m sure it will be okay.”
As the girls walked back to the RV Kayla hopped in the front seat looking at Harry. He looked ticked.
“Sorry I just couldn’t hold it.” Kayla smiled sheepishly.
Harry didn’t even respond. He just started the engine and drove off.
Everyone went back to what they were doing. Except for Harry and Kayla. He wouldn’t even speak a word to her. She knew he was mad.
“Hey Liam you haven’t had a turn to ride shotgun. You can come sit up here with Harry.”
Liam hopped up from his spot on the couch and ran up to take it.
Awhile passed and it was super awkward in the bus. Usually Harry and Kayla were talking and being all lovey dovey, but not now.
Kayla walked up to the front of the RV, “ Harry how much longer until we get to Wyoming?”
Harry didn’t answer.
“Harry, what time are we going to be in Wyoming?” Kayla asked again.
Still no answer.
Liam looked uncomfortably between Harry and Kayla, “probably an hour or so.”
“Thanks Li.” Kayla softly smiled.
As she walked back to her seat she couldn’t help but cry. Here she was, started her period with no pads and now her boyfriend wouldn’t talk to her. This trip was going so well.
As Harry drove down the highway all he could think about was the fact that the love of his life jumped out of a moving vehicle. She could have been hurt or worse. Liam was going on about some song he had recently found, but Harry couldn’t focus on anything but Kayla. He happened to look in the rierveiw mirror and saw Kayla. It broke his heart.
There she was sitting on the couch by herself, staring out the window with tears falling down her cheeks. How could he have been so mean to her? He slammed on the breaks almost sending Liam into the dash.
“Whoa what the heck Harry? What’d you do that for?” Niall said as he picked is phone up off the ground from where it flew off the table.
Harry said nothing. Just through it into park and jumped out of the drivers seat.
“He does realize he’s in the middle of the road right?!”
“We’re going to die!!”
Harry ran around the front of the RV and jumped in the back. Everyone was so confused what was happening.
“Babe I’m so sorry I was a jerk. I shouldn’t have treated you like that. It just scared me when you did that. I can’t lose you.” Harry said staring into Kayla’s year filled eyes.
Kayla didn’t say a word, just grabbed onto Harry for dear life and hugged him. Harry through the keys at Liam and told him to drive. Liam panicked a little as he had never driven anything so big before.
“Louis go sit up there with Liam and keep him company” Niall looked at Louis.
Louis ran up to the front like a giddy kid in a candy shop.
“I’m sorry I’m crying. It’s not just y-you.” Kayla sniffled. “ I started my period and didn’t bring anything and now I’m going to ruin all my pants.”
“Babe why didn’t you say anything. I have tampons in the bathroom for when you stay over.”
“I didn’t say anything because you wouldn’t talk to me.”
Harry rubbed his neck, “ I’m sorry. Do you want to go clean up and then take a nap.”
“That sounds lovely.” Kayla wiped under her eyes.
“Hey guys were going to go take a nap. Kaylas tired”
“Okay! I’ll keep driving straight” Liam stated from the drivers seat.
“You know a nap really sounds good right now. I think that’s what I’m going to do to.”
Everyone agreed with Zayn. So they all ended up taking naps.
While everyone was sound asleep Liam and Louis were actually getting along for once.
“Liam, I know I annoy you a lot and don’t say it much, but I really do love ya man.” Louis looked at Liam.
“Thanks mate I love you too” Liams eyes crinkled as he smiled.
Louis and Liam had always argued. Liam was so mature and Louis was... well like a big kid, so they always butted heads.
As they continue to drive it started raining. And by raining I mean pouring. Liam could barely see 2 feet in front of the RV. You could say he was panicking a little.
Harry awoke to the sound of rain hitting the window in his room. He quickly jumped up. You see Harry never liked people driving his RV; especially when it rained. As he passed through the kitchen he noticed it was already 5 pm. Had they really slept that long?
“Liam pull over and let me drive. It makes me nervous letting someone else drive my baby.”
“Gladly” Liam pulled over to the side of the road and let Harry jump in the front seat.
All the commotion woke everyone else up. As they continued going down the road, Harry murged onto the interstate.
“ I hate driving on the interstate”
“You could always let me drive.”
“Louis I would rather let a baby drive my RV.”
At this point everyone was back in the living area.
“Well I have to shower and I want to first. So I’m gonna go do that.” Alyssa walked towards the bathroom after grabbing her things.
All the girls ran to get their stuff so they wouldn’t be last. With that many people to shower it wasn’t until 9 that they were all showered and ready for bed. Niall and Harry were not riding in the front while Gigi and Maya were fighting over what movie to watch. They finally agreed on some random romance movie.
“We will have to figure out the sleeping arrangements. I’m obviously taking the master since it’s my RV. That leaves 2 bunks, the couch, and the floor.
“I’m not sleeping on the floor just saying” Louis said sounding like a royal pain.
“Maya and I can take the floor as long as we switch out everyday” Liam stated.
“Zayn and I can take the couch. It’s really no biggie.” Gigi offered.
“Okay that means Alyssa, Niall, Louis, and Eleanor get the beds”
As the night winded down everyone had gone to their sleeping areas except for Niall and Harry; they were still seated in the front of the RV.
“I think I’m just going to drive through the night. That way we can hit more places.”
“I’ll stay up with ya mate.”
As the night rolled on everyone was excited to see what tomorrow holds. Today may have been boring but tomorrow they were going to be stopping at quite a few places.
There is it! Ch 2 of “The Last Summer” we hope you guys liked it!! Chapter 3 will be up next Sunday night :)

SPN- Dead Man’s Blood (1.20)
Tumblr media
Pairing: Olive Winchester (OC)
Summary: When the siblings pick up a trace of something strange, they run into some familiar faces, and old tensions rise once more
Warnings: abuse, (john’s an ass), cursing, screaming, blood, uhhh, mentions of the undead, like knives and shit. the usual
Word Count: 6461
I sighed and shut my laptop. Dean folded his newspaper, and Sam rolled his neck. I yawned, dropping my head onto the table. Jinx yawned too, and Dean rubbed her head.
“Well, guys. Not a decent lead in all of Nebraska.” Dean groaned. “What’ve you got?”
“Well, I’ve been scanning Wyoming, Colorado, South Dakota. Here.” Sam huffed.
I sighed. “We’re in the middle of ass-fuck nowhere, and you’re gonna tell me there isn’t a case around?”
“Uh, a woman in Iowa fell ten thousand feet from an airplane and survived.” Sam shrugged.
I looked at Dean, and he made a face.
“Sounds more like that’s incredible than uh, Twilight Zone.”
“Yeah.” Sam sighed again.
Dean smirked. “Hey, you know, we could uh, keep heading east. Hit Missouri. Olive, I know you miss Taylor. And then uh, New York. Maybe upstate. Drop by and see Sarah again, huh?” He whistled. “Sam, you two seemed pretty friendly. Whatcha say?”
Sam sighed. “I dunno, maybe someday.” He glanced at me. “Missouri is only a few hours away.”
I shook my head. “It’s half a day’s drive. Besides, we’ve got a lot of work to do.”
Dean sighed. “Yeah, alright. What else ya got?”
“Uh, man in Colorado, local named Daniel Elkins, was found mauled in his home.”
“Elkins?” I repeated, turning to look at Dean.
“We know that name, don’t we?”
Sam shook his head. “Doesn’t ring a bell.”
“Elkins.” Dead mumbled.
“Sounds like the police don’t know what to think. At first they said it was some sort of bear attack, and now they’ve found some signs of robbery.”
Dean hummed, and I flicked through Dad’s journal. Dean cut me off.
“There.”
“Here.” I turned the journal to Sam.
D Elkins - 9705550158
“Same Elkins?” Sam furrowed his eyebrows.
“It is a Colorado area code.”
                                                               ***
Sam tucked his lock pick into his pocket as he pushed the door open. Dean stepped in first, shining his flashlight around. He snorted as Sam and I followed.
“Looks like the maid didn’t come today.”
“Hey.” I tugged Sam’s sleeve. “There’s salt over here.” I pointed. “Right beside the door.”
Dean was flicking through a journal, eyes focused. “You mean protection against demons, salt, or whoops I spilled the popcorn, salt?”
“It’s definitely a ring.” Sam huffed. “You think this Elkins guy was a player?”
“Had to be.” I shone the light around as I made my way to Dean. “Journal looks a hell of a lot like Dad’s. And mine.”
Dean nodded as Sam joined us, standing behind me.
“Yeah, except this one dates back to the sixties.”
I huffed as Dean dropped the journal onto the table and began to move into the next room. I followed, hooking a finger onto one of his belt loops.
“Holy shit.” Dean mumbled as we lit the room up.
The place was wrecked, items strung all over, furniture thrown about, a hole in the roof. I snorted, and Sam shook his head.
“Whatever attacked him, it looks like there was more than one.”
“Elkins put up a hell of a fight, too.”
“Yeah.” Sam sighed.
Dean crouched down and put his finger to the floor.
“Got something?” I asked, looking back around the room.
“Dunno. Some scratches on the floor.”
I squatted next to him and shone my flashlight over the gouges. “Death throes maybe?”
Dean shrugged. “Yeah, maybe. Ol, hand me a piece of paper?”
I popped to my feet and pulled a notebook from a bookshelf. I ripped out a blank piece of paper and handed it to him, along with a pencil. He ran it over the marks.
“Or maybe a message.” Dean peeled the paper back up, which had blood stuck to the back of it. “Look familiar?”
“Three letters, six digits. The location and combination of a post office box.” Sam noted.
“It’s a mail drop. Just the way Dad does it.”
                                                              ***
I watched from the car as Dean pried open the post office box. Sam was at his side, on alert. Dean pulled a letter out, tilted his head, and then showed it to Sam. They glanced at each other, and then to me, confused. I squinted, and they shut the box before walking back to me. Jinx ran circles in the backseat as they opened the car doors.
Dean slid into the car, followed by Sam. They dropped a white envelope in my lap, and I picked it up with narrowed eyes.
“J.W.” I read. “You think it could be?”
“John Winchester.” Dean sighed.
“I dunno.” Sam sighed, shaking his head.
“Should we open it?” Dean asked.
There was a knock on Dean’s window. Jinx barked. Dean’s arm went back, ready to swing. My teeth shifted, and a growl left my throat. Sam yanked a knife out of the glovebox as the three of us turned to the window.
“Dad!”
He smiled at the shock on our faces, and Dean grinned. I swallowed the blood in my mouth and wiped the rest on the back of my sleeve. Dad slipped into the backseat, and I got onto my knees and spun around, leaning forward and smiling at him. Jinx curled up by his side, and he scratched between her ears.
“Dad, what are you doing here?” Sam asked, eyes wide.
“Dad! Are you alright?”
“Hi, boys. Hi, peanut. I’m okay. When I read the news about Daniel, I got here as fast as I could.” He sighed. “I saw you three at his place.”
“Dad…” Sam trailed off. “Why didn’t you come in?”
Dad shook his head with a small smile. “You know why. Because I had to make sure you weren’t followed. By anyone or anything. Nice job covering your tracks, by the way.”
A grin broke on Dean’s face. “Yeah, well, we learned from the best.”
“Wait, you came all the way over here for this Elkins guy?” Sam narrowed his eyes.
“Yeah.” Dad nodded. “He was… he was a good man. He taught me a hell of a lot about hunting.”
“You never mentioned him to us.” Dean turned to face him.
“We had a…”
“A falling out?” I guessed.
Dad nodded. “I hadn’t seen him in years.” He glanced at the envelope in my hands, and I handed it over to him. “I should look at this.” He sighed. “If you’re reading this, I’m already dead.” He scoffed. “That son of a bitch.”
“What is it?”
“He had it the whole time.”
“Had what?”
“When you searched the place, did you, did you see a gun? An antique, a Colt revolver. Did you see it?”
“Uh, there…”
“There was a case, but it was empty.” Dean helped me out.
“They have it.” Dad snarled.
“You mean whatever killed Elkins?”
“What were they?”
Dad pushed the door open. “We gotta pick up the trail.”
“Wait. You want us to come with you?” Sam’s eyes grew wider.
“If Elkins was telling the truth, we gotta find the gun.”
“The gun?” Sam repeated. “Why?”
“Because it’s important, that’s why.”
“Dad…” Sam shook his head. “We don’t even know what these things are yet.”
“They were what Daniel Elkins killed best. Vampires.” Dad shut the door once more.
“Vampires?” Dean repeated.
“I thought you hunted those things out of existence.” I looked between my brothers.
“Yeah, Dad. I thought you were raiding the last nest on the night we got Olive.”
Dad sighed. “I thought they were extinct. I thought Elkins and… and the rest of us wiped them out.” He shook his head. “I was wrong.”
I sighed. “What do we know about vamps, Dad?”
He shook his head again. “Well. Most vampire lore is crap. A cross won’t repel them, sunlight won’t kill them, and neither will a stake to the heart. But the bloodlust… that part’s true. They need fresh human blood to survive. They were once people, so you won’t know it’s a vampire until it’s too late.”
                                                              ***
“Sam, Olive, Dean. Let’s go.” Dad’s voice was gruff, and he slapped the bottoms of our feet.
I yelped as I jumped up. Dean mumbled a response, even though he was still more than half asleep. Sam pushed himself up on his elbow with a groan and Dean began to rub his eyes. I yawned, wanting nothing more than to drop back into bed and cuddle Dean back to sleep. Jinx yawned as Sam sat up.
“I picked up a phone call.”
“What happened?” Sam grumbled.
“A couple called 911, found a body in the street. Cops got there, everyone was missing. It’s the vampires.”
Sam scrambled from bed. “How do you know?”
“Just follow me, okay?” Dad walked out of the room.
Sam yanked a jacket on, and I tugged at Dean with a groan.
“Come on.” Sam called. “We’ve gotta get Olive to school.”
I groaned again. “No! Come on, lemme hunt vamps with you!”
Dean giggled. “Vampires. Gets funnier every time I hear it.”
“No. School for you, come on.” Sam pulled me out of bed and set me on my feet.
I sighed as I shuffled around the room, gathering my things.
                                                              ***
“Alright. I’ll see you guys later. Love you. Be safe!” I pressed a kiss to Sam’s cheek, then Dean’s before I clambered out of the car.
“Love you, bug!”
“Bye, pumpkin!”
They peeled out of the parking lot as soon as I shut the door. I fixed my backpack strap over my shoulder and trudged across the parking lot, up the steps into the school.
“Olive?”
I looked over my shoulder and rolled my eyes. I spun on my heel and crossed my arms over my chest, jutting one hip out with a scowl on my face.
“What are you guys doing here?” I whined. “And why can’t you ever find your own cases?”
Hunter snorted. “Elkins.”
I sighed. “Elkins. Did he work with your mom?”
“Think so. Found his name and number in her journal.”
I sighed again. “Yeah, us too.”
“What do you guys know?”
I rolled my eyes and flipped my phone open.
“Olive?”
I ignored him as I dialed Dean’s number and held it up to my ear.
“Hey, sweetie. What’s up?”
“Richmonds are here. Dunno what they know. Might wanna call Everett.”
He sighed. “Yeah. Okay. Will do. See you later, babes.”
“See ya, bubba.”
Hunter blinked.
“What?” I hissed. “Don’t act like you don’t have nicknames for your sisters.”
He only blinked again. “Okay. So. What class do you have first period?”
I yanked the paper out of my back pocket. “Spanish. You?”
He pulled my hand into his with a grin. “Me too. Let’s go.”
                                                              ***
“Hey, sweetie.” Dean looked at me over his shoulder as I climbed into the car.
I smiled at Sam, expecting a happy greeting and sweet nickname. I got nothing. Jinx jumped onto my lap. I scratched her between the ears.
“Hi, boys.” I dropped my bag onto the bench and laid down with a grunt. “What do we have so far?”
Dean chuckled and held out a thick book. I groaned and sat up as Sam started the car. I took the book and flipped it open.
“Does Dad know the Richmonds are here?” I glanced over my shoulder to see their car following us.
“Yeah. He’s not too happy.”
“Doesn’t like working with other hunters.” Sam grunted.
I sighed and sunk into the seat, flicking through pages.
“Vampires nest in groups of eight to ten.” Dean read. “Smaller packs are sent to hunt for food. Victims are taken to the nest where the packs keep them alive, bleeding for days or weeks.” He grimaced.
“I wonder if that’s what happened to that 911 couple.” I mumbled.
“That’s probably what Dad’s thinking. Course, it would be nice if he just told us what he thought.” Sam grumbled.
Dean looked back at me with a sigh. I shook my head, and his jaw set.
“So it is starting.”
“What?” Sam snapped.
I sighed louder, pushing the book aside. Jinx whined, setting her chin on my leg.
“Sam, we’ve been looking for Dad all year. Now we’re not with him for more than a couple of hours and there’s static already?”
Sam snorted. “No. Look, I’m happy he’s okay, alright? And I’m happy that we’re all working together again.”
“Well, good.” Dean hissed back.
“It’s just the way he treats us! Like we’re children.” Sam couldn’t help himself.
“Oh God.” Dean rolled his eyes, throwing his head back for show.
“He barks orders at us, Dean! He expects us to follow them without question. He keeps us on some shitty need-to-know deal!”
“He does what he does for a reason, Sam.”
“What reason?”
“Our job! There’s no time to argue, there’s no margin for error, alright?” Dean snapped. “That’s just the way the old man runs things.”
“Yeah, well maybe that worked out when we were kids, not not anymore, alright? Not after everything the three of us have been through, Dean! I mean, are you really telling me you’re cool with just falling into line and letting him run the whole show?” Sam side-eyed him.
I laid down in the seat, pulling my jacket tighter around myself. Dean sighed, probably looking at Sam. Jinx curled up on the other end of the bench.
“If that’s what it takes, Sam.” Another sigh. “If that’s what it takes.”
Sam snorted again, and I turned onto my side, closing my eyes.
                                                              ***
The engine roared, and I curled up, horrified. Jinx squeaked.
“Sam, what the hell are you doing?”
There was no answer, and the Impala’s brakes screeched as the car swerved, stopping. The door opened and slammed shut.
“Oh shit. Ollie?”
I sat up with a groan, grabbing my head. “Coming.”
“Sam!”
“Sams!” I clambered out of the car, stumbling into the street.
He stormed into the middle of the road, face to face with Dad, whose truck was pulled over behind the Impala.
“What the hell was that!” Dad yelled.
I glanced back to see the Richmonds stopped, watching from inside their car.
“We need to talk!” Sam spat.
“About what?” Dad fronted.
“About everything! Where we going, Dad? What’s the big deal about this gun? Huh?” Sam pressed forward.
“Sams, come on.” I begged.
“Sammy.” Dean warned.
“We can Q and A after we get the vamps.” I took a step forward, reaching for his arm.
“Your sister’s right, we don’t have time for this.” Dad sighed.
“Last time we saw you, you said it was too dangerous for us to be together. Now out of the blue you need our help.” Sam snatched his arm back, storming further toward Dad. “Now obviously something big is going down! And we wanna know what!”
“Get back in the car.” Dad growled through gritted teeth.
I shivered. Dad was angry, Sam was angry, and Dean and I had to figure out a way to play referee.
“No.” Sam spat.
“I said get back in the damn car!”
“Yeah! And I said no!” Sam yelled back.
Dean took a step forward, hovering right by me and Sam. “Okay, you made your point, tough guy.”
I elbowed Dean hard, keeping my eyes on Sam. “Look, we’re all tired and sore, we can talk about this later, Sams.”
“Sammy, she means it. Come on.” Dean pleaded.
Sam said nothing, but he let Dean and I push him back toward the car. He kept his glare on Dad, shuffling backward.
“This is why I left in the first place.” He mumbled.
Dad snapped back around. “What did you say?”
“You heard me.” Sam snarled, pushing past us once more.
“Yeah.” Dad’s nostrils flared. “You left. Your brother and sister and me, we needed you. You walked away, Sam.”
“Sams-”
“You walked away!” Dad howled, cutting me off.
“Stop it, both of you.” Dean whimpered, eyes getting wide.
“You’re the one who said don’t come back, Dad! You closed that door, not me! You were just pissed off that you couldn’t control me anymore!”
“Stop it!” I growled. “Both of you stop.”
I panted, letting the blood in my mouth spill past my lips and down my front. Dean sighed, grabbing me by the shoulders as I bared my teeth. Dad’s hand was on his gun, and Sam stepped in front of us.
Dad kept his hand on his gun and glared at me. “Olive, if you ever thi-”
“That’s enough.” Sam warned him.
“Sam-”
“Both of you quit it!” I bared my teeth again.
Sam and Dad stared at each other, and Dean pulled Sam back before looking at Dad.
“That means you too.”
They stayed silent. Dad backed away before storming to his car and slamming the door shut. Sam glanced at me with a worried look on his face and slid back into the Impala. Dean sighed, and my teeth cracked, fangs retracting.
“Fuck.” I spat blood, wiping my mouth on the back of my sleeve. “De?” I looked up at him with my own version of puppy dog eyes and he sighed.
“Yeah. You alright?”
I nodded. “I’ll be fine.”
A pause, and we both sighed. We looked from Dad’s truck to Sam in Baby, to the  Richmonds, who were staring with wide eyes. Hunter was out, leaning against his open door.
“Fucking terrific.” Dean grumbled, wrapping an arm around my shoulders.
                                                              ***
A beat up camaro pulled into the driveway of the barn in the woods. A vampire came out of the house and held his hand up, protecting his eyes from the sun. Dean gasped, and I looked at Sam with wide eyes. His eyebrows were furrowed, and his head was tilted. The Richmonds each did something similar. We were ducked in the woods, watching the vamp nest. Jinx had been left in the car, sleeping on Dean’s jacket.
“Son of a bitch.” Dean grumbled.
“So they’re really not afraid of the sun?” Everett squinted.
Dad huffed. “Direct sunlight hurts like a nasty sunburn. The only way to kill ‘em is by beheading. They sleep during the day, doesn’t mean they won’t wake up.”
I sighed, and Dean leaned against the tree in front of him.
“So I guess walking right in isn’t our best option.” Sutton whispered.
Dad smiled. “Actually, that’s the plan.”
Everett turned to Dean with a bitchface. He mocked her as Sutton and Sam shared a worried glance. I looked at Hunter over my shoulder, and he looked pale. I held in a groan as my stomach turned.
As awful as it was of me to say it, I didn’t feel safe with Dad. I knew he would try to protect me, but his priority was always the hunt. If it came down to it, I was sure Dad would rather slice a vamp in two before rushing me to a hospital.
Dean noticed how I went stiff, and turned to me, reaching out a hand. I immediately took it and looked at him with full-blown fear on my face. He pulled me closer and kissed the top of my head.
It’s okay. I’ve got you.
                                                              ***
“Is she good?” Dean asked as I shut the car door.
“Yeah, she’s still pretty sleepy. Just gotta make sure we take her on a walk tomorrow.” I pulled my jacket back on and met him by the trunk of the car.
“Hey, Dad, we’ve got an extra machete if you need one.” Dean called over his shoulder as he handed me one.
I slid it into the holster and looked over at Dad. He smiled, unveiling a huge, sparkling, serrated edge machete from a leather holster.
“I think I’m okay. Thanks.”
My jaw dropped and I hit Dean’s arm. He looked up, eyes going wide.
“Wow.”
The Richmonds crowded around, like students flocking to a teacher, or in this case, a pretty machete.
“So, you kids really wanna know about this Colt?” Dad asked.
Sutton nodded, and Everett holstered her machete. “Yes, sir.”
I flinched. They were just being polite. If we were working with Irene Richmond, we would be calling her ma’am. But hearing someone else call Dad “Sir” made me feel like we were boot camp kids, not his kids.
“It’s just a story. A legend, really.” He huffed. “Well, I thought it was. Never really believed it until I read Daniel’s letter.”
“He had it, right?” Hunter asked.
Dad nodded. “Back in 1835, when Halley’s comet was overhead, the same night those men died at the Alamo, they say Samuel Colt made a gun. A special gun.”
The six of us blinked at him. What could be so special about a gun?
Dad gave us his own version of a bitchface. “He made it for a hunter, a man like us, only on horseback. Story goes, he only made thirteen bullets. And this hunter used the gun half a dozen times before he disappeared, the gun along with him.” He sighed. “And somehow Daniel got his hands on it…” He paused with a slight shake of his head. “They say… they say this gun can kill anything.”
The Richmonds pulled back, shocked, and Dean’s eyes went wide.
“Kill anything, like…”
“Supernatural anything?” I looked up at Dean, who had trailed off.
“Like the demon.” Sam noted.
“Yeah.” Dad nodded. “The demon. Ever since I picked up its trail, I’ve been looking for a way to destroy the thing.”
Sutton nodded. “And if we find the gun-”
“We might have it.” Everett finished.
Dad nodded. “Exactly right, Richmond.”
                                                              ***
Dad pushed the barn window open and disappeared into the darkness. Everett nodded at Dean as she followed. Sutton was next, followed by Sam. Hunter squared his shoulders before hopping in through the window. I glanced at Dean, nervous. He nodded.
It’s okay. I’m right behind you.
I sighed and dropped in through the window. Hunter was waiting for me on the other side, helping me get my feet on the ground. Dean jumped in and rolled onto his feet, standing straight. His chest was puffed, shoulders strong, and head up. I sighed internally. His confident posture provided some relief.
Some was better than nothing.
While Dad took off on his own, Everett and Sutton would stay together. Sam would be a few feet ahead of us, and Hunter and I were to stick to Dean’s side. We looked around the room. There were about a dozen vamps sleeping in hammocks strung up from the ceiling. Hunter led the way, following Sam as he made his way through the barn. Dean was behind me. Sam disappeared into the next room, and Hunter followed. There was the sound of glass thudding on the floor, and I whipped around, hand on my machete. Dean held a hand up, pointing to the ground by his foot. He had knocked an empty beer bottle over. I let out a low breath and pressed on.
“Dean. Olive.” Sam whispered.
Dean followed me into the next room, where Hunter and Sam were trying to untie a woman hooked around a pole. She was unconscious, or maybe even dead, her head hanging loosely and her skin drained of color. There was a clink of metal, and Dean turned around.
“There’s more.” He grumbled.
Hunter nodded at me and moved to follow Dean. I unclipped the pocket knife from my belt and began to cut the woman’s ropes. I glanced over my shoulder to see the boys standing in front of a metal cage, full of people that were out cold. Dean slammed something against the lock, and Sam’s head snapped up, eyes wide.
We looked at the hammocks, but everything was perfectly still.
Too still.
The voice in my head was low and grumbly. I blinked, and Sam whispered something, but not to me.
Too. Still. Get out.
There was a roar that sounded more jarring than mine, and Sam leaped a foot in the air. Dean and Hunter spun around. Vampires came crawling from every possible corner, and I let out a loud howl, fangs sliding out.
“Olive, Sam!” Dean barked.
Sam ran forward and yanked me off my feet, throwing me over his shoulder as he started toward Dean.
“Run!” Everett and Sutton came out through a hallway, pulling Hunter with them.
Dean led the way, and I snapped at the approaching vamps as Sam carried me away. The three of us called for Dad in a chorus of shouts, and a growl ripped through my throat again.
Sam dropped me onto my feet once we reached the top of the hill. Sutton put her hands on her knees, and Hunter sniffed, tears welling in his eyes. Everett looked pissed. Dean turned back around, trying to scramble back down the hill. I yanked him back by the collar of his shirt with a snarl.
I held him back easily.
“Dad?” He called out.
There was no answer, and the adrenaline in my system was beginning to die out. I huffed, chest rising and falling as Dean began to shake.
“Dad!”
Still nothing.
Sutton put a hand on Sam’s arm. “I’m so sorry.”
Tears fell down Hunter’s cheeks, and Everett shook her head, looking away.
“Kids!” Dad came into sight, unharmed.
We let out sighs of relief as we turned back up toward the hill, ready to book it to the cars.
“They won’t follow.” Dad panted. “They’ll wait til tonight. Once a vampire smells your blood, it’s for life.”
Everett shrugged. “Okay. Nobody’s bleeding.”
I spat onto the floor and looked up with a glare. Dad seemed angry.
“Well, Olive left a lot behind.”
I shrunk back, and Dean grabbed me by the hand.
It’s okay. It isn’t your fault.
“Okay, so what the hell do we do now?” Sam scowled.
“We gotta find the nearest funeral home, that’s what.” Dad huffed.
We tilted our heads at him, then looked at each other.
What?
                                                              ***
“Alright. Stay down, no matter what. You hear me?” Dean hissed.
“Yeah, fine.” I huffed as I sunk down into the bench, gripping my machete.
I was bait, stuck in the car while Dean popped the hood open and stared at the engine. Jinx was in the Richmonds’ car, probably snuggled up in Hunter’s jacket. She loved him almost as much as she loved us.
“Car trouble?”
My grip on the machete tightened and my stomach began to hurt.
“Let me give you a life. I’ll take you back to my place.”
I rolled my eyes. Did this bitch of a vamp really think she could get Dean Winchester into bed?
“Nah, I’ll pass.” I could see the grin on Dean’s face. “I usually draw the line at necrophilia.”
“Ooh.” There was a sound of skin against skin, and I flinched.
She must’ve hit him.
“I don’t usually get this friendly until the second date, but…” He sounded strained.
“You know, we could have some fun. I always like to make new friends.” She taunted.
There was a long pause, and then Dean made a noise of disgust. “Oh, wow. Sorry. I don’t usually stay with a chick that long. Definitely not for eternity.”
There were two wet thuds, and I sat up, pushing myself out of the car with a grunt.
“Dammit.” She was blonde, and the arrow was sticking out of her chest. “You.” She narrowed her eyes at me, dropping Dean.
He fell to the ground before scrambling back to his feet. Dad, Sam, and the Richmonds came out of the trees, each with a crossbow. Hunter was the only one with a regular bow, hooked over his shoulder as he stared at the vamp with murder in his eyes.
“It barely even stings.” She taunted.
“Give it time, sweetheart.” Dad grinned. “That arrow’s soaked in dead man’s blood.”
“It’s like poison to you.”
“Isn’t it?”
Her face drained further and she crashed to the ground. Dad hummed, satisfied.
“Alright, kids. Load her up.” He nodded toward the other vamp. “I’ll take care of this one.”
Sam handed his crossbow off to me as he grabbed the vamp by her wrists. Dean grabbed her by the ankles, and they hoisted her off the ground. Sutton and Everett pulled the tarp off the bed of Dad’s truck, and the boys dumped the vamp as Dad beheaded the other. Hunter and I both flinched, inching closer to each other, and then our siblings.
“Okay, let’s hit the road.”
                                                              ***
Dad shut a brown paper bag as he and Dean came from the Impala to the fire. Sam and Everett were circling with their machetes. Sutton was keeping the fire alive while Hunter and I were sharpening our own weapons.
“Toss this on the fire.” Dad handed me the bag. “Saffron, skunk’s cabbage and trillium. It’ll block our scent and hers, until we’re ready.”
Hunter pulled the bag open and took a whiff before rearing back and coughing. I turned my nose up and dumped the bag over the fire. Jinx whined, edging as far away as she could.
“Dad, this stuff stinks.”
He nodded, laughing. “That’s the idea. Dust your clothes with the ashes, and you stand a chance of not being detected.
“You’re sure they’ll come after her?” Everett asked.
Dad nodded. “Vampires mate for life. She means more to the leader than the gun does.”
“The blood sickness is gonna wear off soon, won’t it?” Hunter looked up.
“Yeah. You don’t have a lot of time.”
“Half hour oughta do it.” Sam mumbled.
“And then I want you six out of the area as soon as possible.” Dad ordered.
“But…”
“Well-”
“Dad, you can’t take them on all by yourself.” I scowled.
“I’ll have her.” Dad grumbled. “And the Colt.”
“But after.” Sam narrowed his eyes. “We’re gonna meet up. Right?”
Nothing.
“Use the gun together. Right?”
Dad stayed silent. My jaw clenched and the Richmonds sunk down, trying to stay unseen.
“He’s leaving again.” I snapped.
“You still wanna go after the demon alone.” Sam let out a breath. “You know, I don’t get you, Dad. You can’t keep treating us like this.”
“Like we’re kids, Dad!”
“You are a kid, Olive. You’re my children. I’m trying to keep you safe.” Dad hissed.
“I’m fifteen. I’m a hunter. I am not a child.” I spoke through gritted teeth.
“You’re a kid!” He roared. “I am trying to keep you safe!”
“Dad. All due respect, but that’s a load of shit.” Dean shook his head.
Sam and Dad snapped to look his way, shocked. I squared my shoulders, feeling increasingly confident. Dean was on my side.
“Excuse me?”
“Olive isn’t a kid. She had to grow up faster than Sam and I did. You know what the three of us have been hunting. Hell, you sent us on a few hunting trips yourself.” Dean shook his head again. “You can’t be that worried about keeping us safe.”
“That is not the same thing, Dean.”
I glanced over at the Richmonds. Hunter’s eyes were trained on us, and Sutton and Everett were staring at the ground.
“Then what is it, Dad? Why do you want us out of the big fight so damn bad?” Dean pressed.
“This demon? It’s a bad son of a bitch!” Dad’s voice rose again. “I can’t make the same moves if I’m worried about keeping you alive!”
“You mean you can’t be as reckless.” Dean grumbled.
“We don’t need you to keep us alive, Dad!” I yelled, pulling at my hair. “We have each other! We’ve been keeping each other alive for the last fifteen fucking years!”
“Look.” Dad glared at me. “I don’t expect it to make it out of this fight in one piece. Boys, your mother’s death… it almost killed me.” He shook his head. “I can’t watch my children die too. I won’t.”
“And what happens if you die?” Dean scoffed. “Dad, what happens if you die, and we could’ve done something about it? You know what I’ve been thinking?” He sighed. “I think that Sammy’s right about this one.”
I nodded. “Dad, we should do this together.”
“We’re stronger as a family, Dad.” Dean whispered. “We just are. You know it.”
Dad paused, and I felt my hopes rise. Sam made his classic puppy-eyes, and Dean’s bottom lip trembled.
“We’re running out of time. You do your job and you get the hell out of dodge. That’s an order.”
Dean looked down, tears welling in his eyes. Sam’s jaw clenched, and I felt my teeth chatter. I was shaking, pissed off.
“Dad, you-”
Dean clapped a hand over my mouth and pulled me back. My nostrils flared and I tried to get away, but Sam pushed me back down toward Dean. The Richmonds popped to their feet, glaring. Hunter scooped Jinx up as she barked.
“Ollie, stop.” Dean begged, voice breaking.
“Olive, what did you say?” Dad snapped, taking a step forward.
I smacked Dean’s hands away and all but lunged over Sam’s shoulder.
“You’re an ass!”
“Olive!” Dean shouted, in tears.
Dad glared at me, jaw set. I spit on the ground as my teeth shifted around. Dad leaned down, pushing his face close to mine.
“Say it again, Olive.”
“You. Are. An. Ass.” I hissed. “And you can go to hell.”
Dad’s hand wound back before coming back across my cheek. His knuckles dug into my cheekbone, and I was sent stumbling back into my brothers. One of them caught me as blood sprayed out past my lips.
“Dad, that’s enough!” Sam howled.
“Hunter, no.” I glanced over to see Everett holding him by the shoulders.
“Ollie-”
“Olive, if you ever disrespect me like that again, it’ll be the last time.” Dad warned before turning on his heel and storming to his car.
“Olive.” Dean cradled me in his arms, holding me against his chest.
“I’m fine.” I mumbled, letting my head fall back.
The Richmonds scrambled over. Sutton and Everett said nothing as they stared at us. Hunter was on his knees, hands going for my ankles. Jinx howled, sniffing me and whining. I patted her head.
“Olive?”
“I’m okay.” I muttered.
“Ollie, you can’t do that.” Dean whispered.
“She didn’t do anything wrong, Dean.” Sam glared, kneeling down to take me from him.
“I’m okay.” I swallowed. “Promise.”
“Sammy, I know she didn’t do anything.”
“She just told him the truth.” Sam hissed.
“Olive, you can’t say those things to him. You know how he gets. It’s not your fault, you didn’t do anything wrong.” Dean grabbed my cheeks. “But he’ll do it again if you say anything to him. And we can’t protect you.”
“Get off your shit, Winchester!” Everett shouted. “That’s your kid, you can’t let him put his hands on her!”
Sam’s nostrils flared again. “She's right. We can protect her. We should. She’s our baby sister. We have to protect her.”
Jinx howled, sensing the tensions. She jumped at Hunter, who picked her up again, holding her under his arm.
“Let’s go.” I pushed myself to my feet and stumbled forward.
Hunter caught me and put a hand on my cheek. “Olive. Jesus.”
“We don’t have time for this.” I squirmed away and toward the car.
                                                              ***
Dean held a hand out, and I stayed behind him, bouncing on my toes. The vamp took a swig from a bottle before turning around, facing us.
“Boo.” Dean spat as he swung his machete.
The head rolled onto the ground as I followed him across the barn, making it to the caged people.
“Told you we’d be back.” He grinned at the ones that were awake as we began to smash the locks.
                                                              ***
Dad dragged the vamp forward by the arm, picking his gun off the ground. She struggled, and the guy vamp appeared from beside the barn, ready to fight. He was followed by a few others, all on edge and angry looking.
I was bouncing on my toes, behind Dean and next to Sam. Everett was next to Dean, Hunter and Sutton crouching behind her.
“It’s a nice move. You almost made it.” The vamp growled at Dad.
The girl swung around, knocking Dad against his truck. The gun went flying, and the guy stalked up to Dad, backhanding him. Dad slunk down to the ground, out cold. Dean aimed his crossbow and shot one of the vamps. We ran out, and Sam stood at his full height, approaching the alpha male. He hit Sam in the chest, and Sam stumbled backward. I pulled out my machete and went for him, but the vamp held Sam in a headlock.
“Don’t! I’ll break his neck!” He growled. “Put the weapons down.”
I dropped the machete and put my hands up. Dean did nothing, and the vamp tightened his arm around Sam. Sam struggled, panic growing in his eyes. I turned and glared at Dean, who dropped the crossbow. Dad moved from behind him, but I kept my eyes on Sam.
“You people.” His arm tightened again. “Why can’t you leave us alone? We have as much right to live as you do.”
“I don’t think so.” Dad hissed.
The vamp dropped Sam, who stumbled forward on his hands and knees. Dean and I both reached for him, and once Sam was on his feet, he pulled me behind him. Dean did the same with him. Dad shot the vamp between the eyes. He grunted as a flash of light showed his skeleton. He fell to his knees, dead.
“Luther!” The girl screamed.
She ran at Dad, but another vamp grabbed her and dragged her into their car. They took off, tires squealing. Dad smiled, satisfied. I clung to Sam with a sigh.
“Let’s go.”
                                                              ***
The door swung open, and I jumped, on edge. We were packing our bags, ready to hit the road. The Richmonds had caught the trail of another case and had split earlier.
“So, kids.” Dad shut the door behind him.
I sighed as I shoved a shirt into my bag. Sam nudged me, and I crossed my arms over my chest as I turned to face him.
“Yes sir.” Sam cleared his throat.
“You ignored a direct order back there.”
“Yes sir.” Sam repeated.
“But we saved your ass.” I hissed.
Dean immediately stepped in front of me as Sam eyed me, swallowing nervously. Jinx whined from her spot on one of the beds.
“You’re right.” Dad nodded.
I blinked, shoulders dropping. “I am?”
Dad sighed. “It scares the hell out of me. You three are all I’ve got. But I guess we are stronger as a family. So… we go after this damn thing. Together.”
“Yes sir.”
“Olive. I’m sorry.” Dad sighed at me.
I shook my head. “Doesn’t matter. The only thing that matters is that we take this son of a bitch down.”
He smiled. “You really are your brother’s sister.”

Yo some comments would be nice! If you guys like this I'd like to know XD
Prime Chapter 2 under the cut
A voice rang through Ben's head that sounded just like his cousin Gwen, and it was saying, “Be respectful..!”
He missed her. He missed both Gwen and Grandpa Max.
At this moment he'd even miss Rex if it meant he didn't have to stay in this room alone with Prime. Ben didn't believe that was the hooded guy's real name even for a minute, but what else was he to call him? Rex didn't seem like a real name either, when he thought about it. He had seemed real hesitant before saying Prime's name the day before, and Ben could have sworn Prime had given Rex a look under his hood. It was the stance he had. The tilt of his head. The squaring of his shoulders.
But the voice in his head told him to be nice, and so he crosses his arms, sits back in his chair, and glares at the back of Prime's head as he makes them breakfast.
Everything in this house is small. The bedrooms are small, the bathrooms are small, the stove is small and the kitchen is small. The kitchen table is smack dab in the middle of the room and takes up most of the space. It reminds him of the Rustbucket.
He really misses Gwen and Grandpa Max.
Rex is on patrol. He was gone before Ben had even woken up, which meant that he had the pleasure of being surprised awake by a black shirt and some shorts being thrown over his torso with the phrase “Shower is next door” coming from the front of the room.
He's wearing the shirt now, but he'd be darned if he took some shorts from that guy. He's stuck with Prime for now, but once he figures out where his family is, he's getting the heck out of here.
The sizzling of the stove causes a chain reaction in Ben's stomach, along with the savory scent of fresh bacon and sausages. His mouth is watering and the ache in the pit of his stomach only grows more tortuous as the seconds pass by.
Finally, Prime sets a plate down in front of him and without even fully taking it in, Ben begins chowing down. Salty scrambled eggs melt in his mouth and he almost cries in joy. As he eats the rest of his breakfast, slowing down after a while to truly savor the flavor, the door into the kitchen from outside opens up.
Rex walks in wearing the orange and red jacket he'd given Ben the day before, plastic bags in hand. He gives Ben a good morning and a wave and walks the few feet it takes to get over to Prime at the counter. Then he leans into Prime's space and kisses his cheek. Or Ben assumes that's what happens. With Prime's back turned and hood up(does he ever take that thing off?), Ben can't really see the skin contact.
He looks away and gets back to his food.
—-
They whisper only four feet away from the ten year old.
   “Everything was clear.”
   “Everything?”
   “Everything.”
   “... Mm.”
“Do you think he came alone? Or maybe they landed somewhere else?”
“There is nowhere else for them to go? If they're related to me somehow then they'd be here.”
   “You don't know that...”
“Then why are all the surrounding cities completely devoid of people, Rex?”
   “We could be in Wyoming?”
“You're joking, but that wouldn't explain completely vacant, wholly undamaged towns..!”
    “Shh!”
    Silence.
“Look, Ben, we can't come to any conclusions yet, alright? Paradox or my brother or whoever will find us and we can go back home.”
“You really expect Caesar to travel infinite dimensions to find you?”
“... Paradox will find us and we can go back home.”
   A sigh.
“Or… We can find that thing you were talking about before.”
   “The thing?”
   “Yeah, the thing.”
“... You forgot what it was called, didn't you?”
   “That's not important.”
   Silence.
“You forgot it too, didn't you?”
   “Yeah.”
   A kiss. “Real cute.”
   A laugh. “Love you too.”
In unison. “But you're an idiot.”
“How did I know you were gonna say that?” Rex laughs and glances behind him, then stops laughing. “Uh.” He turns around. Ben follows his gaze. “Where'd he go..?”
Ben has to find Grandpa Max. He has to find Gwen. He can't stay in that raggedy old house anymore with that secretive hooded guy and that overly-affectionate jock. He wants his family. He wants the Rustbucket. He wants Sumo Slammers and bad food and dumb state attractions and Gwen's nagging.
He wants to beat up some bad guys.
Finding the city isn't too hard. He just has to follow the creek past where those Eon guys were, down to the edge of the trees leading into the main road. Easy. Easy easy easy. He walks and walks and walks until he gets there.
He finds no one. The streets are silent, as he knows them to be here. The sky's grey. Ben swears he hears a tumbleweed going through the roads. No cars outside of the abandoned ones. The cashier is still in the grocery store, this time standing up straight but still zombie-like.
   He's alone again.
No villains, no grandpa, no cousin.
   He screams.
He turns into Four Arms and he throws a car, slams his fist and dents another one. Dents it again, and again, and again. He gets to his knees, breathing harshly, sobbing without tears. The watch times out and he slumps against the car, screaming still. It's empty, and no one comes to help him.
He starts running. He doesn't know where, but he moves forward, pumping his legs until they burn. The watch recharges and he turns into Stinkfly, moving farther and farther away from the cold, distant town and its wrecked buildings, from its silence and its wind. He never loses the grey sky.
As soon as he finds the buildings starting to get farther and farther apart, opening up into what looks like farmland, he flies faster, as if there was something gaining on him, as if there was anything to stop him.
And yet he is. He's stopped.
He hits something. A heavy boing sound follows the sensation of his face smashing into rubber. There's nothing in front of him but he can't move any farther past the threshold. He pushes at it, spits at it, calls it mean names. He turns into Overflow and spews water at it. Heatblast: fire. Wildmutt: smashes into it.
He ignores the sound of an engine and the wind splitting behind him. It comes to an end soon enough, but then a hand is on his shoulder and a soft voice says, “Stop.”
He lets himself turn around and look Rex in the face. Rex says, “Let's go home.”
He stares past him and sees Prime. Then he glares.
—-
They're in the kitchen again, Ben in the chair closest to the door this time, Prime leaning against the counter, tapping his finger on his wrist.
Rex walks in with a new set of clothes in his hand. “I got you these in town this morning.” He sets them on the table.
Ben looks down at them. “Did you steal them?”
   Rex frowns. “What?”
“I thought you said the townsfolk didn't talk to you.”
“No. I said they didn't want us around.” He looks at Prime. “Unless, of course, they need us.”
   “And you're ok with that?”
“Well, no, but what can you do?”
“Convince them! Change their mind!” He gets to his feet.
Prime stands up straighter, the wrist tapping coming to a stop.
Ben turns toward him. “Are you okay with this? Is that why you hide your face? Because they think you're ugly?” He's shouting.
“Whoa!” Rex's expression turns sour and he reaches for Ben's arm as he rushes towards Prime.
Ben dodges and presses a finger into Prime's chest. He looks up into Prime's hood, sees dark, cloudy eyes. He notices the pattern on Prime's bandana, a twisting and vining of dark green over black. “Who are you? What's your deal?”What powers do you have, he wants to ask.
   Silence.
Prime slowly lifts a hand to his hood, and the other to his bandana. He pulls them both down.
   Ben moves back.
   Be respectful! Gwen's voice echoes.
“What the heck! There's nothing wrong with you!” He was expecting a scar covering half of his face. Maybe an alien he's never seen before. Or even a promiscuous tattoo from one cheek to the other, like Hex's. But there was none of that!
Messy, bushy black hair tumbles out of the hood, curling at the ends. Fat rounded eyebrows raise under the patch of black locks, reaching above blue, thin-almond eyes. His skin was fair, not red or blue or green, nor was it ghost white.
   Prime shrugs.
   Ben screams in aggravation.
—-
Rex follows young Ben with his eyes as he grabs his clothes and goes into the living room, then down the hall to his bedroom. After a few quiet seconds, he notes, “Your hair looks good for having just been dyed.”
Ben brings a finger to his lips, trying not to grin. “Shh.”

Quality FanFiction Recommendations!
Quarantined? Bored? Itching to read? I have just the thing for you. I have around 100+ fanfic recommendations with descriptions!!! Yay!
///
Disclaimer: None of what is below is mine. Not even the descriptions. :)
I have read all of these though and I can promise they are very good!
WARNING = Possibly triggering. Rather be safe than sorry, but you can certainly ignore these.
///
Fics for Superwholock, Supernatural, Doctor Who, Avengers, Merlin, Sherlock and Miscellaneous below.
Superwholock (and Variations)
Second Chances: When Sam Winchester finds himself stuck in New York City with new abilities he doesn’t know how to use and a recent life-changing event he can’t remember, the last thing he expects is to find friends and allies in the city’s resident heroes. But Sam isn’t the only new arrival to New York: the supernatural world doesn’t want to let Sam go, and their plans extend beyond just Sam and the city. Sam is going to have to bring together every hero he can to save New York—and maybe along the way, he can save himself, too.
New York City has been referred to as the City of Dreams, but for Sam Winchester, it’s more than that—it’s also the City of Second Chances. (VERY VERY GOOD AND STILL UPDATING; I’M STILL READING IT)
Breaking the Cycle: The TARDIS materializes at the Broward County Mystery Spot on a Tuesday.
The Other Loki: There’s a new Trickster in town. Tony and the other Avengers aren’t sure what to make of him.
The Tomato in the Mirror: Loki body-swaps with Sam. Later, things get weird.
Don't Blink? No Problem: Castiel meets a Weeping Angel. It's not a fair fight.
Supernatural
Road Song: Dean attempts to calm the reader with a drive in the Impala after a night filled with nightmares.
WARNING Cabin Fever: When you’ve been cooped up with the Winchesters for too long your plan to get an hour away from them takes a terrible turn for the worse.
Cold as Ice: After an accident, Dean and the reader find themselves stuck in the woods during a storm.
Counting the Days: The world was overrun by the Croatoan virus, Sam said ‘yes’ to Lucifer, and Dean hasn’t talked to his brother in five years. One of these things is not like the others.
WARNING You Bleed, I Bleed: Dean confronts you, and tells you that from now on, anything you do to yourself, he will do to himself. Because he just can’t stand to see you hurting, alone in your pain.
Imagine Winchester Saving You From Jack Frost: (no description) “Ice crystals blossomed across your skin, growing and claiming your body as it’s own. You were glistening, the frost reflecting the evening sun like millions of stars. The beauty of winter dominated your body, sprouted from your neck, your neck that had gelid fingers curled around it.”
Tired and Scared: So, backstory is that the reader is doing some sort of a quest and it’s doing bad stuff to her, sort of like Sam and the trials.
I Think I Might Need You: Dr. Jade Thorpe is a strong, independent woman. It’s how she defines herself, the lens through which she views the world. So when everything she knows and has drops out from under her, she has nowhere to turn but to three men who she’s never met, who she will grow to know as, “the f****** Winchesters and that goddamn angel.”
NSFW All Your Pretty Lies: The first time you meet Dean Winchester he almost kills you. Don’t all healthy relationships start with attempted murder?
WARNING You are the Blood in my Veins: You’ve been dealing with self harm for years, the brothers don’t know yet and you don’t know how much more you can take.
Long I Stood: [Endverse!AU] After his phone call with Dean in “The End,” Sam is exhausted. Still recovering from his near-relapse when hunters Reggie Hull and Tim Janklow tried to force him to drink demon blood and unwilling to fall into bed because Lucifer is waiting in his head, Sam sets off running.
He runs straight into the end of the world, where Zachariah tells him that this is where his choices will inevitably lead him unless he plays his part. Sam finds unexpected allies in the survivors at Camp Chitaqua, and maybe―just maybe―there’s still reason for hope. Maybe they won’t always wind up here. Not if Sam has his say.
When Summoning, Please Watch the Wording: (A strange crossover of Supernatural and Good Omens. I don’t even know if it’s canonically correct but it was very entertaining.)
Find the Light: This is the first part of a series! Sam and Dean discover Y/N as a victim of a Djinn.
In the Quiet Moments: Being stuck in your own horrible inner thoughts is hard. It’s even harder to when those thoughts feel more and more real. Sometimes, you need someone to pull you back to reality and remind you of your worth.
Waiting: The reader is seriously injured on a hunt. Sam and Dean take you to Bobby’s so he can patch you up. Dean is freaked to Hell.
WARNING Chink in the Armor: Dean Winchester, in the years following Sam’s departure for college, was not a very stable individual.
WARNING Trust Us: You get kidnapped by the two mass murderers you’ve seen on TV, Sam and Dean Winchester. But are they as bad as they are made out to be?
Heavy Sleeper: Imagine Sam and Dean finding the reader asleep in the impala after a long hunt.
Period Pains: The reader has her period worse than usual and Dean takes note, taking care of her in anyway he can. (so cute)
Headache: Reader has a migraine and Sam and Dean don’t realize it and are annoying.
Through the Dark: You finally go on your first hunt, accompanying Sam and Dean. The experience leaves you haunted and Dean does his best to comfort you.
WARNING Be Free: AU from end of Southern Comfort. Sam takes Dean’s words to heart, his mind throwing in its own two cents. Believing it is what will make Dean happy, Sam runs and becomes untraceable until it is almost too late. Dean calls in any help he can to find his brother, including angelic assistance. But finding someone with the knowledge Sam has, and who doesn’t want to be found, the remaining members of Team Free Will better pull out all the stops, and fast.
Imagine Falling Asleep While Watching TV with Dean One Shot: Exhaustion. That was the sign of a hunt well done.
Finding Out You Made a Crossroad’s Deal to Save Him: (no description; preference)
Selfish Motives: Imagine taking a bullet for Dean and he gets emotional while patching you up.
WARNING Reflection: A dark time from the reader’s past comes to light.
Shattered: “The one you shattered? I can fix it.” He said, hand already hovering over your hip. It wasn’t the first time you’d had this conversation, you had the unfortunate feeling it wouldn’t be the last. (tooth-rotting fluff)
Protection Detail: “You’re okay, you’re safe.” The man driving spoke softly. Something about the deep timbre of his voice sounded familiar and strangely comforting. You’d heard it before, but couldn’t for the life of you figure out where or when. There was sincerity in his tone- he truly believed what he was saying. Safe. Too bad he’s wrong. He couldn’t possibly know who you were running from or what they’d done to you. Even worse, what they’d do to him for getting in the way. He was in far over his head and it would only get him killed.
WARNING If Anything Happened to You: After jumping in front of the gun one too many times, the Winchester’s are wondering if there is something more to it than just saving them.
He Isn’t Heavy, He’s My Brother: What happens when the boys are stranded and one of them becomes violently ill? (it’s dean)
You Can’t Rule with a Broken Upper Hand: Successfully killing Lilith and keeping Dean out of Hell has the brothers ready for a good, old-fashioned, hunter-on-demon brawl. It’s time to get back to the basics, back to the way things used to be, when monsters got ganked and that was the end of things. That said, they are not ready for a new kind of creature to appear in the middle of their fight, covered in blood and begging for mercy they aren’t supposed to give.
Meanwhile, Castiel is panicking. He’s been tortured senseless for four decades straight, and now he’s been thrown down in front of two hunters. If he thought his brothers were bad… well, all angels knew how cruel hunters were… and Castiel has no idea how to convince them he doesn’t need to be, in the shorter one’s words, ganked.
Forgotten: Sam and Dean are working a case in Wyoming, but are distracted by news of a dangerous angel called “Castiel” who they can’t remember ever having heard of before. The name seems a little bit familiar, but neither of the boys is sure why. (THIS ONE IS SO GOOD)
Bronco: Reader goes on a hunt alone and hides more serious injuries from Sam and Dean. She heads to Bobby’s to recover only to have the boys show up shortly after. (I love this one)
WARNING We As Human: Sam has been struggling with depression since Stanford. Well, not really struggling. Excelling. He’s been excelling at depression since Stanford, and it’s only gotten worse since he started hunting again. Unfortunately, the relapses from John’s death and Dean’s trip to Hell were bad, but they had nothing on the downward spiral triggered by Sam starting the Apocalypse.
But Sam has never come clean before, and he isn’t about to start. He’s self-medicating, he’s suppressing, and he’s handling things in the Trademark Winchester Way. He can do this. He can totally do this.
Spoiler: No, he can’t.
WARNING Stop the Clock: Being cooped up in the bunker with the Men of Letters archive at your fingertips, you’re now the go-to person for help with lore. But having so many hunters depend on you is overwhelming. You don’t have enough time for yourself and you’ve reached a breaking point. (Dean holding you after a panic attack and comforting you.)
WARNING Chance Encounters: You are running. As a hunter, it seems like you are always running. Whether it be toward an enemy or away. You find yourself in a bar and are saved by Sam and Dean. As Dean gets curious about you, you start to fall for him. With all that is going on with the boys, you offer to help.
Come Hell or Highwater: Oneshot where the reader is stranded on a little boat in the middle of the ocean with one of the boys, and has a super repressed fear of water.
Blood and Tears: The reader is having really bad period cramps, and Dean doesn’t know how to help. (vulgar)
Deep thoughts: When the Winchesters find her, strung up and tortured by a demon, they realize she’s something more than an average human. Sam’s curious, Dean’s apprehensive, and Elise knows everything - because she can hear their thoughts.
Walkie-Talkies: The reader and Dean have to wait out a blizzard at a motel. Question is: will things heat up or not?
Ruination: The night Dean kicks him out of the bunker, Castiel has to find shelter from the rain. But he unwittingly stumbles across a monster’s lair and is caught…and as far as he knows, no one’s looking for him. Meanwhile, Sam’s not buying Dean’s story about why Cas left, and he won’t be satisfied until he finds some answers. Assuming the ex-angel lasts that long.
One Saved Message: After a hunting accident puts Sam out of commission for a couple of days, Dean decides to surprise his brother with a new phone, since his old one is toast. Even better is when he finds that he’s been able to save all of Sam’s old information and restore it to his cell. That’s when he discovers an old voicemail that Sam has kept saved for the last two and a half years… (Voicemail fix-it)
Stargazing: Sam used to want something for himself. Voicemail and amulet fix-it.
Desolation Angels: She slides into the passenger seat and shuts the door as he throws the car into drive. He speeds down the empty highway, deftly avoiding the dead cars dotting the asphalt. // AU starting at the end of AHBL Part One. (An exercise in character study.)
Lullaby: Imagine TFW finding out that the sleeping pills you take every night don’t stop the nightmares; they just keep you from screaming.
Worth It: Tag to Plucky Pennywhistle’s. When they get back to the motel room, Dean discovers Sam’s been hiding his injuries.
Avengers
Fallen Hero: A five part story of Peter and Tony’s relationship beyond what we’re shown in the MCU. If you’re into having your heart shredded and crying yourself to sleep, this is for you.
Five Times Peter Said ‘Sorry’ to Mr.Stark: …and the one time he didn’t have to.
Marvel Masterlist: This Masterlist includes Avengers and the Hell’s Kitchen Boys (Defenders and Punisher).
WARNING Dumb Luck: Having a panic attack during your flight wasn’t part of the plan. Lucky for you your seatmates are there to save the day.
Identity Theft: An organically developed, platonic slow-burn of Avengers-fam dynamic with a heavy hand of Irondad & Spiderson. Throw in an overdose of whump, a couple of cunning villains and a big-bad hiding in the shadows, and you got yourself this hot mess.
WARNING The Homes We Make: Peter Parker isn’t the type of boy to run crying to Tony Stark because he can’t handle a punch. Michelle Jones and Ned Leeds aren’t the type of friends to ignore Peter’s rapidly declining health. Eugene “Flash” Thompson isn’t an idiot.
Division of the Heart: Tony Stark is sick. Surely that’s not going to be a problem? When he doesn’t tell the team a normal cold is a little more complicated with the Arc Reactor, things get a little out of hand.
Doctor Who
WARNING Reasons: The Doctor comforts his companion when she sees a familiar face, a face she wishes she could forget.
Time to Let Go: ANGST ANGST ANGST :)
Flowers for Words: This is a little… darker than my usual. There’s kinda graphic descriptions of bloody things, so this ain’t for the squeamish.
WARNING Trust: After running away from your abusive father, you find yourself in the dark and all alone. That is, until a strange man approaches you.
Stolen: The Doctor left Rose in the other universe with the Meta-Crisis Doctor to give her a chance at a normal life. Now he’s come back to get her, and the knowledge of what she’s been put through will drive him temporarily mad.
Vision: (no description but I can tell you it’s good)
Waving Through History: The Doctor will never see her again, but that doesn’t mean she can’t see him again. // Seven times Amy and Rory visit the past Doctor and one time Amy sees the future Doctor. Post-Angels, 1930-1988.
Trapped in an Elevator: You are late for work when you become trapped in an elevator with the Eleventh Doctor.
The Curious Case of the Doctor and the Cat: Master of the Seven Blocks Rusty Grr'wa is a cat, a Good Boy with a simple life. He must protect and patrol his Seven Blocks, generously let select People pet his incredible fur, and look after the Stacy, the Mum, and the Dad. Then he runs into not-People the Doctor and the Doctor’s Clara Oswald. And then they must all deal with the Sky-thing. (crack)
Afraid of the Dark: It was quiet. That was the first thing that truly caught your attention.
Reality: A more realistic story of a whovian getting stuck in the “Doctor Who” universe. This isn’t the typical “Yay, I met the Doctor” story. If you suddenly found out the Doctor was real, wouldn’t you be a little scared? That would mean all the monsters were real too!
WARNING Psycho Savior: A young woman contemplates suicide by power steering fluid. An attempt to subvert the fan cliche in which the Doctor talks someone out of suicide.
Cold Comfort: The Doctor had his back turned, so he didn’t see how badly Rose’s hands shook as she wrapped them around the thick mug.
Human: The doctor decides it’s not safe for you to travel with him anymore, so he tries to push you away.
Pretty Girl: (no description) “I’m not beautiful,” you say one day.
WARNING: Knock Three Times: Two perfect strangers wake to find themselves being held in adjacent prison cells with no memories of who they are or how they got there. It isn’t until they are faced with agonizing trials that push the limits of self-sacrifice to new horrific heights, that they realize just what they’re facing and how much they will need to trust each other in order to survive.
WARNING Better Now: (no description)
Stellar Storytime: (no description)
Merlin
Deep in the Diamond of the Day: What if Merlin was the one to sustain the mortal injuries during the Battle of Camlann, not Arthur? Will the Once and Future King be able to save his friend? More importantly, will he WANT to after finally discovering Merlin’s secret? A fix-it fic for the series finale, which shattered my soul.
Allow One to ‘See’: When the King is attacked in his tent on patrol and falls into an unending sleep everyone is worried. What they don’t know is that Arthur is fine. In fact he is standing right here next to them, watching them all fret over his prone body. To stave off the boredom whilst a cure is found Arthur takes to wandering the castle and soon discovered a hidden side of Camelot he never knew about.
Or: Arthur’s soul gets trapped outside his body and takes to following his servant around. He gets an interesting insight into Merlin, his servant’s life and just how much Camelot needs the man.
Peace for Our Time: Merlin froze for several seconds before squinting at Arthur across the table. “I feel like I’m definitely misunderstanding the situation here.”
Arthur sighed, rubbing a hand over his face. “I really don’t think you are.”
“You want me to learn magic?”
In a Name: In the middle of some quest or another, Merlin, Arthur and the knights find themselves stuck in the middle of a shrine being told that, if they wish to proceed unharmed, they need only speak their true names and titles. Straight-forward enough, right? Wrong. Merlin really hates the Old Religion sometimes.
Sherlock
WARNING Write Love on Her Arms: (no description)
Spiderman Into the Spider-verse
Ground Zero: Basically, the plot of Spider-Man; Into the Spiderverse if they all got sent to Peter B.’s universe instead of Miles’
Stranger Things
Bleeding: Hopper confronts Reader seven weeks after she left Hawkins.
Timeless
All These Tears I’ve Cried: A snapshot of Lucy’s nightmares, and the aftermath of each. Loosely set between 2x05 and 2x06.
Detroit: Become Human
Skip-able NSFW Leap: Amanda thinks she’s won, but Connor has one last trick up his sleeve. He’s determined to find someone who can fix him and get rid of CyberLife’s influence once and for all. And of course that person is a human woman, the owner of a small android repairshop in downtown Detroit. And she’s not happy about the deviant android who’s just broken in, but necessity dictates she help CyberLife’s most sophisticated prototype escape his chains. With her help, Connor soon discovers what fills the void between the lines of his code.
The Good Doctor
Do No Harm: Shaun is a doctor. He heals the sick and injured, and he takes care of people that need his help. He made this vow in full, understanding the responsibility he was taking on. So, when the bus swerved, when it crashed and flipped, it came as second nature to him. Despite his pain, and despite his injuries, he still pushed himself to do as much as he could for those around him. And he did. Without hesitation, he tried to save as many people as possible. And in doing do, he wasn’t able to save himself.

Fem!merc OCs: a character list
LONG POST UP AHEAD
People were interested in my fem!merc OCS, sooooo here you go! Just some background: these characters will be in my fanfic Black Sky (which can be found here: https://archiveofourown.org/works/18373481/chapters/43506845) but since they haven’t really been introduced there I’ll introduce them here.
These characters work for a company called Sterling Enterprises, run by another OC of mine named Sterling. He hires these mercenaries, and in Black Sky, they wind up joining forces with Mann Co.
Anyway, here they are. I got a little carried away at points but I hope that’s not a problem!
Molly (Fem!Scout)
Molly is a twenty-three-year-old woman from Brooklyn hired by Sterling Enterprises as a mercenary. She’s Scout’s female counterpart and she’s just as fast as him, as well as just as dangerous when provoked. However, she’s very friendly and sweet to the people she likes, and she’s outgoing and loves parties.
Despite this, she tends to get angry easily, and she’s had multiple arrests for picking fights with people, namely with other women. She survived a bad childhood with her mother’s cousin and after one particularly bad incident, she was bounced from various foster homes before eventually ending up back with her mother as a teenager. Much later, she and her mother were both hired by Sterling Enterprises as mercenaries, where they’ve been ever since.
Veronica (Fem!Sniper)
At 30 years old and possibly originating from somewhere in Ireland (although this has never been confirmed), Veronica is an incredibly skilled archer and won several scholarships during her youth as a result of her amazing ability. She uses guns too, but she’s always felt more comfortable holding a bow than a gun. Veronica’s life changed forever when she shot and killed her abusive husband, which led to her arrest, and when the court didn’t believe her story about self-defense it seemed like she was facing a great deal of prison time. So, Veronica was rather surprised when Sterling appeared and offered her a deal: if he bailed her out of prison, she would serve as a mercenary for his company. Having no other options at the time, she agreed and left prison to work with him, where she has remained ever since.
Veronica is very soft-spoken and gentle, but when provoked she can become an absolute nightmare. She’s a vicious fighter with a near perfect aim, although she knows when to be kind to good people and when to calm down. She doesn’t have many friends but she’s very loyal to the friends she does have.
Mimi (Fem!Demo)
Upon leaving her home in Italy and moving to the US during her childhood, Mimi took out her frustration by spending whatever money she had and using it to buy small explosives. She would then light the explosives in desolate areas like fields, just for the fun of watching them explode. When she became an adult and managed to hold a job as a factory worker, Mimi’s obsession with explosives spiraled out of control when she bought a crate of dynamite and lit it inside of a church at night, which she did in response to the church keeping her from adopting a child. Obviously, she was arrested but was only put through therapy after she was deemed ‘incompetent’ to stand trial. Shortly after this, Sterling discovered her at a shopping mall and offered her a job, which she accepted right away.
Mimi is very excitable but doesn’t always know how to interact with others positively. She loves making friends but prefers spending time around children or animals, which has tied into her desire to be a mother. She taught herself how to create explosives from various materials she found in either the junkyard or from any other bizarre place, and she’s also learned how to be very resourceful. Mimi doesn’t like authority figures and is very strong-willed, although she’s gotten more agreeable over the years.
Judith (Fem!Spy)
Judith’s origins are virtually unknown, but all she’s ever divulged about her backstory is this: she started out as a special effect artist in Hollywood, and it was very clear that she had amazing talent in that area right from the beginning. However, that all changed when she used her skills to disguise herself as her boss in order to get into a high-end VIP club, which obviously led to her getting fired. After this incident, Judith moved on and took up a series of strange, shady jobs with many different companies. At some point during this period of her life, Judith gave birth to her daughter Molly but was unable to care for her at the time, so she gave Molly to her cousin to care for. Several years later, Judith nearly died from a failed mission but managed to survive, and it was in the hospital where she learned of Molly’s issues and decided to take her back.
Sterling learned of Judith through a colleague and was impressed with her skill, so he hired her as a spy, but Judith refused to go alone and asked if her daughter could work with her. Sterling agreed to this, as he needed extra help.
Judith is highly intelligent and well-trained in many areas, and she can even be manipulative in her ways of getting what she wants. While being dangerous, cold, and collected, she’s also very loyal to the right people in her life and she can be an excellent friend to have. She has a soft spot for her daughter, but obviously, she keeps this a secret as to not appear vulnerable.
Nell (fem!Soldier)
Nell was raised by a single father in the middle of nowhere in Wyoming, where she saw virtually no one besides her father daily. Her father, a war veteran, had gone deaf from his experiences on the battlefield and as a result, Nell had to constantly yell to get his attention. Now she’s used to speaking loudly and shouts most of the time, even in normal conversation. Nell’s father also trained her how to fight, and this led to her developing an intense infatuation with fighting and with battles in general, and over time she became a vicious killing machine.
After her father died unexpectedly, the house where the two had lived was about to be foreclosed on and when Nell refused to leave the house, the police had to come to remove her. Nell, however, refused to comply and ended up brutally killing a police officer after he pulled her hair.
Nell faced the death penalty for this offense, but before that was supposed to happen, she mysteriously disappeared, and no one went looking for her. This was because Sterling privately bailed out Nell and even bribed whoever he could to get her into his mercenary team, which Nell happily agreed to join. She doesn’t get action very often, but when she does, Nell is incredibly strong and deadly. Despite her strong and wild nature, Nell is a very loving friend to have and she’s rather childlike in her demeanor. She also has a bad habit of chewing on things which are not meant to be chewed on, like her sleeves or the straps of her helmet.
Scarlett (fem!Medic)
Once a nurse for a mental health ward in Wales, Scarlett had the credentials to be a full-fledged doctor herself but stayed a nurse anyway. She was well-respected at her job until one day, she walked in on a doctor abusing a female patient and lost it. Scarlett attacked the doctor, stabbing him repeatedly and then making the scene look like a suicide. The patient never turned Scarlett in, and charges were never pressed against her. However, Scarlett still quit the job out of guilt and moved to Sweden, where she met her soon to be wife Agnes. The two lived in Sweden for ten years before moving to the US, where they took up jobs as mercenaries for Sterling.
Scarlett has very strong opinions on what’s right and wrong, although her ideas on how society ‘should’ be in her eyes are a bit extreme to many. She wrote and attempted to publish a book about government conspiracy theories, but when no one would publish the book she painstakingly printed out several copies herself and gave them to her teammates, free of charge.
She can be very caring and gentle with her wife and her other teammates, but if angered she will fly into a violent, almost uncontrollable rage. This makes her the perfect doctor for the team, but also the perfect protector.
Agnes (fem!Heavy)
Agnes has not disclosed much about her origins in Sweden, but what is known is that she grew up on a farm with her family and spent most of her days handling cattle. This practice gave her incredible strength, which she still uses to her advantage today. She worked on a railroad during her teen years after dropping out of school, and when she turned 21 her parents began pressuring her to find a husband. Instead, she met Scarlett, and surprised her parents when they got married a year later.
Agnes doesn’t seem the fighting type, as despite her incredible strength she’s very kind and usually quite peaceful. However, she seems to become a different person when she or someone close to her is threatened, and her fighting skills are not something to be underestimated. Handling weapons is nothing new for her, as she has lots of experience working with machines and considers them easier to wrangle than a cow.
Ellen (fem!Engineer)
Under a normal circumstance, Sterling never would have noticed Ellen as she looked to be any other Louisiana factory worker, but she surprised everyone when she used her skills to build a robot that would sense when people got too close to machines in order to prevent accidents. Ellen tried to get the factory to put her device to use, but they rejected her ideas since they were considered ‘too costly’ to use. Instead, Sterling offered Ellen a job as a mercenary, and she accepted.
Ellen is rather nonviolent in nature and instead tries to work out situations diplomatically, but this doesn’t always work, and she ends up using weapons anyway. She didn’t like this at first, but when she discovered she could build any weapon she wanted she found a whole new love for her job. Sometimes she gets carried away, though, and creates weapons that are almost impossible to use since they’re so complex. Ellen is very motherly, especially to any teammates younger than her, and she loves team-building exercises and takes any excuse to socialize with her coworkers.
Amber (fem!Pyro)
All that’s known about Amber is that Ellen rescued her from an abusive situation, and Amber’s ability to work with fire combined with her resilient nature was enough to get her hired. Amber is nonverbally autistic, speaking mostly in sign although she resorts to writing notes as many of her teammates don’t know sign. She loves to set fires, and she has a fascination with watching things melt and burn.
Amber doesn’t always like to be touched, so she’s not very physically affectionate but she loves to give gifts to her teammates.

1. Randy’s left on tour with Ozzy and you’re up in Northern California with Crue recording an album with them as a featured artist. You’re with Nikki in a store picking up energy drinks when he comes up to you with a magazine. “You may want to see this.” You look at it and it says that there’s been speculation from an ‘anonymous source’ that Kevin and Bonham are having an affair while you and Randy are away. Do you believe the article and how do you respond?
Of course, I don’t believe the article. I know Kevin and Bonham. Their close friends but not romantically attracted to each other, plus Bonham loves Randy too much to ever cheat on him. “I don’t believe it plus its the Inquirer you can never trust those guys they just print crack.”
2. You’re working on your collaboration with QR, and you are sitting with Bonham, Randy, and Kevin, trying to work out the solo section. Randy and Bonham are talking about where to have tension and release in the chord progression and at one point Kevin says, “Mm, sexy. I love tension.” Randy ignores him and Bonham rolls her eyes. How do you respond?
“Could you stop your stupid sexual comments all the time? It’s fucking annoying. I had to grow up with it and I don’t feel like hearing it at work.”
3. You’re staying in a terrible hotel on a road trip with Kevin, Randy, and Bonham. You’re coming out of the shower and you see Bonham hiding under a blanket, Kevin shouting out the window, and Randy on the phone with the front desk. What happened to cause this mess and how do you respond?
I look on the ground to find a gun and what I think to be a hand but I’m not sure. “Jesus fucking Christ. What the fuck is that?!”
4. Your band is in a meeting with your manager after the GNR tour to try to decide your next move. Your manager knows how badly the tour went, and that you have received crazy death threats from Axl. The first suggestion out of his mouth is for you to have just Axl return and appear as a featured artist. You’re sitting in stunned silence but Bonham just says, “Are you high or just incredibly stupid?” How does your band and the manager respond?
Manager: I am neither. I’m trying to find the best way to make you money.
Me: That’s also hazardous to our health. Did you not see the message he sent to my house? Where my one-year-old son is?
Erik: I don’t like him. No.
Linus: We’re ok. We don’t need that much money.
Daryl: I don’t know I could use that much money.
5. Your band is out with Crue one night to celebrate the conclusion of your collaboration album, and Kevin and Randy stayed home because you got tired of Kevin hovering. Nikki’s been nothing but nice to you, which is good. You’re mostly talking to him, and Bonham’s become good friends with Vince. He’s been buying her drinks all night, and you notice her acting funny. She says to you, “I want to go home, I don’t feel right.” Nikki responds for you, “Just a minute, I’m right in the middle of a story.” She kind of nods and sits back down, but once Nikki finishes his story, she and Vince are nowhere in sight. You ask Mick where they went and he says, “She wasn’t looking so good so I think Vince was taking her home. I’m not really sure though, but I know they’re not here.” What do you do, and how do Nikki and Tommy respond?
Me: “I don’t trust Vince in a car. He’s been drinking.”
Nikki: “They're fine. I promise.”
Tommy: “Yeah, he didn’t drink too much.”
I go out t the parking lot anyway to find Bonham and Vince and tell Vince I’m taking Bonham home.
6. Kevin’s said a million times that he hates your cat Nikki, but one day you come home and he’s cuddling with him. “I thought you said you hated the cat.” How does he respond?
“Well, the fucking cat sat on my chest and wouldn’t leave and then he started purring and he’s just so fucking cute.” “Mmmhmm, yeah you hate him soooooo much.”
7. Your sister and Axl keep seeing each other even though literally everyone is explicitly against it. You haven’t talked to either one of them because you don’t approve for about a month when you get a phone call from your sister. You hand the phone to Bonham. “I don’t want to deal with her, you do it.” Bonham answers the phone, and the conversation sounds serious. Once she hangs up, she says, “Your sister said Axl got her pregnant. She hasn’t told anyone because she doesn’t know what they’ll say and she doesn’t want him to leave her.” What do you do?
“I’m going to fucking kill him.” After Bonham talks me down, We go see my sister and we talk options. She wants to keep the baby and she decides to tell Axl. She does and before he can say anything I say, “Now you look. I may not like you, but you made me an aunt. So you best be taking care of my sister and your kid or so help me god I will hunt you down and make your life a living hell.”
8. You and Kevin are watching a movie with Bonham and Randy. Bonham is eating chips when Randy says, “I love you so much.” She doesn’t even look up and she says, “You should I’m a damn miracle.” Randy laughs and says, “You’re sure confident.” How do you and Kevin respond?
Kevin, gagging: God do you two ever stop flirting?!
Me: Oh stop, it’s cute.
9. Kevin’s sick of you hanging out with Nikki, so to try to make you jealous, he starts to hang out with Bonham a lot. She’s a little oblivious to what exactly he’s doing, so she just kinda goes along with it. Randy takes notice and immediately goes to you. “I don’t know what you told Kevin, but he’s been all over Bonham and she can’t see it, so what are we going to do?” How do you respond and what happens next?
Me: “He’s like that because he’s jealous of all the time I spend with Nikki and he’s too blind with jealousy to know I only love him. We’ll just let Bonham down easy that he’s doing it to make me jealous, which is childish and pisses me off.”
We tell her and she gets annoyed with Kevin and then Kevin and I have a serious talk where I tell him he has no need to be jealous. I never liked Nikki in that way and never will.
10. After the bar is finally closed and the gentlemen who were playing have left, Randy is talking to the sax player and they won’t shut up. After a while Kevin shouts out, “Come on, Randy, we gotta go!” Randy’s response to that is to say to the sax player,” We’re on a road trip and we’re about to go up to Wyoming, you wanna come with us?” How does she respond and what do you and Kevin say?
Sax player: Of course, that sounds awesome!
Me: Great! It’ll be fun having you on our adventure...Bonham. I’m calling you Bonham from now on.
Kevin: Why Bonham? But it’s great to have you aboard.
11. You’re working on a song for your collab with Crue, and Bonham asks if she could sing for this song. “I’m not trying to steal your thunder, BabyCarrot, I just really like this one, Nikki’s good at writing.” Before you can respond, Tommy says, “Yeah right, funny joke Bonham. You couldn’t sing to save your life.” He’s just making assumptions to be a dick. How do you respond?
“Tommy, stop being a fucking dick. And don’t snicker it’s not funny.”
--------------------
1) You and your singer have signed your two sons up for soccer. While at their games, you, Randy, and your singer always sit on the grass and watch while Kevin runs ups and down the field. “Come on, Mal, Will, pick up the pace! Make that goal! Steal the ball! Go, go, go!” Many of the other parents give him looks. How do you, Randy, and your singer react and how do your kids usually react?
2) You and Kevin take your kids back to school shopping. Your singer usually does it with you but she has to work the day you had it planned so Kevin comes with instead. He didn’t realize it took this long and halfway through goes, “Oh my god, why do they need so much stuff? They don’t need this much fucking stuff for school. A notebook and a pencil should be fine.” How do you respond?
3) Mal decides to take up an instrument but your singer and Kevin don’t tell you what until you come over for dinner one night. When you get there, you can hear Mal practicing the recorder. Kevin goes, “Oh, we love the recorder!” Your singer adds, “It’s so loud!” How do you and Randy respond?
4) You and your singer take Randy and Kevin to a PTA Meeting for your kids' school. It’s extremely boring and about halfway through Kevin jumps and screams, “Who the fuck cares about any of this unless it directly affects the children's education? I don’t really want to hear how you installed a new crosswalk in the parking lot or a new lightbulb in the gymnasium.” How do you, Randy, and your singer respond and what does the rest of the PTA say?
5) You’re celebrating your birthday with Randy, Kevin, your singer and four-year-old Mal and two-year-old Will. You’re just about to blow out the candles when Mal asks to join you. You, of course, let him and your singer gets a really cute picture of the two of you. After you blow them out, Kevin jokingly says, “Oh, we forgot to tell you Mal’s sick.” How do you, Randy, and your singer respond?
6) Your singer has brought you, Randy, and Kevin to a family picnic to meet her family. You’re sitting at the table with her uncle and a few other people and her uncle says, “After losing all that weight I can finally see it again.” Your singer’s face screws up and she says, “Eww, I didn’t really need that mental picture right now...or ever.” How do you, Randy, and Kevin respond?
7) You, your singer, Randy, and Kevin are walking along the street and you and your singer are eating ice-cream. Your ice-cream falls off your cone and you say, “Oh fuck me.” Randy says behind you, “At least let me take you out to dinner first.” How do you, your singer, and Kevin respond?
8) Your singer’s neighbors are over at her family’s picnic and she’s holding their eight-month-old son and dancing around with him while his mom is eating. You’re sitting next to Kevin and Randy and your hear Kevin whisper, “God, she’ll make a great mother to our kids one day.” How do you and Randy respond?
9) Your singer brings her sister and Axl’s baby to one of your recording sessions with Crüe because she’s babysitting him. She’s holding him and singing Ten Seconds to Love to him, and Nikki leans over her shoulder to look at the baby. You look over at Kevin and if his look could kill, Nikki would be dead. What do you say to Kevin and how does he respond and how does Kevin react to Nikki being that close to your singer?
10) Your singer Dj’s one night a week at her old college radio station. One day she takes you and Kevin with her to the station and says, “Ok, even though it’s after ten, you can’t say fuck, cunt or another word I can’t remember. Otherwise, the station gets fined and I may be taken off the air.” How do you and Kevin respond?
11) Your singer is dreading her high school reunion. She doesn’t want to go, mostly because you have a concert right after, but you make her go anyway. You dress for the concert before going to the reunion. Your singer is super nervous but the minute she goes in she takes her name tag, places it on, flips everyone off and says, “I was here. I am now leaving. Have a good night!” Before she turns around and leaves the ballroom. How do you and her class respond?
@osbournebemydaddy   your move Bonham, love

Dean and Sam stopped arguing the minute they walked outside, pretending that everything was okay. You three got into the car and you huffed out when Dean pulled away.
“You know, something is going on here and you guys aren’t telling me. That’s fine but just know I will figure it out eventually and then you’ll both be in trouble.” You said and it was so quiet in the car, you could hear Dean gulping.
Dean got to Bobby’s house and you jumped out, ignoring the pain in your chest as you rushed to the front door. You knocked on it and Sam and Dean hurried to follow you. They needed to stop Bobby from saying anything to tip you off even more.
The door opened and Bobby’s face was in shock from seeing you.
“Y/N?” He asked in a whisper, not believing his eyes. He looked at Sam and Dean and while Sam looked away, Dean shook his head slightly, signaling to him not to say anything.
“Why are you staring at me as if I’m a ghost. I know I was hurt, but come on. I’m okay now.” You said with a smile, hugging Bobby who hugged you back tightly. You winced when he pressed into your wound from behind.
“Sorry,” Bobby said, letting you go.
“Don’t worry about it. Oh, thanks for patching me up.” You said, walking past him, going to the living room. It was a little messier than usual but you could understand it.
“Don’t mention it,” Bobby said after you. Bobby, when you were gone, gave Sam and Dean a very hard look. He knew something was up.
“So… she’s awake and better. What did you find out?” Dean asked, walking into the house to get away from Bobby’s glare. He felt like he was younger and Bobby was his dad with how similar their glares were.
“I found something but I’m not sure what it means,” Bobby said when everyone was inside the living room.
“What is it?” You asked, sitting on the couch. Bobby stared at you with a lot of emotion in his eyes before snapping out of it, taking a deep breath.
“Demonic omens like a fucking tidal wave. Cattle deaths and lightning storms skyrocketed from out of nowhere. It’s all happening around Wyoming except one: Southern Wyoming.
“Wyoming?” Dean asked.
“Yeah, there is one area that is totally clean. It’s almost as if the demons are surrounding the area.” Bobby said, thinking out loud.
“Look, if demons want something, they can get it easily. So, if they’re surrounding the area, then that means they probably can’t get into it. Like a huge ass demon trap or something like that.” You said, looking at the men who stared back at you.
“Look, my eyes are swimming right now so, Y/N, could you take a look at it?” Bobby asked.
“Yeah, no problem.” You said with a smile.
“Sam, Dean, would you help me? I got some more books in the truck. Help me lug them in.” Bobby said, glaring at the boys who sighed, knowing they were in deep shit right now. It was when the men got to the car, did Bobby blow up.
“You stupid ass!! What did you do to her?” Bobby exploded, glaring at Dean who looked away but Bobby was pissed. He pushed Dean and Dean looked at Bobby with pain in his eyes. “What did you do to my daughter? You made a deal for her… Didn’t you? How long have you got?”
Bobby knew the Winchesters pretty well by now to know what moves they would make and what mistakes to fix.
“Bobby, please,” Dean said, sighing.
“How long?!”
“One year,” Dean said with a sigh.
“Dammit! What were you thinking? She doesn’t know, does she?”
“She won’t know. Bobby, you can’t tell her.” Dean immediately said.
“She will find out whether or not it’s from any of us. How do you think she’s going to feel when she finds out you have one year left to live? You didn’t see her when you were in that hospital after the crash. That ruined her. This is going to kill her!” Bobby said.
“Bobby, he knows that. Which is why he’s going to tell her himself.” Sam said, glaring at Dean.
“Look, I know what I did but it’s done now, okay? We have to find that yellow son of a bitch and I’m going to kill him myself.”
“With what? The Colt is gone, Dean.” Sam said, not knowing what to do. But Bobby wasn’t done talking about the major issue here.
“What is with you Winchesters? You and your dad. Why are you so willing to give up your life for others? I understand it’s Y/N and I’m glad she’s not dead but is this really the way to do things? I haven’t been there myself but I heard Hell is pretty… well… hellish.” Bobby said.
“That’s my point, Bobby! Dad brought me back! I’m not supposed to be here. At least this way, something good can come out of it, you know? It’s like my life could mean something.” Dean said, getting a little emotional.
“And it didn’t before?! Do you really think that low of yourself, boy? Are you that screwed in the head?!” Bobby said, grabbing Dean’s shoulder and shaking him slightly.
“I couldn’t let her die, Bobby,” Dean said, choking up. Sam stared at his brother, never seeing him act this way for a woman before. “I love her, Bobby.”
“And how do you think she’s going to feel when she knows you’re going to hell? Did you even consider that? How do you think Sam and I are going to feel? She’s going to find out and you know that.” Bobby said, getting tears and letting them fall.
Sam had tears already falling because he couldn’t bear to lose his brother. Bobby let go of Dean and Dean was about to say something when you came running out of the house and to them.
“Guys, I found something and it’s huge,” You said, noticing the tears on each of the men’s faces. “Okay, what the hell is going on? What aren’t you telling me?” Dean immediately looked away from you as did Sam but Bobby stared into your eyes.
He was about to say something when all four of you heard a clank from a different part of the junkyard. You looked in that direction and started to walk, the men behind you. You had to push the suspicion for now but you were far from over the topic. You were going to find out what was going on. You heard it again and realized that it was coming from behind a junk car.
You looked at Sam and Dean before reaching out to grab at whoever was there. You gasped when you saw it was Ellen.
“Ellen!” You smiled, bringing her into a hug. She started to cry, hugging you back.
“Oh, thank God,” Dean said in relief.
“Come on, let’s go inside.” You said, glad to know that Jo’s mother wasn’t dead. You really needed to talk to her and catch up. You and the men brought Ellen inside where Bobby gave her a shot of holy water.
“Is this necessary?” She asked, looking at Bobby.
“Just a belt of Holy Water. It shouldn’t hurt.” He said, not giving her anything else. She sighed and took the shot, it has no effect on her.
“Whiskey now, if you don’t mind.” She said and Bobby nodded, getting out the alcohol.
“Ellen, what happened? How did you get out?” Dean asked, referring to the fire.
“I wasn’t supposed to. I was supposed to be in there with everyone else. But we ran out of pretzels, of all things. It was just dumb luck,” She said, scoffing. She drank the whiskey that Bobby brought her and sighed deeply. “Anyway, that’s when Ash called with panic in his voice. He told me to look in the safe but then the call cut out. By the time I got back, the flames were sky-high and I knew everyone was dead. I couldn’t have been gone more than 15 minutes, tops.”
“I’m sorry, Ellen. Have you called Jo?” You asked, biting your lip.
“Yeah, she knows everything but she’s stuck in some case right now and can’t come down. A lot of good people died in there,” Ellen said, getting tears. “And I got to live. Lucky me.”
“You mentioned a safe?” Bobby asked.
“Yeah, a hidden safe we keep in the basement,” Ellen said.
“Did the demons get what’s in it?” Sam asked.
“No,” She said, pulling out a map from her pocket, opening it up before setting it on the table. It had several black lines and X’s on it.
“Wait, Wyoming… Wait another minute! Let me tell you what I found!” You said, getting up and going to Bobby’s desk. You grabbed the book you were reading earlier and showed it to everyone.
“You see the X’s on Ellen’s map? Each of them represents an abandoned frontier church. They’re all mid-19th century and all of them were built by Samuel Colt.” You explained but you were only getting started.
“Samuel Colt? The demon-killing, gun-making Samuel Colt?” Dean asked.
“Yes! But wait, it's getting better,” You said, getting back to what you were saying. “He built private railway lines which represent the black lines on the map, that connect church to church.”
You set the book down and grabbed a marker, moving the map until it was facing you.
“Now, if you connect the churches together,” You said, connecting them with the marker. The shape it made was a star. “It happens to be this. Which proves my theory earlier: This is a giant ass demon trap and whatever is inside, preferably the middle, those demons want. And I have a feeling those demons are going to get it.”
“This is actually brilliant. The iron lines means demons can’t cross it.” Dean said, impressed by your work.
“I’ve never heard of anything that massive before,” Ellen said.
“And even after all these years, it still works?” Dean asked.
“Yeah, it’s railroad tracks. Those things aren’t going anywhere for quite a while. Plus, those omens that Bobby found, it’s the demons. They’re circling it, trying to find a way inside but they can’t get in,” You said, proud of yourself. “I feel so smart. Sam, is this what it’s like to be you?”
“Har har,” Sam said with a playful eye roll.
“Okay, so they can’t get in but what’s inside?” Ellen asked.
“That’s what I was looking for while you three were outside, talking about whatever it is you were talking about. Which, by the way, we are coming back to that so don’t think you’re off the hook.” You said with a huff.
“What are you talking about?” Ellen asked. The men stiffened up immediately.
“They won’t tell me. They’re acting weird and I have no idea why. Do you not trust me?” You asked Dean.
“Of course, I do, you know that,” Dean said with a sigh.
“Then what could you possibly want to keep from me?” You asked, defeated. No one said anything and that was bugging the shit out of you.
“Why don’t you tell us what you found? What’s in the middle?” Bobby said, changing the subject. You kept staring at Dean who looked guilt but you couldn’t figure out why he would be. You sighed and got back to what you were talking about.
“There’s nothing there but an old cowboy cemetery right in the middle. I know that whatever is there, they want it before we do. So, I suggest we get on the road before they manage to break those lines.” You said.
“But what’s Colt have to do with anything?” Ellen asked.
“Wait,” Dean said, thinking of something. “What if Colt wasn’t trying to keep something out. What if he’s trying to keep something in?”
“That’s a comforting thought.” Ellen scoffed.
“Could they do it? Could they get inside?” Sam asked.
“Sam, this devil’s trap is so powerful, you would probably have to have an A-bomb to destroy it. There is no way an even full-blooded demon is getting inside.” You said, crossing your arms.
“No… But I know who could.” Sam said, making eye contact with you.
“Jake.”

Part One -- Part Two-- Part Three
---
Blue sky. Warm air. White clouds.
Long grass. Cars in the distance and birdsong floating through the air.
Alive.
I shot up. Quickly I ran my hands over myself. Still had my head, hair, legs, boobs, all of which were completely unharmed. What the hell happened? I was dead- or I should have been anyway. I looked closely at my once broken arm, more shocked than anything that there was no scar or anything at all. It was like none of it actually happened.
It was so hot, had to be near 100 degrees if not more, and the jeans and jacket I was wearing only multiplied the heat. I chucked the jacket off, not really caring where it went. I just needed it off. As I chucked the jacket, a small white slip of paper fell out the pocket. Curious to what it was, and also for the sake of not littering, I picked it up. One the front, written in black ink was one word. Winchester. I had no idea what it meant, I knew I hadn’t had it the last time I could really remember anything, so whatever had happened this must be important.
My first priority had to be water. My mouth was drier than the Sahara desert and from the headache I had I knew I wouldn’t be any good without some water at least. I had to find some kind of civilisation. A drink of water, a bathroom and maybe even someone to tell me what the hell Winchester meant? So, I started walking. At first I decided to walk towards the car sounds, sure enough there was a round but no one stopped. I had to keep walking, who knows how far it was to the next town or if I was even going the right way?
It was hot. Too hot. I’d tied my jacket on my head in some attempt at keeping my neck from the burning sun but it just made me sweatier. I needed to find somewhere soon or I was surely going to die out here. I had no idea how long I’d been walking or where in the world I was but it seemed that luck had suddenly turned in my favour as a shed like building peeked out of mirage. With sudden energy, I ran towards it- hoping it wasn’t just a dilapidated old farmer’s barn.
Again, luck was with me. It was an old western style saloon/gas station. An odd mixture but I was glad to see it none the less. There were two cars parked outside and music playing inside. Thank god! I could finally get a drink of water and find out what the hell Winchester meant.
Inside, the bar was filled with dark wood, from floor to ceiling. There was a bar in front of the door with the wall behind covered in glasses, liquor bottles and vintage wanted posters. Four red velvet stools sat in front of it, all with faded seats from years of use. Nearest the door was a small, very out of place, stack of white plastic shelves with candy and some car repair kits. None of which looked like it’d been picked up in a while. Further into the bar there were a few tables and five booth style tables covered the walls on the opposite side under the net curtain covered windows. A jukebox sat next to the end of the bar, playing a song I didn’t recognise. There were two men in the entire place. One sat hunched over a table on one side of the room, facing away from the door, and another much larger man behind the bar, reading something on his phone. His tongue was stuck out in concentration as he read. Neither of the men seemed to notice me enter.
“Uh excuse me,” I spoke up as I walked over to the bar. The man behind, looked up with a angry look but it quickly softened as he realised I wasn’t a threat.
“Hello ma’am, you alright?” His soft voice completely through me off- completely contradicting his tough exterior look.
“Um, not really. I was wandering if you could help,” I unfolded the piece of paper and handed it to him, “Do you know that name at all?”
“Oi! Wilson, come ‘ere,” The barman hollered across the room to the only other person in here. A short, ginger haired man, currently nursing a bottle of beer. The ginger looked over and raised an eyebrow. “Come look this,”
“How’d you get that name?” The ginger asked as he snatched the paper from my hands..
“I- I don’t know, I woke up on the side of the road with it in my hand,”
“And you can’t remember nothin’?”
“No, the last thing I remember was being at home,”
“And where is home?” Wilson asked.
“Um, Newcastle Wyoming,” I said, praying that I was actually just a few towns over and not in the middle of nowhere like I thought. However, Wilson’s confused look completely destroyed that notion.
“And you don’t know how you got here?”
“I don’t really know where here is to be honest,” I shrugged, laughing a little bit.
“You’re in New Orleans,” Wilson said giving me a suspicious look.
“What!” I exclaimed, starting to panic now, “That’s thousands of miles away! How the hell did I get here?”
“Calm down, miss. I understand you’re freaked out but we have an easy solution,”
“Yeah?! And what the hell would that be?”
“Well, someone obviously wanted you to see the Winchesters. So, we’ll give them a call- I’ve got a favour to call in with them anyway, it’ll be easy,”
“Who even are they?”
“Hunters,”
“Hunters? Like those guys that go shoot deer? I don’t think they’re really going to help me,”
“No these guys are special. Just wait here I’ll give them a call. Thomas give the girl a drink she’s obviously shaken up,”
As much as I would like to have denied the offer, I was actually very thirsty and gulped the glass down in seconds.  And rather scared too. The last thing I remember was being with Lucifer in my home in Wyoming, then something happened. I know it. I can remember a pain but not how it happened, why it happened. It was all just a dark fuzzy spot in my memory. What the hell had happened to me?
I couldn’t exactly tell Wilson about it. ‘Oh yeah, Lucifer was at my house. We watched TV it was great’- No! Of course I couldn’t. I’d be whisked away to the nearest mental hospital quicker than I can say Lucifer. I had to keep quiet about it. Especially to those special hunters. God knows what that meant.
A  few hours past and finally a car pulled up in the front. Two men walked out from the shiny black car, both looked tired and worn. Both had guns not so well hidden in the backs of their jeans and the handle of something was sticking out of the taller one’s back pocket. As they walked in Wilson stopped trying to make small talk and Thomas stopped to stare.
“Ah! Boys over here!” Wilson stood up and waved over the two men that walked in the bar. Both were tall, muscular and looked very similar. Obviously brothers.  “Boys, this is Y/n L/n. Y/n this is Sam and Dean Winchester,”
“Nice to meet you,” I smiled shyly. I’d heard Lucifer complaining about some Winchesters’ before, always messing things up for him, and I prayed that these two were not the same ones. That would surely lead to a messy end.
“Wilson why’d you call us out here. We’re not lost and found for lost girls,” The shortest of the pair, Dean, said sharply. Sam gabbed him in the side and smiled over at me.
“What can we do to help?”
“Well, boys I don’t really know what to say. We was minding our own business in ‘ere, when this little Missy walks in. Ain’t nobody going to be walking here in this heat? The last place she knew she was in Wyoming! So when she showed me that scrap of paper with your names on it, I thought this might just be all your kind of crazy,”
“We do do crazy,” Dean agreed with a laugh, “Wilson do you mind if we talk to Y/n for a moment. Try and figure out what to do next,”
“Sure, just give me a shout if you want anything,” Wilson said as he pushed himself up on the table to stand, then hobbled towards the bar across the room, where Thomas was still stood watching as he polished a glass.
Sam and Dean came and sat down at the table, sitting opposite me. I watched them carefully, not entirely sure what they were going to do. These were special hunters after all. For all I know I could be looking at my two murderers right now!
“So can you tell us what you last remember Y/n?” Sam said calmly but firmly.
“Um, well I remember being at home with Lu- my friend,” I quickly stopped myself and corrected myself. Dean gave me an odd look but didn’t say a word.
“Your home in Wyoming?” Sam confirmed.
“Yes,”
“Do you remember talking to anyone other than that?”
“No,”
“And was there anything odd about your friend?” Dean asked, following on from his brother.
“I’m sorry but what does that have to how I got here?” I was tired and scared. I didn’t have time for stupid questions.
“Just some standard questions, okay. I understand you’re upset but we just want to help,”
“Did you notice any odd smells, any electronics going weird or anything like that?” Dean continued.
“No!” I exclaimed, I knew exactly what they were implying had happened to me. Those twenty-four hours spent trying to track down demons made me learn a lot. These ‘hunters’ were the exact ones the Lucifer was on about. These had to be The Winchesters! I had to get out of there, “Look obviously you’re not going to be any help if you think I was possessed by a fucking demon!” I shouted, standing up suddenly from my chair, letting it scrape loudly against the wooden floor.
The bar went quiet. All four men in the room stared at me, no one moved. Realising what I’d said I did the only thing I could think of.
Run.

Seeing all the adorable puppy pics from a mutual on my dash prompted me to go look at puppy pics of Draco. He makes me smile so much!
So here are some Puppy!Draco with a couple at the end of him now ^_^
Draco with some of his family. His litter consisted of 6 or 7 pups. His mommy is my sisters dog, she needed loving homes for the little ones.
Another with his brother ♥ (It still makes me so ANGRY what happened with the rest of those puppies, and I wish we could have brought back at least one other one with us.)
When we were driving back home to California with him (we picked him up in Wyoming). We had made a little ‘nest’ for him to relax in next to the snack box. What does he do instead? He gets on top of the snack box to play King of the Hill apparently. I remember during that trip I had gotten out of the car to run into a fast food joint to get my hubby and I something. According to the hubby as soon as I went in and Draco couldn’t see me, he starting his talking yowl that sounded suspiciously like he was yelling ‘Mama’.
One of my favorite puppy pics of him! He looks so frickin’ adorable ♥
The first time I dropped a pillow on the floor and before I could even pick it back up, Draco went over and claimed it. I didn’t have the heart to take it back from him.
When we were first potty training him (and when he was much smaller, since now he’s too big XD ) Draco slept on the bed with us, so if he needed to go outside in the middle of the night we would be aware of it right away (we never had a single accident and he actually never woke up during the night). Where/how did he sleep? In the nook behind my knees, he slept nowhere else.
Being smol, the only thing Draco could really grab when he wanted to play was the bottom of my pants...
He loved (and still does) to sleep/sit/lay on my feet.
Draco all grown up :D and he still loves sleeping spread-eagle XD I also call this the ‘WUT’ pic
Another Draco all grown up

Stories where Sam/Jared is living after the world as we know it ends...These are not Spn canon Apocalypse with a capital A stories, but scenarios where war, disease, zombies, etc. have ravaged the human race and he is living in the aftermath. As always, heed the individual story’s warnings where it is hosted. Since most are on Ao3, please take a moment to hit the kudos button or, even better, leave a comment!
Every Old Town series by whispered_story on Ao3. Jared/Jensen. J2 AU.  he world ends and those who survive are left with chaos; cities and towns are in ruins and there's a shortage of food and an outbreak of diseases that soon lead to panic and violence. With nothing keeping him in Texas Jensen decides to leave, wandering back roads and wilderness with no destination in mind. His path leads him to a secluded farm in Wyoming and a ragtag group of people. There, he ends up finding more than he dared to hope for: a home, friendships, and maybe even a chance at love with Jared, who Jensen is instantly drawn to even though he can't quite figure him out.
This Long Silence by dugindeep on A03. Jared/Jensen. J2 AU. Jensen serves as the young sheriff of Morgan Falls, a town in the middle of nowhere that never has much happen. Until the residents start to turn, becoming violent and attacking one another. While trying to manage the chaos, Jensen is concerned with tracking down his neighbor, Jared, who's been hauled out of town with others in the quarantine. As Jensen becomes more desperate, those around him are clueless to his obsession, and he begins to recall how he and Jared became so close. Their sleepy town will never be the same, nor will Jensen and Jared. (no penetrative sex). This story is an all-time favorite of mine!
The Last Outpost of All That Is by gekizetsu on Ao3. Sam/Dean. Wincest.  The world is over, and it’s a Winchester’s lot in life to cope with anything – no matter what.
The Killing Moon by poisontaster on Ao3. Sam/Dean. Wincest AU.  The government says Sam has to have a baby. John thinks it should be with Dean. That's actually the easy part. (warning: mpreg. Also, for bottom!Sam purists, he tops Dean in chapter 16. You can skip that entire chapter and not affect the story plot. Also, Dean offers to bottom in the last chapter or so, but does not do so onscreen)
Three Nights at the Winchester by Jenny Lynne on Ao3. Jared/Jensen. J2 AU.  Jared is in the middle of a personal crisis of epic preportions. He has to make a lunch date with his mother and smarmy step-dad, convince his roommates to play nice, convince his boyfriend to un-break-up with him, and deal with the Zombies in the backyard. (no penetrative sex)
Evolution by riyku on Ao3. Jared/Jensen. J2 AU.  True love and the zombie apocalypse.
We Fell in Love in a Hopeless Place by nighrider101 on Ao3. Jared/Jensen. J2 AU.  On the eve of the third world war, major world powers built machines to stand in the place of human soldiers. Who knew the machines would get along better than the humans ever did? Governments and cities fell one after another as the machines -- red-eyed, metal monsters built to level cities and destroy humanity -- wreaked havoc across the world. Now there is no communication, no infrastructure, no law to rely on, and people are living in scattered pockets across the globe. Jensen is a member and unsaid leader of one of those camps, dug into underground bunkers by night, and raiding the desolate husk of a broken city by day. Jared finds his way to the ragtag group of survivors, and they all struggle to find their place in a world that is nothing like what they have known. (no penetrative sex)
After the Sky Falls by riyku on Ao3. Jared/Jensen. J2 AU.  West is where we all plan to go someday.
When the World Ends; That Is When We Begin by truelyesoteric on Ao3. Jared/Jensen. J2 Non-AU.  Civilization as they knew it ended. That is all it took for them to admit what they really wanted. (no penetrative sex; mentions of past het relationships)
And Miles to go Before I Sleep by salire on LiveJournal. Sam/Dean. Wincest AU.  It’s over. The world is ending. Maybe not the way the angels and demons had wanted it to happen, but it’s happening. Little had they known that the humans would eventually get the job done all on their own, destroying everything in a third world war.  (warning: mpreg)
Three Eastward from Helena by maddys-slash on LiveJournal. Jared/Jensen. J2 AU.  The only safe place left in Texas is the tiny  ghost town of Helena. The last thing the Jared thought he'd find there of all places was the man who left a hole in his heart a decade earlier. (no penetrative sex; mention of past, het relationship)
The Day Love Began (and the World Ended) by firesign10 on LiveJournal. Jared/Jensen. J2 Non-AU.  No time like the present...(no penetrative sex)
When the World’s Burned by dugindeep oin Ao3. Jared/Jensen. J2 AU.  The Walking Dead AU. Jared's been a loner for the last three years, meaning he has difficulties when he's stumbled upon a place that's willing to keep him. (no penetrative sex, one sentence could be read as toppy!Jared)
Us Until the World Ends by anyothergirl415 on Ao3. Jared/Jensen. J2 AU.   It hit Jensen then, how strange this entire thing was. They were in the middle of the street, in the middle of a town that was probably full of zombies that were hurrying as quick as their dead legs could carry them toward the scent of blood trickling down Jared's leg. And here the boy was, grinning and bouncing like they were about to head into fucking Disney World.
Fading Silhouettes by Indysaur on LiveJournal. Jared/Jensen. J2 Non-AU.  The problem is, Jared is days, miles, light years away. (no penetrative sex)
True Night by frostian on LiveJournal. Jared/Jensen. J2 Non-AU.   Jared and Jensen take a road trip to Seattle only to witness what looks like the Apocalypse overwhelm the city. They manage to escape to an island only to discover the situation on Santos to be worse than Seattle. But they cannot leave, as the infected roam freely and the military has set up blockades around the island. Faced with immeasurable horror and growing desperation Jared and Jensen plan an escape, not only to save themselves but the sick who are quickly turning into homicidal psychopaths. (warning: it’s been a long time since I’ve read this one - I think there’s no penetrative sex and it’s flagged as R for violence and language. There may be mentions of het relationships)
To Endure and Survive by tardistype221b on Ao3. Sam/Dean. Wincest AU.  It's 2028 and 13 years ago, when Dean was only four years old, the world was ravaged by a fungal virus that destroyed most of humanity, turning them into raging monsters. The little bit of it that's left is holed up in different quarantine zones all around the country. Dean and Sam live in the Pittsburgh Zone, trying their best to survive day to day. But the city is on the cusp of revolution and things are more desperate than ever. They need to get out. But there's one problem. Sam's infected. (no penetrative sex)
Scary Monsters by annie46fic on LiveJournal. Jared/Jensen. J2 Non-AU.   He wonders, sometimes, at the irony of it all. An actor from Texas who got his lucky break in a programme about monsters and demons is now facing them for real.
The Last Destination by dimeliora on Ao3. Sam/Dean. Wincest AU.   And then one morning Sam wakes up to find the end of everything.
The Father, the Son, and the Zombie Spirit by kerfuffling on Ao3. Sam/Dean. Wincest AU.  There are three things you should know about Sam right now: he's still crazy, he's one of the only survivors in a Leviathan-led zombie apocalypse, and, oh yeah, he's pregnant with an incest parasite-baby-thing. And no, this isn't a guess-which-part-is-a-lie game. When you spend your days being chased by the brain-hungry undead and your nights fighting with your stubborn brother about your new-found condition, you're forced to learn things about yourself. And maybe, with a pinch of luck, you might be led to a happy ending. But considering Sam's a Winchester, that road seems like a fat chance. (warning: mpreg)
Hey, Nobody’s Perfect by cleflink on Ao3. Jared/Jensen (preslash). J2 AU.  This was not what Jensen meant when he said he wanted a friend. (no penetrative sex)
I believe I was promised zombies by grace_fully on LiveJournal. Jared/Jensen. J2 AU.  they've found a safe spot from which watch the apocalypse unfold via satellite on a flat screen. jared intermittently panics; jensen wants more goddamn zombies. (no penetrative sex)
The End is Here by whispered_story on Ao3. Jared/Jensen. J2 AU.  Ever since the virus started spreading and the infected starting roaming the country, Jared has been living on the streets, trying his best to survive. Living in the nearby camp of survivors might be easier, except dealing with people can be more difficult than dealing with infected—especially when one of those people is Jensen. After all, getting involved gives you more to lose.
New Day, New Dawn by sylsdarkplace on Ao3. Jared/Jensen. J2 Non-AU.  Post-apocalyptic AU (no penetrative sex; background, het relationships)
The Other Side of the Fence by macbyrne on LiveJournal. Jared/Jensen. J2 AU.  Jensen's having a bad day. Then Jared shows up and saves him. There are zombies. (no penetrative sex)
Sunset on the Highway by bertee on Ao3. Jared/Jensen. J2 AU.  Superhero!Jared and firefighter!Jensen take a roadtrip during the zombie apocalypse. (no penetrative sex)
Missed You in the Darkness by saucyminx on Ao3. Sam/Dean, Sam/OMC. Wincest AU.  Apart since Sam left for school – Dean arrives at his doorstep on the eve of a zombie apocalypse to save him. Sam’s moved on, has a lover and won’t leave without him. Could be Dean’s trip from hell. (warning: talk of switching in the future)
Harder and Harder to Breathe by peggy_lane on Ao3. Jared/Jensen. J2 AU.  Jensen escapes prison and picks up his nineteen-year old stepbrother Jared for a road trip through the end of the world.
Paying the Price by keep_waking_up on Ao3. Jared/Jensen. J2 AU.  At fifteen, Jared is the new leader of the Padalecki faction, and, like all faction leaders, Jared must go to the Information Broker and pay his price. It just isn't the price he expects.

A Lesson In Jackson Hole Real Estate
TorontoRealtyBlog
The relationship between “Teton Valley,” Idaho (which is comprised of Victor, Driggs, and Tetonia) and Jackson, Wyoming, is an interesting one.
For you skiers out there, think about the resorts and cities that come to mind when you go through your Rolodex in North America.  You know “Whistler,” of course.  You know Banff, but you’re more familiar with the name of the ski town itself than Mt. Norquay.  You know Mount Tremblant in Quebec as well.  South of the border, you know Park City, Utah, as it was the host to the 2002 Olympics (Salt Lake City was technically the host, but most of the events were in Park City), you know about Vail and Aspen, and you’ve heard there’s skiing on the east coast, but you don’t actually know anybody that’s been to Stowe, Vermont.  Then, of course, you know Jackson Hole, in Wyoming.
But what about Grand Targhee?
Where?
Grand Targhee.
A little-known resort in Idaho.
Wait, that’s not entirely true.
It’s actually in Wyoming.
But it’s basically, essentially, de-facto, in Idaho, since you access it from Idaho; it just happens to be across the Wyoming border.
Here, take a look:
That blue dot is where I am right now, halfway between Victor and Driggs, in “Teton Valley.”
You can take I-33 south into Highway-22 and drive up through the mountain, through Wilson, to Teton Village – and that’s where the world-class Jackson Hole Ski Resort is located.
But to access Grand Targhee Resort, in Wyoming, you’re actually leaving from Victor, Driggs, Tetonia, or wherever else you may be staying.
As you can see from the map, Victor and Driggs are both “border towns.”  From our front door to the base of Jackson is about 35-minutes, and that’s going way up into the mountains, through a pass that can be treacherous in the winter.
But the reality for many people who live within a 30 KM radius is: life is lived on both sides of the border.
Most of the folks that live on the Idaho side actually work in Wyoming.
I hear it every summer, “Nobody wants to work on this side,” I’m told, and that’s in reference to everything from delivering pizzas to building homes.
The guy who runs our local golf course told me this week that he can’t find anybody to build the new clubhouse.  “It’s $225 per square foot here; they’re getting $650 per square over in Jackson.”
He said contractors were laughing at the prospect of taking on the project.
“Framers who make $15 an hour here are making $28, $29, $30 an hour over there,” he told me.
Oh, and there’s one more thing.  And this one is a doozie, folks:
Wyoming is 1 of only 9 states that do not tax individual wage income.
Yes, you read that correctly.
The state of Wyoming does not levy a personal or corporate income tax.  (see source HERE)
So with THAT in mind, perhaps we can discuss why there’s such a massive difference in value between properties in Teton Valley, and properties in Jackson?
Don’t get me wrong, I see the difference.
I love our quaint, middle-of-nowhere home here in (between) Victor, but the action is in Jackson.  At least in the summer, which is when I come down.  In the winter, if you’re here for skiing, then being in Teton Valley is fantastic.  The cost of living is lower for those who live and work here, and access to Grand Targhee is easy.  But in the summer, the valley is dry.
With the action over in Jackson, it’s no wonder the real estate costs more.
Downtown Jackson, Wyoming, is one of my favourite places in the world.  If you want to see a real, authentic midwest down (with just a hint of touristy-flavour), head to Jackson Square.
So what does it cost to live here?
A pretty penny, to say the least.
HERE is a house for just shy of $27 Million, USD.
There are no shortage of insane houses, estates, and ranches.
But if you’re a “normal” person, looking for something toward the lower end of the spectrum, what will it cost you?
“Jackson” means a lot of things to a lot of different people, and nearby Wilson and Kelly get thrown into the same boat.  But if you want to be close to the action, and for reference, I’ll use Jackson Town Square as our starting point, what will it cost you?
Take a look at the map, and the property I’ve found on East Pearl Avenue:
That location is fantastic.
It’s two blocks “up” from the square (meaning east), and one block “over” (south).
It’s literally a 5-minute walk from the upscale coffee shop that both residents and tourists love.
And there’s a bus stop right outside, although I never see anybody on the bus.  I didn’t even know they had buses until this week.
So what does that house cost?
$950,000, USD.
And what do you get?
This:
Doesn’t the FORD in the driveway just “fit” in that incredibly stereotypical way?  I think this could be the inspiration for many-a country song.
So in case it’s not obvious, that house is essentially land value.
Land value for $950,000 USD.
What about condos in new developments?
I feel like we’re on Million Dollar Listing here.
Check out this location on South Glenwood Street:
This is still an A+ location within downtown Jackson, and this area is more retail/commercial/residential than the last listing, which is on a street with only houses.
There are currently eight units for sale in this building, which was completed in 2017.
A 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit, measuring 1,044 square feet (just think – in Toronto, 1,044 square feet would be a 3-bedroom in today’s new developments…) is priced at $992,000.
That’s $950 per square foot, USD of course, but it makes a fun comparison to Toronto.
And what do you get?
Oh boy – check it out:
There’s a 2-bed, 2-bath, 1,325 square feet for $1,524,000, or $1,150/sqft.
And they have an even larger one-bedroom layout – a whopping 1,407 square feet.  Try finding that in Toronto!
Now just for fun, and because I can’t control myself, let me show you one more property.
This one isn’t in Jackson, but I think that’s exactly the point.
This is about a 12 minute drive to Jackson, but only because you have to wind up through the mountains:
And what lays there at 1515 Lower Ridge Road?
A 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom house, measuring 6,329 square feet on a 3.76 acre lot.
Built in 2016.  All one-level.
For $11,750,000.
But this isn’t just any piece of fantasy real estate.  Those $27 Million homes I alluded to earlier can’t hold a candle to this.
Tell me if I’m wrong:
The view out the window of one of those photos is literally a framed picture I own.
It’s so ironic that this person has that out their window.
Anyways, there’s a crash course in Jackson real estate.
But the story isn’t complete without a comparison to what you get here in Victor.
The 1-bed, 1-bath condo in Jackson was $992,000, correct?
So how much for a 3-bed, 2-bath house here in Victor?
Check out the photos, and then guess the price:
What was your guess?
Be honest – and feel free to post below.
This house is priced at $325,000, and it’s been reduced, and continues to sit.
I would think they’re negotiable, but this isn’t my market.
How about $300,000 for that home?
How does that compare to the $950,000 land value in Jackson?
And before you make the suggestion, I assure you, we are not comparing downtown Toronto to Ajax here.  There’s no question that Jackson and Victor are different places, and that the whole of Teton Valley pales in comparison to Jackson.
But think of the opportunity for the year-round residents who live in Victor – in their $300,000 houses, work and earn a living in Wyoming, and are home every day by 5:30pm.
Anyways, that’s it for me today.
Hope you enjoyed!
