(A/N: I LOVE FRANCE SO FUCKING MUCH . idk if this is OOC or not so if it is please tell me if it is :3 also I don't know how to slow dance or how to dance in general so idk how to describe dancing)

Francis' eyes scanned the ballroom as he held his wineglass in between his ring and middle finger. The reason he was there was that he was waiting for his spouse to arrive, as they were late to come in. A few women came up to him in the meantime, but he just pardoned himself as he waited. A few minutes later, he looked at the entrance and saw a figure appear in the entryway as they tried to subtly find him. He walked up to you and greeted you politely.

"Bonsoir Mon cher. It's nice to finally see you here."

Francis said as he placed his hand firmly on your shoulder and gave you a charming smile. Smiling back sheepishly, you apologise sincerely for coming in late and not being able to spend much time with him here.

He told you calmly. France was a patient person who understood you had other matters to attend to before this happened. He looked to the side and noticed that the other couples were slow dancing together. An idea popped into France's head as he looked back at you with a loving smile.

"Ah, it's all fine."

"Voulez-vous danser avec moi ?"

While there, he places his hand just below your arm, holding you closely, while his other hand extends out as you both sway and move backwards while dancing to the music together, sometimes giving you a small kiss here and there. You both spin to the music slowly, with Francis giving you a small spin before dipping you down and giving you a passionate kiss. Your hands are still intertwined, but they get a bit tighter before he slowly pulls back with a smile on both of your faces as a bit of blush appears on his face and possibly even yours. As the night goes on, you both enjoy it thoroughly, taking in every moment that passes by with your husband, Francis Bonnefoy..

He asked you while he placed his wine glass down and moved his hand to hold yours, intertwining them together. You agreed and went on the dance floor.
