no drugs. absolutely no drugs!

he barely drinks alcohol (when he's finally of age) and doesn't do any kind of drug. raised as an anxious and mildly sheltered kid so he was the kind of person to go "i don't really know why people get into drugs"

he DEFINITELY saw those drug PSAs as a kid and went "ok" but also "oh my god im going to die if im even one meter away from a drug"

ABOUT ANGER, WHAT DO THEY FEAR AND RANDOM HC GO

okay 😈 these are kinda long but whatever these were fun

grooves on anger:

grooves is the type to usually keep his cool and not let things get to him-- but when they do he often tries not to outwardly show his anger or disappointment. but unfortunately for him, many things can make him upset. he usually tries to calm himself down before he gets to the point of outwardly expressing his anger, he often uses breathing exercises or closes his eyes for a moment and tries to focus on something else. sometimes he'll even force a smile to try and convince himself and others that he's not seething.

but when that doesn't work and he's still angry, he will huff and scrunch his brows up and grimace. he sometimes will fold his arms as well. his tone will drop significantly and sometimes he speaks in a more cynical and cruel way, on rare occasions even saying something hurtful just to make whoever made him mad feel just the way he does. i think once when he was having a really rough day, he even snapped harshly at his moon penguins during filming and shouted something hurtful at them. of course they were all stunned and grooves immediately regret his outburst towards them but he had to take a moment away from the set to cool off for awhile. he of course regrets any time that he loses his temper (not wanting to be anything like his rival in that regard) but i also think he has a lot of trouble owning up to others when he's hurt them with it and it takes him a long time to apologize.

i also think when grooves is really really mad he sometimes can be rather destructive, though usually this is towards his own property or himself but sometimes his anger overwhelms him so much that he ends up hurting others with it. (as we could see if he is the antagonist of ch2)

empress on anger:

of course as we can see in the game, empress is the type who is quick to anger and this is usually when she feels as though someone has lied to her or betrayed her by not being loyal to her. we saw her resort immediately to destructive means when she threw that poor metro cat and the way she responded to hat kid betraying her.

but i also like to think empress usually is the type to give people an unspoken 'second chance' before she acts on her anger, though usually without telling them what that second chance is exactly. though this can be as simple as giving someone one more chance to repeat what they said if she thinks they're lying to her or give them the chance to retract what they did or said that bothered her. that's why she hesitates at first on killing that one metro cat she accused of touching her jewelry and didn't immediately kill hat kid when she caught her taking the timepieces from the vault, when it's clear that she can if her reaction to hitting her is anything to go by. in a sense she'll "hear someone out" and if the answer she gets is one that she doesn't want to hear, she'll explode into even more anger which either comes in the form of shouting or being violent towards whatever frustrated her.

you can usually visibly see in her body language and expressions when she is angry or becoming angry. this can usually be seen by the typical signs of anger in cats, like her tail swishing or her ears being folded back or her eyes being dilated. sometimes her fur will raise and she will squeeze her hands together, her claws becoming even more prominent than before. she'll even tap her fingers rhythmically on the counter to show how bothered she is. she usually uses intimidation first before she outwardly acts on her anger as well and most who cross her back down when she shows signs of being upset to avoid being attacked by her. 

grooves on fears:

grooves is afraid of a few things. he often tries to stay a confident individual and pretend like he's not afraid. but he definitely fears everything that he's worked for never amounting to anything in the end. he fears dying alone and unwanted by those around him. sometimes he feels as though that's all life will ever be for him and he's terrified of it so he fights as hard as he can to keep that from happening. in a way, i think it's to escape from what happened to him in his youth (or those moments when audiences would attack him) because he would do anything for that to never happen to him again.

sometimes he's also afraid of becoming just like his rival in every way, especially conductor's worst aspects, and any time he catches himself acting like him he's filled with dread.

he's also got some stage fright without his sunglasses on and is often afraid to look anyone other than his rival in the eye for fear that they'll see who he really is inside and all of his flaws.

empress on fears:

empress outwardly looks as though she's a rather fearless lady, if anything she seems to strike fear into others more than she seems to be afraid of anything. but i feel as though this is because she fears being vulnerable and getting too close to others because of what could happen if she does. she tends to keep others at arms length and never lets many people get close to her because the few times that she did let someone in, they betrayed her trust and some even broke her heart. so in a way, she's closed off because she's afraid of getting hurt.

she also fears having no wealth to fall back on because i feel like as empress was growing up, she didn't have the most wealthy upbringing, having to work very hard to get where she is now and if something threatens that, she's likely not going to take it very well.

random hc grooves:

i like to think grooves has a collection of unique sunglasses and hair picks that he wears on different occasions with matching outfits. i also think he will paint the claws on his feet different shades and on occasion wears jewelry, usually necklaces or hair jewelry in the feathers of his brows or in his hair.

random hc empress:

although empress isn't usually outwardly affectionate to others, she sometimes shows how she cares about someone by giving them something. of course, she always has some excuse prepared like calling it payment or reward for someone helping her with her cause. but it's hard to deny that it wasn't intended as a special gift for that someone if it's something that appeals to their custom tastes, like a ring studded with their favorite gemstone or another piece of jewelry embedded with their name. or even going out of her way to travel across the metro herself to retrieve a special gift for someone when there's only one more in stock.

Oooooooh I've got some of THESE. I have a whole Dark Silver thought that's been bubbling around in the back of my head for awhile.

Silver doesn't get angry, really angry, easily. He's dealt with a lot, it takes a LOT to REALLY set him off. But when he does ooooooooh BOY. You thought he caused a lot of property damage before? That wasn't nothing. He will pull up entire city blocks and throw them at people.

Headcanon:

Sandy's had a thing for Tang for awhile now (he's actually the first and most consistent person to call him 'tangy' check the episode count he was calling him Tangy back in s2) and thinks he lost his chance long ago so doesn't really say anything about it

Heartcanon:

Tang absolutely LOVES getting picked up by Sandy. it makes him feel all safe and protected. Sandy on the other hand absolutely LOVES picking up Tang because he's small and soft and he can be sure he's safe if he's right there.

Gutcanon:

Mo took awhile to warm up to Tang actually, the other cats like him just fine, but Mo needed to scope him out for AWHILE at first. It drove Tang absolutely bananas how long it took to win him over

wormie childhood:

as wormie is a ghost and she unfortunately is one of the many kids who was killed when vanessa froze over the kingdom, a childhood was really all wormie got to have in life.

her childhood consisted of her living with many other children in an orphanage in the subcon kingdom, as her parents were unable to provide for her but wanted to give her a chance at life. wormie grew up in this orphanage and made some friends with the other kids, wolfie and some of the subconites having been some of them. she often painted their masks or made some for them and would be very lively all the time, pretty happy with her life. but of course this was not meant to last.

however she has always had an affinity for things that glow and loved glow sticks ever since she was a child. they were like a nightlight so she wouldn't be afraid of the dark when she went to sleep.

wormie fighting:

wormie is not usually one to fight, she's more of a pacifist than anything. but that doesn't mean she doesn't have her moments where sometimes she is upset and must fight for what she wants. sometimes her and her friend wolfie will get into arguments and she will sometimes end up getting into a slap fight with her. though wormie will hit with her sleeves usually if she needs to hit someone but if she really needs to she will kick or bite someone too, but she doesn't often get to that point unless she's having a meltdown.

as far as if she had a "fight fight" if she were in the game, doesn't have a 'boss fight' in mind for me because i imagine she would probably realize that hat kid would probably need a time piece to get back home. something would convince her to give hat kid the timepiece back.

wormie random fact:

wormie often tends to small parts of subcon as a little chore of hers but also of her own choice. if she sees the gravestones of subcon have been disturbed, she will tidy them up and try to piece them back together. she will also dust old furniture and tables and sometimes collects little old knick-knacks she finds to play with. she's always exploring

also bc i feel like telling another, wormie's hair when she was alive was a soft strawberry red blonde color and her eyes were amber. as a ghost her hair is two toned because her and wolfie got into snatcher's lab area and were playing with the chemicals there and got it in their hair. thankfully, the chemicals worked just like hair dye and snatcher reluctantly evened out the rest of the "dye" for them. the chemicals that made the dye are also why staining snatcher blue makes him less immune as a ghost, as that was what he was experimenting about at the time.
