Let's flip the script! Of all the canon couples, which are the top three that Kurt would join as a third for an evening.

Well I don't think he would be willing to be the third in any couples involving a woman. So that really narrows it down, because what canon mlm couples do we have that don't involve Kurt? Blainofsky... and Rachel's dads? Blaine/Eli if you don't require it to be a couple and just something in canon. But I think that's all? Unless you want to start counting pairings where there were some romantic/sexual feelings/intentions that weren't acted on/reciprocated, in which case I guess you could also say Blam, Seblaine, and Blaine/Jeremiah.

I could see him joining Blam under the right circumstances. Probably not Blainofsky as they are in canon - there's just way too much baggage all around there. And definitely not Seblaine - that would be way too touchy a subject for him to go anywhere near. Similarly if Blaine and Eli ever actually got together, he wouldn't be willing to join them. He would maybe consider Blaine/Jeremiah if that were to ever happen, but... still probably not.

Maybe the Berrys are top of the list? He did date Walter after all lmao. He could absolutely never say a word to Rachel so.

to clarify I do not actually think he would have a threesome with Rachel's dads

"What? No!" Flushing, Rachel hurriedly sat, unfolding her blanket.

"Then maybe another boy on the team?" LeRoy joined in, teasing lightly.

"No!" Rachel's flush deepened. "I'm not - no. No one on the team."

Hiram grinned. "But it is someone! I know my daughter enough to know that. So who..." He surveyed the field. "Oh!" He squeezed Rachel's leg, calling over her, "LeRoy! You notice the great view of the cheerleaders...?"

"Dad!"

LeRoy chuckled. "I was thinking we'd been seeing Santana Lopez a lot lately."

Qunn Fabray x Reader

Warnings: Forced outing

Summary: The scene that Rachel caused at glee club, has to come up at family dinner the same night.

Pt 1

Masterlist

When you and Quinn left the bleachers, the sun had finally gone away. Walking to the car hand in hand calmed all of your nerves.

She hummed quietly with the radio as it played on the drive to your place. When you pulled up, you could see Finn's car in the driveway.

You sat in the parked car, trying to prepare yourself for whatever was going to happen once you went inside.

" I asked my parents if I could stay over. Is that alright with you?"

You released a deep breath," That's perfect. At least I won't have to be alone with her."

The two of you entered the house, immediately hit with the overwhelming aroma of delicious food. You try to sneak straight into the den, but your dads stop you.

" Y/n, who's your friend?"

Your cheeks tint slightly as you turn to face them," Quinn, these are my dads; Leroy and Hiram. Dads, this is Quinn, she'll be staying over if that's alright?"

" The more, the merrier, is what I always say," Leroy smiles at the blonde.

" It's a pleasure to meet you both. Should I say Mr. Berries or?"

They laugh at her probably genuine question," Your friend is a hoot Y/n. Dinner will probably be ready in 20, we'll call for you."

You led Quinn to the den. She followed your lead as you sat on the couch.

" So I was thinking we could arrange it today and do the outline of the choreo. Tomorrow we could try to solidify the dancing, until we're comfortable?"

Quinn smiles brightly at you, causing you to mutter," What?"

Quinn shakes her head, " Nothing, I just think it's cute when you take charge like that."

You sputter," I- is that a good thing?"

She places a kiss on your cheek," It's absolutely a good thing."

" Well, let's get to it then, before you make me blush again."

You played the song a few times first. Then you picked up your guitar and started to strum the melody.

" I didn't know you played the guitar," Quinn watches as you play.

You smile just a little, " There's a lot you don't know about me, Fabray."

Once you got the original melody you begin to sing along, making changes subtly. The second run through, you and Quinn both sing it.

You begin to mark up the printed out lyric sheet, color coding parts for Quinn, yourself, and the harmonies. By the time your dads call you for dinner, you've got the arrangement.

The happiness you felt working with Quinn seems to be sucked out of your body. The cheerio could see you deflate. She kissed the back of your hand," I'm with you."

You nod and try to steel yourself as you climb up the stairs.

When you get to the dinner table, Rachel and Finn are already there. It's as if the air had been sucked out of the room. You and Quinn sat across from them.

Your parents sense the tension in the room. Hiram tries to break it, " So girls, how'd the diva-off go."

Finn began choking on his food. He mumbled a quick sorry before looking at his girlfriend.

" I won," you said, more focused on your food.

Hiram clapped," That's wonderful sweetheart, we're proud of you."

Leroy chimes in, " Don't feel too sour, Rachel. It takes a Berry to beat a Berry."

You hadn't looked at her since sitting down.

" It's fine, Finn and I are going to win the duet competition. Winners get a date at Breadsticks. I doubt Quinn would be interested in that."

" I actually really love Breadsticks and can't think of anyone I'd rather go with," She quips back at your sister.

" Did we miss something?" Hiram asked, looking between you and Rachel.

You dropped your fork on your plate and sat back with your arms crossed," Tell them what they missed, Rachel."

" Dude, do you really think it's the time for this?" Finn finally spoke up.

Quinn glared at him," What she did was completely out of line, and you know that?"

" She was upset, Y/n was rubbing the victory in her face," Finn defended.

" Rachel's always shoving her victories in everyone's face. She just can't stand it when it's not all about her," Quinn shot out of her seat.

" ENOUGH!"

Leroy's voice echoed off of the walls," What happened ?"

You kept your same position, no expression on your face as you stared at Rachel. She was fidgeting in her spot, like she often did when she knew she did something wrong.

" Fine, I'll tell them then. Rachel couldn't handle losing and said some things. I got tired of her attitude and said some things back. She didn't like what I had to say, so she outed me in front of the entire glee club and told them who I liked."

Both of your dads looked at Rachel in shock. Leroy stayed in shock longer than Hiram. Mostly because Hiram's shock quickly turned into a seething anger," You did what?"

" You don't understand she was getting everyone to turn against me," Rachel threw herself a pity party.

" I wouldn't care if she was giving you an atomic wedgie in front of Barbara herself. That behavior is completely inexcusable."

" Now, Hiram, don't you think that it's a little harsh?"

He turned to his husband in disbelief," Leroy, you have to be joking. Did you just hear what she said? Our daughter hate-crimed her sister over a singing competition."

" They're both our children, Hiram," Leroy reasons with him.

Hiram pinches the bridge of his nose," I don't even know how to punish you for this. I don't know what to say because you know better. We've taught you better than this."

" But dad-"

Leroy steps in," How about you start with an apology and work our way up from there?"

Rachel sat silently, staring at you. You already knew the monolog going on in her head about putting on the performance of a life.

" I'll never forgive her for this. I'm not going to be her acting school practice, so there's no need."

Leroy sighs," Y/n," he stops when Hiram rests his hand on his shoulder.

Hiram takes over," Rachel go upstairs, Finn, I think it's time you head out."

The brunette didn't protest, instead she made an extravagant exit as always. Finn trailed behind her as she escorted him out of the house.

" Quinn, do you think you could give us a minute with Y/n?"

The blonde looked at you first. You gave her a small nod, and she excused herself downstairs.

" Y/n, I am so sorry. I feel like we've failed you both," Hiram gets emotional.

Leroy tries to keep it together," We raised you both the same way, but you're completely different emotionally."

" Rachel needed her ego knocked down, I'm glad you beat her, but I didn't know just how big her ego was. I could've never imagined her doing something like this," Hiram holds his head in hands, much like you did on the bleachers.

" It's not your guy's fault. Rachel is her own person, she is completely aware of what she's doing, and she doesn't care. You raised us to be compassionate and love everyone. She just wasn't listening."

They both shake their heads, unsure of what to say. You decide to break the tension a little," Also on a much smaller note, I'm gay."

They chuckle at your statement," That's great, honey."

" We love you," Leroy adds on.

You hug the both of them, relishing in the feeling of comfort. Hiram hugs you a bit tighter," We will sort this out."

" I don't think it can be sorted," you slip out of the hug with a quiet goodnight to your parents.

You hurry downstairs to see Quinn scrolling on her phone," Well, I just came out to my dads."

Quinn smiles," How'd they take it?"

You smile back at her," Pretty well."

You plop down on the couch next to her," You want to borrow some pajamas?"

Quinn nods," A shower would be nice too?"

Your face turns red," With me?"

Quinn pushes your shoulder," No, not yet at least, and maybe not with your entire family home."

" Oh, right, um so follow me."

You lead her back upstairs and to your room, which is across from Rachel's and next to the bathroom. You hand Quinn some pajamas and towels and insist she use whatever she likes.

When she re-entered your room, she was wearing small boy shorts and a large t-shirt. Before you went to take your own shower, you grabbed her by the waist. Her hands pressed up against your chest.

Then you kissed her all over the face, causing her to giggle. Only then did you peck her lips, before rushing into the restroom.

When you came out, Quinn had made herself comfortable on your bed.

" Would you mind waking up a little earlier, so I can get some clothes before school?"

You mumbled a small yes before getting in the bed yourself. The exhaustion of the day was finally catching up to you.

Quinn moved closer to you," Is this okay?" You toss your arm over her middle in response.

You're out in an instant. Quinn chuckles to herself and gets comfortable in your arms, drifting to sleep.

The next day felt like a blur to you. Only coming into focus the times you were with Quinn. You guys ended up practicing your performance for a couple of hours.

Your sister was far from your mind as you genuinely just enjoyed the time you spent with Quinn.

The day after that was the actual competition. You had a blast watching the others perform. In your head, you still felt like you and Quinn might have this in the bag.

When it came to Rachel and Finn's performance, you spent the time on your phone. You and Quinn were actually up last.

You picked up the guitar to start and played around a singing Quinn. The harmonies came in at the end before the chorus.

You sat the guitar down, preparing to follow the choreography you found. Her hands were firm against your shoulder, and yours rested on her waist.

The two of you moved in perfect sync. Two steps forward, one step back, dip, spin out, and spin in. The steps were fluid, and the smiles were present as you performed.

The classroom jeers when you are done. Laughter escapes your mouth as you bow," Thank you, thank you, it's a shame you won't be able to go to Breadsticks with us."

Mr. Schue takes over," Okay so cast your vote for the best duets, everyone. Try not to vote for yourself."

Once votes were counted, he called on Finn for a drumroll.

" Our winners of the duets and subsequently a free meal at Breadsticks are… Quinn & Y/n."

A shit eating grin spread across your face as you reveled in your victory. The glee congratulated you and Quinn on the victory.

" I honestly feel like Santana and Mercedes got robbed," you said, putting your hand over your chest.

" This wouldn't be the first time," Santana sassed back.

" Y/n," Rachel's voice cut through whatever good time you were having," Congratulations on your win."

The glee club waited for your response. For the sake of everyone around you, let 'thanks' slip dryly from your mouth. Whatever she was trying to do, it was too soon.

When Quinn interlocked your fingers, the thoughts of Rachel were gone again. Instead, you were thinking about the amazing date you would have at Breadsticks with the Quinn Fabray.
