why do they still have strechmarks? i mean i'm not complaining, loving it actually, but since they just emerged the way they are, they never grew and developed some, right?

well that particular amethyst with stretchmarks is by the commissioners request (Excellent Taste, pyj) but really yes, they wouldnt be there for the same reason they are on humans, theyre just cute and good. 

ALTHOUGH, i will say that i saw a fic once with amethyst where she had stretchmarks because her body isn’t the size its “supposed” to be, so its constantly trying to stretch to the “right” shape, thus, stretchmarks! that was a very cool explanation i thought
