I was a runt in high school…
About 128lbs. soaking wet.
I started working out to gain muscle, but I got much more than that.
I ended up finding a fitness family.
No matter where I was I found gyms filled with friendly and supportive people who were more than happy to help.
Not only did I finally build muscle and get in great shape, I built quality relationships that will last a lifetime.
There are a ton of benefits to fitness beyond being healthy and building a great physique!
