Boiler Tube Cleaners
Boiler Tube Cleaning Machine is the most important technology to maintain efficiency of Fire tube boilers. It is a 3 phase electric motor (2800 rpm) mounted on a 3 wheel trolley fitted with a carrying trolley. Horsepower of motor is selected depending upon the length & size of shaft, and type of scaling. Push button starter is provided to control the motor. Each machine is fully wired, carefully tested & fitted with a 10 ft. Length (Or longer if required) PVC cable to main supply. Motors are available in an enclosed system to protect electric motors from damage during operating work.

What are Heat Transfer Fluids?
Heat transfer fluids can meet the standard needs of any heat-using system and can protect the HTF system from overheating or freezing. This fluid plays a major role in controlling all types of mechanical setups and improving their existing operations.
Heat transfer fluids are specifically developed for the indirect transfer of process heat.
What is the most common Heat transfer Fluid?
Water is the most common and cheapest heat transfer fluid, it has a high heat capacity and good thermal conductivity, making it an extremely effective cooling fluid. With its enhanced properties, water provides extreme thermal stability to achieve the cooling performance of a heat transfer system. The most critical disadvantage of water is its low freezing point and high boiling point. Specifically, when the temperature rises above 100 C or 0 C. To solve this problem, coolant was developed to provide excellent thermal stability within expected temperature ranges. The purpose of coolant is to increase the boiling point of liquids and decrease the freezing point of liquids so that they can be used in extreme temperatures.
Coolants, derived from antifreeze chemicals are commercial grade antifreeze chemicals used in automobiles, DG sets, heavy-duty systems, etc., protecting the engine from getting disintegrated/ damaged at higher temperatures by transferring the excess heat formed.
Antifreeze coolant is designed that runs through your engine to keep it within its correct operating temperature range. Glycol-based high-performance radiator coolant helps in regulating the system temperature and ensuring a corrosion-free heat transfer system. Generally, coolants used in engines are a homogeneous mixture of glycol and water, the reason being their flexible thermal properties like high boiling point, low freezing point, stable over a wide range of temperatures, these chemicals can be used as a preventive against overheating in devices. These chemicals possess anti-corrosive, anti-scaling, and anti-microbial properties, protecting them from the adverse effects of extremely low and high temperatures.
However, many kinds of coolants have been developed and used in a wide range of applications. Mainly two types of coolants are used in most engines. Below we provide an overview of Heat transfer Fluid Ranges, including what they are and what unique properties they provide.
Glycol – In heat transfer applications, glycol is generally used in one of two forms: ethylene glycol or propylene glycol.
Propylene glycol – Chemtex offers Inhibited Propylene glycol under the brand name Propylene Glycol is used as an industrial coolant and antifreeze heat transfer agent. The inhibitor package has been designed specifically to protect brass, copper, steel, aluminium cast iron, and other metals commonly found in industrial cooling and heating systems.
Ethylene Glycol – Ethylene Glycol has been formulated to protect system metals from corrosion. It is a multi-metal corrosion inhibitor and prevents corrosion in multiple ways. The inhibitor packages protect the metal surfaces from corrosion without damaging the system. Ethylene Glycol is widely used as an antifreeze and automotive heat transfer fluid. It is a clear, colourless, and practically odourless liquid completely soluble in water. Using our product for heat transfer applications instead of uninhibited ethylene glycol helps reduce maintenance costs and improves heat transfer efficiency.
