Hey guys Leloni here and I noticed it has been a while since I posted an attempt at a healthy dish in a while.
I kind of fell off the bandwagon of searching for healthy meals online and attempting 😅 to create them since covid started but in the past month I had to have a self talk with myself.
I did not come all this way and lose all that weight just to get back to where I started covid or no covid.
So I found this shrimp and sausage vegetable skillet meal and placed it over a bed of rice and let me just say I knocked it out of the park(If I say so myself 😤).
