🫑Breakfast Stuffed Bell Peppers🫑 Eat them for dinner too! 😋
INGREDIENTS:
6 eggs
9oz ground lean turkey
6 Tbsp non-dairy cheese shreds
3 bell peppers, halved & seeded
3 cups spinach
Seasoning: Himalayan salt, pepper, & herbs
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 400F. Bake halved bell peppers cut side up for 15 minutes.
2. Cook ground turkey until browned.
3. Mix eggs, salt, pepper, and herbs.
4. Sautee spinach with light olive oil 2-3 min.
5. Cook egg mixture and combine with spinach and ground turkey.
6. Divide into the 6 bell pepper halves. Top each bell pepper half with 1 Tbsp non-dairy cheese shreds.
7. Bake 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted.

Por variadas razones, he visto cada día el lento avance de las obras de @robuchonespana #madrid y como soy fan de esta cadena, no he podido resistirme a entrar cuando lo he visto abierto. Parece que he sido (casi) el primero y, a pesar de los riesgos de la novedad, me ha gustado mucho. Por ahora, para desayunar porque nada más he probado. Se trata de un enorme y precioso local rodeado de ventanales que enmarcan árboles y que hereda el antiguo y mítico Embassy, lo que ya es toda una responsabilidad. En la planta baja el bar panadería con cosas para llevar da paso a una entreplanta que es salón de té y a un pequeño comedor con cocina a la vista. Arriba la gran barra del Atelier y un buen surtido de mesas, con guiños al negro y rojo característico de sus hermanos parisinos. Y escondido en el sótano, un pequeño y elegante coctelería. Simplemente, espectacular. Tíos lo hacen en casa y la bollería es espléndida, especialmente esos pañuelo de doradita o el rollo de hojaldre que huele a mantequilla y cruje ruidosamente al primer bocado. Pero hay muchos más como también saludos (huevos, tostas, salmón, etc) aunque yo me haya decantado por la tosta de jamón, con un gran pan de masa madre y el tomate picadito. Las presentaciones están cuidadas. Basta ver el yogur con un muesli muy crocante de gran tamaño. También me ha encantado el zumo detox picante de jengibre y con manzana y kale. El servicio ávido de agradar es muy amable. Deseando probar el resto, aunque al Atelier aún le quedan un par de semanas.
