can you explain to me why GinHiji and HijiGin is sometimes written as GinHijiGin or HijiGinHiji? there's almost never any like threesomes where there's double of one of them when i see this tag so i am confused

GinHiji = Gintoki tops primarily

HijiGin = Hijikata tops primarily

GinHijiGin = they switch — it’s GinHiji and HijiGin smooshed together

I don’t use HijiGinHiji and I don’t ever really see it either since it’s redundant. GinHijiGin covers it if they switch.
