Bobcat kitten (or bobcat cub) in the wild. Sony A77 by Jamie Felton

I was blessed with the opportunity to see 4 bobcat kittens in the wild, yet have them come close enough to take this totally uncropped picture at 400mm .

Today I quickly scurried through the Cologne Zoo, just wanted to try out my new lens. From the first impression... I'm thrilled. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ich bin heute mal schnell durch den Kölner Zoo gehuscht, wollte mal eben mein neus Objektiv ausprobieren. Carla J. Easton, supporting The Vaselines. Cavern Club. Nikon F65. Ilford Delta 3200.
Carla J Easton did a fantastic job of supporting The Vaselines in front of a half empty Cavern Club to some rather indifferent punters waiting for the main act. I have never played a real gig as i was never much good when i did used to pick up a guitar. However it is obvious that this must be a soul destroying task.

I Don’t Shoot Expired Film, Maybe You Shouldn't Either
by Johnny Martyr
Look, I don’t want to curtail anyone’s creativity, but I think it’s worth rethinking how readily many photographers shoot expired film.
For me, shooting paid work, I never ever take client photos on expired film. And I really don’t use it for personal work either because to me, it’s just not worth it.
Now, if you can save a few bucks on low ISO or b&w film that’s a few months…
