haikyuu ship headcanons!!!

kagehina

• everyone is really confused when they get together but like not surprised?

• they’re constantly on eachother

• like when they’re alone they’re always cuddling or hinata is sitting on top of kageyama. when they’re in public hinata sits on kags lap or makes kags give him piggyback rides

• one time during a game kageyama yelled hinatas name and grabbed his shirt and everyone thought they were gonna fight but he just goes “nice kill!” and gives him a kiss before going back to playing

• they’re both the ceo’s of “my bf can beat your ass”

• stupid teenage boys, like they do things that are so awkward bc they’re still weird teenagers

• they share one braincell, always have, always will

• kageyama is actually really good with hinatas sister and won’t admit it but loves little kids, hinata finds it adorable

• “you’d be a great dad kageyama, we should have kids!” “...how would that work? i can’t get you pregnant...right???”

tsukkiyama

• everyone thinks that they’re dating before they start actually dating

• “oh yeah she really likes tsukishima but we know you’re dating him so” “i’m not though???”

• once they’ve let everyone know that they aren’t dating a bunch of girls start asking tsukishima out, he declines all of them

• they end up getting together like a month later, it only took that long bc yamaguchi was too nervous to make a move and tsukki didn’t think that yams liked him back

• tsukki’s not too crazy about pda so they don’t go any farther than holding hands when they walk home and quick kisses on the cheek once in a while

• when they’re alone is another story

• these boys have liked eachother since they were like 11 so they have a lot to make up for

• one time akiteru walked in on them in the middle of them making up, shirts off, yams hands down tsukki’s pants and screamed

• tsukki refused to eat dinner if his brother was there for like a week

• since they’re so anti-pda whenever hinata, noya, or tanaka catches them doing anything they don’t stop mentioning it for the rest of the day

• they definitely get married when they’re 20 and don’t tell anyone

daisuga

• started dating in their second year

• after they started dating noya kept calling them mom and dad and it stuck

• “i’m not your dad”

• “you can’t call me mom if you don’t listen to me when i put you in time out”

• suga gets daichi a “kiss the cook” apron

• whenever they kiss in front of the team someone always yells “ewww mom and dad are kissing!!”

• once hinata and noya we’re doing somthing stupid and suga said that he’d record it for them. tsukki was extra annoyed at hinata that week so he showed daichi and they got in trouble. suga is like trying not to laugh and daichi just like “babe, did you know about this” and suga just activated his puppy dog eyes and is like “no! i can’t believe they’d do that

• daichi always says no when the rest of the team wants to do somthing stupid and suga just gives them the thumbs up behind his back

• they’re just really cute and have such a mom/dad dynamic

iwaoi

• girls constantly flirt with oikawa and he’s just like “sorry ladies, i’m taken”

• everyone’s trying to figure out who the lucky girl is untill one day oikawa goes “hey baby!” and runs over to iwaizumi and gives him a kiss

• “we shouldn’t known, pretty boys like that always end up being gay”

• oikawa swears that iwaizumi is nice to him when they’re alone

• iwa can go from “shittykawa can you shut the fuck up?!” to “hey honey, you know you’re really cute when you do that” and vise versa, real quick

• “iwa-chan, let me sit on your lap!” “no” “baby pleaseee” “that’s not going to work” “pleaseeee” “get your hand off of my dick, we’re in public asshole”

• after they lose to karasuno, iwa makes oikawa sleep over at his house bc hes been crying all day

• iwaizumi has to excuse himself to the bathroom to cry bc he doesn’t want oikawa to see him cry

• they really do care about eachother a lot even though iwaizumi doesn’t show it often

• oikawa refers to iwa as his boyfriend and he’s like “shut up you’re so annoying” but still ends up blushing

bokuaka

• these boys are in l o v e

• you know in coming of age movies when there’s always that one couple that everyone admires? that’s them, minus the problems that those couples always have

• a month after they started dating bokuto tells kuroo “i’m gonna marry him” and kuroo says that he doesn’t doubt it

• whenever bokuto gets into a mood he always asks to talk to akaashi

• everyone is in love with akaashi and while bokuto is jealous he doesn’t blame them

• “there’s so many other people as school that you could date! you deserve someone like them...why don’t you like any of them?” “because bokuto-san, they’re not you...i love you and you only” “...akaashi, i’m gonna cry!!!i love you too!!”

• bokuto always has a hand on akaashi’s waist (sometimes his ass when he wants to be annoying)

• bokuto refuses to leave until akaashi kisses him goodbye

• “bokuto-san, you’re gonna be late for class” “pleaseeeeee just a kiss on the cheek” “go to class, love. there’s people around and i don’t want to bother them”

kuroken

• they don’t really know when they started dating, it just kinda happened?

• like one day someone was like “are you too dating?” and they were like “huh, i guess so”

• “kuroo, i love you...but not as much as animal crossing. leave me alone” kuroo desides to buy him stuff for his gaming set up in hopes of winning him over. it works.

• they’ve been friends for so long that getting into a relationship was hard but also easy. they didn’t want to ruin anything but also they already had the bond.

• when they’re older and kenma is a youtuber or whatever kuroo makes an appearance once and all the comments are thirsting over him and he’s just like “oh, that’s my boyfriend. you probably won’t see him much but yeah” and everyone’s like ??????boyfriend???? but ends up loving them and they always ask to see more of kuroo

I, once again, have been an idiot and deleted a request, and I'm acc mad about it because it was v good. So thanks anon for grabbing me by the hair and yeeting me out of writers block like Miss Trunchbull did to that little girl in Matilda.

Also, this is my first time writing for Hinata?? I love that baby pls send in requests for him.

The request was basically the following boys with a S/O with very cold hands and they like to touch their stomach with their ice fingers

Cold Hands

HINATA

He first notices when the two of you are walking home together and he goes to hold your hand and its just freezing??

"Are you okay???" "Yes? Why?" "Your hands are really cold" "Haha yeah, they do that" "what???"

He's confused and a lil worried but he holds your hands all the time now to keep them warm. Hinata's not one of those 'constantly warm as fuck' people, but his hands are pretty warm, so it works

You can also use your freezing hands to scare the shit out of him though

Sneak up behind him and touch the back of his neck with what he has dubbed your "icicle fingers", and he will squeal and jump about five feet into the air

It also gives you ridiculous leverage in tickle fights, which are a necessity when you're dating this boi

KUROO

Notices in some mundane moment when your fingers brush against him and they're absolutely freezing

You explain that you just have bad circulation so your hands get cold easily, but he's just like "that was not a hand that was pure ice"

Will low key make fun of you, calling you everything from a robot to a zombie to 'I don't know what you are but it's not human because no human hand is that cold'

That doesn't stop him from cupping your hands between his to keep them warm though

Kuroo is a whole human radiator, so he gives the best hugs, but it also gives you an excuse to bully tease him with your cold hands

You just have to be like "oh no my hands are so cold" and stick them under his shirt and watch him s c r e a m

AKAASHI

He's low key kinda concerned. Like that can't be healthy??

When you explain that its just your bad circulation, he calms down a bit, but he will still do everything to keep your hands warm

Holds them as much as possible, reminds you to wear gloves and has spares if you forget yours, probably buys you those hand warmer things for particularly cold days

Will do that thing where he holds both of your hands and blows on them to keep them warm. Its very intimate and the man is high romance

He does not, however, appreciate that you use your cold hands to terrorise him. All you have to do is start approaching him with a mischievous look and he's already backing away like "no. I know what you're gonna do no. Stop it."

He's extremely sensitive to the cold on the small of his back so if his shirt rides up to expose it he's a dead man honestly

OIKAWA

Absolutely uses it as an excuse to hold your hand all the time

"Oh wow, your hands are so cold, what a shame. I guess I'll have to hold them. How unfortunate." "Tooru, you're my boyfriend. You can hold my hands whenever you want." "What a Tragedy."

Will kiss your knuckles lots as well. Just uses it as an excuse to give you affection.

When you discover how sensitive he is to the cold, your hands become the bane of his existence.

Touch him on the neck, back, stomach, pretty much anywhere that isn't his hands, and he will scream.

It's a very high pitched scream as well, and if you keep doing it he will run for his life

Iwa is so done with it because Oikawa keeps hiding behind him so he becomes collateral damage to your icy fingers

What the Haikyuu boys would buy you for Christmas ; Karasuno Edition

Characters: Daichi, Sugawara, Asahi, Nishinoya, Tanaka, Kageyama, Hinata, Tsukishima, Yamaguchi

Genre: Fluff

Suga: Suga is one, if not the most romantic person in Karasuno. He's very sentimental, attentive and sweet. So, what better way to express his love than by making you a scrapbook featuring all of your fondest memories! He definitely prefers making it by hand than digitally, just to make it extra special. Plus he can add some cute personal touches that way. He uses a lot of pastel colours and cute candid pictures of you both, along with a bunch of short, cute messages written next to them <3

Daichi: Daichi's a handy and practical guy so he gets you something useful but that you've been meaning to get. Maybe something you broke a long time ago and forgot about? Ksjfje such a dad Then you open it on Christmas day and you're like:

"Oh yeah! I forgot all about this!"

Of course it's way better than the original thing you broke/lost so you'll be much more careful with it this time 'round.

Simple, but effective Daichi thinks.

Asahi: He knits you a scarf.

Yes Asahi can knit and I canonically stand by that.

It calms him down!

He's the type of guy that 100% wants to make you something, rather than buy it. So, he dedicates one afternoon to just finding the perfect piece of clothing to knit you and looks up a bunch of different tutorials on how to pearl stitch, knit stitch, cross stitch..etc This good boy puts so much effort into making you your present and he really takes his time with it so it turns out perfect, even if it means starting it all from scratch again.

"Hope you like it..!" He says when you open it on Christmas morning. Then cue the shy chuckles and rosy cheeks as you try it on <3

Tanaka: Tanaka's paranoid as FRICK that you won't like his present. He wants to find the perfect one for you so he thinks about it for ages.

Nishinoya's all like: "Why don't you just ask her what she wants so you know she'll like it?"

But he's all like: "NO THAT RUINS THE POINT!".

So one day, after having spent the afternoon looking around shops, he just thinks: "Right, that's it." And goes on a shopping spree. He buys anything and everything he thinks you'll like and ends up with a pile of like 10 presents; some bigs ones, some smaller ones.

On Christmas day you can't help but giggle when he keeps handing you gift after gift.

"How many did you get?" You ask after the seventh one.

"I uh.. I can't remember. B-But at least you're not disappointed, right?!"

You kiss his cheek and that calms him down instantly.

"Of course not, silly!"

You end up telling him that no matter what present he gets you'll be grateful for whatever and he's all like 😵💘

Nishinoya: Nishinoya buys you a fun winter hat! It's bright, colorful and bold; like him! And you know this boys bought himself a matching one, not identical, but one that goes with yours. However that isn't where his main gift lies.

Nishinoya's an active guy so he'd definitely take you out on Christmas day. He'd do all the traditional things with you; ice skating, drinking hot chocolate as you visit all the brightly lit stalls. And to finish off the day, once the sun goes down and all the Christmas lights illuminate the city, he takes you to the big town Christmas tree and you take a picture together— kissing, of course because Nishi's that type o' guy.

Kageyama: Okay, honestly. I feel like Kageyama is the worst at buying presents. He definitely asked all of his friends what he should buy and was really confused when they all said:

"It's not fair if we tell you what WE would buy!"

Poor boy wracked his brain for weeks and even when it's 3 days until Christmas he's STILL stumped. In the end he decided to just make you something because according to Hinata, it's more special that way. Therefore, he decides to make you a card he found on Pinterest with something cheesy like "10 reasons why I love my girlfriend" on it.

In his mind though, it's genius.

He didn't just copy what was written on the Pinterest card of course. No, the reasons he wrote down are all ones he found himself. He even tried his best to write really neatly so at first it starts off written in almost okay cursive, but then as the list goes on the writing slowly gets messier and messier. To make up for it though he tries to decorate it with things you like and draws tiny drawings next to each reason to illustrate <3

Hinata: A giant teddy bear! Because who doesn't love hugging one of those things?

"You can hug it when I'm away and pretend it's me!" He says, despite the bear being almost two feet taller than him.

It does come in handy when he's away for a game, though. It's super soft, warm and cuddly, just like Hinata! And it makes you feel a tad less lonely when he's not home. But, when he is you both like to use the giant bear as a beanbag; watching movies together as you wrap its arms around the two of you <3

Yamaguchi: Perfume! He was walking through town when one particularly pretty bottle caught his eye through the window of a cosmetics shop and immediately thought of you. He went into the shop all shy like and asked one of the employees if that brand was popular among customers, then, gave a detailed explanation of what you're like, asking if you especially would like it because he's still a tad unsure ;;

He smells one of the samples first to see if it's too strong or not strong enough for your liking, remembering what the perfume you usually wear is like. Once he's sure you'll like it he buys it and gets it wrapped at the store so it's perfect then goes home feeling all giddy because he's excited for you to open it <3

Tsukishima: Even though Tsukki's super reserved and saltier than the shell of a pistachio, I still believe he has an ounce of romance in him. It's subtle, and he doesn't show that side of him often, but it's there.

So, on Christmas, rather than buying you something you might not like, or making something that'll just end up on your bedroom shelf, he makes you something a little more personal that he knows you'll enjoy, and is timeless; a Spotify playlist.

But not just any playlist. That ounce of romance mentioned prior is shown when he slips his headphones on you and presses play on a playlist simply named "(y/n)". Each song, he says, reminded him of you, be it through the lyrics or general vibe of the song. Most of them are lofi, you notice, and have very little lyrics in them so what message Tsukki was trying to convey through that specific song is up to interpretation, which is what he wants, really. There's no way he'd add a song which straight up sang the words "I love you" in it.

However, when a song you know called "I found my home in your arms" comes on, you smile adoringly at him.

"Merry Christmas, (y/n)."

"Merry Christmas, Kei."
