I was a runt in high school…

About 128lbs. soaking wet.

I started working out to gain muscle, but I got much more than that.

I ended up finding a fitness family.

No matter where I was I found gyms filled with friendly and supportive people who were more than happy to help.

Not only did I finally build muscle and get in great shape, I built quality relationships that will last a lifetime.

There are a ton of benefits to fitness beyond being healthy and building a great physique!

i want to be skinny, but i also want a body that works.

i want to be able to run and lift and do handstands without passing out and i want to be able to focus on schoolwork and drive my car.

so i make sure to get enough protein, i eat something small several times throughout the day and i keep my intake high enough to be able to work out.

please, remember that the classic ana strategy to lose weight is not the only way, and WILL cause your body to deteriorate quickly. ruining your metabolism will not help you lose weight or keep it off. make it a lifestyle that you can stick with for a long time, it will be worth it.
