Story Summary

In post-apocalyptic Crater City, Elijah is attacked by a group of military-grade bots one night, seemingly out of the blue. Once his best friend, Blair, finds out about the attack, he vows to do whatever it takes to avenge Elijah. Whatever it takes. Between the pair’s tumultuous relationship and the dark secrets that lurk around the city, it seems as though there is more to Elijah’s attack than everyone lets on.

Main Characters

Blair (he/him) 23, carjacker "uber" driver. Quit his job as a Computer Hardware Engineer because it was “too boring,” much to his boss’ dismay. Vows to do whatever it takes to avenge his best friend even if that involves getting his hands dirty. Impulsive, charismatic, wears his heart on his sleeve, can be quite vulgar, tends not to take things very seriously. Special ability: can talk someone’s ear off for hours at a time. Quote: “Oh, so you're mad at me because I wanted to avenge my best friend? Excuse me for thinking my best friend’d wanna help me dispose of the body!”

Elijah (he/him) 24, employee at an arcade, electronics store, and a fast food restaurant. After being kicked out of his home at 18, Elijah struggles to make ends meets, and is ultimately threatened to become repurposed after falling into overwhelming debt. Overthinker, blushes easily, non-confrontational, very resourceful, dresses more intimidating than he actually is. Special ability: can drink up to 7 energy drinks in one day. Quote: “Blair, you can't just tell a man—who's clearly out of it—to ‘suck it up’ because the world has already ended!”

Darcy (he/him) 40, mayor of Crater City. Notable for his schemes and cover-ups by media outlets; citizens either love him or hate him. Created specifically for the role to guide humanity out of a second dark age, Darcy will do whatever it takes to fulfill this role, stopping at nothing—or no one. Confident in his success, dramatic, pragmatic, highly intelligent, believes the blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb. Special ability: very convincing. Quote: “Oh, that struck a nerve? Once I take that toy away from you, I’ll scale you and gut you like a fish. Don’t test me, Blair.”

Frasier (he/him) 37, mayor’s receptionist & assistent. Has ties to very important people. Made an irresistible deal with Darcy that would allow Frasier a way to protect those he loves. Recruited due to his complicated ties to Darcy. Affable, chatty yet reserved, unpredictable, great bargainer, does not settle for less. Special ability: can draw out a lot of information from someone he just met. Quote: “Since it’s so difficult for you to wrap your mind around, let me spell it out for you: our relationship is no more than a business transaction. And I’d like to keep it that way, Darcy.”

Melony (she/her) 39, robotics engineer, founder of Second Chance. Once a little girl captivated by the limitless (yet dangerous) possibilities the now-illegal gene-therapy offered, now a renowned scientists who continues her search for solutions for people like her to have a second chance in the ever-evolving, post-apocalyptic world. Determined, wears lab coats for “the aesthetic,” free spirit, has many clones of herself lying around, often forgets there’s a Board of Ethics. Special ability: has found a way to disable her nerves so that she can experiment on herself. Quote: “You interrupted my breakfast this morning, so I’m going to interrupt your board meeting!”

Rose (she/her) 25, designer or perhaps marketing chief of Second Chance. Recruited due to her ties to Melony and her bold, daring ideas. Elijah’s childhood best friend. Spunky, very big personality, huge empath, competitive, risk-taker, has garnered a lot of respect. Special ability: can effectively translate Blair-isms into layman's terms. Quote: “This is a ludicrous idea! Let’s do it.”

Let's talk about animal-anime girl hybrids other than the most common types (cat, dog, wolf, fox, rabbit, mouse, snake, bat)

There are a lot of well known and charismatic animals that rarely get to be anime girls despite being easy to design.

The Virginia Opossum is adorable and its silly black ears, varied coat, and little black socks are all very evocative for how one might design an opossum girl. They have lovable personalities similar to the somewhat more popular raccoon girls, and they're marsupials which means an opossum girl could make for a very wholesome mother. And yet I've barely seen any opossum girls, even though they are wonderful every time someone makes one! This is a crime against God's Creation.

The lack of Spotted Hyena girls may be even more offensive. They are intelligent and charismatic animals with a distinct ear shape and fur pattern, a highly personified vocal behavior that everyone knows about, a reputation as punks and troublemakers, AND they femdom! What more could you possibly want? What better candidate could there be for an animal girl? Hyena girls would girlboss all over any other type of girl in any situation. If humans all still lived in Africa there would be no distance clouding our judgement and we would easily place hyena girls as the most common type of animal girl.

I'll just mention a few other animals that would easily be adapted into wonderful girls, which I still haven't seen much at all, especially outside of Kemono Friends. Giraffe, Beaver, Komodo Dragon, Armadillo, Sloth, Salamander. There must be an endless list of charismatic animals that beg to be immortalized in the sacred form of the anime girl!

But outside of mammals, reptiles, and amphibians, it does become more difficult to personify animals in this way. While I do not understand why we don't see more depictions of our lovable friends the hyenas who we clearly do not deserve, I do understand why there aren't many girls based on insects, for example. Their features are just harder to map onto human bodies. There is a pretty decent precedent for fish girls in mermaids, but this is achieved in a very different and less graceful way than how one creates a catgirl. I like mermaids and I LOVE snake girls, but there's something very different about the way they adopt their animal traits. This speaks highly of our will to bridge the gap between animal and girl, but it also speaks of the increasing difficulty across the animal kingdom. Yet just because it's hard, can we truly say that we shouldn't try? Of course not! There are so many wonderful fish and bugs and molluscs that need us to let them be anime girls! It is our moral duty as humans to encourage this!

Consider the Moray Eel! Can you picture its beautiful flowing body, and its adorably goofy face? I see a delinquent squatting in an alleyway with a clueless expression and a long, green ponytail, who wants to intimidate you with her gaping jaws but secretly wouldn't mind if you came a little closer. Or would you prefer to give her an eel tail? There could be many ways to design a fish girl, and it's up to artists with the will and an eye for design to truly make it reality. I've seen some great stuff, but it's not as common as I think it deserves to be.

My most coveted invertebrate design is to see a Velvet Worm girl, but as far as I know it's never been done. They are cute, they have charismatic antennae and legs, they ensare prey in sticky goo (wish a girl would do that to me), they are smart, AND they femdom. They are perfect, they would make perfect anime girls, and their absence is an affront to the dignity of the human soul! I want to see a velvet worm anime girl very badly. It is a spiritual need.

And what of the prehistoric animal girls!? I have seen many wonderful dinosaur girls, but they should only be the tip of the iceberg! Where are the gorgonopsid girls? Look it up if you don't know, they would be very cool and very strong and delightfully scary. And Dimetrodon? Imagine all the beautiful anime girls you could create with that sail as inspiration. Where are they? Perhaps the biggest crime of all, trilobites did not girlboss around the ocean for hundreds of millions of years only for one sole human to bear the incredible duty of drawing them as anime girls alone, Atlas-like:

There should be giant statues of trilobite anime waifus outside of every museum.

Anyway thanks for reading my rant about animal girls. I have not run out of grievances and it will happen again. My Star Wars OCs list

So I finally made a list of the Star Wars OCs of mine that I have introduced/revealed. I also added a lil’ info about them to give more insight to their character.

Will update once I have more revealed.

Ayce Caprica- A rather charismatic bounty hunter with a more calm and nonchalant way of handling sticky situations. Prefers to not really resort to violence and uses his witty yet manipulative tactics to deal with difficult people, but definitely not afraid of violence. Prefers more stealth-focused jobs, but accepts whatever he can get. Has a ton of skeletons in his closet. What are his ultimate motives? He’ll never tell a soul. Isn’t too fond of animals and children.

Ember Syninn- An insanely fierce and feisty younger bounty hunter with a mouthful of sass and an high amount of pent up rage and spite that keeps her going. Growing up in a world that has not been too kind to her, Ember has very negative views of the universe around her and general trust issues with everyone she encounters. Despite this, she still has strong morals and is a lot friendlier once you get to know her. Please, just let the poor girl rest. She’s had it rough.

Zaiah Ctyll- An eccentric scientist who once worked for the Zygerrian government, but due to her different views and detest towards everything her people have done, she has been exiled. Zaiah is very curious about the universe and has a unquenchable thirst for adventure and knowledge. She’s very resourceful and always ready to explore new worlds. Often forgets her own needs often because she’s too busy with research.

Spades Caprica- Ayce’s younger brother. A smooth talker who works as a used speeder salesman, but actually a front for shadier business practices. Has a lot of allies just as much as he has enemies. A very friendly fellow who always knows how to light up the room. Despite his more laid-back personality, Spades isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty. He knows his way around a blaster pretty well. He’s the type that asks to crash on your couch for one night, but spends a week living with you instead.

Enig Ma Rious- Full of mystery and secrets, Enig is a Devaronian merchant who’s a lot more than he seems to be. With a dark past that left him scarred, he chose a simpler life selling goods and traveling the galaxy. Though he doesn’t really delve into his life before he ended up this way, he’s a very avid storyteller recalling events that happened during his travels. Actually a nice guy. I would trust him. Always showing up when you least expect him.

Lady Vannda Byron- A Faust coming from a wealthy family and even working for her own wealth, Vannda is a surprisingly humble individual. She’s very charitable and always eager to help those in need. She’s a genuine sweetheart and accidental, “mom friend,” despite not having any children herself. If she could, she’d adopt everyone she sees. Has a fascination with the macabre and death, and sees the beauty in it.

Zephiz- Lady Vannda’s husband and an artist. Who enjoys creating very colorful and lively art of any medium he delves in. Him and his wife have a very strong loving marriage, and will go to the ends of the universe for each other. Zephiz loves animals and nature and enjoys spending time outdoors. A simple man who prefers a more pacifist lifestyle. Has, “accidentally,” brought home many unusual creatures.

Ma'Nix Sador- The perky Duros hacker that worked alongside Ayce a long time ago. She’s full of energy and unbridled chaos, and highly intelligent. Who needs a droid when you have her? Rather than using her skills for the good in the universe, she chooses to cause as many problems for everyone, just for the fun of it. She’s almost never seen without her trusty Tooka by her side.

A/N: Hi! Sorry, this is my first fic, so I apologize if it’s kinda rough or just all around terrible. I really love Tech and couldn’t stop thinking about this idea. Anyway, I’m finally putting myself out there.

As you’re running down the halls with Gregor, Hunter, and Tech, trying to save Gregor from being captured a second time, you can’t help but notice how the unfamiliar clone keeps glancing at you.

“Can I help you with something?” You ask him, unimpressed.

“No, just wasn’t expecting my savior to be-” He starts.

You cut him off. “What, a girl?”

“No,” He laughs. “I wasn’t expecting my savior to be so beautiful is all. I don’t know how these gentlemen manage to get anything done.”

You want to smack him. Who does this guy think he is? In the time that you had been a medic with the Bad Batch, no one had ever had the gall to completely disrespect you in that manner. Your boys knew better.

“We manage.” Hunter grunts, checking to make sure the next hall to the elevator is safe.

“Not to mention, we also know that y/n’s worth is about more than just her looks.” Tech informs Gregor, clearly annoyed.

You grin at Tech and you can see his eyes soften when he makes eye contact with you.

You allow Gregor and Hunter to go up a little ways once you get outside of the base, back in the treeline. Safe at last.

“Thank you.” You tell Tech, softly.

“No need to thank me. Gregor has no right to say the things he did.” Tech informs you. “Especially only after knowing you for a few hours at most.”

“Still… I appreciate you sticking up for me like that.” You playfully bump your shoulder against his and then catch up with Hunter, who is almost to the Marauder.

You miss the way that Tech’s cheeks turn bright red underneath his helmet.

Once you’re back on the Marauder with Echo, Wrecker, and Omega, in hyperspace, you feel like you can safely breathe again. You had made it just in time, just barely missing Crosshair and his imperial troopers.

You’re on your way back to Cid’s on Ord Mantell to meet Rex and let him decide how to proceed with Gregor.

“You know, you’re the only one who really laughs at my jokes… You’re the only one who truly gets me, I think.” Tech murmurs as he’s sitting next to you in the cockpit, piloting.

You look at him. He’s looking forward, his goggles slightly sliding down his face like they always are, but right now… they just seem cuter somehow. You put your hand on his shoulder, hoping it conveys just how much you admire him.

“I feel the same way, you know.” You tell him after a few moments of silence.

“Can I tell you something, honestly?” He asks you, still not looking at you.

Tech had always been shy. You accepted it, but just this once… you really wanted to look into his eyes.

“Of course.” You nod.

“I hope I don’t offend you, but beautiful wouldn’t be the word I’d use to describe you.” Tech finally looks at you.

“Oh?” You try not to seem disappointed.

You pull your hand away but he catches it and keeps it in place on his shoulder.

“Oh- I… I meant that it’s not the only word I’d use to describe you.” He stammers.

You chuckle. “What other words then?”

“Well… Like… like stunning… or radiant. Lovely or elegant. Intelligent or charismatic.” He compliments you.

You can’t help but blush. You had no idea that Tech thought so highly of you.

“Wow, Tech… that means so much to me that you think so much of me.” You look at his lips, wanting so badly to reach over and kiss them.

You had felt this way about him for a while. Since the day you joined the batch and he had been the one to show you around the ship while the others were out on a job for Cid. Aether x Reader || Glaze Lilies

"This one is delicious too," you said, swallowing another piece of the dish. “Paimon would probably create another stomach for these miracles.”

Aether chuckled softly as he bites off another piece of hot roll filled with traditional Liyue-rich stuffing. “I guess even that is not enough when the competition is the Sticky Honey Roast that Amber offered her.”

You smiled in response.

Late fall in Liyue was a beautiful time of the year.

The city was always full of red and gold colours like towns straight from fairy tales, but in this time, when the leaves have already turned dark orange and the air was carrying an aroma of seasonal seed cookies, Liyue looked even more breathtaking.

You were sure that it was Amber who made it possible for you to go somewhere on Aether's day off from doing… everything. Normally, you would be sitting in some restaurant watching Paimon heartlessly ordering all the dishes from a menu without looking at the number of zeros of each price.

But when Amber heard you mention dates accompanied by beautiful, falling leaves, she blushed as the flame of pure determination appeared in her eyes. In the evening she appeared in front of Paimon and offered her to go out to the city for one day.

Oh, if she only knew how much it will cost her...

"[Name], stay close to me, or I will lose you in this crowd." Aether gripped your hand tighter.

"Getting lost in such a big city would be romantic, wouldn't it?" you giggled.

"Getting lost and being found in the wrong place and time wouldn’t be," he replied. “Every city is much more dangerous when the night comes.”

You turned into another street to finally reach the viewpoint in Liyue.

You could see a lot more from there, but less people could see you. Who would twist their neck to see two little dots on top of a mountain?

"It's going to rain soon," Aether nodded at the clouds, which were moving quickly toward the city. He clicked his tongue. “If we don't want to get wet, we should be getting ready.”

"Oh, isn't that Aether?"

You turned around to see a girl approaching you two.

She was gorgeous—her long blonde hair waved in the breeze as if it existed only to be an effect for them. She had every girl's dream figure, bright, sparkling eyes, and rosy cheeks.

Perfect girl.

And the perfect person to compare yourself with to create a trillion complexes about your body.

She had a very charismatic, attractive aura around her, but the way she behaved towards Aether was slowly starting to bother you. Of course, it might just be some kind of funny, totally wrong prejudice against her, but ...

“[Girl's name]?” Aether muttered, not noticing your pleading gaze saying: ‘let's get out of here.’ “—What are you doing here?”

"I was just passing by," she laughed, her voice soft, pearl-like. “I couldn't go without saying hi, haha!” Then she looked at you and fixed you with a stare. It wasn't a cold look, but it wasn't friendly either. “And who is that?”

"Ah," Aether shook his head, as if only now remembering that he had not come here alone. He put his hand around your waist. “This is my girlfriend, [Name]”

“I didn't know you had a girlfriend! You always have to be so mysterious?” Aether rolled his eyes at her words, even if he smiled slightly. Then she turned to you. “Could I kidnap him for a moment? I need help moving my luggage to my new apartment.”

She grabbed his hand without waiting for your answer, as if it were a rhetorical question. As Aether released his hand from your waist, you felt as if you were left alone in a foreign land.

“I'll be back in a minute!” After these words, he turned to the blonde and at an equal pace, they turned around the corner of some house, behind the wall of which you could see an extremely high pile of boxes.

"It probably won't be a minute," you sighed.

You leaned against the railing and stared at the toes of your shoes, telling yourself that you should have opposed her. Would that be selfish? You've been dreaming about a date with Aether for so long, without third parties, and now that the moment has come, it turns out that someone will take from you your boyfriend anyway.

Five minutes passed... eight minutes... ten... thirteen...

After fourteen minutes, you got up and decided to check how much was already packed. Some of the super-heavy boxes seemed to be gone, but that was up for discussion since there were dozens of them here.

You couldn't find a familiar face in sight. Did... they just leave you here? More likely, they were just carrying some luggage into one of the nearby houses, but you couldn't knock on every door to find them—it would take hours.

You felt yourself slowly breaking down.

You knew you were a little (a little very much) jealous of this girl, but more depressing was the fact that this was going to be yours and Aether’s day. COMMON. Now you thought you were the loneliest person in the universe.

"I'm not going to get upset," you repeated aloud, trying to motivate yourself to leave this place. "I'll go... I’ll go somewhere and have a good time... alone."

With a quick step, as if you didn't want to think about this anymore, you turned back and followed the alleys you and Aether had previously travelled. You came to the food stores that you had only glanced at before, but you didn't have time to taste anything else because you were in a hurry to get to the viewpoint.

It is true that you ordered take-out rolls, but the whole range of different types of food seemed very tempting despite the filling bread.

And the smell of such highly seasoned dishes was tempting—very much.

"Sorry," a young girl approached you after you shoved a piece of meat into your mouth. You swallowed it quickly, almost choking on it. “Would you like to buy some flowers?”

“…Why not?” you replied.

The girl put the money in the pocket of her dress. Instead of putting a flower on your hand, she came closer and gently braided a glaze lily into your hair near right ear.

"Here you are," she replied and looked at you. A smile beamed across her face. “You look really pretty!”

"Thank you," you replied. You noticed that this was the last flower in her basket, and because of that, the ten-year-old girl seemed proud of herself. She walked away, thanking again for the purchase.

I think that one more on the other side and all would be perfect...

You glanced at the setting sun and concluded that you could give Aether a similar lily. Wouldn't that look cute on him? There was still some time before it will get completely dark. Even the rain clouds that had previously seemed to be crossing the sky at an alarming pace now seem to have stopped.

You finished eating and walked briskly towards the Danyu Ruins, hoping to find some pretty lilies on your way.

The silence, or rather the sound of the wind and the leaves rustling against each other, were the only thing that accompanied your footsteps since you left Liyue. It seemed relaxing at first, but now that the skies were a deeper blue than orange, you concluded that a travelling companion would not be a bad idea.

“They're here!” you finally found two lilies that glistened slightly in the dark. You collected them quickly and turned to head back into town.

…You were surprised when you encountered many, many roads, each of them unfamiliar.

"I should have left a trail of breadcrumbs," you joked, though panic had already paralyzed your legs.

Your problems were not diminished by the fact that you heard mad laughter near you. You felt your heart leap into your throat, tears welling up in your eyes as a figure emerged from behind the bushes.

Abyss mage.

You have heard about them from the stories of Aether, who sometimes told you about his adventures when you tried to bandage his wounds with a bandage, herbs, or other medicines.

As soon as your heart was beating, so quickly the magician saw you. He teleported a meter away from you and you started running.

Faster, faster, faster.

Before you ran a hundred meters, a mage appeared before you. You didn't even have time to stop when he waved his hand, and a large ice crystal formed in front of him. Huge and pointed towards you.

Almost as soon as it was launched, a certain force pushed both of you backwards. You felt pain in your left leg, but somehow you didn't fall. Strong arms held you and made you be in a comforting, familiar embrace.

You looked up to see Aether running towards the cliff to finally jump, open his gliding set and take you two away from the icy monster.

You didn't say a word to each other all this time.

As soon as you touched the ground, you stepped out of his embrace, as if feeling that you had abused his closeness too much. Instead, he grabbed your wrist, turned to face him, and initiated a long, passionate kiss.

He didn't pull away until you both were breathless, and your cheeks were burning like hot coals. You couldn't say you were cold anymore.

“Why?” He took a deep breath. However, his voice still trembled. “Why didn't you wait for me? If I did not make it on time—"

“I was waiting for you!” You interrupted him. You bit your lower lip as you tried to contain the tide of frustration. “It's you who disappeared somewhere. You went somewhere with that girl. I already thought you weren't coming back.”

Aether, an intelligent boy, immediately paraphrased your words "I was maybe jealous". At the thought, he smiled apologetically.

"Sorry," he said, scratching his neck. “I accidentally dropped a box on her leg and, oh, it was hard to treat someone who screams in pain before even a finger touches them…”

"Oh," you felt a deep flush of embarrassment coming up to your cheeks. Indeed, the previous redness of the cheeks did not disappear, but now it only preserved their shade for the next minutes. “I'm really sorry. I left you, put you and myself in danger, just to find some stupid flowers...”

For the third time since finding you, Aether hugged you tightly. He planted a kiss on the top of your head. You stood for a few minutes in pleasant silence, cuddling tightly to each other, and finally, you both relaxed completely.

You took the tangled lilies out of your pocket; one was practically worn out, but the other seemed to be in good condition. You dropped the massacred one, and you tried to straighten the petals with your fingers.

"Turn around," you told him.

He did it without batting an eye. You ran your fingers through his hair and braided his plant into a braid.

Out of the corner of your eye, you thought yours, still artfully arranged, flashed a pleasant blue light as Aether examined his looks.

"It suits you," you said. You both decided to go back to Liyue and spend the rest of the night there. You held hands all the way back.

"You too," he replied. "We are complementing each other very nicely now with these flowers ...and also without them," he added with a smile.

"So, you still think getting lost isn't romantic?" You looked at him from under your lashes.

“Still. I wish I could have you with me without any excuse that you will get lost.”

Ranking the HxH guys in my Simping Tier: Countdown

Note: This is just for fun and lame-ass humour. You are free to like anyone in hxh and this tier doesn’t reflect how great the character is. It’s just a ranking based on how much I simp for them. 

14. Meruem

Okay. There’s a reason why Meruem is at the last list. He’s an ant. He’s not even fully human FML. Can’t believe people wanna fuck this teenaged mutant ninja ant. Can’t even say those people are a furry because this ant has no fur. It’s a no for me. 

13. Illumi

The Illumi simps are gonna hack me for having him too low. I find him cute and has really nice hair that can be for shampoo ads... but his eyes... it covers 70% of his face. It’s guppy eyes. It’s like he wore those coloured contact lenses that enlarges the eyes. 

12. Shalnark

OKay. Shalnark is cute. He’s really one of the most good looking guys in the series. However, I don’t know why but his personality is kinda “ehh”. He’s a little psycho who controls people with his phone, but somehow his personality is overshadowed by a lot of extreme characters with Hisoka. Also, I try not to get too attached to him because of what happens in the current arc. 

11. Kite

Okay. This is weird but... I find Kite more attracted when he’s a red-headed female ant right now. Okay. I know I went all like “MERUEM ISNT EVEN HUMAN” but female Kite LOOKS human. She has freckles and all that. It’s real cute. But I’d say he’s a little lower because he doesn’t really have that “oomph” personality so-

10. Pariston

Now, talk about a character with FABULOUS presentation of himself. Pariston shows himself off with extravagance. NOW, that’s a personality. He’s like one of those celebs that are just so extra like Lady Gaga that it’s amazing. I know he’s underrated in the simping world, but he’s essentially kinda like Hisoka (who has a big simping fandom), only he prefers to play with people’s minds rather than fight people. 

9. Tserriednich

You might be wondering, why the fuck is he here? Okay, first of all, he reminds me of Hannibal who is by the way, charming. And yes I mean it in the Mads Mikkelsen AND the Anthony Hopkins way. Makes me wanna his Clarice but I’d rather have Theta have that spot. Secondly, he’s a prince so being his bride is literally a dream come true. Thirdly, yeh, Tserriednich is actually very handsome. Nice blond hair and that facial beard. 

8. Gon

He’s quite low on the tier because I had always seen him as a cute green mini-Ging. Personality-wise, he’s really sweet and I can see a lot of girls liking him because he knows how to treat women respectfully. He can even handle the crazy ones like Palm. His alpha side came out during the Chimera Ant arc and his adult form is hella attractive. 

Jokes aside, this character is really amazing as an MC. It’s sad that he gets overshadowed but I believe he’s a pretty unique shounen MC because most of the time, a shounen MC doesn’t kill or has a pretty much black-and-white morality. Gon Freecss breaks that stereotype and he’s truly appreciated. 

7. Leorio 

Listen to me. This man is supposed to be the type of man you’re supposed to marry. Doctor, loyal, caring and funny. This man is the total package. I think the reason why he’s a little lower in my simp tier is because well... he’s the type of guy that I will go for in reality. In fiction, that’s where all my crushes for crazy guys should be. My simp tier is based on my heart, not brain. 

6. Killua

Okay. I was down bad for Killua when I was younger. DOWN BAD. So down bad that it was scary. I sort of got over him now. But what can you do? Killua is simped by a lot of teenaged girls or women who had a crush on him since the beginning of time. He’s fiercely loyal, has white hair and pretty blue eyes, is a fun mixture of mischief and seriousness. He’s the type of guy you can count on to get out of trouble and one to always treasure you. I do think that if I ever meet Killua though, that he’d bully me to oblivion. 

Okay, we’re at the top 5. From here onwards, some real NSFW simping words.

5. Hisoka

I kinda do understand Hisoka stans, but at the same time, I do not get them. Like him or not, he’s a very flamboyant character. He stands out of the crowd and he just have that unexplained charisma. 

He’s actually a really well-written character. He’s the balancing factor in the narrative of HxH. He’s like the joker in the deck of cards. Back to my simp tier, he’s very attractive ESPECIALLY with his hair down. There’s a certain aura that is addictive about him that I can’t pin-point. And for that, he earns my top 5 spot.

4. Feitan

I swear. This simping phenomenon actually manifested from Hiei. Yes, Feitan’s character blueprint, Hiei from Yu Yu Hakusho. (The real OGs will know that Hiei is the character blueprint, not Levi). I know a lot of people compare him to Levi but let me explain why Levi and Feitan are alike: it’s because their character blueprint is Hiei. 

Anyway, Hiei is HOT. And to me, the hxh equivalent is Feitan, with a huge addition of sadism and emo-ness. Okay, that makes it even hotter. 

I have read some Feitan/Reader on AO3 and BOI. I enjoyed reading certain stuff that I never thought I would enjoy. I read a fic about Reader-chan getting whipped and basically all sorts of BDSM and OMG it’s heaven.

3. Chrollo

At first, I didn’t really care about Chrollo until he wore that tuxedo and let his hair down (Is it just me or a lot of hxh boys look good with their hair down?). HE LOOKS SO GODLY HOLY FUCK.

I’m 100% sure that his character blueprint for the hair-down is Koenma. He also gives me Tuxedo Mask vibes. Overall, such chivalry and handsomeness all in one man. Not to mention, that sexy sexy voice when he recites his fortune-telling. I would say he has the sexiest voice among all hxh guys. He is just that HOT and charismatic. I wanna see where he hid that Spider tattoo and scratch his back. 

2. Ging

Okay. Ging is hardly simp by girls. And I do not understand why?? He is motherfucking attractive. Even now. GAWD. I love him.

I think my attraction to him pre-started because he looks and acts SO much like my childhood crush Yusuke Urameshi from Yu Yu Hakusho. I know he’s an asshat but he’s a CHARMING asshat. Yeap, I said it. He is actually highly intelligent and just acts like a total haggard because he can. 

It’s not just when he’s young. I STILL think he’s hot even in his 30s. He’s not that old for me to me honest. I don’t care if he’s a decade older than me because I think that’s the appeal of it. I

It’s kinda sad that he’s not that popular because I need some Ging/Reader smut content. Like, I envisioned a smut fic where the reader is like in her 20s and is strangely attracted to Ging. He’s wildly confused over this but he’s seriously considering of tapping it because his old ass haven’t had any action lately. The other Zodiacs are also confused and are convinced that he must have given some sex pollen to the reader because who the hell is sane enough to be attracted to him? (But it’s just that you need some acquired taste to actually find this man alluring). He’s one of the most fuckable characters ahhh.

Seriously, was there even a surprise.

He’s beautiful, he’s sexy and fucking dominant (yes, I say he’s domineering because do you see the way he throws a hot tantrum during the whole YorkNew arc, demanding shit from his enemies, taking charge of everything?) His chains drives me nuts. I love it when he gets angry. I know he’s kinky on the inside. When he wore that tuxedo... ooof. He looks hella fine. He’s the only guy in hxh that fulfills my ala Michael Corleone mafia boss kink. I want him to ^&*(%%%*%^ (to save myself from embarrassment, I self-censored) as we attempt to repopulate the clan and produce more scarlet eyed babies, as he whispers some real degrading and possessive shit in Kurta while he tells me what to do. kingdom episode 5 review!!! lets fucking go!!!!!

 look. was i insanely hyped for this episode? yes. was my hype justified? also yes. holy FUCKING SHIT. you’ll have to forgive me for going off the rails at some points because ateez and btob directly tapped into something primal in my brain and i am obsessed. i'm obsessed. there’s no other word for it I’m obsessed. 

 ok ok ok i'll focus. i'm focused. i'll do the stage breakdown first and then do my personal ranking at the end. i might do a quick runup comparison of the self and expert rankings for funsies but i'll see how i feel when i get there. instead of going in airing order i’m gonna reverse it, since that was the order i actually watched them in and also i will run out of brains if i talk about rhythm ta first.

skz

i feel for skz. i don't think this show is going to be as much of learning curve as it needs to be for them because the fan voting skews the rankings so much. I’ve said it so many times before, but letting something flop or getting a bad ranking is actually good, because it shows you that you need to improve. because skz keeps getting validated by the fan rankings and placing first in the last two stages, they aren't actually taking the time to evaluate what about their stages is or isn't working. and besides, we’ve now seen two very similar concepts in a row from them, just one is on a grander scale than the other. what they should be doing is what both ateez and btob did for this round, which was scale up production value, but scale down concept. i know this sounds weird but i'll explain. skz has done two very abstract and ‘grand’ concepts. first round we had ghosts/good self vs evil self, and this stage they just went straight for the throat with a deal with the devil type stage. now when you combine these very abstract concepts with an unclear narrative arc, you lose clarity of intent in the performance because there are no specifics that you’re playing off of. there’s a lot more places left up to personal interpretation and this is where people can get lost. btob and ateez both narrowed down their concepts to hyperspecific scenarios where they very clearly showing the audience the arc the stage is taking. audiences can be smart but also if you can lead them by the hand they like not thinking about highly conceptual ideas, and especially not so much in a pop song competition show.

 costume

this is so rare because generally stylists are pretty careful about this, but i genuinely think they got outshone by the backup dancers, especially in the ‘heaven’ sequence. those sash and skirt combos with the strapped white tops that look like straitjackets? the fucking angel wings?! these are some thematically fun costume designs and because they’re white they stand out so much more when skz are wearing black. i also think i've seen these tops on backup dancers before? i thought it was on the last stage but i might be going insane.

i am a sucker for beaded embroidery and the combined dyework on some of their sashes is beautiful. but again, thematically irrelevant? at least you can see the greco-roman inspiration in the backup dancers’ costumes. all this is telling me is that whoever the stitchers are at jype, they are fucking incredible, but they don’t actually have a good designer because the main costumes for all their stages have been both aesthetically similar and thematically irrelevant.

again, i applaud skz for trying more experimental makeup, but boys you have to go bigger, it has no impact right now.

set

well, i did ask for them to commit to the western art bit and they sort of delivered? the first space is not planned very well and combined with the wide wide camera shots instead of making the space seem grand and sweeping it just seems bare. the ‘heaven’ side was excellent though, there was much better control of the camera and the columns and altar scaled the space down so it was more believable. also the breakable columns were fun and corny and i love it when stuff gets destroyed onstage.

the child statue transformation into actual child was a neat trick that i think landed really well. i wish they had given that concept a little more grounding other than the flashback bit but it was still very readable.

i know using rodin's gates of hell is the easiest way to shortcut saying that like, “you are now entering hell,” but them being used SO literally feels a bit blunt when the last time we saw them used in kpop was by original blasphemous catholic lee taemin, who used them with such nuance and intelligence that i'm a bit put off by skz’s literalism.

on that note, i find it very interesting the conflation that happens between greco-roman/”classical” aesthetics and catholicism, because ideologically the two are opposed (see: the bible) and historically, they didn't exist at the same time. now i'm not going to go off on a tangent about neoclassicism because you are not here for an art history lecture but i thought i would make the observation about how catholics continued appropriation of greco-roman aesthetics without complete understanding or context of those aesthetics is as pervasive as it ever has been in the last several hundred years. 

lighting

generally the lighting is pretty good, but there’s an over-reliance on projections that cheapens the look of the stage but also devalues the intentions as well. at the core of it there’s a profound statement being made about trading away your innocence, but when you underscore that with like, clock graphics and a WoW looking demon, it loses that simplicity of message.

the thing about using this particular type of projection, which are actually screens and not typical projectors, is that screens always throw light. and due to where they are situated, this basically means that if you're using the screens at full capacity with a cool colour range, we are going to be able to see everything. this is another contributing factor to why the stage looks so empty; they’re lighting up everything and it exposes where the gaps are.

now i fully acknowledge that this possibly could have been a deliberate choice, since they do actually use some spot lighting at the beginning and end. however, if it was it did not land for me. 

i loved the intro of demon felix done in blue, that was a nice switchup from what we would usually see, but i wish there was more of a coherent colour arc. like the narrative it stutters around a bit.

sound

the arrangement was a miss for me. i found it a bit dissonant again, like their last stage, since the original i'll be your man has obvious lyrics about a good christian boy being sad about a girl. this gets a bit wonky conceptually as soon as you add a child self into it. i don’t know if they changed any of the lyrics in the singing to match this a little more because i don't speak korean, so i'll have to wait for episode subs for verification. 

i really applaud them for trying, and overall they didn't actually do that bad, but skz is not a vocal group. the most i'm going to say about it is that these boys don’t have the breath support. this is likely because they're trying to do choreographically complex movements, but also it's a training thing. you can hear the difference even just between eunkwang’s ‘vocal warmup’ at the beginning of back door, he’s not projecting full voice but he still has the breath support for his voice to sound full, whereas all skz boys sound thin in comparison, even when at full volume, because they’re trying to project from the throat and not the chest. that's all i'm gonna say about that. i don't think the cracked note was bad, i didn’t really clock it on first listen.

staging

thematically they could have had something really interesting here if they stuck to a more simple narrative arc. the genesis (i’m very funny) of the idea here is good, the whole mephistopheles deal with a devil + regret/loss of innocence is clear, but the arc isn't really an arc, and the colour story doesn't help. it kind of goes earth (green/blue) -> the gates of hell are opening (red) -> oh it's heaven now (blue) -> oh just kidding it's hell/lets destroy heaven (red) -> back to earth (blue). not necessarily a bad arc, just a bit complex for four minutes.

the choreo was a lot better this time, there was a lot more intention and relevance to theme and i didn’t feel like they were flailing for the sake of flailing as much as i have in their other stages. there was also a clarity in the overall blocking and movement patterns that was missing from their other stages. this stage has a really great handoff of each member playing the ‘main’ character, especially in the beginning. i especially liked the cut from falling off the stairs to laying centre stage. 

i think I’m right in assuming that it was a choice that the members were all playing the same character and demon felix was that character possessed rather than the actual devil, but personally i think it would have been a lot more fun if they had straight up just made him be the actual devil. there’s a bit of dissonance when you have a performer with such a specialized skillset that gets used in very specific instances, but then he shows up in the regular group choreo like any ol’ guy. they always put such emphasis on felix (as they should, he’s their most charismatic performer), but they never go the distance. i would have loved it if they had committed to the bit like TOO did in their magnolia stage from rtk, where they had a member just be blinded justice. that was literally the only thing he did and it worked so well. could have done the same here with felix and it would have been fun. that being said the felix parts were SO good. love love love him getting dragging in chains.

 btob

this hit every little one of the buttons in my tiny backstage crew brain. i'm in love with this stage. there’s so many true to life little details here that on repeat viewings you're still finding new things. i know i rag on and on about narrative every week but here is a good example of what i've been trying to get at this whole time: the stage needs a shape. an a to b. you don't need a whole pirates spiel or a game of thrones theme extended universe; all you need is a clear setting and a point a to point b. this stage has both those things perfectly. we have a hyperspecific setting, (american rockstars) and a basic arc (getting ready to perform -> performing). even though back door is outside of btob’s wheelhouse, they spun it in a way that played to their strengths and did a bit braggadocio, which is rightfully earned. i'm gonna be saying it every time but the experience shows!!!

 costume

good contemporary costume is SO difficult, i want to impress that here. because it's the the time period that we are currently living and seeing every day it's so easy for the audience to spot mistakes. although yes it's easier to source/shop for, to get it good enough that it doesn't pull people out of the immersion is surprisingly more difficult than you think. their stylists did an excellent job here. the backup dancers and btob are all in monochrome plus one and it adds a very clean unity to everything without visual clutter.

each of btob’s costumes have enough to give indication of character, along with the member’s acting, which i'll get more into in the staging section. regardless, never underestimate the power of a good fitting shirt and statement belt. oh and minhyuk in the stirrup motorcycle boots with the skinny jeans and the supreme boxers and the red satin robe? good bye.

i love love love a dyed buzz this was such a good aesthetic choice for peniel, 10/10 i have no complaints about the costumes.

set

oh my god i’m gonna french kiss this set designer. this is such a simple set but it’s executed so well. there’s the ‘backstage’ area, the corridor with four dressing rooms, and then the ‘stage’ that’s pretty much just velvet ropes. so simple, but all the detail is in the set decoration and props. the road cases, the monitor, the subtle flex of the posters of them on the walls, the clothing racks, all the booze. although this is not the actual layout of any theatre (they're normally much weirder than this), there’s so many little details here that really make the experience.

there’s a very straightforward path here and it works so well. i think this might be the best use of the gates so far? it appropriately suited the drama of the moment and they didn't have to do anything to them because they're already in a theatre. bada bing bada boom.

lighting

love the setup and continuation through the amber ‘BRRRMM.’ like with sf9 it gives a smooth transition into the stage. also loved no blackout. it's a general rule in current theatrical practice that you only use blackouts when they are absolutely necessary, because they can stop the pacing of a play dead in the water. so the lack of one here at the start of the stage was a really smart choice and makes the transition feel less jarring.

i will say that actual backstage areas are very rarely lit with amber because it travels far and it's bright. it's much more common to see running lights (the lights on during a performance) to be deep red or blue.

those blasting wash lights as the gates open? the DRAMA. such a seemingly innocuous choice that really cements the atmosphere of ‘we are about to perform.’

really smart use of the projections to accentuate the already existing stage facilities. it's pretty much unnoticable because it's very well done but i appreciate it.

sound

this ARRANGEMENT!!!! it's so good!!! back door has this premise essentially built into the song so it was so smart of them to put this gimmicky spin on it. loved the literal interpretation of the knocks into the structure of the stage, it makes the blend between the sound design and the staging that much more effective.

more rock versions of everything please and thank you. 

btob is just stunting at this point and i love it. i'll have to wait for subs but judging by the hands in front of the camera bit and the ‘your super high note’ i’m pretty confident the added rap lyrics are full of shots at the other groups and honestly? valid.

staging

there's some really sharp camera control here with the one take first half. It’s up very close and personal because there’s a lack of space but it really works for the ‘intimacy’ of seeing backstage at a venue. also this is such a simple movement track but it’s so effective. it backs over a couple spots but it doesn't feel repetitive because there’s a sense of urgency and drive.

there are so many good little details in here that are true to life and unnecessary to include but sell the performance as a whole. peniel flinging water onstage, minhyuk stripping down twice and flinging his clothes around, minhyuk closing the door on the standby’s face, the backup dancer as a dresser with the laundry basket, peniel stealing the hat off her but then not going on stage with it these are all things that I’ve either had directly happen to me or something very similar has happened. but the best one and the one that sets off the tone amazingly for the whole stage is eunkwang’s intro. that ‘vocal warmup’ with the quiet okay at the end? with the little jump? i see that moment of vulnerability before the transition between person and actor every time i watch someone go onstage for the first time and there’s no way to describe it other than magic. 

the luxury of only having four members, there was actually time in this stage to establish character. it also speaks to the performing strength of btob that they can establish clear character in this short amount of time. obviously it’s pretty one dimensional; there’s serious eunkwang, typical rocker minhyuk, fuckboy peniel (how many licks does it take to make your tootsie pop, anyone?), and comedian changsub. i’ve seen and met and worked with these exact dudes many, many times. ugh i love this stage

 ateez

the utter euphoria i felt at the proof that last round’s stage wasn't a fluke. this stage is so good. it's so good. i'm obsessed with how good this stage. as an unreformed pop punk teen who played a LOT of latin jazz i am LIVING. if you’ve only seen the episode cut and not the full version here i'll make it easy and link it for you because oh my GOD mnet destroyed the pacing by cutting in a full minute and a half of reaction shots. actually mnet fucked up the pacing for all of these stages but this one was the worst. and look. i know this is the closest these boys are going to get to being real punks and this is a carefully curated and artificial facade for narrative purposes only but oh the pandering tastes so sweet. regardless of that, i am IN AWE of the level of storytelling happening here. the narrative is so clear on just the first viewing even though there is so much going on and they use every possible element they can to further enhance that narrative. repeat viewings just add more and more little details. i’ll probably miss some things because there's so much but i'll try my best.

 costume

look, hanya and i were joking that my notes for this stage were just gonna be ‘san dog collar’ for a thousand words and i was so tempted to just leave it at that because.....woof. so here is a short list of things i am the most obsessed with:

but in all seriousness the costumes are so good. none of these are truly authentic punk looks but they capture the spirit right and that's what matters. all the right trappings are there; safety pins, patches, plaid, leather, and a lot of diy type looks. i love the painted masks, especially as a callback to the comedy/tragedy theatre masks. it was a thematic choice to have the backup dancers in black and the tac vests are a super simple contextual device.

also hongjoong’s quickchange hat/jacket combo is super fun and i hope that’s intentionally a preview of the next stage.

set

if you weren't convinced before that whoever is designing the ateez stages is a stage designer, i don't know what to tell you. it's hard to tell because there is so much environmental storytelling happening, but there is NO large scale set here. like with their last stage, kq smartly put money into two highlight pieces; the anarchist blimp and the van/wall, and the rest of the stage atmosphere is established solely through propwork and lighting. just think about that for a bit. every other group has some kind of large scale room or wall build. ateez has a bunch of tables, flyers, and a podium. i don’t know if i can accurately communicate just how difficult this kind of coordination is to pull off but holy fucking shit this is so hard to pull off. these are theatre people i see you and i see your work and i love you!!!

they fully used the gilt mnet stage as their pseudo government building and it works. everything about this (lack of) set is so smart i wish i could be more articulate about it but there’s so only so many ways i can say the same thing over and over again. 

lighting

the laser scopes. the LASER SCOPES!!! god this lighting designer is so good. whoever you are, i'm acknowledging your effort because you deserve it. there’s some really wonderful contrast and directional lighting: the van light, the pinlights/lasers/smoke as searchlights. a lot of atmospheric red lighting but it makes sense for the theme (alarm lights) and they offset it well (unlike in the other two predominantly red stages we’ve seen) by fill lighting the faces with blue or amber; this is what actually makes us able to see what’s happening on stage

the projections are used to augment the stage action in without being overpowering, they're at relatively low tonal value so they aren't lighting up the stage at full brightness like in the skz stage. 

the big brother eye on the tv screens (it's just a projection, not actual screens) combined with the government ban notice and the broadcast has to be the record for fastest visual explanation of fascist totalitarian state. 

sound

i love it. they really successfully made rhythm ta into an ateez song and it’s cool as fuck. i love that it isn't sonically very loud. a lot of the chorus is actually quite level tone and quiet, which is a bold choice and they pull it off. this is very comfortably in their range (excluding jongho) and they went more for style than range and that's exactly what every group should be doing. singing high does not equal singing good. yes i am looking at you jongho you should have stopped at that penultimate note, it was fine!!

using rhythm ta as a pseudo protest song against a fascist government that’s banned all music and art? galaxy brain. that intro of hongjoong whispering “hey hey hey hey, this is just a song so get on the rhythm” after gunning down military police/guards? king fucking shit.

staging

i will eat all five pairs of my fluevog boots if kq hasn't hired a bunch of theatre professionals to direct and design these stages because now it's been proven that last stage wasn't a fluke. the level of execution at work here is absolutely incredible. oh the gesamtkunstwerk of it all!!!  there is SO much happening so quickly in this four minute stage and it still manages to convey exactly the correct amount of information that it needs to on the first go round, and it only gets better on repeat viewings.

they use a really classic theatre perspective trick with san climbing the rope, and they absolutely didn’t have to do that. san probably could have actually climbed that himself, but here they made a choice for aesthetic artistry over tricking/other feats of skills we’ve seen the 4th gen groups do. instead of going with the more technically difficult and ‘impressive’ option, they chose the simple way that allows for more character to shine through. there’s actually very little tricking in this stage as whole, they're putting trust in the design of the stage and the raw performance abilities of the members to carry the stage and they stick the landing again. san has some breakdancing and so do the backup dancers, but it’s window dressing in the same way that the flyers are window dressing.

there’s a lot of really good little moments of acting that really sell the performance and dedication of the group as a whole to giving their all. hongjoong overall in his cocky aspirational leader role, seonghwa’s first verse and malfunctioning earpiece bit, san’s falsetto hostage interrogation bit. also i'm obsessed with how far yunho just hucks that mask. he gets like fifteen feet of air with that thing. also props to hongjoong barehanding that glass break.

the paper props are impeccable. the first notice sets up the situation right away, and then we get some further exposition with the newspaper wooyoung is holding (which says ‘the central government has defined the black pirates as a terrorist’ but honestly you don't really need to know what it says to get the point), and then we have raining anarchist flyers from the anarchist blimp. great atmospheric touches.

the blackout crash-to-mask transition is just so good. this is an example of a good use of a blackout. nothing else to add i just thought i would point it out because it's dope.

like with btob there's some really tight camera control here, that along with the lighting and the way they've laid out the space make it easy to follow the trajectory of where they're going and also make the space seem smaller than it is. this is a really big stage and if you don't control how you want it to be seen you end up like with what happened to the first part of skz’s stage. i wish they had tracked some of the one takes a bit better, but the end of that take where the camera followed the group movement laterally and then the formation swung around to face front? sexy. surprisingly the editing is pretty ok.

personal ranking

this round wasn't as tough to rank because there were two clear top tier stages for me. i actually went back and looked at my ranking from last round and this is identical except the top two spots are switched, which i find extremely funny. however in contrast to last round, these stages were all leagues better than their predecessors. all the groups are improving, just some at greater speed than others.

ateez - i'm not even gonna explain this one.

btob - i won't explain this one either since i just did that.

sf9 - this would have been first if ateez and btob hadnt blow everyone out of the water.i still think they made all the right choices and played to their strengths.

ikon - this stage is so fun to watch but the others offer me more. that’s it.

skz - i like the idea behind it and i loved felix; i'm always down for some good catholic fuckery but like last round it just wasn't played out far enough.

tbz - double ding on the moulin rouge and the continued game of thrones references for me. there were a lot of strong elements here but when compared to every other stage it just doesn't have the same gravitas.

the self rankings i thought were fairly accurate, but again, what the fuck is up with these expert rankings? who are these experts? what stages are they watching?? i won't go more into it than that because then you'll be here even longer but i don't trust these experts who consistently rank btob at the bottom, do you have eyes??? ears????

Top 10: Olivier Mira Armstrong (Fullmetal Alchemist)

Olivier Mira Armstrong (オリヴィエ・ミラ・アームストロング, Orivie Mira Āmusutorongu), also known as Major General Armstrong is the primary heir to the illustrious Armstrong family, the commanding officer charged with the protection of Amestris' northern border at Fort Briggs and the older sister of Alex Louis Armstrong. Olivier is a severe woman who has a fearsome and commanding presence where she is harsh with her subordinates and peers and coldly merciless to her enemies, the deceptively beautiful woman's schadenfreude has earned her the nickname "Ice Queen" among the Briggs soldiers. Sharp-tongued and highly combative, Olivier is no stranger to furious chastisements and bursts of fiery violence, especially toward those who fail to live up to her high standards and staunch adherence to the "survival of the fittest" philosophy.

Top 9: Mikasa Ackerman (Attack On Titan)

Mikasa Ackerman (ミカサ・アッカーマン Mikasa Akkāman) is the adoptive sister of Eren Yeager and one of the two deuteragonists of the series, along with Armin Arlert.

Mikasa also appears to have a soft spot for children, and she has a strong sense of right and wrong, doing everything she can to make her most impulsive friends to follow what she thinks is the right track. Despite that, she knows well that she cannot always sway them in decisions and makes it a point to follow them whenever they go, just so that she can be around to help out when trouble arises.

Top 8: Kamina (Gurren Lagann)

Kamina (カミナ, Kamina) was a young man from Jeeha Village, the founder and first leader of Team Gurren and deuteragonist of the first arc of Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. At first glance, Kamina is boisterous, hotheaded and arrogant. He demands recognition and seems hungry for greatness, illustrated in his tendency to call himself "the Mighty Kamina" and his signature catchphrase, "Just who the Hell do you think I am?!" He is an undeterred idealist, often to the point of ignorance; Yoko has described him as "a man of unlimited stupidity." Kamina is also very perverted, declaring that the urge to stare at beautiful women is the definition of a man.

However, Kamina is also extremely determined and never lets anything keep him down for long. Even discovering that his father was dead only made him solemn for a night or two (visibly at least). He is also devoted to defending and supporting his friends and loved ones, fighting with all his strength to protect them. In turn, he is very charismatic in the heat of battle, able to inspire even the timid Simon to accomplish great feats and almost single-handedly set the foundations for Team Dai-Gurren.

Despite his often brazen and practically insane actions, Kamina is fairly insightful, as his bombast and seemingly blind confidence usually mask his true intelligence in planning and combat. He even personally admits that his bravado and fearlessness is mostly a device he uses to hide his own worries and to support others, and that he thinks people like Simon are the real heroes.

Top 7: Sebas Tian (Overlord)

Sebas Tian (セバス・チャン), alas "The Iron Butler", is the head butler of the Great Tomb of Nazarick with several manservants and other butlers under his command. He was created by Touch Me. He is also the leader of the Pleiades Six Stars.

Although he is not one of the Floor Guardians, his power closely rivals theirs. In a way, he is independent of their chain of command. He originally served as Nazarick's last line of defense alongside the Pleiades on the 9th Floor, to give time for the guild, Ainz Ooal Gown, to prepare for their final stand in the Throne Room. Like his creator, Touch Me, Sebas Tian has a great deal of personal justice. Unlike many other denizens in Nazarick, he does not completely despise humans or see them as inferior creatures. Instead, he believes that some humans are good people and it is the duty of the strong to protect the weak. However, humans with an ugly nature disgust him and he will not hesitate to kill anyone who dares to oppose Nazarick. Sebas has a stoic nature, but also tends to question his own actions whether it was right or wrong of him to do them contrary to his master's order. Not sure why he does it, Sebas does believe that Touch Me's will is what encouragingly motivates him to act the way he does and that it conflicts with the will of his current master.

Top 6: Brago (Gash Bell)

Brago (ブラゴ, Burago), alongside his partner and bookkeeper Sherry Belmont, are considered the rivals of the main characters Zatch Bell and Kiyo Takamine, even though the teams fought a relatively small amount of times. Since their first appearance, they were one of the most powerful teams in the series, and have been seen burning more spellbooks than any other one. Brago is very quiet and is rarely seen socializing with other mamodos, he is often described as being "strong and cool". He is often seen crossing his arms or sticking them in his pockets. Not much is revealed about his life or personality, other than he resents weakness and especially requiring a human's help to win the demon kingship. However, despite often complaining that Sherry is too weak to help him, he thanks her for all that she has done for him in the final battle. He is extremely strong, often defeating other mamodo teams without even requiring the use of spells; because of his strength, which was gained from undergoing special elite training, many mamodo have come to fear him as one of the strongest. Brago's specialty is Gravity Magic.

Top 5: Guts (Berserk)

Guts (ガッツ Gattsu) , renowned as the "Black Swordsman", is a former mercenary and branded wanderer who travels the world in a constant internal struggle between pursuing his own ends and protecting those dear to him.

At one time driven solely by his will to survive, Guts finds purpose in life upon joining the Band of the Falcon, greatly helping in the faction's storied successes during the Hundred-Year War as captain of the band's raiders. He eventually becomes dissatisfied with clinging on to Griffith's dream, and departs from the band in pursuit of his own. Following the horrors of the Eclipse prompted by Griffith, Guts embarks on a two-year war against the God Hand and apostles, becoming increasingly embittered on his one-track quest for retribution. He in time realizes protecting his regressed lover is more important to him, as well as something he cannot do alone, and thus seemingly abandons his quest for revenge while fostering camaraderie with his new companions. Known for his air of austerity, Guts is a gruff, cynical man holding an overall bleak outlook on life. This is a consequence of enduring waves of suffering and numerous betrayals since his youth, with nearly all highlights of his life having, in time, become lows. In spite of his guarded, brooding exterior, he shows a more easygoing, compassionate side around the people he trusts, appearing markedly less unsociable and distant, though still retaining his dry candidness. Even as his inner darkness festers deep within him and its temptation becomes increasingly harder to resist, he retains his empathy and compassion, refusing to completely discard his humanity.

Top 4: Akemi Homura (Puella Magi Madoka Magica)

Homura Akemi (暁美 ほむら Akemi Homura) is one of the main characters in the Puella Magi Madoka Magica series. Ever since her arrival at Mitakihara Middle School, Homura is immediately depicted as being very intelligent, athletic, distant, and cold. It is revealed in episode four that she is only like this because she has seen so much suffering during her tenure as a magical girl. Because of this, she does not want Madoka Kaname to become a magical girl and tries to do anything in order to stop her from making a wish with Kyubey, going as far as to attempt to injure and even kill the cat-like creature. Despite her cold attitude towards others, she still very much cares for Madoka, as it is her sole objective to protect her due to the countless amount of blood, sweat, and tears she has shed over her jumps in time. Despite being regarded as emotionless by Sayaka Miki, Homura is far from it. Although she does not easily show signs of remorse, sadness, or pity, it is only because she had grown used to the suffering around her, and must put up a strong front to continue fighting for her goal. Homura herself has stated that she always feels badly with each life she's unable to save or alter, but nevertheless, it does not slow her down from staying true to her main objective in saving Madoka Kaname.

Top 3: Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez (Bleach)

Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez (グリムジョー・ジャガージャック, Gurimujō Jagājakku) is an Arrancar and was the Sexta (6th) Espada in Sōsuke Aizen's affiliated army. While appearing to be a laid-back individual, Grimmjow possesses a brutal, impulsive, and excessively violent personality alongside a lethally short temper. However, despite his aggression and obvious blood lust in battle, Grimmjow possesses a feral cunning and has a knack for quickly exploiting any opening his opponent reveals. In addition, he is blunt, sarcastic and quite sadistic, revealing a psychotic grin or laughing maniacally whenever he becomes excited. He is also very rude and quite disrespectful. Top 2: Kujo Jotaro (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure)

Though he considers Luffy his enemy and desires to eliminate him personally before he can become a threat, he wishes to defeat him fairly. After discovering that Flampe was the one attacking Luffy and lowering his performance in the fight, Katakuri injured himself in the same spot he injured Luffy to compensate and angrily shouted at Flampe for interfering in his fight.

It was cold the day Narcissa Irma Black was brought into the world. It seemed prophetic, almost, noting the icy heart the girl would grow to have. She came out quietly, without too many cries and even as the Healers washed her off gently she was soft. Soft in her appearance - surprising blonde hair which was a stark difference to that of her sisters and parents and cheeks that held a blush of their own and would for the years to come. Soft in her expression - equal parts afraid and curious at once. Soft in her noises - small baby coos passed her plump pink lips as the last of the blood was wiped off of her body. Upon the announcement that Druella Black had given birth to another girl, Cygnus chose to turn the other way, storming towards his office rather than in to meet his daughter. Yet Druella held Narcissa Black in her arms, staring at her with a plan sparkling behind her eyes. She could barely even open her own eyes by the time her mother was planning the future her little girl would have. Because power, overt and strong like that which Cygnus so desperately wanted, was important. But an understated power - the kind that came with being underestimated while simultaneously being placed on a pedestal - that was what the dark-haired woman saw when she looked into the soft eyes of her daughter. 

And that was exactly what Narcissa Black became. Molding herself into the strict and unbending expectations her mother had for her. She sat there while her hair was curled and allowed her outfits to be chosen for her. She curtsied and nodded as was deemed necessary and as her mother had predicted, the pedestal she built for her youngest daughter seemed as high as she'd hoped it would be. The problem with being held up so high is that there is a very long way to fall, and while the Pureblood society practically idolized the gorgeous girl, many were waiting for her to crumble. But there were many conversations between Druella and her prodigal daughter. Conversations where she continued drilling into her how good she was. How she was perfect and beautiful and that the world wasn't going to be ready for the powerhouse she could be beneath curled eyelashes and pretty pink polished nails.

As she entered Hogwarts, the Sorting Hat exclaimed "SLYTHERIN" before being placed on her head. And she knew, of course she knew that's where she'd be. Everyone in Hogwarts knew that's where she'd be. What they didn't know, what nobody knew, was the monster of a girl she hid behind her demure facade. The girl inside knew how much she was worth and she knew that if she used her strengths as well as her mother had taught her to she would be unstoppable. And her mother had taught her well. So well, in fact, that Cygnus Black himself stood impressed before his daughter at times, listening as she spoke clearly and concisely, reaching points with a kind of precision that was hard to find even in skilled politicians and socialites. Being the youngest daughter brought no extra praise from the man, but having the skills he would have valued in a son did earn at least a bit of his respect. So she tried and tried and kept trying. Her sisters, Bellatrix and Andromeda, were the two most important things in her life and the reason she tried so hard. It was the only way she could think of to protect the two of them, because if she met every standard Druella tried pushing on her, perhaps that would keep her from pushing those impossible pressures onto Narcissa's sisters. And maybe she wasn't strong in a lot of ways but she'd always been strong in that way, not only meeting but exceeding the dreams Druella had for her. 

It came as a surprise to no one when it was announced she would be marrying Lucius Malfoy. Since birth they'd known, honestly. The two beautiful well-mannered Purebloods whose children would be beautiful - why wouldn't they end up together? Why would she be able to make her own decisions when she never had before? But Narcissa had always given her all to the things she was told to do, following the rules she was given without a second thought. She never stopped to think of the impact it may have on her future, because of her mother told her to do it she would do it. So she abandoned the ideas of the fairytales she'd hidden beneath her floorboard as a child. Abandoned the idea that she might be the princess who gets her prince one day. After all, she told herself every morning as she slid her lip gloss on, she was already a princess. At least that's what everyone told her she was.

…the moments, the hours, the days-they trickle past me like so much water and now start to cumulate into years, burying me neck deep under so much sorrow- and still, pulling me down faster than quicksand. I have no right to these emotions, yet i feel them all the same. the same as they've been for 7 years. the same ache, the same longing-the same sharp pain in my chest that feels as though someone has removed my own heart from behind my ribcage without me even knowing until it was too late-until it was already gone. I cry and bargain with the air above me to take this ache out of me, to take away all this pain-but i have such a strong and definitive feeling that this is something i will carry with me for as long as i live. i had the chance, the greatest chance over and over, i held love in my hand and it stared back up at me, warm and welcoming and with a promise that it would never be scared away, that it would be there no matter what happened. that it would endure. but the warm is gone from my palm and the only thing i can feel is this huge empty place inside me where something beautiful once lived. and those times, those times where it was alive- i read back old letters and i see the words and what they say and their promises and their hope and it shatters me into a million pieces again and again and again. but no matter how much it kills me, i keep reading them...i read them again and again and i stare dumbfounded and angry and sorrowful and...confused...confused on how something with that much love and that much passion could just evaporate into the air like it never even existed. but i dont want to stop reading them. because they are full of the precious moments i will never again be able to relive-they are beautiful, overflowing with love and comfort and- excitement. i read the words that i wont ever get to hear again, i read them over and over i try to convince myself that eventually this feeling will have to go away....it has to...i have to find a way to live around it. i cant continue being this pathetic, so weak, so small...so small and powerless.

but every night- when i cry- when, into the darkness i ask someone, anyone, god? the universe? is there anyone out there? i cry out and i beg for one more chance, even knowing that its impossible i cry and i beg that maybe somehow, someway i could have even just five minutes to hold her.........it makes me tremble...so tangible a feeling is the absence of something that was once there. i know that its been so long, and i really should have been moved on by now...but my heart refuses to detach and mind wont even entertain ideas of leaving, walking away, or even being with someone else...how could i even do it? even if i wanted to? i know that a time will come when i cant answer every call or text or im with someone and i like them maybe? and i would have to chose, and i already know what the answer is-there was never a choice to begin with. her friendship is so special to me and precious- i cant lose it. and ive spent months and months trying to just be a normal person. trying to become somone that people love, someone that makes people feel loved. ive worked hard through some things, and i figured some things out on my own...because i want her to know that i was always listening when she told me the things that i needed to fix, and i wasnt strong before...i was weak and i was the very reason that everything even started falling apart. but i couldnt do it then, i kept doing the same things over and over i guess, or i would be crazy and i was blinded by emotions and too impulsive and too everything! my fucked up mind reacted to things in ways that ended up leading to so many self sabotages that i couldnt even try to count them all. i have caused all this pain on myself. i should have done better, i should have fixed the problems before it was too late, i wish that i would have been strong enough back then to be able to change the ways im all messed up. i know that i wasnt perfect at all- and honestly i do know that i can be difficult and hard to communicate with sometimes...i know that if i could go back in time i would go back and make sure that there was no pain caused by me. i have changed, ive grown...and now i get to look back and be horrified at that person, that girl i was a couple years ago. but- i have worked everyday, in small ways and in big ways. im still not perfect, i make mistakes, im scared of some things, and i really do cry so awfully easily. but im still working on myself, trying to become someone that at the very least she would be happy to see or that she would believe in me, and trust me.

she is-she is strikingly beautiful, charismatic, highly intelligent, empathic, caring, loving-she is really good at loving people-she is, clever and witty and she is most definitely--Bold.

...well, i think maybe writing this out and seeing the words come together has made me think a lot about her, our friendship and everything and from every way its manifested into our lives, a coworker, a friend, a best-friend, a lover, soulmates, sisters...i hope she knows how much she is loved, and how that love is worth enduring anything to find it.

Any idea how to spot the rising signs based on mannerisms (rather than physical looks)?

some quick short cuts though!

look for celebrities share their sun and search for people with that sun and the rising sign you might think they are!

the reason being is A LOT of similarities can be found with certain placements and positions. so say your crush is a Libra sun, you would look up Libra rising with various rising signs and what i usually do is watch interviews, look at young photos and so on! if you want to really dig into it you can look up sun and moon combos via house placements associated with the believed rising sign you think they may be. so say you thin the herd to a Scorpio rising and their Libra sun falls in the 12th while their Gemini moon is in the 8th you would then look up Pisces sun with Scorpio moon and see how they act, watch interviews and look for facial and emotional similarities! now this is stuff i do and it is quite a bit of work so i’m going to list a few simple traits that stand out and spread them out into decans to make it easier because not every decan share the same characteristics.

Aries rising : the first decan is the most energetic and impulsive of the bunch but also has tremendous stability. the last decan is superrrrrr grounded and can seem like an earth sign because their energy flows calmer. the second decan is a bit more untethered and can seem unpredictable and “hurt”

(first decan): Bubbly, headstrong, stubborn and incredibly childlike and youthful in mannerisms and in their outlook on life. always laughing unless Saturn or Pluto sit here or are in aspect.

Dangerous energy. can seem like a bad idea. tend to tell people what they’re getting involved with before people try try to get close to them. not the type to cheat but can Be very contradictory personality wise. most of them are open to any and all sexual experiences be it same sex, orgy, and so on. they are big on accepting others as is. VERY sweet and gentle with their lovers.

(second decan): ominous. seems irritated. hates dishonesty and fakes. plays the field. strong sexual instincts. strong compassion for those around them. tries to fix everything. sharp tongues. may dress in brighter colors than most Scorpio risings and very big on expressing themselves. drug use and alcohol use is common territory, as are uppers and downers. using people, or things as escape mechanisms is a bad trait they have. understanding but also critical of others. lovers of music and dance. can be very strongly tied to music or have strong opinions about artist. HUGE judges of performances and what others create. very wet and or intangible presence. they don’t really seem there or can fade in and out of your memory. 

(third decan): sunny but unstable. they are very open and smiley. can seem to have a positive outlook on life. may be emotional issues or inconsistent desires and needs. very smart and intelligent. athletic and or takes good care of their bodies. that said they tend to tie emotional states to their well being so if things aren’t okay with a lover or with things at home or even in general they can be sluggish, irritated, or even manipulate or hurt others just to feel in control of something. sweet but slightly disrespectful or lacking in awareness. moments of high energy and moments of low energy. usually very sociable and talkative. loves cerebral banter and can be very seductive vocally. may pick on or poke fun every once and awhile. super easy going and immature personality. risk takers and tend to see romance as a fun thing.

Sagittarius rising: energy colors all of the decans but i’d say the 1st and last decan are the typically loud goofsters while the second decan is more chill and more rebellious type.

(First decan): MASCULINE. can be pretty direct. they have this way about speaking and acting that can seem like they haven’t heard a word you said but their laid back and rather happy demeanor tends to throw you off. move fast and can seem to lack discipline. ACTIVE and can usually take the initiative in most situations. cool emotional state and usually avoids messier emotional displays. Likes fun and stimulation and can struggle when around more serious or intense feelings. HIGH sex appeal but can also seem like everything is just a game to them.

(second decan): somber. slightly ungrounded. can live life on a whim. goes where the wind takes them so to speak. the realm of sex and intimacy is always a curious world for them. can be very sensitive and emotionally expressive. very interested in the feelings of people. researcher types and tend to sort of investigate or interrogate people they meet. highly optimistic but a slightly more realistic energy. softies and don’t try to hide it. super supportive and sympathetic. LOVESSSSSSSSS foreign anything, tends to spend a lot of time going to culture festivals or out of the country. seems shy and quiet at first but can have the same gusto and enthusiasm as the other decans.

(third decan): very sensual and charming. they can seduce a room without much effort. they are great people readers. tend to be cautious of people and prefer their own space and their own time. down to earth but also a bit more intense. they don’t tolerate very much and can be very attracted to anything or anyone from a different region, culture or even long distance. they love a good party but also can fly into recluse mode real fast. temptations and lust can fuck them up. strong desire to live life their way, not overly tied to any one thing.

Capricorn rising: they all have the intimidating aura but i would say the first decan is the sweetest of them. the second decan is the most charming and romantically charged while the last decan is the most “Capricorn” like as they truly do prioritize their own goals and aspirations.

(first decan): Tender and sophisticated. they have extravagant taste and can have a hard time being around people who settle for whats given. strong minds and personalities. doesn’t trust much. very emotionally introverted. does not reveal all the details. can seem discerning. hard to please and also high standards. very abrupt. enjoys stable and more sensual means of enjoying themselves. the men and women tend to stay fit and can put a lot of work on keeping grounded.

(second decan): VERY stable. loves to explore and can seem like they are all over the place. very strong sexual drive and can be very obsessed with sex on the low(you wont know though). Takes their mental health very seriously and takes very frequent brakes and recuperation time. thinks everything over before reacting. prideful. usually a magnetic allure to them. can seem a bit tough or rough around the edges upon first meeting them. very sensitive and emotional and can have a very soft heart on a deep level when it comes to others and because of this they ARE very SOCIALLY awkward.

(third decan): Pompous and arrogant. Very aware of the potential in others. constantly working and pushing themselves to be the very best. Usually the types to place high value in fashion and their appearance. many of them have a strong energy and can easily intimidate you. they aren’t readily emotional and can lack the ability to understand the feelings of others. their emotions are not overly complicated which is part of the reason why. they enjoy a richness of character and can be very humble and appreciative of everything big or little. very much so Casanova types. many enjoy the chase while the ladder enjoy the rush of intimacy and romance. they are the hardest to get to settle down because they feel as though the world is vast, why waste your time on a fleeting moment. very energetic and drawn to movement. 

Aquarius rising: the second decan is the most happy go lucky and quirky of the bunch while the first decan is kinda like a school student or researcher. the third decan is the most emotionally complex of them all.

(First decan): very soft nature. they are curious about everything. very dry on social media or through texting. love the unexpected and can enjoy challenging social norms or cultural exceptions of their era. The most emotionally available of the bunch and can have an easy time relating on an emotional level to people on a very deep level. kinda vain and lacks grounded beliefs. seems to spend more time questioning then answering. can be emotionally dark and intense but they have a naughty nature them as if they want things to get chaotic without realizing it.

(second decan): very earthy remarkably. they crave a lot of physical touch and can be a bit more communicative then the rest. they love all forms of communication and can use many as gateways to understand themselves. they are not easy to understand or know emotionally because they have so many unconscious walls. they live their lives in a sort of third person perspective. they can seem disconnected from their bodies or just move in a way that doesn’t go with their bodies. strong minded and can be very very brave. not the mist traditional of people but i’d say they are the most life on the prairie with flying saucers as you’ll get from Aquarius rising. THEY ARE ALWAYS TRANSFORMING AND TRYING TO BETTER UNDERSTAND THEMSELVES.

(third decan): can be very well spoken and incredibly mature. they take people and life pretty seriously but also have enough humility and good will to see life in a jokey and rather impersonal manner as well. they loveeeeee people and can be a people pleaser. this trait is most predominate in relationships though. they loathe falseness or a lack of genuine expression so they are keen on detaching or separating themselves instinctual if the sense it. they have the craziest fall back game. they tend to always be on the search for love but can seem to regret it once they have it. they struggle with finding a good balance between loner and co-dependent. they adore soft expressions of love from a far but can seem a little weird when it is done to them. They are always craving things that they don’t truly want.

Pisces Rising: all very intuitive but the last two decans can be more introverted about this. 

(first decan): They have a beautiful presence. they have a very radiant and soft way of speaking. the manner in which they express themselves seems as fragile as glass and often times angel like. the eyes aren’t watery but they do have a aura of being delirious or mentally absent. they are very sensitive and can easily read intentions, desires or actions of others for what they are and react accordingly. They are VERY guarded spiritually and can seem to live on another plane. very strong musical ability or fondness of music. rarely in a foul mood but can snap very quickly when their integrity or their well being is put under spotlight. PRIVATE. likes to be left the fuck alone.

(Second decan): intense. nurturing and sensitive personality. slightly abrasive and raw. can seem a bit stoic or “too real” for some people. not the types to beat around the bush. makes emotional choices between them and other people before they get a chance to. can grapple with their intense feelings and emotions quite a bit so because of this they tend to be loners or picky socially and romantically about who they spend time with. LOVES kids. very spacey and intelligent. the manners are good but they can wane if they feel as though they are being disrespected. they aren’t moody when alone but much of their reactions and moods depend on the people they are talking to! so if you talk crazy to them expect that same energy back in full force and then some. VERY SEXUAL and these natives are also very private.

(Third decan): Ghosts. can seem secluded or emotionally tense. Takes things seriously and isn’t the type to reveal emotions or weaknesses. Very good at pretending or playing a role. “think drake’s song cameras.” they can have intense highs and lows behind closed doors and the only way of telling is by their detachment and escapism tendencies coming out full force. they are communicative to an extent but lack expressing the deep stuff. can take years to open up and can seem rather indifferent to emotions all together most of the time. strong desire to succeed and can have a very ambitious and emotionally self disciplined nature. may play the victim or manipulate in relationships but usually respect their lover HIGHLY to the point that they sacrifice much for them. typically grounded and stable they will seem the least like a Pisces rising and will seem more like Scorpio or Capricorn rising.

As a last note. planets aspecting the first house planet ruler or that sit in the first house period can greatly alter any of these interpretations. so try to guess the rising and use data of your generational planets to guess what might be aspecting what.

ex. Scorpio and Sagittarius risings might seem similar because Pluto in Sagittarius could rest in the 1st house or aspect the ascendant for both of these rising signs meaning you’d have to look at both interpretations.

Hi, I’m feelin extra good today and thought I would do two headcanons. So I was going to do the reunion with our girl Caz and Stefan, but I also said I’d do one about just Caz; her looks, her personality, her journey and stuff like her style or how she does her makeup.  Let’s gEt intO it. < if you know you know.

-Mental health became much more accessible around the 2000s, and Caz decided that she should see a physiologist.

-Just in case

-She thought she might have depression and wanted to get diagnosed

-But oh boy

-It was much more than that 

-The physiologist told her to come in again and they’d run some mental tests 

-After weeks of testing and stressing about the testing Caz found out she was bipolar

-Along with having panic disorder, ptsd, adhd, anxiety, and highly functioning depression

-She was shocked

-The doctor gave her pills but they did next to nothing because she’s a vampire

-And she couldn’t really get therapy, because she can’t tell a normy about the things that a lot of her illnesses stemmed from

-She felt kind of....dirty?

-Like she’d lived with these things but now that she’s diagnosed she doesn’t know what to do

-And she feels selfish that she shut people out for so long 

-And she feels selfish that she is making a big deal about this 

-But it is a big deal, and it’s so fresh and new [if you ever need support or someone to vent too, my pm’s are open. Judgment free.]

-Caz honestly just feels so lost

-Rebekah disappeared, Damon’s chasing girls, and she’s just aimlessly traveling

-So she starts publishing her poetry

-Anonymously of course

-Because god forbid someone knows we have feelings 

-It’s actually because she’s like, y’know, immortal 

-And she can’t really have a well known public identity

-So she’s finding herself a lil

-Happy girl at last

-And she gets a call from Damon

-’Stefan’s in mystic falls again’ Really? tell me more’ I’ve given you all the information I have. But I thought we could have a little family reunion with our baby brother. He doesn’t know your not dead yet, but he’s always liked surprises.” 

-And Caz is like ‘Hell yeah!’

-Because she’s always wanted to be with Stefan again, but she could never track him down

-Or she was distracted

-Or depressed

-There was always something in the way, but now she’s gonna see him again

-And she could not be more exited

-But first she’s gonna make a detour
