Full honesty here, No, I REALLY can't stand the idea of Wei Wuxian, Lan Wangji or Shen Qinqiu with previous partners whatsoever. It's wildly out of character for any of these three to express romantic or sexual interest in anyone but the specific one they're fully dedicated to as they parse their feelings out. They may be confused or just don't have the time to think of their feelings for the one they're dedicated towards, but they definitely know who they aren't attracted to and don't care about flings for themselves.
