I dont know how to manage my time well.

I cannot wrap my head around doing work, going to school, studying, exercise, cooking, etc all being done in one day.

Am I broken? Did I miss something everyone else got when we all turned into adults?

I just kind of...shut down... after I clock out.

I do have an eating disorder. I've been aware of if since I was 11, that is when I became bullimic. It lasted very consistently like at least once a day till I was 13. At 14 I mostly stopped and only did it sometimes, but I did starve/fast a lot at 14.
