English translation by yours truly (gonna be a bit tough coz English is not my first language):

Tu meri saari yaadein, paani mein aaj bahaa de,

"Let all your memories of me be washed away in the river,"

NB: the literal word "paani" meaning water but in the context of the song that mentions the river Ganga, I am gonna guess it is referring to river water. And I do like how that relates to Luo Binghe's name.

Yeh teri bheegi aankhein, rakh lu labon se lagaa ke...

"Let me keep your moist eyes pressed against my lips..."

It implies let me keep your tears, your pain filled eyes kissed against my lips. Or let me keep your tears (in a cherishing way).

Main samandar, parindaa hai yeh ishq re...

"I am like the sea, and (my) love is like a bird."

Man maatam aur zindaa hai yeh ishq re.

"My heart is mourning/grieving and (my) love is alive."

The word maatam usually implies mourning for the dead but in this context, I see it as the heart mourning for the death of the love between them as it was before. But the love of his life is still alive, and the memory of (their) love will always be present.
