putting gags on boys is so cute.

watching their moans turn into pathetic whimpers, eyes beginning to water, drool going everywhere. the way the paw at you, silently begging for you to take it off, just so that they can kiss you.

watching the tears fall and incoherent speech pick up when you say, “you want a kiss? how could i kiss something so messy?” makes them so upset because you made them drool over themselves, you made them cry from frustration, but they can’t even argue.

mark hears your giggling before he ever sees you. it felt weird being at this party without you, but now that he hears you, so satisfied with whatever plans you'd strung together with his friends... he finds himself giddy with excitement. donghyuck tells him to stop looking for you quickly, acting as though you hadn't given yourself away.

he hears your voice before anyone else joins in: "haaaappy birthday to you..."

and then he sees you, carrying a cake with lit candles. the rest joins in, and mark's smiling harder than before. he sees the way the light reflects in your eyes as you make your way forward, leading the charge. he knows the cake in your hands is homemade, too, because you'd been casually asking him little questions for weeks now. what flavor he'd want, the colors, any decorations...

you could have literally bought him a crummy store-bought cupcake and he'd love you as much as he does now.

you set the cake down in front of him, and for a moment, he just wants to quickly kiss you before going back to the party. but he feels the way you lean in for a second, giving him a lingering kiss on the cheek.

"happy birthday, cutie," you giggle, "i love you."

he doesn't say it back--not now. not unless he wants to get teased by his friends for how in love with you he really is. when he says it to you later, you just smile and give him this cheeky "i know."

"all i have to do is look at you to know," you tease, stealing a kiss from him during this quiet moment the two of you have together. you giggle, leaning against him when he curls an arm around you. "no wonder your friends tease you so much."

(and his subsequent giggles say it loud and proud, too: he adores you with everything he is.)

I have a hard time committing to reading long fanfictions so I don’t really read any aside from one shots.

I am still an avid follower of yours because your art and drawings are INSANELY GOOD. Like, professional-looking good. Criminal-it’s-only-fan-art-and-not-paid-art good 😂. I’m thirsty for every drawing you throw at us in your magnanimity, there’s that pinch sweetness into it.. idk how to even describe it. I may even download them into a file on my phone to have a look from time to time with all my favourite artists… 👀

I've been reading the Percy Jackson books for the first time over the past two weeks! Just finished "The Battle of the Labyrinth" last night (which btw is my favorite of the series so far!!)

I have now gained a new obsession but it might not be what you think

#like i swear to god i did not expect to be absolutely enthralled by the protagonist's mom kahskahfjkaja #she's just so fascinating to me #she's so kind and smart and she has given EVERYTHING for her son okay #like her staying married to an abuser for years to protect him omg she deserves the world #like when Poseidon called her a queen in the first book he was 100% right alright she is a queen #the woman murdered her abuser with a monster's head LIKE THAT'S SO AWESOME #also i cannot explain how obsessed i am with her relationship with Poseidon okay #like. do i want her to still have feelings for him? yes. do i need poseidon to pine and long for her from the distance?? Besides this being a very sweet act of Double D by giving her a card to not make her feel lonely on Valentine's day, there's something else about it.

Double D chosen the card it was supposed to be for Nazz. You know, the prettiest girl for most of the boys in the show. He gave May something it was meant to be for a girl he actually has kind of a crush on just to make her stop crying. I think that's cute.
