I went for a hike and hit the gym this weekend! I feel so happy to be back in the gym. Im so excited to start gaining some muscle back! I hiked and worked out for about an hour and a half each. Next weekend Im gonna try to work out for 2 hours a day on Sat and Sun. That way, if I work out for an hour on Wednesday, I’ll be getting 5 hours of exercise a week without messing up my work schedule. I REALLY need to get to bed earlier on weeknights tho, regardless. I do not run well on >7 hours of sleep. Also, there was a bird flying around the gym lol! 🐦 Thanks for reading! 😁

It was a rest and recovery day from running today but too nice out for @lynnucla and I to not take advantage. We were both sore from yesterday’s workouts but we had a great hike with @finnmcshane in 70° January conditions. Back to winter later this week.
