I've been seeing this thing on tiktok where people give the TWST characters English voice Headcannons. I'm curious if you have any?

HELLO. Yes, thank you for this question. I have been waiting for someone to ask me this for the longest time. So a while back I made a list of playlists for the twst characters (never finished it) and at the same time I was making another list of who I would pick if I could assign voice actors to the cast. It's not done, I never finished it so there are a few missing, but here's what I have. There are links to examples for each one.

HEARTSLABYUL

Grim as Meowth from the Pokemon anime. Talking cat and another talking cat.

Hear me out, I know a lot of people disagree but I would personally like to see Ace Trappola voiced by Griffin Burns, the same guy that voices Childe in Genshin Impact. Yeah, Childe, another annoying guy just like Ace. Mainly because he's kinda funny and makes the most cursed/random content.

I struggled a bit on this one but I got a lot of voices from this anime. The dub is funny, plus this guy has some amusing lines that sounds like what Deuce Spade might say. Especially the scene with his mom. So I picked Reki Kyan from Sk8 the Infinity, voiced by Matt Shipman.

I also really struggled with this one too. I didn't find a voice with a valley accent, lol. But I did find this voice with sass and energy, so I just gave up and put down this one. Just imagine the sass and energy, all the time, for Cater Diamond. Double Trouble voiced by Jacob Tobia, from She-Ra.

Trey Clover - ???

This one is a given, everyone practically says the same. But I can only imagine Riddle Rosehearts with a voice like Ciel Phantomhive from Black Butler, voiced by Brina Palencia. It's actually surprisingly hard to find good Ciel clips.

SAVANACLAW

Obviously this voice had to be kinda deep. It has to sound kinda cold too, since this character is standoffish and mean in the beginning. I think I did find a very fitting voice though. I believe Jack Howl should have the same voice as Jotaro from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, voiced by Matthew Mercer.

Ruggie's was a little difficult too. It couldn't be deep, it had to have this specific sound to it, something a little more high-pitched. Something fitting for the little guy. So I resorted to putting down Ruggie Bucchi as Meliodas from Seven Deadly Sins, voiced by Bryce Papenbrook.

I feel like I had to find a really good voice for this dorm leader, so I went through lots of options and even changed it multiple times. It had to sound cool and kinda on the deeper side. So in the end, I chose Sniper Mask from High Rise Invasion, who's voiced by Jonah Scott, for Leona Kingscholar.

OCTAVINELLE

This dorm gave me the most trouble by far. I hated it. I spent so much time trying to find a good voice for them, and I'm not completely content. Yet, here it is. For Floyd Leech, it took a lot of back and forth, but I decided on Atsushi Murasakibara from Kuroko No Basuke, voiced by Robbie Daymond. Another difficult one to find a clip for, and he's only in the first two minutes.

Why are these clips so hard to find? Despise it. No, I did not want to go with the generic answer of Sebastian from Black Butler for Jade Leech. Instead, I chose Greed/Ling Yao from Fullmetal Alchemist, voiced by Troy Baker. Just imagine that voice but in a more polite and butler-like manner.

Azul Ashengrotto - ???

SCARABIA

This voice is almost perfect for this character, you cannot convince me otherwise. I've played this game and liked this voice actor for a long time. The song he sings in one chapter? Amazing. I think the cheerfulness and tone are wonderful for the character Pit from Kid Icarus Uprising, voiced by Antony Del Rio. He reminds me a lot of Kalim Al-Asim.

For Jamil Viper I considered a few options. His voice couldn't be too high pitched or low pitched, it had to be more aloof sounding. This was one of those characters I gave a voice to and it kept it for the longest time before ultimately changed my mind. Mostly because I happened to find a voice for another character by the same voice actor, and I didn't want to have the same actor twice. Anyways, the character is kinda mean too, just like how Jamil low-key is sometimes. The lines in the first part of the video sound like stuff Jamil would say if he snapped at Kalim. So, here's my take. Felix Hugo Fraldarius from Fire Emblem Three Houses, voiced by Lucien Dodge.

POMEFIORE

For sure, Epel Felmier has to have a soft and nice-to-listen-to voice. When he gets angry and starts yelling is a different story, the voice actor will need to be able to play that part well with the volume and accent and all. I didn't have a definite character in mind, but I had a voice actor that I thought was fitting. Khoi Dao, who voices characters like Albedo from Genshin Impact, Tetsuya Kuroko from Kuroko no Basuke, and Murata from Demon Slayer. Again, clips are hard to find for him that aren't Albedo, but there's an okayish one I found.

Frenchman. Fancy man. With the voice that I just think is amusing to listen to. He has to have this positive energy but still sound frivolous, because he's one of the most upbeat characters out of the entire cast. It's incredibly hard to find a good voice actor with a French accent, so I tried to just pretend as if there was no accent just for now. And I think I found a worthy candidate for Rook Hunt. Lorenz Hellman Gloucester from Fire Emblem Three Houses, voiced by Benjamin Diskin. Just imagine adding the accent? I think it could be great.

Oh boy, another character that has to have a good voice. Like, if he has anything less, I don't know if the character would work. Like Jamil, I considered different roles for him. It has to sound refined and elegant, even a little harsh. So I'd like to see Vil Schoenheit as Cherry Blossom from Sk8 the Infinity, voiced by Daman Mills. I think even some of the lines said are fitting for Vil's character.

IGNIHYDE

I'm actually pretty confident and proud of my decisions for this dorm. Then again, they're my favorite so maybe I'm biased. Anyways, obviously Ortho Shroud has to have a higher pitched voice because he's younger, and he's one of the few friendly and positive characters. But I didn't want the voice to be annoying or too high pitched. Taking that into consideration, I went with Venti from Genshin Impact, voiced by Erika Harlacher.

I got this. Both have sharp teeth? Both are skinny and wretched? Both are kinda weird? Both are protective of their younger siblings? They have the same vibes. They even both strongly believe that they're "ugly." I struggled to find a voice for Idia Shroud, but when I heard this English voice, I knew it was the most fitting voice I can find. The lines in the clip? Perfect. You can just picture it as Idia talking about his little brother Ortho. Which is why I chose Gyuutaro from Demon Slayer, voiced by Brandon McInnis.

DIASOMNIA

One of the first voices I put down, I got his right before I put down Deuce's. Yup. If you listen to the clip from Deuce's part, there's a character there that I think would make a perfect Silver. Can't remember? Here's some clips of the character I'm talking about. Langa Hasegawa from Sk8 the Infinity, voiced by Howard Wang.

I got this recommendation from a friend, and I can't get over how spot on it is. Like, it's literally perfect, it tops all others I've listed. The volume, the energy, the way it sounds like they carried themselves, it was all too good. When I watched it for the first time, my jaw dropped. Please, listen to this with your eyes closed and picture Sebek Zigvolt. As the Dullahan from Konosuba, voiced by Patrick Seiz.

Another character I struggled with. I didn't even know where to start with him, but low and behold, by scrolling I found a decent fit for the bat dad. He kinda looks him too, actually. Lilia Vanrouge's voice is kinda difficult, since it's surprisingly deep in the official Japanese version but I feel that it could work well even if it isn't deep. Anyways, here it is. Vanitas from Jun Mochizuki, voiced by Zeno Robinson.

Malleus Draconia's voice is probably of the highest importance, since he is the game's golden poster boy. It's probably why I had such a hard time with his, it was probably one of the last ones I did. But hear me out, what if his voice was the same as an antagonist many may recognize. I think the voice is mysterious and intimidating, it's also elegant in a way too and deep but not ridiculously deep. Which is why I thought of Muzan from Demon Slayer, voiced by Greg Chun.

STAFF

Yeah, I did the staff too. Here we go. Everyone gives Sebastian Michaelis to Jade, but I think it might be more fitting for Headmaster Crowley, especially if the voice sounds a little more like Kyoya Otori from Ouran High School Host Club. Both Sebastian and Kyoka are voiced by the same person, J. Michael Tatum. Just a little more energy and a bit of a British accent on Kyoya's voice, can probably make an excellent voice for Crowley.

Okay, I'm gonna say the name, but hear me out. Hisoka from Hunter X Hunter, voiced by Keith Silverstein. WAIT. Hold on. Listen. Hear me out first. I know what you're thinking. But it's Keith Silverstein, and he has a wonderful voice. Just imagine that clip, rewatch it, picture it as Divus Crewel.

I had two options for Ashton Vargas, but ultimately the other option had little lines and this one is funnier. Plus I think they're voiced by the same guy. Anyways, like I said, this option is funnier so that's pretty much why I chose it. Director Ton from Aggretsuko, voiced by Josh Petersdorf.

There are not a lot of serious sounding voice actors that portray older men, so another hard one to find a voice for. But I managed, and I don't think I did too bad considering there wasn't too many options. Here's what I got. For Mozus Trein, Kuzen Yoshimura from Tokyo Ghoul, voiced by Sean Hennigan.

This guy needs a New Orleans accent, no matter what. That's all I ask. But, can you imagine if Sam had the same voice as Marshall Lee from Adventure Time, voiced by the Donald Glover? That would be amazing to see. It would actually be way more than just amazing.

so, since there seems to be a lack in fluff for our favorite masked badass, here are some fluffy headcanons for none other than Sniper Mask!!

Sniper Mask Boyfriend Headcanons

high-rise invasion/tenkuu shinpan masterlist

he totally has naturally cold hands

he likes to run them under your shirt at random periods just to mess with you

he gives you his blazer when you get cold, 100%, you cannot change my mind on this

has a fixation with your hands

he’ll play with them when your cuddling lots

Alright lets see what I can come up with. I’m going to come up with as much as possible

Main

Madalena would be a politician. No one expected her to rise to the top so quickly considering her background of a lower class family during college but like a month into office everyone knew she would be a major player.

Richard was supposed to be a major political leader like the rest of his family but after a scandal that his wife madelena may or may not of orchestrated his career was ruined. And soon after Richard and Madelena got a divorce.

He moved back to his hometown and re-met his childhood best friend roberta and got married and started a family. He returned into politics years later. In the hopes of redeeming himself and to help improve life for the common folk.

Gareth was also Richard’s best friends. I’ll say they met when Gareth became Richard’s body guard during his political career.

He fell in love with madelena after the divorce she and richard had.

This caused a rift in there friendship but Richard did forgive him. It took a while though

I’ll say galavant grew up the same way I did. He is a military brat like me. His dad served in the army and because of this they moved around a lot because of this.

They stopped moving during his high school years. His mom and dad got a divorce and Gal didn’t see his dad again until he was like thirty.

He and madalena were high school sweet hearts. She dumped him for Richard in the hopes that his family ties could elevate her political career. Which left him heart broken. Since he was planning on proposing to her when she got a job instead he gets to see her on tv with other men.

He joined the military like his dad and when he became a general he had to go to a meeting with his superiors.

It happened to be the same place Isabella was.

She is an ambassador to Valencia. She and Madelena are debating which country owns a right to the jewel. Madelena thinks she owns it because of the fact they are occupying where the jewel was held before the invasion and well the jewel belongs to valencia for millennias.

Her and gal started talking during a break during their jobs and got into a heated debate.

They bicker on and off during this period of Gal and him arguing with superior and Madalena and Isabella’s debate.

But they grew on each other and exchanged numbers before the debates were over. They got married and sid was the best man

Isabella huge supporter of lgbtq rights. She always was but after meeting Sid she became more vocal.

She also met Jubille when Sid and Jubille met during a pride rally. He thought they would make a cute couple before her and Gal dated. Didn’t work.

Sid was orphaned as a baby and has no memory of his parents

He was raised by a Jewish couple in a very small town that was mostly filled with extended family

He was very loved and was made sure he would never forget

Even when he didn’t want a reminder that he was loved. He got a reminder.

Sid joined the millitary when he was 18 and served directly under Galavant.

After Galavant and Isabella became friends he asked Isabella to pretend to be his girl friend for a few weeks in the hopes that his parents will stop asking about a girl friend for a bit.

Isabella agreed and had fun.

They never “broke up” though because galavant managed to convince sid his parents wouldn’t care about him being gay. They would just nag him about getting a husband.

And they did.

Some Random head cannons less story base or I didn’t think this until after I did character headcannons so a bit more random. Some might be stupid but I’m coming up with this as I go and some are awesome

Sid is the most active on social media

Sid is a major fan boy and collects all the action figures

Sid also volunteered a lot in his community

his mom set him up on a lot of awkward blind dates before finding out he’s gay.

Actually the awkward blind dates didn’t stop but now it’s with men

if sid does get married best man is Gal

Richard is bi but doesn’t know it and had a crush on Gareth without realizing it

Sid assumed Isabella was mspec because he always had a habit of befriending queer friends growing up but also knew she like boys

and yes he also assumed gal was queer

Roberta got in multiple fights because a kid was bullying richard growing up

Attempts were made to set Isabella up for an arranged marriage but they always fell through (100% of the time the fall out was izzy’s doing)

The wedding planner gets paid for dealing with journalist for Madelena. But his family was in the wedding planning buisness and he helps out on occassion and plans big fancy political parties for Madalena

Gareth though can be ruthless helps keep Madelena’s morals in check when she does politics

Madalena is the ruler

Gareth and her became a power couple

Richard never became as political strong again after the scandal but became a mayor of a small town and him and roberta were adored.

Enchanted forest is still a gay bar but it went all in the enchanted forest theme. Like it was bat shit insane some of the concotions they came up with. From drinks to interior design. ( the bar actually looks like a forest and the drinks look like potions for ex.)

Gareth was best man during Richard’s wedding and vice versa

though Richard avoided madelena as much as possible during that time

Madelena is a fashion icon her face and outfits are plastered everywhere

the musical numbers on galavant would be pop hits and played on the radio.

off with his shirt is a favorite in the enchanted forest because the singer was a lesbian that lived near the bar

she stops by and visits the bar on occassion

she doesn’t buy any drinks

the pirates were a “gang” but it’s mainly a bunch of friends doing stupid shit in their teens. But they are still a gang even if they didn’t break any laws

galavant’s dad works in children services and adopts several children himself

Galavant and Isabella live in Valencia but travel a lot after Galavant retires and they visit sid a lot

Gal and Richard met because of Isabella’s political career

And they got drunk and bitched about Richard’s bitchy brother. he married Madelina after Richard’s divorce but got ill from some mysterious disease soon after the wedding

Roberta teaches self defense classes

And Richard knows his wife can kick his ass and loves it

Richard mentioned that his wife does this during a town hall meeting and that she’s great at it.

Soon it became a popular class for women and she makes a town full of kick ass women

some men joked about it being spinster island so Isabella got a sign for her that says spinster island

Roberta hangs it up

Richard thinks it is hillarious

the jester is a comedian who occasionly writes songs for his act

also rumored to have an affair with Madelena while she dated richard

Richard never got his jokes

Madelena seemed to like him so Richard took her to all his shows

What kind of work do you imagine Remus got during the inter-war years? For some reason I have a rather niche headcannon of him spending a few months at a wizarding North Sea port working alongside some river trolls (heavy lifting & security) with the shipment of magical goods. Remus would just be one up from the trolls: there to help manage the trolls, & whatever weird stuff is being shipped, & making sure it's done to order & on time. No idea why this image is so firmly planted in my head!

Because it’s a fantastic image, clearly. Honestly hard work like that was probably the easiest for him to come by. Moreover, someone with a background in dangerous creatures like Lyall, and subsequently Remus, might find more work in areas of maintenance and security: keeping shipments safe, checking for curses, infestations of doxies, checking international shipments for sanitary certificates on incoming plants to keep invasive species down... and that’s just me thinking about a North Sea port job, you know?

Personally, I imagine Remus as working a lot with Muggles during the inter-war years, mostly because a Muggle boss wouldn’t really put two and two together when his absence around full moon occurs with suspicious regularity. It would have been hard to keep a job if he was calling out once a month, sure. But it’s much easier to say, “Oh, I have to make this monthly trip for religion,” or, “Oh, I have monthly medical checks at the doctor,” the latter only raising some brows. What happens when Remus comes back looking like he spent time running through intersections for fun, though? Obviously there’s something else going on, and the fact that he’s disappearing and lying about it, probably hasn’t gone out and made many friends on purpose, so on and such forth, really give this impression that he’s got a large secret and that it could be dangerous. Or a liability, from a business perspective.

So then, maybe not one full time job, but a few part time jobs? One or two at a time, perhaps, always doing his best to make sure that, ah, a certain period of time is off limits. And on the occasion he DOES get scheduled, Merlin forbid, he goes to work anyway, just like he did in PoA, and suffers through it as best he can.

... Which probably meant being sent home sick, but at least at that rate they can’t fire you for sending you home.

But as far as what type of work?

Again, hard work is the easiest to come by, because nobody wants to do it. Which is perfect for a sick man whose body tries to eat itself once a month, who probably has a compromised immune system, and who really doesn’t get the food to maintain that kind of lifestyle, amirite?

Anyway, probably me projecting, but I always imagined a truck loading job would be easy to maintain. A few hours a day, the companies purposefully hire young people for jobs like that because it’s physically demanding, and the turnover rate is high so nobody really gets used to you unless you’ve been there for a few years. (I mean the guys at work bet I would last 3 days when I first started, and they were completely serious. I’ve seen people not make it that far. Lots of people.) That, and perhaps retail jobs. Remus is excellent with people, and he’s an extrovert. So he likes people, the poor boy. And being a cashier or stock boy (or hell, even a dishwasher) are the sort of entry level jobs that a werewolf could use which don’t require a long and detailed history in the industry, and could theoretically allow him the ability to move from job to job when the inevitable happened.

As far as Magical work, I actually see him using Lyall’s teachings to his benefit. Somehow I imagine that by the time he’s become Professor Lupin that he’s actually had experience with the things he teaches about. Obviously Remus is more of a creature expert than a non-corporeal entity expert like his father, but there’s overlap that they both seem to share. Lyall and Hope lived during the Second World War, and while Hope probably had to live through the bombings I wonder if Lyall didn’t have to live through the rise of Grindelwald. Knowledge of dark magic and curses, etc, may have been something he and Remus had the unfortunate experience of sharing. Remus may have spent time in what I imagine was like Wizard pest control: going into old homes and removing boggarts, gnomes, doxies, etc. Perhaps working with older items that may have been cursed. And I can’t decide how it fits in with work experience, but I adamantly like to believe that Remus has met and worked with a vampire on at least one occasion.

Sometimes I wonder if Lyall didn’t try to get him a Ministry job. Not that Lyall was hihgly respected enough for some serious pull, but certainly we’ve all worked in a place long enough to hear, “oh yeah, my son/brother/sister/friend/cousin/blah blah was thinking of applying for a job here!” Maybe Remus had a terrible desk job for a while, that sort of branched out slowly into “go into so and so’s office and get rid of the (whatever),” so on and so forth. Obviously that means everyone would sort of... know all about him, though. I mean, even if he didn’t have to disclose his personal illness just for the job, if Lyall had gotten him the job offer it would have been with people who knew Lyall, probably. Or heard of him. And it isn’t every day your co-worker’s son is attacked by a werewolf and turned into a monster. People would have talked about the Lupins when Remus was 5, and now that he was 25 people are still talking. That would undoubtedly have made Remus uncomfortable. He wouldn’t have stayed.

when he thinks you're giving someone else too much attention, he does one of two things

either he'll just pull you away from the conversation you're having

doesn't matter if it's important or not

he'll take your hand and drag you off like nothing is wrong with it

that, or he'll show you enough physical affection to make whoever you're talking to uncomfortable

usually, this results in him wrapping his arms around your waist and propping his head upon your shoulder

he'll shamelessly flirt with you right in front of the other person

he'll make his jealousy obvious to you (and them)

as long as it ends up with you showing him more attention, he'll do anything

now, let’s say it’s not the people in your group that he’s jealous of

let's say it’s one of those mouthless masks or some other human trying to flirt with you

oh no

while the other things do apply, he might go as far as killing someone if they try anything with you

it’s not his fault that someone was getting too touchy with you

he’ll put them in their place

whether or not that’s 6 feet under isn’t the concern

the people in your group had to find out this tendency of his the hard way

You, Yuri, and Mayuko had all been seated around a table, discussing the plans to make your way further towards her brother. You all were so enveloped in the conversation, you were yet to notice the masked figure standing in the doorway watching you all converse.

He glared at the two girls under his mask, sending icy stares in their direction. He knew he shouldn't be jealous of them. One, because Yuri and Mayuko were obviously into each other, but two, because you were already dating him.

He frowned, watching as your eyes lit up when you talked about the pathway that would be safest for your group to take. He didn't like this at all, not one bit.

You had been so busy today, first, helping out Kuon to go gather supplies, then you and Mayuko had lookout together, and finally this meeting. You had barely spared him a glance the whole day, and it was getting on his nerves.

Everyone in the little group knew that you were dating him, it had been established early on. So when he had come over and draped his arms over your shoulders, resting his chin on your head, sure, it raised an eyebrow, but they simply carried on with the conversation.

You looked up at your boyfriend, offering him a small smile and patting his hand, before returning your attention to Yuri.

"You said that he was kidnapped, right? Do we have any idea where he's being held?" Your question made the girl in question's eyes light up. Right as she's about to answer, all eyes turn to your boyfriend when a deep growl emits from his throat.

It certainly catches everyone's attention, especially yours. "You alright Sniper?" Mayuko asks, crossing her arms firmly over her chest. Yuri sits there, wide eyes looking at him. You tilt your head up once more, resting your hand over his. His face tilts down, looking at you as you calmly ask him if everything is alright.

He frowns under the mask, before dropping his arms and making his way to the other side of the couch. "Are you... joining us?" Yuri asks, beyond confused, even more so as he grabs your hand and hoists you up. A yelp emits from you as he drags you out of the room.

You look back over at the two girls, giving them an awkward laugh. "I guess we'll finish this later!" That's the last they hear from you for the day as your boyfriend makes sure all of your attention is on him.

when he's finally got your attention, he makes sure it stays that way

he'll cuddle with you for hours on end, not letting you up unless you need to pee, and then it's right back into his arms

his hold is tighter when he's jealous, holding you and not letting go

he knows you're as loyal to him as he is to you, but he can't help feeling envious when he sees you with others

he'll voice it to you, telling you that he's been deprived of your attention and how he just wanted to be with you

he's embarrassed, maybe just a bit

but after reassuring him, he likes to give you lots of affection to show you how much he loves you

whether it's kisses, leaving love marks, or voicing it to you, he makes sure that you know it

when you first came to the High-Rise world, it had been a little under a week since you had your surgery

you were healed for the most part, but side effects from it still lingered

it hurt to walk most times, you had constant cramps, you felt dizzy sometimes

it really sucked

thankfully, a few hours upon your arrival, you met up with Yuri's group

she had offered to let you join her friends in getting out of this world

of course, you were thrilled. you didn't want to stay around murderers longer than you had to

but, of course, you told them about your surgery, and how you worried you could become a dead weight on their operation

after some reassurance, you joined them, finding yourself with Sniper Mask more often than not

he was whipped, easily, and quickly became protective over you

he was extremely anxious when it came to you

he didn't want to risk you pushing it or being put in harm's way

when you opened up to him about the side effects you had been experienced, the worry only grew

he stayed at your side as often as possible, slowing down his pace to not rush you

he didn't have a problem with walking a bit slower, as long as it would help ease the pain somewhat

never lets you carry anything

it's a bit frustrating, yes, but again he doesn't want to risk anything

he's worried about you, and he wants to take away any unnecessary possibilities of pain

onto the topic of pain medications

when the pain gets really bad, he'll give you some Ibuprofen

he always makes sure to have some on hand (this being a bottle or two)

whenever he gets close to running out, he either does one of two things

one, he'll start scavenging

he'll go from one building to another with the single goal in mind of finding something to relieve your pain

he'll make a mess where he goes, apartments upturned, furniture flipped, whatever he needs to do to find it for you

or, two, he'll try to go to the emotionless masks for help

they already bring everyone food and weapons, so they must be able to have some medication on hand, right?

surely enough, they do

they usually hand it over without a second thought

at first, he tried to threaten them, but immediately felt bad when they just silently handed it to him

either way, he makes sure he always has medication on hand for you

switching over to the topic of comfort

he always tries to make sure you're wearing something comfortable

something that doesn't restrict you or rub up against your stitches

usually, this results in you wearing baggy shirts and pants or warm sweaters

all gifted to you by our lovely sniper himself

when night rolls around, he always tries to make sure you have a bed to sleep in or something that isn't on the ground

he'll give you any blankets he finds

usually, he just sits against something and dozes off

but for you, he'll lay down and hold you until you fall asleep

he usually falls asleep first though

on the off chance, you guys have to sleep outside

he'll have you lay on him and cover you with a blanket

granted, it's not the most comfortable, but it's better than the hard concrete

backtracking to him being protective

he's very wary of letting anyone around you

the girls you two travel around with being the only exception

he'd kill any mask who even dares coming close

and it doesn't even have to be relatively close

if another mask is in his line of sight, they're done for

when you eventually do recover fully, he doesn't let up being by your side

still protective as ever, but he knows you can handle yourself

he just doesn't want you to be alone doing so

coming to the high rise world was VERY unexpected for you

one second you're about to take a nap, right at the brink of sleep

the BOOM

you're on top of a building!

oh yeah, and there are murderers in masks right on your tail

not the afternoon you wanted, but it was the afternoon you got

you had been running from several masks, three of them right on your tail

you had been backed up near the edge of a building, the three of them circling yours you sat against the ground

when one of them slumped to the ground, dead

at first, you were confused, did he pass out maybe?

but then you saw blood and the other two dropping to the ground

no, yeah, they were all dead

you looked around for who could have done it

only to be met with another mask, a rifle at his side

you would have thought you were going to die if it weren't for the 3 girls by his side

why were 3 high school girls with one of the same kind of people that had tried to murder you?????

"Oh my god! Are you okay, sir?" A dark-haired girl ran forward and knelt down in front of you. You backed away from her, fear still coursing through you.

Your eyes landed on the masked man a few feet behind them, pointing a shaky finger towards him. "You! Why aren't you hurting us?" He stood up straight as all attention went to him, stuttering as the girl in front of you offered you a small smile.

"He won't hurt you, he'll only kill other masks, I promise!" You we're still skeptical of the group but decided it would be better than being stuck out here all alone. Silently, you took the girl's hand, letting her introduce you to the others.

When you were set in front of the masked man, he awkwardly gave his hand out for you to shake. "And this is Sniper Mask! He's scary, but-but, nice? Yeah, nice!" Yuri said, obviously unsure of her own words.

He extended his hand out for you to shake, and though you couldn't tell it, he was nervous beyond belief. He had just saved an extremely attractive guy and now he was no more than 2 feet in front of him!

"H-hey." Well, he fucked that up. You sighed, letting your shoulders slump as you took his hand, shaking it firmly. "Y/n, thanks for saving me Mr. Sniper Mask." You offered him a smile, to which his face instantly flushed, responding with nothing but a nod.

and that's where it began

at first, it was quiet between you and mr. mask

he didn't seem to make any moves to talk to you

hell, he didn't even seem to like being in the same room as you!

at least, that's from your perspective

from the other team, however...

"Kuon I-I don't. The command must of-" "Mr. Mask! You like Y/n! It's not the command, you do!" Kuon had been pestering Yuka for the past 30 minutes about her new idea. Obviously, it was nothing near the truth. It had to be the command malfunctioning.

"Admit it Mr. Mask! You're always looking at him and are fidgety whenever he's nearby!" Yuka sighed, rubbing the back of his neck as a blush crawled up onto his face. "Kuon it's not that I can assure you, I don't-" "If you won't admit it, I'm going to tell him!"

With that, Kuon dashed out of the room to find you. It took Yuka a few seconds to realize what the girl meant before he came barreling down the hall after her. "Kuon! Wait-"

Kuon didn't end up actually telling you that Sniper Mask liked you per se

but she didddd say that he wanted to talk with you more

and when he came up to the two of you, he apologized profusely for Kuon's behavior and dragged her off

but, the ordeal did help him to realize that no, this wasn't the mask's doing

he did actually like you

and little did he know that the feeling was mutual!

oh good gods you fell for him quick

you didn't even know why you liked him, but dear gods you did

you were terrified to confess to him

he barely ever shows emotion, so what are the chances he would show them to you?

well, it took him a while to confess to you, and only after you got injured by a mask did he spill

you had gone out with Mayuko to go find some supplies when a mask holding a machete came running at you two

it had cut your arm pretty bad, but you would live

Mayuko helped you wrap it up with some gauze she had found

when the two of you got back, the others (excluding Sniper Mask at the time) were all over you

you assured them that you could patch up your own wound, so you made your way back to your own room

expecting to be alone, you were surprised when Sniper Mask stopped you right outside your room's door

You held your injured arm close to your stomach, groaning as a sharp pain went through it. Your room was just around the corner, and once you were inside you could patch it up and go to sleep. At least, that's what the plan was originally.

What you didn't expect was the silent being of Sniper Mask to be laying against the door, his head shooting up as he heard footsteps. He turned his head towards you, eyes shifting from yours to your arm, and back to you.

"What happened." He said, but it came out in a much deeper tone than you had anticipated. A small blush found its way onto your face, your words catching in your throat as he leaned off of the door, making his way closer to you.

He was only a foot away, your breath hitched as his hand came towards you. He paused for a second, looking back at you, before grabbing your uninsured hand in his gloved one. Despite the fabric, his hands still radiated heat.

"I'm fine." You stated, but it didn't seem to do anything as he dragged you down the hall and up a flight of stairs. You were going to ask where he was taking you, when he grabbed one of the door handles, twisting it open and leading you inside.

There was nothing particularly special about his room, besides the rifle on his bed, of course. He let go of your hand the second the two of you were in the room, pausing a second after, before going to get a first aid kid.

You sat down on his bed, leaving the rifle alone. Unconsciously, your hands intertwined themselves together, trying to recreate the warmth he did just a few seconds ago. When he came back over, he was quick to take off your makeshift bandages and wipe the wound down.

You hissed in pain, grabbing one of his hands in the process and squeezing it to try and relive it. He gave your hand a reassuring squeeze of its own, quickly sanitizing it and dressing it with fresh bandages.

When he was done, you tried to let his hand go, but he squeezed it harder. You heard him let out a sigh, his face turning upwards as he looked at you. You couldn't see his eyes, but he was lost in yours.

Without thinking, he inched the bottom of his mask upwards with his free hand, just enough to reveal his mouth. Your heartbeat picked up, eyes widening as they flickered down to his lips.

In a second the lips you were staring at were pressed against your own. His lips were warm, the taste of coffee lingering from them. When he pulled away, you did nothing but look at him with adoration.

You cupped his face with one of your hands, your smile growing as he leans into the touch. "Y'know," he started, bringing his hand up to hold yours. "I've been meaning to ask you to become my boyfriend for a while."

"Is that so?" You asked him, earning a hum and a shrug in response. "Now seemed like a good time to ask." You chuckled softly at him, watching a smile form on his lips. "My answer is yes then, Sniper Mask."

it was hard to keep your relationship a secret from the girls

Kuon was glued to Yuma's side almost 24/7, so she caught on first

then it was a domino effect

the three of them were extremely happy for you two

they do tease you both from time to time though

Kuon is especially happy about the relationship

sure, she has a crush on Yuka, but she's happy to see the two of you together

he's very wary about it all at first

his group has been attacked before, and not to mention other masks that could hurt you

yes, he's a strong badass who could protect you no matter what

but it doesn't make him worry any less!

any time foreign masks come near, you better bet your ass they're gonna have a bullet hole (or two) in them

he loves to show off that you're his and vice versa
