Wanna know what's 'Hikicore'? u should follow me because I was the one that came up with this core 🖤

It was in the winter of 2019, I created an Instagram page (no longer available) with the name "Hikicore" I used to upload the same kind of images I post here, I searched for the term Hikicore back then and nothing came up, so I decided to create it, the main aesthetic of this core is late 90s and early 2000's anime Otaku culture, old internet and computers and hikikomori struggles as a dirty room, isolation, teams of depression and generally bad mental health, is meant as a way of venting and coping, I was a hiki for 4 years and I took my experiences and those of japanese hikikomori's of the late 90s as inspiration.

I thought this info is valuable for those interested in Hikicore and also to clarify what it is since I've seen post under the tag "Hikicore" with things that don't have anything to do with it, I'm happy it resonates with many people and that also helps those struggling to know they're not alone, back then the tag was completely desolate and now is full of other people's posts!
