Miso Caramel Bliss Balls

1 cup pecans 1 cup walnuts 1 cup coconut flakes 1 cup dried pears, chopped 1/2 cup sesame seeds 1 tbsp chaga mushroom powder (optional) 1 tsp ginger 1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup almond butter 1/2 cup pure maple syrup 2 tbsp miso paste 1 tbsp caramel extract 1 tbsp butter-flavoured coconut oil, melted
White sesame seeds for rolling
Place the; pecans, walnuts, coconut flakes, dried pears, sesame seeds, mushroom powder, ginger, and cinnamon in a food processor. Process until crumbly.
Add the; almond butter, maple syrup, miso paste, caramel extract, and melted coconut oil. Process again until you have a well-combined sticky mass. Transfer to a large glass mixing bowl. Chill in fridge for at least one hour.
With clean damp hands, form small balls. Roll balls into sesame seeds.
Store in fridge or freezer.

1 cup Brazil nuts 1 cup cashews 1 cup coconut flakes 1 cup dried pineapple, chopped 1/2 cup dried papaya, chopped 1 tbsp maca powder (optional) 1 tbsp lucuma powder (optional) 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp cloves 1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup natural peanut butter 1/2 cup sweetened condensed coconut milk 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted 1 tbsp rum extract 1 tbsp banana extract (optional)
Toasted coconut flakes for rolling
Place the; Brazil nuts, cashews, coconut flakes, dried pineapple, dried papaya, maca, lucuma, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and sea salt in a food processor. Process until crumbly.
Add the; peanut butter, sweetened condensed coconut milk, coconut oil, rum extract, and banana extract. Process again until you have a well-combined sticky mass. Transfer batter to a large glass mixing bowl and place in fridge for at least one hour.
Remove batter from fridge and roll into walnut-sized balls. Roll balls in toasted coconut flakes.
Serve.
Store leftovers in fridge or freezer.
