When I say I want to build my career and following on ethics I mean that with my heart and soul and staying silent especially in a world that looks the other way when it doesn’t directly effect them is far too easy. As a person who’s people have been through a genocide for many years and continue to face colonization everyday I can’t stay silent when Palestine, Sudan, and Congo, desperately need people to talk about them and share their stories.

A temporary ceasefire is not enough, you don’t pause a genocide. Urge your congress officials to call for a ceasefire in Gaza. If you are able to donate please donate to the humanitarian aids for Palestine, Sudan and Congo. There’s no power in Gaza and the only way people are able to communicate is with E sims. Mental health of children can be impacted by major events they witness or even things they hear, but don't fully understand. Part pf safeguarding children's mental health helping them cope when they experience difficult events. Helping children heal after tragedy can be difficult, but parents and others can take some step to help children cope with loss so they can heal. One of the easiest ways to help children heal is to spend time with them. Talk to children to learn where they are so you can know how to help children dope with loss or grief. After such a major even as the mass shooting at Robb Elementary School, many children will be impacted. Some children may experience anxiety or depression, but depression and anxiety don't always present in children the way adults believe depression and anxiety look.
