hi! i'm bean, and my pronouns are she/her. i'm from india and i'm currently 16.

i'm studying the international baccalaureate, and my subjects are

HL: psychology, chemistry and maths AI

SL: english language and literature, spanish B and biology

aside from studying, i'm also completing trinity classical singing grade 8 and i am currently obsessed with good omens. in terms of fashion i'm in love with dark academia

18 May 2022 // Finished reading this bestseller two days ago and it left me thinking hard for long. Haven't been able to move on from this story since! I really rooted for Atlas from the very moment his character was introduced in the story and I'm glad Lily chose him! But I feel sad for Ryle too. Had he not lost control of his temper all those times, he could live his best life with his loving wife and kid (possibly kids).

Also, I wish I had a bestfriend like Allysa. Damn she's such a kind and bubbly character. Anyways, I'm back at the grind after losing hope so many times. I think all of this is part of the struggle.

The days are going okayish and I'm giving myself a scope of improvement every. single. day. Gotta attempt a test on 20th and see how I'm doing. And this time I'LL PROPERLY ANALYSE THE PAPER!! 😤

if i close my eyes, and wish it hard enough, it's a saturday morning, waking up next to you. i'm lying in a summer-hot room in the middle of december, and on the tip of my tongue are three loud, heart-hammering words: 'i love you.' we breathe in together before i can say them. on the exhale, you beat me to it. i stare at your face, memorizing it for every time like this, when i relive that moment. this is what being alive feels like. love. and you.

i'm stuck in memories today. last night, all i wanted to do was go back in time. i think moments are easier to live in than moving on with every day life. i hope that one day, every passing second feels like a moment of life, even if it's as mundane as drinking coffee on a hot summer day, and my car a/c doesn't work.

in other news, though, we are down to 29 days until my exam 😬 i'm very anxious and nervous and my old boss asked me to come in to work next week. we're reaching that point of the year where everything piles up all at once trying to squish me. i just hope i'm strong enough to lift it off (like in a cartoon :3).

today’s cozy library studying spot by the window that opens(cold, but fresh air for me!), and part of the library itself.

i’m thankful for moments like this: where i’m in a nice spot, finding moments of peace in a chaotic week, half-listening to an ap research lecture in a study break while eating lunch.

03/Jun/2022// Day 1/14 of productivity streak

So I'll make this one kind of an intro style.

My schedule for the next two weeks: I've got 3-4 full syllabus mocks and in between tests I've gotta cover a lot of organic chem. I also have to revise physics and biology every single day. But just to let myself breathe in between I've scheduled some backlog days to catch up on topics that might get left due to valid reasons. No excuse will be counted on and if I procrastinate, I'll not have coffee on that day as penalty.

My goal for today: I've got a test today. So currently I'm revising for that. After the test I'll go through one chapter from Physics and one from inorganic chemistry.

I'll update about the test tomorrow bc I'll not analyse it today. Let's do this 😤

deep breaths, my dear, deep breaths. i know the world is so big and cruel and heavy. it's okay to stray away. to need to be separated from it. it's okay to find your own comfort, peace, and solace. it's okay to make a home for yourself that is safe from all the pain and hurt in life. i promise, it's okay. i know because, my dear, i have all of those things, too. in you.

been super busy and off-track this week after i broke my no screen before bed rule 3 days in a row. it just threw everything for a loop. last night, though, i managed it! still got up late and started late but i was able to get in a workout and full body stretch routine yesterday so i feel like it evens out! i'm finding ways to make things happier for myself. :,> wishing everyone well as the spring semester ends!!
