If there is anyone that is interested in supporting me through a tough chapter in my life( no money involved) I would be greatful. I am having back surgery in November but, I need to lose 30lbs for the best outcome. I had my ACL repaired 2yrs ago with a hamstring graph that I'm still strengthening. The catch is that I am physically restricted so much that I'm struggling even though I'm eating the amount of calories I'm told to within the correct breakdown of fats vs carbs vs protein. Thank you!
