“I’m pushing blood from my capillaries through my vagina’s cell walls for you so I can take you inside me” is a newly special level of romantic to me. and also hot. Someone is never gonna tell me they’re wet for me again without me thinking about this. Do I get you wet sweetheart? Is your arousal deconstructing the barriers between your insides and your outsides? Do you mind if I taste it? Suck the essence of your lifeblood off my fingers? Bury my tongue inside you to wring more of you from your veins?

Hemophiliac Dog in Need of Donations
Hi all,
Any of you who know me in real life know that animals are a huge part of my world, and I tend to take on the ones who need a little extra TLC.
A little over a year ago, I posted on here asking for some assistance with an emergency situation with one of my dogs, Rufio, who ended up getting a diagnosis of EPI. I’m happy to report that we now have his situation under control and he is doing so much better!
Unfortunately, we have had another emergency come up with Patrick, my hemophiliac dog.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This was Patrick as a baby. Animal control brought him in after finding him wandering on the streets with a large lump the size of a potato on his back between the shoulder blades. When I was fostering him, the vets initially thought it might be a tumor or something and sought to operate. It turned out to just be a giant hematoma (basically a bruise) instead and he nearly bled out from the surgery. It took three blood transfusions to get him stable. Hemophilia, however, isn’t super common in dogs so that’s not immediately where their minds went.
Tumblr media
Fast forward a few months to when the rescue did his neuter…and he almost bled out AGAIN. Neuters are usually quick and simple and heal up easily. He bled for three days. I had pee pads soaked through with blood. Parts of my house looked like a murder scene. This was even AFTER the vets had tried cauterizing and stapling the area. It just WOULD NOT stop bleeding. His entire underside turned BLACK from all the bruising. (The pic below is from a later bruise but you can get the idea.)
Tumblr media
Patrick has been fortunate in that since we adopted him, most of his issues have been manageable at our local vet up until this point. A few days ago, however, my hyper, lovable goofball who usually will dash for a piece of food the second it hits the floor decided that he did not feel like getting up for breakfast.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
He went from “I am going to drag mom after this squirrel across the yard” to “I don’t want to even get up to pee unless I REALLY have to.” And then he stopped showing interest in CHICKEN. And even though there weren’t any outward signs of a bleed, I knew something was VERY wrong. We rushed him to the emergency vet yesterday where they did a bunch of imaging (x-rays, ultrasounds, and a CT) to determine the possible cause of the bleed in his abdomen and gave him some much-needed blood transfusions and cryoprecipitate.
Tumblr media
He’s on the mend and will hopefully be coming home soon…but the total cost for this is going to be somewhere between $6,000 and $10,000. Fortunately, the rescue we worked with when fostering him—Too Broke Girls Dog Rescue basked out of upstate South Carolina—has been willing to help fundraise. If you can help donate ANYTHING we would be incredibly grateful. You can donate directly to the rescue’s PayPal ([email protected]) or Venmo (@toobrokegirls) and specify that it’s for Patrick. You can also go to their Facebook page and use the donate button on a post they shared about him.

People love talking about cannibalism as a metaphor for love and don't get me wrong I like that too but what If the cannibalism wasn't metaphorical? Instead of cannibalism symbolizing themes of devotion ,closeness and yearning , but what gets me going is greed thinking about someone so hellbent on drinking blood and eating flesh until it drives them mad ,thinking about watching their morality slowly decline as they start out thinking it's a horrible crime against humanity to them thinking they'll starve without it

It's so fucked up that doctors named the disorder where your blood doesn't clot and you're at risk of bleeding out 'hemophilia', or "lover of blood".
A) I bet most hemophiliacs don't love how their blood behaves actually, they probably feel neutral about it at best
B) They stole the word from the actual blood lovers. Vampires must be livid about this

The Husbands of the Four Graces
Some time ago, I read a very interesting book about Queen Victoria's Hessian Granddaughters (Victoria, Elizabeth, Irene, and Alix.) The title was "The Four Graces," and ever since I read it, that is the way I think about the daughters of Grand Duke of Louis IV of Hesse and by Rhine and the beautiful princess Alice of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, second daughter of Queen Victoria.
These young women were among the most marriageable princesses of their generation. They were beautiful, accomplished and Queen Victoria's granddaughters. There was no need to look for husbands for them. Among their suitors could be found future Kaisers, Tsars and Kings of England even though it was well known that any or all of the princesses could be carriers of hemophilia (inherited from their august grandmother Victoria.) Their sons might be bleeders. One of their brother's had been, therefore Princess Alice, their mother, had been a carrier.
The four men they married appear in the first photograph above; one marquess, one prince, one grand duke, and one Emperor (all of them very handsome):
👑Louis Mountbatten, first Marques of Milford Heaven (the man all the way to the left on the picture) married Princess Victoria Alberta Elisabeth Mathilde Marie of Hesse and By Rhine. Victoria and Louis had two sons and neither one of them had hemophillia.
👑The Hohenzollern Prince and brother of the German Keiser, Prince Heinrich of Prussia (the man to the right of Mountbatten in the photograph) married Princess Irene Luise Marie Anne of Hesse and By Rhine. They were first cousins since Heinrich was the son of Queen Victoria's eldest daughter, the Princess Royal, who was the older sister of Princess Alice. They had three sons. Two out of the three had hemophilia. One died in childhood of causes related to that disease.
👑 Grand Duke Sergei Alexandrovich of Russia (the man to the right of Prince Heinrich) married Princess Elizabeth Alexandra Louise Alice of Hesse and by Rhine. Sergei and Elizabeth had no children.
👑The soon-to-be Tsar Nicholas II of Russia married Alix Viktoria Helene Luise Beatrix. Alix had one son, and he had hemophilia. (gcl)

series: Princess Louise duchess of argyle and Prince Leopold duke of Albany, Children of Queen Victoria
Princess Louise and Prince Leopold were the 6th and 8th children of Queen Victoria and were incredibly close. Leopold had hemophilia, a condition where the blood fails to clot causing any small bump or wound to be fatal and deadly. It was also very painful and had attacks and caused the person other health problems and severe pains. Prince Leopold was very shy and his hemophilia was very painful to him. He needed to use a walking stick often and needed to lean on things when taking photographs because it hurt to stand upright. Because of his illness, Queen Victoria kind of neglected him because 1. She wasn’t the best mother, and 2. She didn’t know how to make him feel better and how to take care of him. Princess Louise was like a second mother to Leopold. She took on the initiative of helping Leopold and taking care of him when he was sick. They had a strong bond that helped Leopold live.

December, inviting death, has reminded me of your sweet blood once again,
Your warmth.
Take my icy fingers and lace them in yours, let me taste your very soul.
