📓 A headcanon about their hobbies Oh, Solaire is this really wholesome knight from Dark Souls whose favourite things are friendship and sunshine. And you can even give him a good ending, even though some people think he turned into a giant worm in the third title. Uh... Actually, @onlytheembersremain has far more Solaire headcansons than I do, but I always like to think that Solaire has an artistic side. He painted the sun on his shield and he sew the sun on his tabard. He just enjoys art. Can’t say no to the cowboy

Realistic: Walker was a big fan of boxing back in the day. He was a heavyweight and best boxer at the local gym or club he was part of before death. He even kept up with the routine when he got married because he enjoyed it as a way to work out his frustrations/stress and enjoyed teaching it to his kids and locals as well. Now, Bullet and punks are the only people that get to spend time in the ring with him now...

While it may not be realistic it is hilarious: “Walker” is actually his middle name, his full name is James Walker Hauserman II. He’s named after his grandfather but he sort of disliked the association so growing up he asked people to refer to him as “Walker” instead (Also he was almost a complete deadringer for Clint Walker as a human; 6’6 , built, handsome). Which annoyed his parents at first, since his twin sister and little brother go by their first names, Jesse and Julie. And originally his parents agreed to name their twins off Jesse James if they were both boys. They really liked James and Julie instead for when they were born in the end.

Heart-crushing and awful, but fun to inflict on friends: It gets harder and harder for Walker to remember his past life with each passing year. Of all the memories still left intact, the ones he made with his wife and family remain the strongest currently. Walker has always worn his wedding ring underneath his black gloves for that reason. He has never taken his ring off since marriage and had no plans of doing it upon becoming a ghost. Only time Walker would ever take it off momentarily is on the date engraved inside the ring. It’s his wedding day and a message from his wife saying, “To J With Love”. He takes it off on that day, every year since becoming a ghost. Whenever in hopes of retaining memories left of his beloved and their family or grim reminiscing, Walker rather would tell you to leave him alone before he can give you an definite answer. But one thing for sure, he’s staying faithful to his wife until she meets her end.

Also if he hears Dean Martin - Everybody Loves Somebody or Mama Cass - Dream a Little Dream will make him angry or break the radio if you don’t turn it off in time. It's just more memories he wishes/tries to remember to no avail.

Unrealistic, but I will disregard canon about it because I reject canon reality and substitute my own: OK, Walker is immune to the effects of blood blossoms given his ghostly skeletal biology due to constant exposure to them in his past life. He was a big gardener (and still is) since it was his favorite pastime with his mother and later with his kids as a father. His favorite plant/flower were blood blossoms given their resistance to the arid Texan weather and that his family always had recipes for them growing up. The cowboy was even buried with blood blossom flowers in his casket which were kind of responsible for rotting his ecto-body to the bones once forming into a ghost. Given his experience/consumption of the plant and that Walker has a pretty indomitable will to begin with, his soul/ghost core was able to adapt and resist most of the ill-effects of blood blossoms from that point on. And he will use it against powerful ghosts in order to gain an advantage.

Second, Walker developed or improved upon the ghost stinger technique to become his ghostly chains attacks that everyone wishes he had in the show. His version of the move is stronger, deadly and tougher to break free from given his proficiency with it over the decades. Combine that with Walker’s ability to teleport, which he will do constantly, his boxing/combat experience and plasma core powers and you are in for a world of pain.
