Omelette is a staple on the table. It’s light yet filling with cheese and incredibly easy to form nutrients.
The important part is that you simply can add your favourite ingredients there to form your own.
Its food really, you’ll enjoy it any time of the day!
Breakfast is understood because of the meal of the day, and when trying to hunt out an all-around notoriously perfect meal, look no further than an Omelette.
They call it breakfast because once you’ve your first meal after you’re breaking the fast that comes from sleeping.
The quality person gets around 8 hours of sleep an evening, so after 8 hours, expect your body to be trying to hunt out nutrients.

Vegetarian Facts
In honor of being 3 weeks vegetarian, I have compiled some things that I have learnt and mistakes that I will not repeat.
In an effort to avoid meat, I have only been eating fish. I am not a seafood person so I have just been eating different types of fish. Also, I thought it would be harder and that I would crave meat but honestly I don’t. The only struggle I have is that, living in the Caribbean, it is extremely hard to find vegetarian dishes and meat alternatives in supermarket etc. So the items/food I have been using are extremely restricted and limited. 
The first week of being vegetarian - I was completely lost and in a state of deprivation and my body was not used to it at all. As Ia result, I was craving sweets and sugary/sweet items - be it cake, sweets, chocolate etc I had it all. Even in the night!!!! I could not control my urge to have something sweet. I guess that was my body’s way/mechanism of coping with not eating meat. 
However, after a week, the sugar cravings were gone. Maybe this was due to the adding of a lime-cucumber infused water. Anytime I had a sugary craving, I drank plain water or the infused water and eventually I no longer had cravings.
feeling- I feel to go back to my infused water . I stopped after 1 week.

2017 Goals
I must admit that, at a personal level, 2016 was a very good year for me.
For this year I just want to maintain what I have achieved and:
Lose 44 pounds
Get some healthy habits like portion control and eating slowly
Eat real food
Walk/run 100km minimum
I think it’s pretty achievable.
Let’s see.

New start on Tumblr. 
Some info about me, I'm 26 a full time student.
I started my weight loss journey September 2016, but I've fallen off the wagon back and forth a lot.
SW 205.6
Weigh in for today-
week 1: 188.5
This sucks. I got down to 179 around Christmas and since I've gained. :(
id like to get down to 169 by Christmas, so 20 pounds.
my ultimate goal is 149

Loss - 6lbs
This weeks goals:
1️⃣ Lose 2lbs
2️⃣ Do 4 workouts
3️⃣ Pick healthy snacks instead of chocolate
4️⃣ Eat clean 6 out of 7 days
5️⃣ Drink 2L of water daily
6️⃣ Read once this week
7️⃣ Write an application for a teaching job
