Anything but looking ahead at what’s to come.

“O-Oi! The Great Mammon ain’t scared of anythin’, got it!”, he insists incredulously, but the way his body shakes would beg to differ. It’s almost endearing, the way his very presence scares lower level demons away and makes other steer clear of a room, and yet he’s still scared of a couple of silly props and jump scares.

Emerging from the dark building, you finally make your way outside. Mammon practically basks in the starlight, now free of his worst nightmares. “See I told ya MC, nothin’ to worry about!”, he laughs as if he wasn’t crying five minutes ago.

Jaune was now visibly sweating and breathing heavy, memories were flooding back...bad, bad memories...
